Das bett war etwas schmal wenn man wich in der nacht dreht. Den duschschutz von innen zu schließen war etwas schwierig von der körpermenge.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Fantastic location with wonderful panoramic views from restaurant. Whisky bar is a must. Room was very clean with good facilities. On the whole helpful staff and very good wine list.
It needs better signage if you are walking up from the train station. Not great for first view is staff entrance with staff smoking. Food was rather underwhelming for the price and slow and not very attentive service from waiters. They were friendly and helpful but slow and smelled badly of cigarettes.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026家族4人で1部屋、1泊利用しました。 駅から近く、スタッフの方もとても親切でした。ホテルからの眺めも良く、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 ホテル全体としては少し古さを感じますが、ベッドは快適で、設備も新しく整えられており、4人でも使いやすいお部屋でした。 無料でレンタルできる自転車を借りて、湖を一周できたのもとても楽しかったです。街の雰囲気も素敵で、また訪れたいと思える場所でした。 翌日は朝早く出発する予定だったため、朝食BOXを用意していただきました。こちらのお願いにも快く対応してくださり、とてもありがたかったです。 スタッフの皆さんの親切な対応も含め、気持ちよく滞在できました。ありがとうございました。

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The hotel is simply beautiful with magical corners. The food in the restaurant was wonderful and the whiskey bar is excellent. The location - just a few minutes walk from the train station - is a good starting point for trekking and hiking in the area. The view is spectacular.
The room was smaller than we expected. But most importantly, the sliding door between the bathroom and the room was not airtight, even if you close it all the way. Which is obviously inconvenient and violates privacy.

受付のスタッフが1人で対応していた為 聞きたい事があっても 並んで待つ必要があった事。

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The only good thing about this hotel is the location + the view. Right in front of the St Moritzsee, it is a great location to get to wherever you need to.
The rooms are extremely poor - this hotel is even less than 3 stars in my opinion. A very distinct odour throughout the hotel as soon as you step in made it so difficult for us to actually enjoy any time inside. The room was as if we were staying in a hostel, with the bath tub filling with water when used. The staff were not helpful, and always act busy when you need them. Luckily we were only here for a night and we actually could not wait to leave.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Das renovierte Einzelzimmer war wunderschön, modern, sehr sauber und überraschend grosszügig. Das Badezimmer mit Regendusche war hervorragend. Absolutes Highlight ist jedoch die traumhafte Lage direkt am See und der Blick aus dem Zimmer – morgens mit Nebel, bei Regen, Sonne oder Sonnenaufgang einfach wunderschön. Direkt vor meinem Fenster stand eine Lärche, auf der Eichhörnchen und kleine Vögel sassen. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet: sehr grosse Auswahl, guter Kaffee und Tee und dazu dieser fantastische Blick auf den See. Vom Angebot her deutlich über dem, was ich von einem Drei-Sterne-Hotel erwartet hätte.
Leider ist das Hotel trotz der Renovierung extrem hellhörig. Die Zimmertür scheint nicht richtig an der Dichtung anzuliegen; Gespräche, Schritte und Geräusche aus dem Flur und den Nachbarzimmern waren sehr deutlich hörbar. Das grösste Problem war jedoch der massive Lärm am späten Abend und in der Nacht. Es wurde mit Musik, Gitarre, Gesang und lautem Rufen bis weit nach Mitternacht gefeiert. Selbst mit Noise-Cancelling-Kopfhörern war der Lärm deutlich zu hören und Schlaf praktisch unmöglich. Vorab gab es keinerlei Hinweis darauf. Für mich ist es nicht nachvollziehbar, Gäste unmittelbar neben einer solchen Feier unterzubringen, ohne sie zumindest zu informieren. Auch organisatorisch entstand teilweise ein überforderter Eindruck an der Rezeption, unter anderem durch nicht funktionierende Geräte und fehlendes Material. Im ansonsten schönen Frühstücksraum störten zudem ein stark fleckiger Teppich sowie teilweise flackernde bzw. nicht funktionierende Beleuchtung. Gerade angesichts der hervorragenden Lage und der gelungenen Renovierung ist das sehr schade.

Tant de choses!! Le personnel aussi bien à l’accueil qu’au petit dej qui vous engueule quand il vous parle!! Pas moyen d avoir une table vue lac au petit déjeuner : elles sont toutes réservées, j ignorais qu’il fallait réserver sa table pour le petit dej! J ai répondu par un salut militaire à la responsable de salle tellement son intonation était insupportable ! La môme de l’accueil que ça dérange clairement de devoir balancer une bouteille d’eau oubliée ( par les précédents et la femme de ménage) dans le frigidaire que nous lui ramenons à notre arrivée, je lui montre des points où le ménage laisse clairement à désirer : prises salle de bain très sales, porte savon.. ça la contrarie beaucoup mais rien ne sera fait!! Bref, un potentiel de fou mais gâché par du personnel méprisant qui ne risque pas de se faire débaucher par le carlton , un conseil : changez de Job!!! La décoration : strict minimum : même pas une couche de vernis sur le bois, salle d eau minuscule, même pas de quoi mettre 2 trousses de toilettes

A general tiredness about the whole property, the walk from the carpark to reception passes by unkept garden areas overgrown with weeds…woke up to an horrendous smell in our room and out on the corridor….reported it to the reception staff and they mentioned that they were aware of it happening previously and they had used a contractor to clean the drains….without success 🤮

Receptionists are not always available in the early evening. Reception needs to be covered by a rotation system which ensures that staff can have their meal breaks without interruption. The windows in the restaurant need to be cleaned more often. More vegetarian options on the menu would be appreciated.
