Las camas son cómodas, las cortinas cierran bien la cama entonces casi se obscurece por completo. El desayuno es ligero pero suficiente para el costo de la reservacion. El personal es amable. El lugar estaba limpio. Y esta a 15 minutos caminando de la terminal de Via Rail.

Loved the ensuite bathrooms in shared rooms. Beds were super comfy, sheets were nice and warm. Great location. Staff were awesome.

The location was perfect for a short job at the hospital, the people were nice and accommodating . The beds were comfortable and the private bathroom in the dorms were awesome . Loved the daily activities to make u feel welcome and the free breakfast.

Auberge de jeunesse de qualité. J'étais dans une chambre mixte de 10 lits avec une salle de bain, pourtant cela n'a pas posé de soucis, car il y avait d'autres salles de bain a l'étage et aux autres étages. Le lit est assez large et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était bon ( peut-être du salé aurait été un plus ) Le personnel était très gentil. J'ai adoré Montréal, tout comme l'auberge...

The staff were fairly accommodating to the situation and did with the best of their ability to help.

The room I was staying in was thought to have bed bugs so we had to all move out of the room but I wasn’t given a new room card until I washed all of my laundry which ended up with me not being able to leave the hostel until 1pm

The room was spacious and the facilities were great.

The staircase was a bit tight to move through with large bags, but it was manageable. Not really much of an issue.

C’était une grande première pour moi de dormir en auberge de jeunesse et je n’ai pas été déçue ! Les chambres sont très propres, la literie est confortable, le personnel est jovial et m’a fait passer un séjour incroyable ! Je recommande cette adresse sans hésiter.

The hostel bar was lively, the activities organised were enjoyable and the coordinators were very warm and friendly. The food and drink available in the hostel was also excellent.

J'ai logé 4 nuits dans un dortoir 6 femmes, ce fut très avantageux d'avoir notre propre salle de bain ainsi que des petits casiers pour ranger nos effets personnels. Le dortoir était bien aménagé et assez grand. L'emplacement de l'auberge est bien situé également, et le petit déjeuner proposé fait l'affaire !

1e fois en auberge de jeunesse, dans un dortoir 4 femmes. Confort literie ok, salle d eau attenante. Sympa l ambiance et bons conseils pour la découverte de la ville et environs. Petit dej copieux et varié.

It is a lovely place to call home base for a few days.

I had one roommate that got in late and woke early making a lot of noise- these things happen.

Todo el lugar es muy cómodo, bar, instalaciones, Piezas, baños, el personal, y la ubicación es perfecta. El bar y lugares comunes incluyendo cocina son espacios de gran utilidad. El personal del bar muy amable.

Wonderful, clean, well-equipped rooms, a comfortable bed, and a very good location (the stop for the 747 airport bus is 200 m from the hotel); good breakfast and delightful service. Thank you—I recommend it.

Honestly, almost everything. The staff were super friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. It almost felt like I was shooting the breeze with a new friend at a coffee shop, which was immaculate to say the least. I have no prior experience with hostels though, so take my feedback with a grain of salt. Security was pretty good, but honestly it wasn't really needed all that much considering how nice everyone was; patrons included. Complementary breakfast, while it got a little repetitive, was actually fairly good for such a price! Not to mention that everything was always in stock, no matter how packed the place was. That's super impressive, honestly. Cleanliness was so good, I didn't even notice when they started cleaning. It was fairly strategic too, they'd often start when people are generally not in their dorms (i.e. somewhere around 12:00 PM or early afternoon.) Staff made every attempt to assist in whatever you needed as best as they could; which was very much appreciated. I lost my loofah, for example, because I forgot it in their towels, and staff tried their best to find it. While it wasn't really recovered, I appreciated the amount of effort they put in finding something that was fairly benign. The daily events kept things spicy which was fairly appreciated. They were so simple, yet managed to have people bond fairly quickly. I wouldn't be surprised if folks made life-long friends in such a short amount of time. The bar area was so simple, with just a pool table, good amount of books, and other physical games, but it was perfect enough to allow socialization. Folks would just strike random conversations from just playing pool together or hanging out at the bar. Their poutine was pretty good as well! The bunk beds were fairly sturdy and made out of some sort of mental, which made descending and rising to the top bunk a lot less noisy compared to a wooden one.

