Kunne lide alt ved det sted, og vil helt klart bo der, hvis jeg kommer tilbage til Rom

Vi hadde et meget bra opphold. Fikk en uventet oppgradering, som var en koselig liten leilighet med lite kjøkken og stue. Vi var jo nesten aldri til stede, men det var fint å kunne roe beina på sofaen og ikke bare ligge i senga. Personalet tok hyggelig imot oss og snakket godt engelsk. Beliggenheten var midt i blinken. Sentralt til flere severdigheter, restauranter og alt man trenger.

Sengen var i dårligste laget. Man kjente fjørene igjennom sengen. Kunne fått rene håndklær gjennom oppholdet.

La habitación era totalmente distinta a las fotos. Se suponía que tenía una ventana con linda vista o con balcón de acuerdo a la publicación, y simplemente tenía una ventana con vista al interior de otros edificios. Los techos estaban rajados y no era cómoda. La ducha del baño salía con poca intensidad. La decoración era rara. Se escuchaba demasiado los ruidos de las escaleras y de las habitaciones continuas, lo cual dificultó descansar.

Le seul point négatif était que la salle de bains principale n'avait pas d'eau chaude (sauf le premier jour) la baignoire n'avait pas de bouchon et impossible de mettre la douche seule ou robinet seul obligés de prendre la douche pour 4 personnes dans la plus petite attenante à la chambre principale

Nichts, weil die Übernachtung nicht stattfand. Die Zahlung ist erfolgt, dann wieder grundlos storniert worden.

Das Hotel hat die Buchung storniert, obwohl zwei Kreditkarten hinterlegt wurden. Niemand war telefonisch erreichbar. Ein Mitarbeiter von Booking hat das Hotel angeblich telefonisch erreicht, mit dem Ergebnis, dass das Hotel die Stornierung aufgehoben hätte und eine Zahlung im Hotel akzeptieren würde. Bei 38 Grad in Rom standen wir draußen ohne Buchung und Zimmer, weil das Hotel keine Info von Booking hatte. Einer von denen hat gelogen!

The Location was amazing, in between the Trevi and the Spanish Steps, close to restaurants, but nice to be back a touch for peace and quiet. The Air con was a welcome relief from the August heat wave. We were in a different building, but the lady escorted us there and showed us everything, and told us to message them if we needed anything, but we didn’t.

Staff was exceptionally accommodating, location was fabulous, and room was clean, large, comfortable and quiet. Rooftop lounge space was well appointed, and A/C worked wonderfully for the duration of our visit.

Access is exclusively via stairs. If stairs are not accessible for you, these accommodations are not for you.

The staff could not have been sweeter or more helpful. The location is perfection!

Web had two rooms, in one room the air conditioning was not the best. When you first enter the location, there is a smell.

No te avisan que hay que subir 4 pisos por escalera, y no te ayudan con las valijas. Llegamos a la tarde y estaba la recepcionista que además de darme el código equivocado, me dijo que me tenía que subir las maletas. La terraza no tiene vistas agradables, la escalera para subir tiene los peldaños que no entra el pie A la mañana siguiente había un recepcionista muy atento y nos ayudó con el equipaje.

Location was great. Very odd layout and no storage, very tight quarters. Sewer smell in bathroom. WiFi did not work at all on a couple of nights. Very nice staff.

Cleanliness of room and layout. Bathrooms was clean but stains on walls, Cheap furniture. We booked with Tritone Top House but we ended up staying at a different location but managed by same company. We did have large group and wanted 1 rooms with two bathrooms - which is probably a very difficult request to accommodate in such a central location.

Rommet lå veldig i nærheten av spansketrappene, og det var enkelt å komme seg til og fra kjente steder! Det var reint, store rom og hyggelig personale!

Var ikke klar over at dette ikke var del av hotellet som lå nærmere fontana de trevi! Men de var flinke til å informere, og var tilstede da vi kom! Så alt fungerte bra! Masse trapper og ingen heis! Det var godt vi var i god form! Viktig å oppgi!

The location is beautiful, close to all tourist attractions, and easy to use.

I can't say there's nothing I don't like, but I recommend paying attention to the furniture, upholstery, and renovations.

We LOVED that it had air conditioning and a washing machine. The location is fabulous for walking to all the sites. It’s an 8 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. The parking garage is around the corner which was convenient for our rental car. The check in and out was easy. The place was perfect for our family of 5 adults.

I can’t really think of anything we didn’t like. It was so charming and clean.

It was a perfect location near all the tourist spots which was good for the purpose of our trip.

It didn’t feel very safe. The front door was often left open, and we only had one key for the room (common for Italy I suspect), however if one of us went out we felt we needed to lock the door, meaning someone was either out without a key or someone was locked in the room without one. The bathroom was also kind of gross

Both beds weren’t very comfortable especially the sofa bed. The bedside shelves were loose making it difficult to pop a drink on there etc or risk it sliding off. I was surprised to pay 40e cleaning fee on arrival.

