Das Haus und alle Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen sind toll. Ich habe den Fehler gemacht, ein Zimmer mit Queensize-Bett zu buchen (günstigste Kategorie). Das ging nach hinten raus auf eine recht befahrene Straße und war sehr dunkel. Auch dieses Zimmer war recht teuer. Dennoch sollte man hier nicht sparen und ein Zimmer nach vorne raus buchen.

Geräuschpegel und im Zimmer und geringer Lichteinfall. Das inkl. Frühstück war super, beinhaltetete aber nur ein Heißgetränk.

The service was consistent and the best I have ever experienced at a hotel. This is coming from someone who has travelled all over the world. We got a free upgrade too.

In vielerlei Hinsicht außergewöhnlich: Personal (! und ganz besonders mit unseren Kindern, immer zu einem netten Scherz aufgelegt), Frühstück, Design... Leider auch ein wirklich gehobener Preis - aber das ist in London mittlerweile überall der Fall, wie wir feststellen mussten. Für eine zentrale Unterkunft, die es ermöglicht, zwischen intensivem Sightseeing rasch auftanken zu können, könnten wir uns nichts Besseres vorstellen.

Exceptional. I’ve stayed at the Ritz, Four Seasons and other fine hotels that don’t touch the service, decore and ambiance. The thoughtful gifts they give you to spray your beautiful sheets is one example and the attention to detail everywhere is so sweet. We were so sick with stomach bugs and the manager allowed us to stay longer, the chef brought us homemade ginger tea on a beautiful display. I felt like I was staying at my grandmother’s wealthy home. The drawing room upstairs with wood paneling and the honesty bar. This place is elegant, charming,homey and feels like a big warm hug.

10 of us stayed and enjoyed every minute. Thank you Ben, Nicky, Ju -young, Eddie, Filipo, and entire team! We felt welcomed and cared for as though we are celebrities. None of us remember heads hitting pillows as beds too comfy and cozy. Perfectly situated near the theatre district and shopping and historical monuments and galleries.

My daughter and I recently were guests at The Covent Garden Hotel for Four nights. We had heard wonderful things about it and it exceeded our expectations. Worth noting are the lovely room, the stunning decor and the kindness and responsiveness of the front desk staff. The concierge went above and beyond to help us secure tickets to a sold out exhibition. I have traveled globally for over 50 years and stayed at many luxury properties and the overall experience my daughter and I had at The Covent Garden Hotel stands out as one of the best. I look forward to future stays there . Judy

The location was perfect, as I had booked to see a West End show. It is beautifully decorated with stunning attention to detail. My room was clean, well looked after and as a solo traveller I felt safe and looked after by the whole team who were wonderfully kind and attentive. I’m so glad I booked this hotel and will most definitely be returning

Il design, lo staff del ricevimento ed il ragazzo dell’accoglienza in ingresso - fantastico. Non ingessato, professionale e sempre presente.

La colazione non include il pane - come in qualsiasi altro paese. Forse un abitudine che noi non conoscevamo Abbiamo ordinato il pane ma e’ arrivato quando non ci eravamo già alzati. ( probabilmente addebitato ugualmente) Se avete la camera che dà sulla strada non si può aprire la finestra perché è’ molto rumoroso, in più c’è un cantiere di fronte e passano parecchi camion.

A bit small, plenty of stairs, some pieces of furniture are rather beautiful than comfortable. Extra beds for kids were very uncomfortable (bad mattress).

Albergo bellissimo, molto raffinato e curato in ogni dettaglio. Personale davvero accogliente ed affabile...i ragazzi italiani del Personale davvero squisiti...Cena ottima presso la Brasserie Max...Credo ci torneremo volentieri perché l'atmosfera è calda e rilassante..un ringraziamento a tutti..