They're more of a personal gripe than a thing I dislike, but the token system, when it came to washing clothes, was a bit odd. Maybe other hostels don't even provide washing services, so I'm not gonna be upset about it. I'm glad it just exists. I ran out of clothes to wear from how much walking and biking I did, so being able to wash them here was pretty nice, despite that. Tokens were cheap, so I ain't gonna be upset about it. The models of the washing and drying machines were a bit... outdated, I think? They certainly resembled the ones I replaced in my house that were 15+ years old. Newer washing machines are much quieter and efficient, so maybe it would be of benefit to them to upgrade them; they use less electricity after all. Top loader washing machines are universally known to be less effective than side loaders, so it would also reduce the amount of washes needed too! I did appreciate that they gave you tidepods though! It would be nice (but not required) to have more water dispensers, because I noticed that it can get a bit congested in that area. Not to mention that the dispenser itself is a smidge slow, so if you have a large water bottle, you might as well just fill it up from the tap. Some more knowledge about the existence of events would be a nice little bonus too. I only really knew about it when I paid better attention, but that's just a me problem I think, because I was a bit disoriented due to my first experience with a hostel. The fact that the location is situated right next to the metro station and a Maxi basically makes everything I said just teenie critiques rather than real dislikes, though.

ダウンタウンのメイン通りから入ってすぐにあり、メトロ駅にも近く、スーパーも近くにあってロケーションが良い。ベッドやリネン、カーテンもフルカバーで備品が良かった。

部屋のロッカーやタオル掛けにベッド番号が無かったので、沢山使っている人がいた。番号を付けたほうが良い。朝食が付いていて良いのだが、ゆで卵やヨーグルトなどの蛋白質や、ジュースなどもあると更に良かった。フロントが一人の時があり、荷物を運びに行ったのか、なかなか戻らず、対応がかなり遅い時があった。

There's no elevator and so carrying luggage over the stairs two floors up was a bit cumbersome.

AJ surcotee Matelas tres tres dur et pas du tout confortable (insomnies garanties pour moi), avis partagé par mes colocs. Tout petit dortoir de 4, avec très peu de place pour poser les affaires. Pas de chaises, il faut aller dans les espaces de coworking. Bagels pas bons et petit dej identique tlj. Karaoke du lundi soir très bruyant.

Simple breakfast on offer which was more than enough to get you going. Be early for bagels and remember to tidy up and wash your own dishes.

Could use some USB charging ports so you are not caught short without an adapter.

The room is cozy, the breakfast is great, and the location is walkable and close to the bus stop and the subway station. I love the patio, and if you don't want to stay outside, there are also many free shows to watch on TV.

I was struggling with the door of the washroom and the shower. It felt stuck, was hard to slide back and forth, and made a piercing noise. Hope I can receive the events of the week once booked. After checking, I found out there are events in the hotel.

The breakfast included is quite convenient, and it's close to the subway station. There are power outlets on the wall, making it convenient to charge your phone and power bank from the top bunk.

It's already pretty good; there's nothing particularly that needs improvement.

Je n ai pas eu de bagel 2/3 des petits dej passés a l auberge et dommage qu il n y ait pas d options salées. Auberge légèrement loin du centre, mais le métro est juste à coté ! Pas assez de rangements pour le lit en dortoir mais globalement mon séjour s est très bien passé 😊

C’est un endroit bien si on veut économiser à Montréal et qu’on est bien avec le fait de partager la chambre avec des étrangers. Mais c’était une belle expérience quand même.

J’ai des problème de dos, donc j’ai trouvé que le matelas du lit superposé était un peu inconfortable.

Breakfast was great, they had plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. The room had a great view. The bartender was the kindest person. She played monopoly deal with a group of strangers and made everyone feel welcome there.

