The staff were superb, welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It had a kitchenette with all necessary items. Sitting on the beach or the restaurant at sunset is a must. Mauritian Soiree on a Wednesday evening is a feast with excellent entertainment and dancing.

There was nothing not to like.

L'hôtel était situé en bord de mer avec un accès direct à la plage et nous avons profité également d'un parking privé surveillé jour et nuit. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance et d'écoute et avec de précieux conseils pour nos visites de la journée. L'hôtel bénéficiait d'un très joli jardin et d'un espace piscine fort agréable d'où nous pouvions admirer tous les soirs les magnifiques couchers de soleil :-) C'était un hôtel à taille humaine, calme, et notre chambre, confortable et très jolie, bénéficiait d'une terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et la mer. Une mention spéciale pour le Restaurant car nous étions en demi pension. Les petits déjeuners servis sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer étaient fabuleux et très copieux. Tous les plat étaient cuisinés avec des produits frais et tout était excellent ! Des grillades de poissons et légumes aux salades de fruits. Nous n'oublierons pas non plus le guitariste qui apportait une très belle ambiance , ni la soirée dansante traditionnelle qui nous a enchanté. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe qui ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable !

Tolles kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir waren für 7 Nächte als Familie mit 1-jährigem Kind hier. Wir hatten am ersten Tag gefragt, ob wir innerhalb der Zimmerkategorie von unserem Zimmer im 1.OG ins EG wechseln können. Das wurde uns unkompliziert und ohne Aufpreis ermöglicht - super Service, vielen Dank! Dadurch konnte unsere kleine Tochter ausgiebig auf der Grünfläche herumkrabbeln. Das Zimmer war groß genug und sauber, so dass wir uns für eine ganze Woche sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Strand unmittelbar vor dem Hotel ist nicht zum Baden geeignet (Felsen), aber ca. 200m weiter kann man baden. Es sind auch viele andere schöne Badestrände mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Preis-Leistung ist wirklich hervorrand

Wunderschön am Meer gelegen, komfortable Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile und Balkon. Das Restaurant bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und das Essen (sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen) waren super lecker. Hervorzuheben ist das wunderbar freundliche Personal das den Aufenthalt nochmal angenehmer macht!

We had a really lovely stay at Voile Bleue and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Shazia, Jennifer and Nawfal for their warm hospitality and for making us feel at home throughout our stay. What I really liked about the property is the open reception concept. It feels very relaxed and homely rather than like a typical hotel reception. Whenever we came back from an outing or were leaving for an excursion, the staff were always there with a warm welcome or a friendly “Good day.” Those small gestures really made a difference. The location is excellent if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to relax. The property is well maintained and in good shape. Trou aux Biches beach is around 10 minutes away by public bus, so getting around was also quite easy. The laundry facility was excellent and very convenient, especially when travelling with a young child. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It’s a peaceful place with a genuinely friendly team, and the hospitality made us feel more like guests in a home than customers in a hotel. Would definitely recommend Voile Bleue for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Mauritius.

Restaurant Le Skipper - Menu design can be better considering basic global guest not one sided. No consistency in cuisine platting and display, use of random crockery, chipped plates and bowls were disappointing. Prices are skyrocketing, they could can be little pocket friendly considering the location. Restaurant staff’s were very hardworking and going extra mile for guests satisfaction.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per sei notti in una comoda camera vista piscina con un piacevolissimo dehor dal quale era possibile accedere direttamente alla piscina. La camera è spaziosa, dotata anche di un angolo cottura con tutto ciò che serve. Il ristorante ha una bella vista sul mare ed è buono; ogni mercoledì serata con buffet creolo e musica tipica, molto divertente. Voto 10 a tutto lo staff, cordialissimo e sempre disponibile. Assolutamente raccomandato !

The staff were very friendly and welcoming nothing was too much bother. It had washing facilities on site as well as your own kitchenette. Breakfast and dinner available. A private beach which was kept clean but we did explore other beaches plus a swimming pool at the hotel which was a little cold in August

Nothing really I didn't like but a little far from all the bars and restaurants.Although there are a couple of shops nearby, if you want to go to other beaches it's best to hire a car at the airport.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Voile Bleue Boutique Hotel sehr genossen. Das kleine, familiäre Hotel liegt direkt am Meer in Pointe aux Biches und schafft eine angenehm persönliche Atmosphäre – genau richtig, wenn man keine anonyme große Anlage sucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich aufmerksame und herzliche Team: Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an bestens umsorgt, und bei allen Fragen oder Wünschen wird wirklich mit viel Engagement geholfen. Auch kulinarisch wurden wir sehr gut versorgt. Der Pool ist wunderschön und perfekt zum Entspannen. Unsere Matratze war eher weich, für uns persönlich aber sehr bequem – wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Insgesamt ein charmantes Boutique-Hotel mit tollem Service, entspannter Atmosphäre und echter mauritischer Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Hôtel très bon rapport qualité/prix. Les employés sont tous au petit soin, que ce soient les personnes à l'accueil (Ali, Jennifer, Nawfal et leurs collègues), les personnes du restaurant le Skipper (Christa et ses collègues), les personnels d'entretien et le service de taxi géré par Cindy. Ils sont toujours à notre écoute pour nous aider. La suite était très grande avec une literie confortable et la douche très spacieuse. La piscine était très appréciable ainsi que le restaurant.

Il faudrait plus de couverts et d'ustensiles dans la kitchenette Il faudrait plus de chaines sur la TV (quasiment tout en langue indienne) mais ce n'est pas très grave car les journées sont suffisamment remplies Paroi de la douche à réparer (cela n'a pas gêné l'utilisation) Situation un peu "loin" des commerces, il faut prendre un taxi ou un bus mais pour ce dernier on ne sait jamais à quelle heure il passe et en hiver il n'y a plus de bus après 18h...