Minha experiência no Hotel Tritone, em Roma, foi extremamente decepcionante. As acomodações disponibilizadas eram muito diferentes do que eu esperava. Fui colocada em um prédio separado, sem condições adequadas de mobilidade e acessibilidade, o que tornou a estadia bastante difícil. O quarto apresentava camas extremamente desconfortáveis e, o mais preocupante, paredes e teto com mofo visível, situação que compromete a higiene e pode causar problemas de saúde, especialmente para pessoas com alergias ou doenças respiratórias. Apesar de relatar esses problemas à equipe do hotel, nenhuma providência efetiva foi tomada para solucionar a situação ou oferecer uma alternativa adequada. Infelizmente, a experiência ficou muito abaixo do padrão esperado. Não recomendo o hotel e sugiro que futuros hóspedes tenham cautela ao fazer sua reserva.

Super central location in walking distance to major spots.

Location as per booking is NOT the location of the check in. Read their communication carefully. Furthermore, THEY DONT HAVE ELEVATORS. If you have luggage this is an issue. However, staff is very friendly and helpful.

It is a great base to walk around and don't waste time for transportation. The tarase around the apartment was very nice for evenings. Kitchen was also big and with basic necessities available.

L'administration ouvre très tard car nous accostions à 6ham et nous étions à rome vers 9h00am et il n'y a personne pour nous acceuillir avant 11h00 avec tout les valises ...si personne ne sortait de l'immeuble qui est barré sous clef ou code, nous aurions dû attendre dehors!

We booked tritone top house hotel but we actually stayed what they call off site. Turned out we were 1.4 km away in a boarding house on the 4th floor. Great location and lovely room once you walked up the 74 narrow stairs. No elevator. Would be good to know next time.

The hotel was excellent and conveniently located near the Spanish Steps and the train station. Everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance, including the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, which were only about 15–20 minutes away on foot. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The price was reasonable and offered great value for the location and service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

Great location, a lovely patio, and very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Rome. The apartment had a pleasant indoor climate, reliable Wi-Fi, and an easy self-check-in process after the reception had closed.

There were difficulties when they tried to charge my card a couple of days before arrival. The problem was not on my side (as many others have mentioned in Google reviews after having the same experience). I have never had any issues with my card being charged through Booking.com before. I updated my card details three times, yet I kept receiving messages saying, "Please update your card to avoid cancellation of your reservation." In the end, we managed to resolve the issue over the phone. It was a hassle and completely unnecessary, hence I had my card details all set through Booking.com, as so many times before. It would be 10/10 without this...

We stayed at Tritone Top House in Rome, and the location was fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and plenty of restaurants nearby. We were really happy with the central location.

However, the downside was a persistent moldy smell as soon as we entered the apartment. The bathroom was extremely cramped—barely room to fit in the shower, and the water pressure and hot water were both really weak. To top it off, we were surprised by a €40 cleaning fee on top of everything. So, overall, great location, but the condition and value didn’t really match up.

This was a great flat in a handy location for accessing all the tourist hotspots. We had a large apartment style booking which was very private and although the bedroom faced onto the main street we slept very well and felt safe in the area.

It was very confusing to try and contact the property and find it - the signage is quite confusing, the lifts weren't working, and it turned out the flat we were in wasn't actually where the property is listed. This was okay as I was travelling with my partner but I would have hated being taken to an unknown location if I was travelling alone. So be sure to know WHERE the apartment you've booked. ALSO if you have accessibility needs I'd check that there are no steps, as although there is a lift it was up stairs to reach it. (be conscious of that if travelling with lots of luggage as well!) There was also a peculiar situation in the way they charged my card, it seemed like they only charge a certain amount to the card and then wanted the rest in cash, it was very confusing so I'd clarify that before you arrive as well. The bathroom was pretty dated and shower didn't work properly but we managed fine.

Мы забронировали номер на одну ночь , встретил приятный молодой человек , но после случилось то, что оставило самые отрицательные впечатления . Нам сказали , что якобы делают апгрейт на более большую комнату , мы шли около 10 минут и к большому удивлению оказались в странном месте со стеклянными дверьми , вокруг находилось около 3-4 подобного вида «ночлежек» …. Темная, сырая, плохо пахнущая комната. Мы написали обо всем персоналу, на что получили нерадостный ответ: комната находится в безопасном месте , обмену не подлежит . Пришлось в 22.00 ночи искать в срочном порядке отель , сняли номер за 265 евро, но хотя бы спали на чистом белье и в безопасности. Отель деньги не вернул

The only positive aspect was that the room looked good in the photos on the listing.

The room assigned did not match the one shown in the photos. It was much older, poorly maintained, and not recently renovated. There were clear signs of humidity, bad smells coming from the bathroom, and overall poor cleaning standards. The experience did not meet expectations or the description provided on Booking.

Não é um hotel, são quartos distribuidos em prédios diferentes. Fiz o check in num e tive que me locomover pra outro prédio onde tinha meu quarto/ apartamento. Minhas amigas ainda ficaram noutro prédio

L'appartamento ha un buon potenziale, ma la gestione è carente. La pulizia iniziale era superficiale. Come genitori di due bimbi piccoli, avevamo necessità di usare la cucina, ma il set di pentole era vecchio e rovinato. Anche dopo aver sollecitato la sostituzione, il problema non è stato risolto poiché ci sono stati forniti utensili poco migliori dei precedenti.