I enjoyed all the work the staff put into ensuring guests were comfortable. Whatever I wanted and asked for they made an immediate effort to help me as best they could. I love how the common rooms have music playing and is left open Even at midnight for anyone to use. Breakfast was delicious and the kitchen was kept very clean. The hostel rooms and bathrooms, and common rooms were extremely clean too. And when I would come back from walking around in the morning, the garbage was cleared and rooms were tidied. I've stayed in many hostels before but this one has definitely exceeded expectations.

I think having some events in the morning and afternoon would be awesome for those who would like a push to socialize and tour the place together.

J’ai passé un séjour véritablement inoubliable. L’accueil a été chaleureux et à la hauteur de mes attentes. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté et le confort des chambres, ainsi que l’ambiance conviviale qui régnait au sein de l’établissement. Au-delà de la qualité du séjour, j’ai eu la chance de faire de très belles rencontres, ce qui a rendu cette expérience encore plus enrichissante. Une magnifique expérience que je garderai longtemps en mémoire. Je recommande vivement !

I liked the clearness of the beds, the breakfast, the communal areas, and most importantly the location, which was just perfect.

First time staying at a hostel and really enjoyed it. Walking distance to the train, buses, and stores and restaurants downtown. Staff was friendly and super helpful.

Maybe I'm a little bit vain but having a full length mirror in the room would be nice.

Café da manhã buffet super completo, lavanderia, limpeza dos quartos com frequência, atividades realizadas pela própria equipe do hostel, ambiente familiar e amigável.

El Hostel Saintlo de Montreal se encuentra en muy buena localización para visitar la ciudad. Bien conectado por transporte público y también caminando. Buenas instalaciones y bien separada la parte común (Planta -1) donde puede haber más ruido de las habitaciones. El desayuno está muy bien e incluido en el precio de alojamiento. Cama cómoda y habitaciones amplias y limpias. Cambian las toallas cada día.

La estancia tuvo aspectos positivos, especialmente la amabilidad del personal en la mayoría de las ocasiones, pero también hubo varios puntos que considero mejorables. Las taquillas de las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas para guardar una mochila de tamaño normal, algo a tener en cuenta si se viaja con equipaje. Mi reserva era de unas seis noches y estaba hecha desde hacía meses. Aunque reconozco que no solicité previamente una cama inferior, durante mi estancia pedí en varias ocasiones la posibilidad de cambiarme a una cama a nivel del suelo. Finalmente no fue posible, pese a que durante esos días vi cómo se asignaban camas inferiores a nuevos huéspedes con estancias más cortas. Entiendo que puede haber criterios de organización que desconozco, pero me habría gustado que se tuviera en cuenta mi petición o, al menos, que se me explicara con mayor claridad por qué no podía realizarse el cambio. Si realizas una reserva no olvides hacer tu solicitud de cama inferior si así lo prefieres. Por otro lado, pedí algo de orientación para organizar una excursión a las afueras de Montreal. No esperaba que el alojamiento gestionara la actividad, simplemente alguna recomendación o indicación, pero la respuesta fue que, al tratarse de un albergue, no podían asesorarme en ese aspecto. Creo que ofrecer un mínimo de información turística o indicar dónde obtenerla habría sido de agradecer. En general, el trato fue amable, pero considero que la atención a este tipo de peticiones podría ser algo más flexible y resolutiva, especialmente en estancias de varios días.

Staff is very welcoming (I was able to get used to quebec french thanks to phil :) he also makes great poutine! ) and it was a great location, quite clean (as clean as can be when you stick several people in a dorm) and nice breakfast in the morning plus free coffee all day. the co-working spaces was a great plus.

We stayed in a double room with private bathroom. It was at the top floor and with a window facing the internal court, so it was quiet. The room was clean.

The staff was extremely friendly, and my private room was spacious, very clean, and had its own private bathroom. The location is excellent and felt very safe. Breakfast fulfilled its purpose, even though the options were somewhat limited.

