I booked the room for 6 people 3 bed suite. And then when I came here just give me the room have only 2 bed and 1 sofa bed because they say they sold out the sold out 3 bed suite without telling me or send me any email about it. And don't give me money back for that. Or maybe we asian that why they don't care about us.

I loved that this is an awesome clean place to stay with nice and helpful staff. Perfect location to see a baseball game at equity bank park. Literally just across the street from the stadium. Clean... great staff ... great place. We will stay here again.

Good location for the downtown area

3 TV's none of them worked properly. The screen said I had to change inputs. The remote controls had no way of changing the inputs. Went to the front desk, and they gave me a remote to fix the problem . This is something a customer shouldn't have to do. I managed to get one out of the three TV's to work. Other than that everything was okay.

The property was near many activities and great restaurants. It was immaculately clean and the staff were very nice. The suite was a great value and it felt more like home than a one night stay for us.

We had to wait 30 minutes after check-in waiting for the people to move out before we could get in to our room. Also, the TV in one room had a Direct TV box that didn’t work and it was too late to get it serviced, so my daughter went without TV and was disappointed.

Location was awesome. The suite had all the essentials and was super clean!

The option for a 3 bed room is nice. Having a washer/dryer and dishwasher is nice also. The staff we met were extremely friendly.

There were no forks or spoons but tons of knives. No pool and no breakfast. Which makes sense since they are extended stay. We didn't think about that when we booked for 1 night. The wifi password didn't work but they gave us the scan for guests of guests to use and that was fine. The only thing we really disliked was that it smelled weird. I'm not sure if it was smoke or incense of mildew- or maybe a combination...? Its fine once you get use to it but when you first get there it does hit you.

2 beds, 2 bath, it's perfect for privacy. The beds are comfy. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer a plus. Good location, close to downtown and lots of restaurants in walking distance. I stay here everytime I'm in Wichita.

Those dang coffee pots are messy!! The coffee in the lobby wasn't very good. Oh, I arrived at 4pm but had to wait until my room was done being cleaned so I chilled in the parking lot for almost and hour.

We stayed one night and really liked it then when we went to book again we got there and they told us we weren't allowed to stay there because we lived within 45 miles of Wichita. ???

Love that it is gated!! Easy place to stay with your entire family. Just the right amount of space in rooms. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite.

I loved the home setting where I could come visit with .you daughter and grand daughter. The location was perfect.

Once I got moved to a newer room it was great, mea ing renovated with newer furniture.

Well in the newer room, one bathroom the tub had a paint in the tub, looks like patched over, the other bathroom, missing sink stopper, and tub old shower pull, that closes the drain needed calk around it, just minor stuff. And dont know if its possible, needs a pool, for hotel guests if they have kids, most kids want a pool to play in.

Exceptional cleanliness, staff and location. After 4 years of less then exceptional some disgusting hotels in Wichita this was great

Big room with full size kitchen. Nice to have a gated facility. Comfortable bed with large TVs. Multiple coffee choices in the lobby.

Halls had patched walls that needed paint and stains on the carpet. Dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod. Loud motor or A/C unit running 24/7. Loud footsteps above. No coffee in the room. No breakfast at all. Multiple choices of coffee in the lobby only worked some of the time.

I really like how spacious the suite was. We’re a family of 7 and the 3 bedrooms worked out really well. We each had our own areas and it was great! Staff is super friendly.

There was a lack of trash cans in the suite. The master bathroom didn’t have one. The 2 other small trash cans were under the sink and in the main bathroom. The pillows can use some update or provide more. They were small and very stiff. There were 3 pillows to a bed. One remote for all the TVs.

This apt-type property located by the River in downtown Wichita is both a hotel and long term residences. We stayed 2 nights because a pipe burst in our house after a surprise cold snap and we had some flooding. We got the 2 bed 2 bath unit and it was like an apt - kitchen w full size appliances incl fridge, stove, micro/hood, dishwasher and full-size stackable washer and dryer. Each bedroom had a private full bath w dressing area, nice furniture and a big TV. The place was comfortable and big enough for the 3 of us.

The property is located downtown by the River and other places of interest in walking distance including the ballpark (across the street) and the ice rink (next door). Unfortunately it's right next to the freeway so there is the noise from that. There was alot of old trash around the property which could be easily taken care of by staff and the manager/supervisor on duty should walk the property each day to check this. There were roofers there when we stayed with large equipment and their trash was blowing around the property as well. I can't rate that as a full time problem because I realize that is a temporary situation. There was no breakfast available each morning (coffee and hot tea always available tho) and that could have been made more clear online. The main living room/kitchen was rather dark and could have used brighter lighting. The windows (incl sills and tracks) in the living room and both bedrooms were filthy and are obviously not being cleaned regularly. The shower/tubs had bad waterpressure and could also use industrial strength grab bars in both the shower and on wall next to shower for getting in and out of tub especially for older people. The few problems listed here are not deal breakers and could be easily fixed.

It was like a small apartment with a washer/dryer. Spacious and comfortable. Free parking.

Probably one of the nicest cleanest rooms I've stayed at in wichita. Also allows my dog to stay with us without a hassle.

Be honest, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about their hotels. It was amazing all the way across the board.

The location and my separate bedroom the washer and dryer was a bonus

Since we were traveling with our dog, we needed to be near a grassy area to walk her around. There was a nice walkway around the property and the Riverwalk was close by too.

More water pressure came out of the bottom spout than the shower head. When I stepped out of the shower, I felt grit on the bottom of my feet. I had dropped my earring back on the ground. Feeling around for it, I found more dirt and a fingernail. Don’t think the floors are that clean.

I did not like the Room was always smelling like sewer, had a really bad smell the entire time so we tried to stay out of the rooms.

I liked the fact that you got a full apartment & I mean for the money at first it appears to be worth it like you're getting your money's worth

I didn't like the fact that I didn't know for sure how long i was staying so I paid by the day but every day was charged a deposit over again becuase it took 7-10 business days to get the deposit back on my card but because my daughter had her baby & there were complications & plus it was a couple days before Thanksgiving so I had a lot of family coming & going then I had to go get my daughters dog in which I told the motel about & 2 puppies which the puppies were sold that morning with a kennel well the lady manager put me out & when I asked why she said because they do not rent to locals well I'm not a local & I didn't know that motels or apartments discriminated against locals if I remember correctly your facility rents apartments out for one & for two she then said because I had more than one dog I just saw a lady walking like 2 or 3 dogs that morning (but of course that lady looked like she had money) my dogs didn't even bark or cause trouble whatsoever for three she said that I was having to much traffic I mean come on I just got to town after not being here for a couple years my daughter had a baby & Thanksgiving was right around the corner & I was in a 2 bedroom apartment i did not know there was a limit on who I was suppose to have in my apartment that I was paying $256 a day for so yes I have so many complaints to me there is a lot of discrimination at this facility when I came to town last time a couple years ago the management was great I can't remember the guys name but he was a black guy & he was awesome the facility was awesome but the lady manager there now discriminates & looks down her nose at people very much I mean I couldn't even celebrate Thanksgiving because I then had to couch surf til I did go back to kansas city
