الحي الي فيه الفندق في طلعه ماعجبني مو على الشارع العام يعني لو طفشان وبتدور في المكان ماتقدر تتعب من الطلعات والنزلات لازم السواق يجيك لين عند الباب بذات لو عايله مرا متعب الشارع لهم

The Hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location: after 10 minutes walk, you can reach all the shops, restaurants, and other places you might need. The room I booked was absolutely huge much larger than what I had originally reserved. They were very generous and actually gave me a better and more comfortable room than the one I had booked. It was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. The hotel is somewhat dated, and some things could use a repair or replacement, but there was nothing that bothered me during my few days there. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. For me, this was something really special and quite unexpected in Istanbul and Turkey. I have rarely experienced hotel staff who were so polite, friendly, attentive, and willing to help. In this respect, I would honestly say that the staff were even more professional than what I have experienced at some five-star hotels.

The staff is so wonderful and the location is amazing. There is no better value for money hotel in Istanbul!

It is not the newest hotel and some corners would need attention.

Le personnel gentil et accueillant, la proximité, le calme et la chambre spacieuse.

Habitaciones extremadamente amplias y con todos los servicios necesarios, incluso de más porque las habitaciones tenían dos televisiones y una zona como de salón.

Un poco más de variedad en el desayuno, especialmente en lo que respecta a la fruta, tipos de leche o yogurt y que en las habitaciones hay detalles que se pueden mejorar como rasguños en las puertas, marcos, chinazos en el sofá, etc. Una renovación no vendría mal.

Pentru a ajunge la stația de metrou ai de parcurs cca 10 min pe jos, pe străduțe abrupte, asa ca poate fi dificil pentru unele persoane.

The location was perfect, close to the metro station and surrounded by many restaurants and cafés. The rooms were spacious, with a large bathroom. The staff were amazing and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Special thanks to all the staff, especially Mr. Serdar and Fikret.

What I liked less: The breakfast could have had more variety in bread. I would have preferred more traditional Turkish bread. The lighting in my room was also a bit too dark.

The hotel has a good location. Attentive staff. Good breakfast. Clean, large, tidy rooms. Daily room cleaning.

Проживали в этом отеле 2 недели, и все было очень даже хорошо. Уборка ежедневная, все необходимые вещи имеются, кроме зубных щеток и пасты. Завтрак обычный, стандартный, летом есть арбуз, черешня. От главной дороги минут 10 пешком, рядом автобусная остановка и метро. Для своей стоимости хороший отель

Просто невероятный персонал! Мне грустно, что я не смогла запомнить имена персонала. Но хочу сказать, что вы невероятные. Мне помогали по многим вопросам. Мы отдыхали с моим парнем. Он заболел, и мне помогли оказать ему помощь. Я готова рекомендовать ваш отель всем. Очень большие и просторные номера. Все было замечательно!

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Location is good, quite close to the bus and Metro stations. Breakfast is wonderful. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Mir haben die Sauberkeit des Hotels, das freundliche Personal und die gute Lage besonders gefallen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel.

Das Frühstück war jedoch nicht besonders.

9 gecə qaldıq personal çox güləriz idi, hər problemimizi tez həll etdilər. Otaqlar çox təmiz və fərah idi, hamamı yetərincə böyük idi. Səhər yeməyi az çeşidli idi, və demek olarki hər gün eyni qalırdı. Gündəlik otaq təmizliyi çox yaxşı idi. Yaxınında 1-2 market var, kafe yoxdur

Yerləşimi çox dik hissədədir, əsas yola çıxmaq üçün 10-15 dəq dik yolda qalxmaq lazımdır. Şişli metro stansiyasından piyada 15 dəqiqəlik məsafədədir

Ciao, l'accoglienza è stata buona e la camera nel complesso non era male, ma bisogna fare attenzione alle zone polverose. La colazione era pessima. Ho soggiornato 8 notti. Era sempre la stessa colazione, senza possibilità di scelta. Ma soprattutto, la posizione dell'ostello è terribile perché si trova in fondo a una scogliera. Salire e scendere è molto difficile. 🥵🥵

I stayed for 3 nights and was genuinely impressed by the size of the rooms. The room was huge, with a large toilet, plus a partitioned living area with separate couches, a TV, and even a kind of rocking chair. There are actually two LED TVs in each room – one in the bedroom and one in the living area. However, neither has any international or English channels. This was a real downside, especially since most guests are foreigners coming for procedures (hair transplant, rhinoplasty etc.). The hotel management should upgrade to smart TVs so guests can watch content they like via apps like YouTube. This was the only negative I observed. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean, neat, and tidy, with daily housekeeping. Lifts and stairs are both available. The reception team are really helpful, and a special thank you to Serdar (the manager), who went out of his way to assist guests. The location is in a quiet residential area of Şişli, easily accessible by taxi, though on a steep hill (normal for Istanbul). Small shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Breakfast is Turkish style – fine on day one, repetitive by day two. Omelettes and spa use cost extra. Free WiFi is glitchy and not very fast. That said, for the money it’s excellent – I paid €150 for three nights including breakfast. There’s also a large indoor dining area and outdoor tables for fresh air. Would happily stay again for the space, cleanliness, and value – but please add smart TVs or at least English channels!

-Geringe Auswahl an Frühstück. -Schlechte Lage. -Nicht funktionierender Fernseher. -Nicht funktionierender Duschkopf. -Defekte Türen in der Dusche. -Unhygienische bzw. unsaubere Spuren an bestimmten Stellen erkennbar im Zimmer.

La colazione poco varia e abbastanza triste, la sala colazione gelida. In stanza la porta faceva fatica ad aprirsi, il rubinetto della doccia durissimo, no abat jour vicino ai letti, presa per ricarica vicino al letto non funzionante
