직원들은 전반적으로 친절하고 예의 바릅니다.

9월 극 성수기라 스위트롬 1박에  1100유로 정도로 비쌌는데 그에 비하면 호텔 퀄리티는 1박 300~400유로 정도가 적정하다 생각함. 스텝들은 친절하나 일 처리가 어설프고 프로 답지 못한 상태를 여러번 소소하게 경험함. 조식은 베니스 치고는 괜찮음.  커피머신은 네스프레소인데 캡슐은 네스프레소 캡슐이 아니라 싸구려에 브랜드도 없는 맛 없는 캡슐을 제공해 어이 없었음. 1박에 1100유로나 되는 거액을 받으면 이 정도는 상당히 문제가 있는 것임을 경영진들부터 좀 깨닫길. 물이나 수건은 늘 너무 부족하게 놓아서 더 달라고 요청해야 했음. 

The staff were efficient and very helpful especially Antonio at Reception who gave very clear directions. The decor of the hotel is elegant and the location is good--a quiet area but within easy reach of many attractions.

Abbiamo richiesto di stirare un abito ed il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto maleducato, vedendo due ragazze giovani ci ha anche trattato male. Alla fine non ci hanno stirato l’abito ma ci hanno dato un ferro da stiro e lo abbiamo dovuto stirare noi

Das Zimmer, vor allem das gute Bett. Alle haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend - nur der Dachterrassenbetrieb, da sind zu wenig Sitzplätze für ein Frühstück. Die Lage ist top - vor allem ist auch ein Supermarket direkt in der Nähe und gute Restaurants und Cafes. Rezeption ist top, sehr freundlich und bemüht, das alles funktioniert.

Dachterrasse - könnte viel besser genützt werden - die Ausstattung ist da nicht optimal. Am Abend ist der Barcharakter nicht da, obwohl die Bar selbst mit dem Barkeeper perfekt ist.

It was clean and rooms were very comfortable.

Reception staff were excellent - very helpful - recommended restaurants and helped with trips. Room lovely and very traditional. Breakfast was very good and staff helpful.

The lift, while functional, was a bit temperamental and made some dodgy noises. Hot water in shower a bit hit and miss.

The breakfast selection was good.

We were given 2 bad rooms on the ground floor near reception. It was noisy and when I asked staff to change the rooms I was ignored and told they were fully booked, yet they obviously weren’t as I could book rooms for those days online.

Das Hotel hatte eine fantastische Lage. Es ist ein besonderer Luxus mit dem Wassertaxi an die hauseigene Anlegestelle zu fahren und direkt begrüßt und die Koffer abgenommen zu bekommen. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Gebäude und die Räume sind atemberaubend - man fühlt sich fast königlich.

Das Schlafsofa für die Kinder war sehr unbequem. Wir hatten zum Duschen nur lauwarmes bis eiskaltes Wasser. Das kann aber an der Hitze im Sommer gelegen haben.

Het was de 2e keer in een paar jaar tijd dat we in het Ai Cavalieri verbleven. Opnieuw was heerlijk om daar aan het einde van de dag terug te komen en te ontsnappen aan de drukte van Venetië. Alles is er top. We zullen de volgende keer er zeker weer boeken.

El hotel es realmente una joya histórica. Las habitaciones son realmente maravillosas , cómodas y muy elegantes. La climatización y espacios son sobresalientes. La atención fabulosa, se sentía Venezia solo con estar en el hotel.

ラグジュアリーな空間、おもてなしがとても良い。朝食の種類も豊富でおかず系も大変おいしかった！！テーブルセッティングが素敵でした。途中夕方出かけて帰ったら少し整えられてて、お菓子とメッセージがベットにありちょっとしたことだけどとても嬉しい気持ちになりました。

部屋の天井の壁紙が大部分剥がれててそのままだったので気になった。

Acesso para quem não conhece. Na minha opinião como Veneza tem caminhos estreitos e várias pontes, o hotel no ato da reserva deveria orientar exatamente qual é a melhor maneira de se chegar pois tive dificuldades de acesso com as bagagens.

