동네도 깨끗하고 위치도 괜찮아서 공항에서도 가깝고 시내 나가는 교통도 좋은편 입니다.

화장실을 공용으로 써야하기 때문에 방키를 화장실 갈때도 잊지 말고 가지고 다녀야합니다. 위생면에서도 화장실 변기커버가 없고 방도 먼지가 좀 있는편 이었다. 1층은 식당이자 바이어서 밤 10시까지는 약간의 소음 있을수 있고 무엇보다 아침7시부터 맥주통 나르는 소리부터 그날 영업을 준비하는 물건 나르는 소리 꽤 신경이 쓰입니다.

Loved that it was within walking distance to the bus that would take us directly downtown. It was perfect for our 2 night stay. Clean and comfortable. And the staff were so kind and friendly. Would recommend highly!

Das Frühstück war überschaubar, aber für den Preis von 10 Euro sehr gut!!

Krasna lokalita,pokoj i vybaveni dostacujici,prijemny personal,moznost dat si neco v restauraci hned pod ubytovanim,ochotny pan vycepni,rodinna atmosfera,v blizkosti obchody i krasny mlyn.

Trosku slozitejsi dostupnost od mhd,ale zase se projdete v hezke ctvrti a kdo hleda klid,tak muze byt zklamany,protoze restaurace je zrejme hodne oblibena a tak je vecer rusnejsi,obzvlast o vikendu. Nam to na jednu noc tolik nevadilo.

It's in a good area a few km from Amsterdam Centrum. If you like to stay close to your hotel in the evening it has a good bar and menu with other places nearby.

No en-suite and the bedroom door hinges needed lubricant as they made such a noise.

This is the third time I have stayed at the Abina. The hotel is in a nice location. The Hotel is a budget Hotel but is clean and comfortable and value for money.

Schöne Lage in Amstelveen. Gut mit dem Auto erreichbar, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr nettes hilfreiches Personal.

Man bekommt nur ein Handtuch und das ist definitiv kein Duschhandtuch obwohl eine schöne Dusche auf dem Flur vorhanden ist.

Locatie (dicht bij de Bosbaan) en goed bereikbaar. Voor een overnachting van 65 Euro omgeving Amsterdam kan en moet je niet te veel verwachten. Maar ik heb daar goed geslapen (bed vond ik goed en met oordopjes tegen het geluid ging het prima). Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen.

Gedeelde badkamer en wc bleek gedeeld te moeten worden met 6(?) kamers. Gelukkig wel wasbak op de kamer. Het is allemaal beetje smoezelig en gedateerd en de wc stonk naar riollucht (oud gebouw neem ik aan). Ook al kan ik niet zeggen dat het vies was. Dus prima overnachtingsplek voor die prijs maar houd er gewoon rekening mee dat het gehorig is en de kroeg in het weekend tot 2 uur open is (oordopjes) en slippers voor kamer en douche en wc bijvoorbeeld.

Fijne ontvangst, snelle incheck. Abina heeft als flink voordeel dat het ook een groot café/restaurent is met een goede sfeer waar je de hele dag terecht kan. Café is groot en is kennelijk een lokale favoriete uitgaansgelegenheid. Uitstekend terras, verzorgd ontbijt met vers brood van de bakker ernaast. Amsterdamse bostheater op 2,5 km lopend goed te doen.

Kamer was bescheiden met gedeelde badkamer/WC, maar daar staat een zeer schappelijke prijs tegenover. Wel een wastafel.

Was a great place to stay for the F1 weekend. The beers in the bar where lovely. outside the city in a quiet area with great bakery beside. The breakfast was nice and a great price. The rooms are basic I had a nice view of the surrounding streets and Dutch looking houses. Had a comfy bed and duvet with sink and TV all you would need. The bar down stairs was great place to have a beer and chat with some of the locals after a long day. This is a really local feeling place you'll not likely see any other tourists here so it's authentic as you'll get. The restaurant was soooo delicious also try the mussels and the ribs wow!! Also the Spanish woman who serves the breakfasts was such a delight to speak with and made us feel very welcome. But all the staff where great.

My door key card stopped working a couple of times ( maybe my fault with my phone in pocket) but the staff where very helpful each time and fixed immediately.

Es una muy buena habitación en relación precio/calidad. La atención es muy buena, la gente se hace entender si no hablas mucho inglés. Los días de semana son tranquilos y los fines de semana un poco ruidosos si tenes el sueño liviano. La zona es impecable, una panadería y cafetería de primera en frente, barrio súper tranquilo y residencial. Plazas y reservas naturales muy cerca. Es excelente si vas a pasar unos pocos días. Muy agradecidos con la atención.

It was cheap and fairly close to the airport. There was a good restaurant a short walk from the hotel

It was above a noisy pub. It was a very run down place. A leak from the ceiling dripped into my bed when it rained in the morning.

Zona tranquilla.

Nada. La habitación estaba muy sucia: moqueta, sábanas, baño… Además, el baño no tenía puerta y nos salió una cucaracha. No recomendaría este hotel a nadie.

La ubicación en un sitio tranquilo alejado de la ciudad y con buena conexión a los buses.

