Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Beds were comfortable and the room was as silent as one could expect in such central location. What we most liked was the location and the adventure to reach/find the hotel through the many alleys in a range of 50m. Expand it to 200m and you would find everything. To wrap it up, the evening stroll at Cheonggyecheon stream is just across the street, literally.
The room was smaller than pictures seemed to show (typical mistake!), we split the family in two rooms, still we were short of space to open the luggages. No wardrobe and an improvisation to hang on clothes did not help. The hotel reception could be better prepared to inform the laundry just on the left side of the convenience store 50m from away.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The double room is spacious but the triple room is lacking space for suitcases due to the third bed. The location is great as it is between two metro underground train stations (3 or 4 minute walk to either one) and easy to get to all of Seoul's locations. The staff are really lovely and supportive and always smiling and willing to help. The hot breakfast is amazing and well worth the 15,000 won per person. I was very worried about the breakfast but I should not have been - croissants, eggs, fried rice, sausages, has browns, toast, coffee, tea, cereal, noodles, ramen, and some other hot Korean breakfast items too.
On of our two rooms had the bottom of the sink leaking on to the floor and the electronic bidet toilet in the same room (bum washer) was not working. We reported this on the second day of our stay and complained again on the 5th day but nothing got fixed even up until the last day of our 14 day stay - very frsutrating. They do not have maintenance staff on the premises and I presume they didn't push hard enough to get a contractor out to fix the iissues.

There is no vehicle access to the property. It is not evident on the map. This should be made more clear. There is no iron and the laundry is literally one washing machine and one dryer. This should be improved

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms airy and squeaky clean, there is a self laundry room and the location is top notch! In this price range this is a great choice. We had trouble getting a taxi when we were leaving and the receptionist was so helpful. Thank you for a very comfortable stay! Some other people has written that the hotel is is a dodgy area with narrow alleys. I would say it is in a traditional, older area that are completely safe. Small workshops and restaurants that locals frequent. If you wanna experience the real Seoul beyond Myeongdong, here is your chance.

Vi var nødt til selv at bede personalet om at skifte sengetøj efter 5 overnatninger – det havde været rart, hvis det skete automatisk eller lidt oftere. Beliggenheden er overordnet god, men man skal være opmærksom på, at hotellet ligger i nogle små gyder, som kan føles lidt utrygge at gå i om natten.

Nos habíamos acostumbrado en el resto de los hoteles que usamos en Japón a q te ofrecían agua todos los días. En este caso solo te dan dos botellas de cortesía. Lo otro molesto es que tenia aire centralizado y no se podía acomodar a el gusto de cada uno.

The hotel is in between narrow streets which might give the look of a busy dodgy area to some but honestly nothing far from it! It’s super safe and people around were always super nice, I came here with my mom and we both felt super safe! Also the staff of the hotel are super accommodating and kind! We had an issue with our luggage from the airport and the hotel staff was truly super helpful and professional all throughout our stay which was incredible! Will be coming back!

Frühstück war nicht gut. Wir haben es einmal getestet und sind dann woanders hin. Leider fehlt im Zimmer ein Schrank, wo man seine Sachen reinlegen kann

We stayed at Hotel Nafore for our honeymoon, hoping for a special and relaxing trip. Unfortunately, our stay was severely impacted by unbearable construction noise that started in the morning. The loud noise disrupted our sleep and prevented us from resting properly. We were not informed about these ongoing works at the time of booking. On top of everything, the hotel staff did not speak English, which made communication and our attempts to resolve the issue very difficult. When we finally managed to complain, they apologized and moved us to a room on a higher floor, but we could still hear the noise loudly as the entire building was affected. The only compensation they offered was breakfast. Not only were we not interested in it to begin with, and it didn't look appetizing anyway, but a free breakfast is in no way equivalent to a good night's sleep. Instead of enjoying our time, we were left exhausted from the constant disruptions, which completely ruined our honeymoon experience. Finally, we asked for a refund due to the ruined stay, but the hotel flatly refused. The lack of transparency and refusal to take responsibility is highly disappointing

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Nafore Seoul and would gladly recommend it, especially for families. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Have bath tub and hot water shower that were really useful during winter trip. The room was thoughtfully arranged and provided a cozy space for our family of three (two adults and one toddler). The atmosphere was calm and quiet, which made it easy for us to rest after a long day of exploring Seoul. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making our stay feel warm and welcoming. Housekeeping was consistent, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. In terms of location, the hotel is slightly secluded from the main road, but it is still very convenient, which only less than a 5-minute walk away. The nearest subway station took us about 15 minutes to walk at our own pace. We actually appreciated the quieter surroundings, especially when traveling with a young child. Overall, Hotel Nafore Seoul offered a comfortable, peaceful, and family-friendly stay. We truly enjoyed our time here.

Réservation en chambres Deluxe. Equipements de la chambre à revoir : Pas de lampes de chevets ni de liseuses, juste des plafonniers qui éclairent plusieurs points de la pièce. Pas de prises à nos chevets pour recharger nos téléphones. Pas de rangements pour nos affaires (nous sommes restés 7 nuits), juste une mini penderie extérieure avec 4 porte manteaux. Pas de peignoirs comme indiqué sur la réservation. Chauffage par le sol : une chaleur à 30 degrés. On doit mettre la climatisation (en plein hiver !). Salle de bains : Pas de lumière au dessus du miroir. C'est un hôtel un peu "vieillot". Nous avons utilisé la laverie. Le sèche linge ne sèche pas bien les vêtements. Tarifs trop élevés pour l'équipement de la chambre mais nous y étions pour le nouvel an.

Синяя и зеленая ветки отдалены от отеля на расстоянии 10-12 минут. С чемоданом можно легко дойти. Персонал вежливый, помогли с вызовом такси. Есть лифт. Завтрак скромный, но вполне сытный и соответствующий трем звездам и своей цене. Номер просторный, чистый. Отсутствие шторки в ванной комнате не усложняет жизнь. Матрас идеальный, подушки разной формы и жесткости. Ночью кромешная тьма (нигде ничего не светит) - идеально. Была в середине декабря - в номере и в самом отеле тепло.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut: sehr zentral in Seoul, mit vielen Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Zwei U-Bahn-Stationen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war frisch und gut. Auch der Dachgarten im zehnten Stock ist ein Highlight.
Handwerklich hätte das Zimmer sorgfältiger gearbeitet sein können; es gab einige unschöne, unsauber ausgeführte Stellen. Auch ein Duschvorhang wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Da der Gesamteindruck des Hotels jedoch positiv war, ließen sich diese kleinen Mängel leicht verschmerzen.