The hostel has a small basement bar, but to my surprise, it closed at 11:00 PM. This felt unusually early compared to hostels in other countries where social spaces stay open much later. Additionally, some hallways and common spaces had a strange odor of sweat.

I liked almost everything if I compare it with a recent experience I just have, it's very good. The price/ quality ratio was very good. It offers a good service at almost the same level as the competition in Montreal. And it was a good relief for me after spending my weekend in another Auberge of the same category for a much higher price for a very small and uncomfortable room in Quebec city (by the way is a very beautiful city) with a very inexisting service. I am very disappointed with this place for this very high price with a very poor quality.

As I said it was a relief for me, after the previous experience in the other Auberge, I didn't have time to dislike anything.

The hostel met all of our needs! We had a cozy and clean private room. We were able to use the luggage storage before our check-in, took advantage of the free breakfast every day, and it was less than a 10 minute walk to the metro! There is also a grocery store right on the corner. Loved that they also hosted events like a thrift tour and walking tour, but we didn't have time in our schedule this time. Appreciated having a fan in the room.

Breakfast could have had a few more options. Also would have appreciated shampoo and conditioner in the shower instead of just one foaming soap.

Walking distance to a metro station -Luggage storage

-Rooms get very warm unfortunately, despite it saying they are air conditioned. -Beds and pillows aren’t the most comfortable, but it is expected for a cheap hostel bed.

Sono seduta nell'aria comune in questo momento. Ambiente molto carino. Alloggio in una tripla privata. Letti a castello e molto spaziosa. Bella gente. Ambiente rispettoso e accogliente. I ragazzi/e alla reception sono molto professionali e disponibili. La cucina è superattrezzata. È stata una bella sorpresa soprattutto per la buona energia e armonia che si vive.

My room was clean and had everything I needed for a good price. The location couldn’t be better for seeing a show at the Bell Centre. I was in my room twenty minutes after the concert ended!

The staff, the decor, the downstairs lounge and the numerous amenities available. Beds are decent and the dorm bathrooms are super clean and nice.

This isn’t the properties fault by any means, but the location downtown is a little off for travellers and wanderers. Luckily, you’re 2 blocks away from the underground so you can go out anywhere pretty quickly.

Ich liebe alles daran! Es war einfach génial. Super Lage, top Personal, man fühlt sich sehr gut hier aufgehoben. Es ist sauber, es werden immer wieder neue gemeinsame Aktivitäten angeboten, sodass man definitiv neue Leute kennenlernt und gemeinsam viel von Montréal kennenlernen kann. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder in Montréal bin, komme ich hierher.

The room was great; I've stayed in a lot of hostels and this was a solid one. Throw in your earplugs and sleep forever. Facilities were always cleaned efficiently, breakfast was solid, the location was perfect for grabbing the metro or walking to the canals. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

One night, we had some random dude show up in our all-female dorm room as if he was looking for his room. Not sure how he got into our dorm room as we were all asleep and didn't invite anyone in. The front desk person didn't seem overly surprised, so I don't know if this is a regular occurrence, but hopefully not. She said she would look into it, but I don't know where that ever went or what she could even really do about it.

Det var överlag ett mycket trevligt ställe att bo på, utemiljön på terrassen var ett bonus👌🏻, personalen hjälpsamma och väldigt vänliga, sköna sängar, fin respekt i 10 salen med tystnad och inte ha på ljuset när grannen i sängen bredvid sov. Bra att man kunde ha sin egen låda i kylen.

Frukosten var okej men främst för de som gillar kolhydrater med bröd och jordnötssmör/ sylt och kaffe, fanns även mjölk och flingor men jag saknade en bra proteinkälla, kunde erbjudits ägg, skinka och gärna några grönsaker till.

The location was great, and the breakfast selection was excellent. I really liked all the activities provided.

Honestly the hostel wasn’t as clean as it could be. I stayed for 3 nights but not ones did I see a clean shower. The rooms are really cramped so very little privacy.
