The staff was friendly. The pool was fun there's fresh baked cookies at night. Free breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the room was amazing. Only negative would be was that I stayed in the building across the street, so I had to walk over to use the pool. But that wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

Beautiful views, walking distance is amazing. Staff is helpful. We were able to purchase firewood in the office for a bonfire. Everything is convenient !

Everything great accept bed mattress and sheets seem old! Mattress too firm-flat / lumpy. Sheets, old, thin, pilled, scratchy. All it would take is: invest in new! At least new mattress toppers / sheets. Then stay would have gone from an 8 to a 10.

This accommodation is locked in the past. Our room felt nearly unchanged from the 70's. Poor lighting and minimal furniture, no wine glasses! The charging of electronic devices was a struggle to even find convenient outlets. The bathroom light would only turn on with a fan that sounded like it was ready to come apart. Sink area was tiny and so dark it was unusable. Poor maintenance is standard for this property.

PROS: Refrigerator. Easy beach access. Great place for dog owners. Pretty quiet. Clean room. Breakfast was fine. CONS: Toilet flooded our bathroom but they moved us to another room. Fireplace did not work. *THE BIG PROBLEM: NOT the hotel's fault, but we PRE-paid through Expedia several weeks before arrival. When we arrived, we discovered that the rack rate for the hotel was more than ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS LESS than what Expedia charged us! Neither party agreed to reimburse us so we feel cheated. Never book a room here through Expedia; call hotel directly.

Great location in Seaside by the water. It’s far enough away from the main hub of Seaside but close enough to walk to get a meal. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

This place has a great location on the seaside, well kept rooms, a wonderful, warm indoor pool with hot tub, and friendly staff who provide free homemade cookies at 6pm nightly. It's not a sterile feeling new construction, which I prefer.

the location was 10 minutes walking to the convention center where we needed to go for dance competition. I'd say like about 5 minutes to the tourist shops and restaurants. but the beach was a short walk. and the beach is my happy place. plus you can just get on the path and walk to the main entrance where Moes. the atmosphere is feel like was positive vibes. everyone that we saw working there were all very nice. the rooms were nice. I liked the little kitchen we had in our room. the people who check yiu in were very approachable and to me thats a big deal.

Our favorite place to stay in Seaside! Large spacious rooms with kitchenette directly on the promenade. Friendly staff. Great morning breakfast. Incredible location. Rooms are out of date but comfortable and spacious. Indoor pool is always warm and a perfect way to start a beach stay on foggy mornings waiting for the afternoon sun.

3.5 rounded up- Extremely friendly staff, heated pool and hot tub, DVDs,games, beach toys to borrow, grab and go breakfast, clean rooms! Beach location and promenade is awesome! It is definitely outdated and the roll away bed was super uncomfortable but we would definitely return!

We stay at this property every time we're in Seaside. It's a quaint 3-story on the promenade, with ocean views and only a short walk to dining, shopping & entertainment. Even with the foot traffic, the noise-levels are low, we can always hear the ocean. The rooms are simple, with a small kitchenette and gas fireplace. Housekeeping does an excellent job of keeping things tidy with a daily refresh of towels, soaps & lotions. Check in/out is a breeze with an always friendly, helpful staff who are always available for any questions or situations that may arise. All this and the affordable rates are what keep us coming back every chance we get.

Location was great. Centralized for eating and entertainment. The boardwalk was great for our dogs to walk. The atmosphere is quaint and modest. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Amenities included continental breakfast, evening fresh baked cookies and a pool and spa. The staff was friendly and responsive.

We arrived early and the hotel staff allowed us to park on the property. We loved that the property was walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The room was big and spacious with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The staff was super-friendly and the room was very clean. It was one of the more affordable properties on the beachfront.

This was the last minute getaway in seaside Oregon and I used a discount through T-Mobile. Spacious room, exceptionally clean and very well kept. Carpet looks almost new. No marks on the walls, no smells. No peeling paint. Fireplace next to the window and box fan which I desperately needed (we are expecting a heatwave and I don't handle heat well) are great touches. King size bed and even a small kitchenette consisting of sink, micro refrigerator with freezer, Keurig type coffee maker, and microwave with range hood just no range. And best of all, the bathroom has a nice deep bathtub! That's my favorite feature wherever I go. Friendly staff when I reported a rip in the screen in the window, myself I wasn't worried about it but for other guests it should be fixed. Not going to knock them on the review though. Hotel is 50 ft away from beachside boardwalk access. I also enjoyed that the office sign is in a Goonies style script and since Astoria is relatively nearby, highly appropriate. Highly recommended!!

The room smelled incredibly fresh and clean upon arrival. I truly appreciated not having to worry about sanitizing it myself, as it was clear the staff took great care in preparing the space.

Best value available for the weekend I went. Room faced the ocean with beautiful sunset views and sounds of ocean waves. Promenade between ocean and hotel connects to town, a short walk away. No A/C makes room hot in the afternoon when the sun beats in. Room cools quickly in the ocean breeze in the evening.

The location to the shops and the beach were amazing. The room was clean and nice. We enjoyed the view of the ocean off of our balcony. I would come back here again.

Lovely place with wonderful staff. Location is amazing, of course. Pool was clean and even a nice temperature. Many pools are kept too cold. They even offered cookies at 6 pm! Absolutely amazing.