Three years ago my wife and I stayed at the Covent Garden Hotel for three weeks. We loved the hotel so much we again made reservations in March 2026 again for three week. The location is perfect for walking to theaters in London's West End. They have two concierges Agostinho and H. Either one seemed to be on duty whenever we needed help, and we needed help at least once a day. Since we love theater they were able to get tickets in great seat locations on short notice for impossible to get shows like "Paddington" and "Mincemeat" and for ten others shows. They were an amazing duo. In addition they got us a hotel and train tickets for an overnight trip to the beach side resort town of Brighton. They got us lots of restaurant reservations, a car and driver for a day trip to Windsor and lots of taxi rides. Since when we left the hotel after a total of six weeks we had pleasant encounters with the hotel team of Louis, Camile, Ade and John. The hotel has two bedroom services per day. Something special is that they have a private lounge with an honesty bar.

I have loved this hotel for years and will, sadly, never come back. The quality of everything has taken a nose dive. It took 45 minutes to get 4 inches of warm water into the bath. I asked the front desk to check and they said housekeeping says it's fine. So it's my fault. The food has gone downhill, which is presumably why no one is in the resto on a Friday night. I literally feel bad for the staff who carry on like all is normal, like this is the same hotel. "Sorry madam, we stopped with the bath salts about a year and a half ago." "Sorry madam, sorry madam, sorry madam." Sorry is right. I'm sorry, too! As I will have to find a hotel group who still cares about their guest experience instead of cashing out. Kit and Tim are lining their purses with silk while we waste precious time on vacation waiting for the tub to fill.

Another great stay at the Covent Garden Hotel … the reason why we keep coming back is that “nothing is too much trouble”…. Need something off the menu for the children … no problem …. Need a last minute Mothers Day gift …. Not a problem. We really enjoyed our stay over and into Morhers Day… We’ll be back very soon!

Tout était parfait et mieux que j'espérais... Les chambres étaient incroyablement décorés et avec de grandes fenêtres sur la rue ! Les petits déjeuners incroyable ! Le personnel aux petits soins et très prévenant comme jamais je n'ai vu cela auparavant dans ma vie !

Juste devoir rappeler de faire notre chambre car une après midi elle n'avait pas été faite. Et les frais de fin de séjour élevés et NON SIGNALES que je n'ai pas apprécié du tout et qui ont été annulés, il faut en faire la réclamation, ça gâche un peu la fin du séjour alors que tout était parfait !

What an extraordinary place! My husband and I had the privilege of staying here for 3 nights as we celebrated our 30th Wedding anniversary. We hail from Melbourne , Australia and this was our third city in two weeks. We were blown away by the beautifully decorated spaces throughout the hotel and all the thoughtful touches. The real star of the show however was the most incredible staff. Every one of them was so warm and accomodating. We have never experienced anything like it. Clearly, the staff not only love what they do but they love working together. This is for us, what you want to experience when travelling. We were so sad to leave. It truly is like visiting an old friend. To all the staff, thank you , thank you!! You made our stay truly magical. You should all be so proud of what you have created . We can’t wait to visit again.

Such a beautiful hotel, room was a beautiful and comfortable English cottage, which happens to be my favorite style. The staff is lovely. Food is delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel close to everything. My new favorite hotel in all of London

Very comfortable, a little oasis in the middle of bustling Covent Garden

The hotel was in an excellent location- right in the heart of covent garden. The rooms are exceptionally appointed.. in an English style design by Kit Kemp.. absolutely superb.. the attention to detail with every aspect of the room to furnishings and accessories and room service is second to none. The staff are exceptionally attentive, professional and helpful..

Although a little on the pricey end.. you will not be disappointed.. you definitely get what you pay for with this superb hotel. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time.

beautiful hotel, great location and wonderful, friendly staff. Beautifully decorated hotel, and all the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

The entire experience was excellent. The location was superb, the staff happy to help, the suite was so comfortable with lovely attention to detail (flowers, champagne, fruit) and the breakfast was served at the table - a plus!! We will definitely return and it’ll probably be our go to hotel for future trips to London.

Das Hotelpersonal ist wirklich top! Sehr zuvorkommend und die Zimmer (wir habe 2 gemietet waren sehr schön! Die Lage ist super gut!

