Hotel Palladium

Het personeel en de liging

Badkamer is te klein

Wygodny hotel i znakomicie zlokalizowany. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Świetnie działająca i cicha klimatyzacja. Estetyczne, nowoczesne wnętrza.

Brak w pokoju otwieracza do butelek, choć woda była w kapslowanych butelkach. Brak szczotki do mycia toalety.

Great location

Nothing

The view

One side of the bed was too soft and I was waking up with a sore neck and back. I checked in 19/8 and checked out in 24/8. In 19/8 they charged me the 100€ guarantee fee and told me that it would be reimbursed in 25/8. However, the charge was not refunded until 5/9. Additionally, in 24/8, they charged me an additional amount of 100€ for no reason at all, and this amount has not been refunded up until 6/9. Even though I sent them several messages the last 7 days, they didn't bother to respond to any of my them. I am proceeding with an official complaint.

Le personnel était très professionnel et sympathique ! 🙏🏼

Yes we really enjoyed our stay at the palladium hotel. The staff was very helpful and excellent service throughout. I recommend this hotel since it is very central and at the same time very quiet The air-conditioning was perfect. Regards Joe and Margaret Camilleri

Nothing

The hotel is situated very well in Palma when you arrive with the airport bus, just a few meters from one of the central bus stops. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast.

Perfect location, clean, great staff

The hotel is within walking distance of beautiful parks, and the cathedral as well. The staff are friendly, and rooms are kept clean and offer strong wifi

The layout of the room couldn't accommodate much space between each single bed

Tolle, zentrale Lage

Beautiful room with with strong air-conditioning and great shower. Bed was also very comfortable. We were given a reusable bottle of water shortly after arrival, which was much appreciated. Reception staff were very friendly and always greeted us as we walked past. They were able to check us in early which was a massive bonus

Nothing!

The staff were friendly and breakfast better than expected

Our room had very strong smell of cigarettes was very bad smell

Posizione ottima. Albergo molto carino. Aria condizionata perfetta

Korektno

Lokalizacja, estetyka i dzieła sztuki w hotelu

Fürdőszoba: Nem működött a szellőzés. Jeleztük a portán.

Only stayed for one night but was very nice, friendly staff

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the city center.

Great location for exploring the area on foot, but also right near convenient bus stops for getting further afield and the airport bus stops pretty much outside. Very clean and spectacular view from the room of the cathedral and sea.

No tea making in the room :-(

Excellent central location. Very helpful staff. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Short walk to main atttand bus/train stations.

All fine

Breakfast poor for value of money

Is a 3 stars hotel rather than 4

The location was excellent. The rooms were clean.

The beds were very small and the rooms had no coffee or tea making facilities

4 star hotel? I’ve stayed in better Wetherspoons, the view from the window was a courtyard of derelict tenement buildings, advertised a bar it didn’t open over 7 days, the room had no cupboards or drawers or bedside cabinets just open air hanging space and two shelves, onto the shower this was so small if you bent down you opened the door, the floor was covered with mold. On the positive side you can get a public Bus from the airport to the hotel front door at 4.5 euros

A great few days here again. A single room on the top floor was small but perfect for me and a couple of extra requests were immediately supplied by the housekeeping team. The staff I met were professional, helpful, visible and efficient and I look forward to returning when next in Palma

Gute Lage, sehr sauber

The location. Near to all main atractions in the city, approx. 700m to pl. España and to the old city, to la Seu. Friendly staff. Quiet location.

The bed was quite comfortable, but the pillow was not. Both the blanket and the pillow are made of synthetic materials, which makes it uncomfortably hot during the night.