I mean if I’m looking for things to complain about I guess I might be able to find just one. It’s not a big deal at all and I wouldn’t usually say anything, but you asked: The lighting in the hotel room was sparse, and the lights themselves were cool, white light. Which I’m sure some people do prefer, but I personally don’t like white light. I prefer warm lighting. Just a preference though. No big deal.

The beach is right at your doorstep — a perfect location. And, the room is specious and clean.

As far as I could tell, there was no air conditioning in the room, and the Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Very dog friendly, conveniently located. And rooms surrounding rooms everybody seemed very quiet so well insulated or very quiet people.

my room felt extremely outdated for 800$ for 3 nights. The room felt stuffy and musty. Pretty disappointing. The pictures definitely made it look nicer than it was. Also my neighbors dogs barked all day.

toliet leaked on floor got our feet wet with toilet bowl water yuke,, bathroom fan would not shut off all night, couldnt sleep with constant fan noise droning away in the walls, toliet leaked around the base making the bathroom floor wet and getting on our feet when we used the toilet, no offers for a differant room even though it was midweek, no appologies no refunds partial or otherwise,

The view was great, and enjoyed having a balcony. Liked having a working fireplace. The king size bed was very comfy. kitchenette was an added bonus. It was all very nice! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel can not accommodate people with disabilities or any mobility issues. There is no ramp out of the parking lot. There is no ramp to the "ground floor" landing, just sets of stairs ranging from 5 - 12. Room entrances are about 6 inches off the ground with no rail or handles to help in entry. I walk with a cane due to a muscular condition. To enter the room I had to lean in nearly 2 feet to grab the edge of the wall and pull myself in hoping my legs held up. Exiting was also difficult holding the door frame while I gently lowered one leg, then using my cane for support and holding the door frame for safety.

## My Review of Hi Tide Resort **Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** We had a fantastic stay at the Hi Tide! The location is absolutely perfect, and the rooms are wonderful—especially considering the very reasonable price point. What really set them apart for us, though, was how they treated our dog. They truly go above and beyond with their **pet package**; they treat your pup like a genuine guest. Seeing a water and food bowl along with treats waiting in the room was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel immediately welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. If you’re looking for a dog-friendly spot with great value and service, I can't recommend this place enough!

No cleaning service for every 3 days. No room garbage cans only a tiny one for the bathroom. Felt like we were in a pigs sty setting.

This hotel was amazing! Our first night we had a partial view which we saw plenty of the ocean from our window! We decided to stay a second night unfortunately that was a non partial room across the street but both rooms were tidy & well kept. The only downside I’d say is we payed $30 more for the non view due to booking the night before & it was a bit outdated but we did get a message that they’re going under construction soon to update some things so I’m assuming rooms as well. Besides that it was amazing & I would recommend! The pool/ hot tub was great (the pool was very warm so keep that in mind), the location was great & overall we had an amazing time at Hi-Tide.

I love the view, location and plenty of parking. I love how we were given a small kitchen also with dishes. We had more than enough towels which was great!

I only didn’t like there wasn’t enough trolleys to put our bags on. On check out day we waited an hour and they still were in use so we had to carry everything by hand back and forth from the room making many trips.

We didn't like that there is not an adult hour for pool and hot tub time . It was very loud and kids were in the hot tub splashing around wasn't able to relax. I get this is a family place but you guys should really think about adult time for the pool and hot tub im telling you will be getting so many happy people and im not saying any of this because i dont like children i have 4 of my own but when my husband and I can get away and enjoy some alone time it'd be great to be able to relax and not have other people's children jumping in my face in the hot tub jumping in the pool screaming loud

This place is a great find. right on the prom. A block from Broadway. Bagels and all the good stuff in the morning. And at 6pm cooking and coffee.. and social time . Our dog loved it. There were fishing boats on the horizon all night. Great fireplace. And the balcony is protected from the wind Going yo be our go to place from now on..

They gave us our room an hour early. They have an elevator. The balcony on every floor is completely private. Never heard any other guests . This is a full size hotel with everything . Staff is awsome. Lots of rooms with ocean view. Good safe parking. Lots of room to back up .

The bed was comfortable and the little stove worked really well and the water got hot really quick which I like. The heating system worked really fine, including the fireplace.

The TV was really small and there was no strainer in the sink in the kitchen.

Its a beach facing hotel, they have a basic hotel breakfast and a pool, it was pretty quiet as far as these types of hotels go.

I was given the wrong room key and walked in on some girls, then someone else had a key to my room but luckily it was deadbolted.

The pilot light on the fire place was a large flame higher than the actual flames and illuminated our room all night.

Location is great. Love the elevator. Balcony is wonderful place to relax and watch the ocean.

I liked the property a lot they had everything we needed and more! I forgot googles for the pool and our pool towels that I usually bring my self for my daughter, the lobby had them to purchase. The cookies every night was a nice treat! The breakfast was good my daughter wasn’t used to the 1% milk offered but we just got our own milk and put it in the fridge in our room! I didn’t even realize that there was a full kitchen and dishes and utensils so helpful and a nice surprise! The hotel itself is an old gal but very loved it was very clean! And right on the beach! The fireplace was nice when we got back from the beach.

We were on the side by the road and one night there was a car parked on the road blasting music, not the hotels fault in any way though, just kept us up for a bit.
