Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Henkilökunta oli parasta tässä hotellissa. Palvelu oli erinomaista ja tehokasta. Saimme kuljetuksen hotellilta juna-asemalle aamulla, joka helpotti meidän matkustamista seuraavaan kohteeseen.
Sauna ei valitettavasti ollut käytössä syyskuun aikana.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Ligging van het hotel. Ook de haal en breng service vanaf het station. Hotel ligt verder op een berg en met koffers is dat best vervelend.
De matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe. Ook dachten we 2 losse bedden te hebben geboekt. Bleken het 2 losse matrassen op een tweepersoonsbed te zijn. We hebben het opgelost door 1 matras op de grond te leggen. We waren er to h maar 1 nacht.

Reception staff were fine but breakfast staff unfriendly. No smiles or good morning - just asked for room number. Could not find any mustard requested at breakfast. Used catering items not removed once not needed from place setting. For price did not seem to reflect a more luxury level of hotel. No tea or coffee or toiletries in rooms other than cheap shampoo and soap. Hotel is listed as 300 metres from railway station but this is by direct line actual by road much longer.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026La piscina interna è grande e permette di nuotare, inoltre erano presenti anche degli accessori per l'allenamento. La stanza era pulita e il letto molto comodo. Albergo a 5' dal centro, presenza di fermata autobus utile per muoversi verso i punti di interesse. Il ristorante dell'albergo molto buono, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Unica pecca, a colazione la scelta di croissant e altri dolci era poco ampia e non sono stati rimpiazzati una volta terminati, intorno alle 9 del mattino.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Es gab einen Service Shuttle vom Bahnhof zum Hotel was schon sehr gut ist. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und wir wurden gleich über Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ringsherum informiert.
Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahhre definitiv hinter sich. Die Ausstattung entspricht wohl 70iger Jahre. Es gibt eine Duschwanne , da muss man erstmal reinkommen. Die Bettdecke ist mit gefühlt 5kg kaum zu händeln. Es gab keine kostenlose Flache Wasser zur Begrüßung und die Minibar war gar nicht bestückt. Das Frühstück war überschaubar ohne eine Auswahl an Gemüse( Tomaten oder Gurken).

Hotel duidelijk gedateerd, alles erg oud. Men heeft met een verfbeurt de kamers wat proberen op te fleuren, maar dat is wat ons betreft onvioldoende. De loungeruimte was een ongeordende ruimte, waarin het niet plezierig zitten was.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026Stosunek jakości do ceny jest w porządku. Hotel nie jest najnowszy, ale posiada klimat szwajcarskiego górskiego ośrodka. Pokój jest obszerny i czysty, wygodne łóżka, widok na góry. Śniadanie było w porządku.
Na odbiór z pociągu musieliśmy zaczekać ~30 minut. Drzwi do pokoi mogłyby być nieco lepiej uszczelnione.

The swimming pool, sauna and steam bath were great . Excellent the restaurant, very good the breakfast. Excellent also the ski room. All staff were polite and gentle. Great location in St Moritz Dorf: park the car and just use the buses or walk to the center.
Not many parking slots, however the staff always managed to find a place for our car. Safe was too small for a laptop.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Ich finde das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für St. Moritz gut. Der Transport vom und zum Bahnhof hat bestens geklappt. Die Fahrer waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Empfang war korrekt. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, es hat einen Safe. Sehr überzeugt hat mich das Frühstück - ein exzellentes Rührei, diverse Körner und Samen, eine recht grosse Teeauswahl. Die Auswahl an Käse ist übersichtlich, aber i.O. Auch die Kaffeemaschine bietet diverse Möglichkeiten an Kaffeegtränken.
Das Frühstück bietet kein frisches Obst (mir scheint es sich um Büchsenware zu handeln). Es hat doch einige Stellen, die wieder einmal aufgefrischt, neu gestrichen werden dürften.

Einzig das Bad müsste renoviert werden.

Drzwi zamykane na klucz jak dawno dawno temu. Na śniadaniu - nienajgorszym - ŻADNYCH warzyw, musztardy , keczupu. Jedyne co na plus , że za darmo zawożą na stację kolejową. Raczej za te pieniądze nie polecam. W Zermatt za tę samą cenę nocowaliśmy w luksusowym , nowoczesnym hotelu.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Very spacious room (with a desk, several chairs and armchairs, a sofa bed and 2 TVs), with several large wardrobes (plenty of storage), a balcony (with chairs and a table), and an absolutely spectacular view over the Alps and the city centre. The bed was very comfortable and large (with separate duvets). The room heating, via radiators, worked perfectly (neither too hot nor too cold – ideal temperature). The bathroom was also very large, with a shower offering excellent water pressure and temperature. Wi-Fi was available for unlimited devices and was quite fast. Two large TVs with a reasonable selection of channels (not many, but sufficient). Plenty of power sockets throughout the room (including on both bedside tables). Daily housekeeping service with towel replacement (more towels provided than usual). A fairly good breakfast (not many options, but the available ones were very good) and a suitably sized dining room. The staff were especially friendly and helpful (they even lent us a plug adapter for a deposit, which was refunded at the end of the stay). The “Hotel Dog” was very friendly (extra points for the hotel!). Very quick check-out. Excellent location, as advertised, very close to the centre of St. Moritz (just a few minutes’ walk). The free train station transfer service worked perfectly; it was only necessary to send a message the day before arrival with the expected arrival time. The same applied on the day of departure. In St. Moritz, where prices are generally prohibitive, this must be considered a real find.
The shower had no door, which left the bathroom quite wet, but this is very common in hotels nowadays.

The building and rooms were cozy and rustic but very functional, the staff were the highlight of the stay being so warm and welcoming to all of us. Especially on Christmas night it felt like all the guests were part of the family. Additionally, there was a generous breakfast selection of hot and cold items included in your booking to help you start your day.