Die Zeitdauer im Restaurant bis zum Aufgeben der Bestellung - 45 Minuten auf Getränke tu warten ist nicht toll. Auch die Servicecharge hätte ich gerne im Zimmerpreis ausgewiesen und nicht als Überraschung beim Checkout erfahren - wir hätten dennoch dieses Hotel genommen.

We were upgraded to the 2-floor suite, absolutely stunning!

We love this hotel. The only improvement I would make is the inclusion of a kettle and tea-making provisions. I love a cup of tea in bed in the morning when I stay at hotels, and that is the only thing lacking.

I’ve just returned home after another wonderful stay at the fabulous Covent Garden Hotel. Every member of staff exceeds expectations in providing the best guest experience possible - nothing is too much trouble, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is amazing, the rooms are awesome and the restaurant Brasserie Max is just sensational (I had a delicious breakfast and dinner there). A huge thank you to the whole team - I can’t wait to return.

My husband and I stayed in a junior suite for three nights in August and LOVED the hotel. We agreed we will stay here again anytime we're in London. Highlights for us: * Superb service throughout - friendly, gracious, professional, attentive * The most comfortable bed ever - they sell the beds * Delicious breakfast buffet and high tea * Terrific bar especially the martinis * Cozey and beautiful interiors especially the lounge/library area for guests * The honor bar upstairs :) * The location with lots of shops, pubs, restaurants and pedestrian traffic - great energy * Short 10-minute walk to two different tube stations * Also a 10-minute walk to the National Gallery of Art and Trafalgar Square I look forward to returning one day - thanks for an excellent stay!

Posizione centralissima a Covent garden, spazi comuni belli ed eleganti .

La matrimoniale superior che ho prenotato per 850 eur al giorno, 2 piano numero 211 era piccola e non c’è una stanza senza la moquette. In camera non c’è macchinetta del caffè né bollitore . Il bagno cieco non aveva aspiratore . Il ristorante dell’hotel ha cibo average, e se ci sono eventi all’interno dell’hotel, privilegiano l’evento e non gli ospiti dell’hotel . Per la nostra cena abbiamo aspettato 45 minuti ! Tempo in cui non ci hanno servito nulla . Non è un servizio da hotel a 5 stelle

Since my first trip advisor review in April this year the Covent Garden hotel has become our “local” (despite being over 250 miles away) whenever we visit our daughter who lives a short distance away in Covent Garden. They all love my daughter and it is so good knowing she is cared for and looked after where she chooses to socialize. That they also treat my wife and I so well is an added bonus. We are on a first name basis with pretty much all the hall, bar and restaurant staff. Whenever we visit they remember us and our drinks and treat us like friends. A special mention for Flávio, Sam, Luca, Allan, Thomas, Mary and Bulla who always give exemplary service. I can highly recommend the Covent Garden hotel to anyone visiting London and staying in the Seven Dials & Covent Garden area, a fabulous hotel in a quieter area of London but still close enough to major attractions.

I have stayed at this hotel many, many times, and I am a fan of the Firmdale properties. The pros: Great bellmen Good service The cons: This hotel is really starting to show her age. The bathroom towels were terrible (I have had better at 3 star hotels). The room layout and decor were very average. This was a newly decorated room and it was well below my normal experience at this hotel. I will not return to this property, but I have not given up on Firmdale.

No final da estadia vieram cobrando uma taxa de serviço por acomodação por dia,e não achamos justo,pois pagamos as diárias com esses serviços incluídos,pedimos para retirar.O hotel retirou a cobrança.Esse procedimento tem acontecido em alguns hotéis,mas não é correto.Serviço de quarto já tem que estar incluído na taxa da diária.

I recently stayed at the Covent Garden Hotel. As always with the Firmdale properties, I found it to be charming, friendly, well-run, and extremely comfortable. The room I had wasn't the largest, but it was adequately sized, and even though I was on a busier street, I didn't hear any noise most of the time. The gym itself is tiny but very functional with high-end equipment. The breakfasts and drinks, like all Firmdales, were great and the staff was extremely friendly.  Also, the location is top notch!