Les compétences inégales du personnel dans le service rendu (exemple : demande une assiette supplémentaire qui n’arrive jamais ; demande des œufs / bacon pas facturée la veille, le lendemain le serveur me donne un prix de prestation qui n’existe pas ; un bout de mouchoir dans une salade ; personnel qui se plaint à plusieurs reprises durant le séjour d’être fatiguée et de vouloir rentrer chez elle).

The rooms are spacey and really clean. Breakfast was really fine, not buffet but nice. Especially reception staff, Nawfal, was really nice helping us with the parking on site and with doing laundry. We will long remember him as one of the nicest encounters of our holiday. Laundry possibility indeed is a marvellous perk of this place. Sunset great.

The sea is pretty to look qt at sunset but really not for swimming. In our case we booked a room on the ground floor but then we got a room on the first floor.

Super séjour en prolongation d’un séjour démarré à l’hôtel Alalila (même groupe) situé à 1,5km de la. Le prix étant un peu inférieur, les installations donnent l’air un tout petit plus vétuste (vs hôtel neuf à Alalila) mais rien à dire … l’accueil top, le service top, la piscine et le calme de la superbe plage (baignable a 200m de l’hôtel) face au bâtiment sont un vrai + Le vrai plus est le restaurant à l’intérieur de l’hôtel qui fait de très bon plats avec un super service

Hotel bardzo ładny, przy samej plaży, z bezpośrednim wyjściem na basen, trawnik i plażę. Pokój ładny z dużym wygodnym łóżkiem, aneksem kuchennym z potrzebnymi naczyniami do przygotowania posiłków. Przy samym hotelu restauracja - jedliśmy śniadania i kolacje. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne a ala carte. Do wyboru było 5-7 posiłków w cenie (przystawka, danie główne i deser) i wiele dań z małą lub większą dopłatą. W hotelu parking. Szczególnie dziękujemy Panu Nawfal z recepcji, był bardzo miły, polecał nam różne atrakcje w okolicy i objaśniał jakimi autobusami można do nich dotrzeć.

Nous avons aimé en 1er lieu l' accueil de chaque personnel, tout le monde est aux petits soins et répond présent à chaque demande. La chambre est très jolie, propre, la piscine sympathique et rien à redire sur la qualité des repas. Ayant réservé pour 1 nuit, nous en avons même rajouté une seconde tellement nous étions bien 👍.

Légèrement bruyant car a proximité de la route, et notre chambre etait a proximité de la réception donc bruyant le matin. Présence de moustiques Pas de table et chaises pour manger a l intérieur (uniquement sur la terrasse.) Notre chambre etait dans un renfoncement sans vue sur la piscine ou le frond de mer.

It's a perfect private spot, where all the polite staff are concerned for your 'bien etre'. They will even go to extreme to satisfy your little queries. A good size swimming pool. Food was alright, breakfast was alright... Just what you can eat. The room has a mini clean kitchen(a bonus), clean toilet & bath & fresh towels everyday, cleaning everyday, and a 'magnifique' view from the balcony. .. Trust me that all you need for a good holiday and specially value for your money. Very good management.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room and bathroom was spacious. The pool as well as the beach directly at the location were great! The catamaran tour booked via Cindy was great and the value for money was exceptional compared to different offers. The restaurant le skipper offered various food, which was also delicious. Great stay to visit the north-western part of the island and enjoy various beaches in the area!

The breakfast was not as good value for money. The two options were not in proportion and if you choose the continental breakfast a portion of scrambled eggs was charged additionally.

Le calme, la piscine face à l'océan presque que pour nous, très bons repas et surtout la gentillesse et la serviabilité de tout le personnel aussi bien à l'accueil, le service de table que les personnes de l'ombre ! Cindy l'organisatrice des excursions au TOP, le chauffeur-guide VIC au TOP. Un tout grand merci à tous pour ce séjour inoubliable.

Pour se baigner dans la mer devant l'hôtel, il faut marcher 100 m. Sinon, si vous avez une voiture pas de problème pour trouver des plages dans les alentours.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich schnell um Lösungen bemüht, sollte mal etwas zu bemängeln gewesen sein. Der Pool war sehr schön und separat vom Restaurant gelegen, so entfiel das "Schaulaufen" vor den Restaurantgästen. Auch der Blick aufs Meer, sowohl vom Pool als auch vom Restaurant aus, war toll. Sehr praktisch waren die Poolhandtücher, die man auch für einen Strandbesuch mitnehmen durfte. Bei jeder Rückkehr zum Hotel wurde man vom freundlichen Personal begrüßt. Besonders freundlich war der Mitarbeiter Nawfal. An der Rezeption wurde man auch mit guten Hinweisen zu Zielen in der Umgebung versorgt. Zum Schnorcheln am besten geeignet war der Balaclava Public Beach. Niedlich waren die kleinen, grünen Geckos in den Palmen der Hotelanlage. In der Halbpension enthalten war die Auswahl zum Abendessen von der gesamten Restaurant-Karte, mitunter mit Aufpreis.

Auswahl aus lediglich zwei Frühstücksarten (Kontinental, Englisch) war schnell eintönig, leider kein Frühstücksbuffet. WLAN sehr instabil. Die Matratze war durchgelegen.

L’amabilité du personnel et le restaurant le skipper très appréciable. Les petites déjeuners sont bons. Les repas sont très bons egalement. La piscine est agréable. A proximité il y a des plages très belles a 5 min de voiture.

Un pommeau de douche serait mieux. La literie est un peu dur. Difficile de dormir car si vous donnez sur la piscine vous pouvez être réveillez par l’entretien de l’hôtel.