The breakfast was superb, and they had tons of options as well as would make a coffee to order. The staff were professional and well-attired. It was a beautiful hotel, a little bit off of the super busy paths which was nice. The staff were so kind and spoke good English, and it made our stay here fantastic!

The room was a bit warm, but on par with a lot of European AC expectations.

God frukost, mycket att välja på, t ex bra bröd och frukt. Kan också sitta ute och trevligt.

Trots att jag bokade privat taxi till tågstationen innan enligt hotellets information, kom taxi 20 min för sent, personalen vid receptionen skyllde på varandra. Den Taxi som till sist kom körde inte mig till rätt ställe framför tågstationen, utan stannade innan och jag hade svårt att stiga av båten. Mycket dåligt.

My room was basic and didn’t have a desk to work at. WiFi in the room was poor. There were a couple of power plugs, but one needed to move furniture to find them. Breakfast was okay, nothing exceptional. Overall, a good 3 star hotel.

La entrada al hotel, lobby, escaleras, pasillos... Todo es espectacular! La habitación era de buen tamaño y cómoda. El. Personal es amable y esta a distancia corta de la plaza de san marcos y también está cerca del vaporeto Rialto para ir y venir de la estación de tren, no es nada complejo. El desayuno buenísimo! Las chicas que atienden son muy muy amables y preparan un café súper rico, las opciones de comida muy completas!

Me tocó la habitación roja y justo ese rojo oscurece mucho la habitación y es difícil abrir la ventana para recibir luz solar.

The hotel is ideally located just a 5–7 minute walk from St. Mark’s Square, yet tucked away on a quiet street, far from the noise and crowds of the main tourist areas. The property is a beautiful historic palazzo, elegantly decorated with antique furniture and classic Venetian charm. If you would like to experience staying in a former Venetian palace and enjoy a touch of old-world luxury, this hotel offers excellent value for what it provides. It is certainly not inexpensive, but in our opinion, it is worth every euro. The breakfast is very good, and the hotel’s cozy bar, open in the afternoon and evening, is a real highlight. The bartender is excellent, the selection of wines and cocktails is impressive, and the terrace provides a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring Venice. We would happily stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Venetian experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We did not find any significant drawbacks during our stay. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, making this one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences we have had in Venice.

La chambre était parfaite et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes, sachant que la situation géographique de l'hôtel est parfaite suffisamment éloignée de l'hyper centre et toutefois proche de tout.

Outre le plaisir d'avoir été dans votre hôtel et pris plaisir à y être, nous avons été quelque peu déçu par le petit déjeuner qui n'était pas vraiment à la hauteur de votre établissement,, jus de fruit industriels et non pressés, viennoiserie moyenne, quant à la salle du petit déjeuner était un peu décevante en terme de décoration pour cet ancien palais vénitien quant à l'accès à la terrasse elle n'était pas systématiquement proposée même par beau temps, sur nos 4 jours on nous y a donné accès qu'une seule fois.

Das Frühstück ist für deutschen Geschmack recht sparsam. Die Rezeption ist nicht zu vergleichbar mit anderen Luxushotels in Venedig. Sie sind zwar freundlich, hören aber nicht zu. So hat der Transfer zurück zum Flughafen nicht geklappt. Zweimal nachfragen schriftlich bestätigen lassen, sonst ist man ohne Boot in Venedig aufgeschmissen.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, schöne Terrasse und relative ruhige Lage, was in Venedig nicht leicht ist, da die Häuser so eng stehen und sowohl auf den Kanälen als auch den Straßen meist viel los ist.

Es fehlt ein Sportraum, ansonsten hat mir alles gut gefallen.

O café da manhã é excelente e muito variado. A localização também permite um deslocamento a pé para todos os cantos da cidade. O Hotel é lindo e provoca o desejo das pessoas que passam por ele, pararem para tirar uma foto.

Esperava um pouco mais do quarto, apesar de ser bonito. Nos deram um quarto no térreo próximo de uma área de serviços então tinha um pouco de barulho, os funcionários foram cordiais, mas dentro do esperado.