La habitación no tenia cortinas y por las mañanas iluminaba demasiado la luz. Además, se agradeceria una puerta que separase la habitación del baño para más privacidad. Por último, no tuvimos wifi en la habitación durante la estancia y se olvidaron de limpiar el cuarto unos 3/4 dias.

La struttura è in una zona tranquilla, i mezzi pubblici sono abbastanza comodi da raggiungere e ci sono due supermercati vicini.

La stanza non era molto pulita e il bagno era abbastanza scomodo.

Dann hat man ein Zimmer mit Fernseher gebucht und ein Zimmer das auch ein bisschen ansprechend aussieht und dann bekommt man ein Zimmer wo knapps eine Person reinpasst mit Waschbecken (das Zimmer kann ja ein bischen anders aussehen jedoch wenn auf dem Bild + in der Beschreibung steht dass ein Flachbild-Fernseher beinhaltet ist dann soll das auch so sein, und bei Nachfrage nach einem Zimmer mit Fernseher gab es kein Zimmer mehr, ok wer hat meins dann bekommen wie auf dem Bild und Beschreibung?), zusätzlich: -Mosquitos in der Nacht -sehr sehr grosse Risse in der Wand -fake Bild, fake Beschreibung von was man bekommt -extremer Lärm noch zu hören vom 2ten Stockwerk aus dem Cafe (was wohl ein bischen normal ist weil man weiss es ist ein Cafe dort, jedoch störend wenn man extrem müde ist) -unter Bett sehr viel Dreck + HolzFliesen oder was das ist an den Rändern gehen ab -Dusche ist auch mangelhaft sauber Und das dann für normalerweise 70 €... 70 € für das was ich im Bild zu sehen bekam ja und es war noch klein aber nicht für das was ich bekam was meh eine Raum als ein Zimmer war wegen all den Rissen, extreme kleinen Groesse und mangelhaftem Unterhalt

Staff very friendly

Although in a very quiet neighborhood, bar in the hotel did play loud - very loud music until 2AM on Sat. In the notification it was stated, that after 11PM on the weekend is to expected, but this one did overthrow everything. Statement is misleading - it must be stated - UNTIL 2AM!!!

Kamer vies en heet. Badkamer met vieze handdoek op de vloer, schimmel tegen dak. 1 badkamer voor 6 a 7 kamers

Lit très confortable.

L’emplacement est un peu éloigné du centre. Il manque également un peu de propreté et d’entretien dans les chambres et les salles de bain communes, notamment concernant les produits essentiels comme le savon.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Fijne locatie op loopafstand van het Amsterdamse bos. Personeel was vriendelijk. Prima prijs kwaliteitverhouding.

In de omschrijving stond dat er een gedeelde badkamer was. Er is alleen ook geen eigen toilet. De toiletten op de gang werden ook gebruikt door gasten van het café en waren niet schoon. Wij hebben geen last gehad van geluid van het café, omdat we hier gewoon een drankje zijn gaan doen.

The room was very clean, and the fact that towels where being replaced after each day .the environment look safe as our car was parked outside throughout our stay and nothing happened to it

No WiFi, there was an unpleasant odour coming from the toilet or sink. No explanation on available & use of the utilities. The builder i saw was not where we where accommodated.

Het hotel is goed en centraal gelegen. Voldoende parkeer mogelijkheden in de buurt en winkels.

Gehorige kamer. Hygiëne kon een stuk beter, tapijt in de kamer is niet hygiënisch. Geen muur tussen badkamertje en bed, dus geen privacy. Kleine kamer en kaart van de kamer werkte niet bij aankomst.

Il fatto che la stanza non era neanche stata guardata. La spazzatura era rimasta quella che era una bottiglia d'acqua è stata lasciata su comodino iniziata e le coperte non sono state pulite da chissà quando

Estaba todo sucio, las cortinas con vomito, no había sábanas, el suelo con manchas, olía a pis, las escaleras con bandejas de pan … horrible

De kussen op het bed waren te zacht en te klein De handdoeken het waren 2 kleine handdoekjes niet erg handig voor als je wilt doechen.

Das Badezimmer hatte keine Tür und nach einer regnerischen Nacht hat es von der Decke getropft.

Las camas eran cómodas y traían tallas limpias todos los días.

Estaba bastante lejos del centro y no era nada barato el transporte. Además, el suelo no estaba muy limpio y los baños y la ducha lejos. La habitación era muy pequeña y no había ni un armario para dejar las cosas, pero vimos que otras habitaciones sí que eran más grandes. Por último, al estar encima del bar se escuchaba la música pero no estaban hasta tarde, pero en el bar había buen ambiente.

We absolutely loved our stay in Amsterdam. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even came outside to greet us before we entered the building, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast spread was generous and definitely worth booking. There was a great selection, and it was one of the highlights of our stay. Our room was comfortable, a good size, and had a lovely view. We especially appreciated having a sink in the room, as it meant we could brush our teeth and freshen up without waiting for the shared bathroom or leaving the room. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was excellent. It was easy to catch a bus into the city centre, making it convenient to explore Amsterdam. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

Pomimo że obiekt jest na obrzeżach Amsterdamu jest bardzo dobrze skomunikowany z centrum miasta. Do najbliższego przystanku autobusowego jest około 700 metrów.

W weekendy w całym obiekcie jest bardzo głośno. Pod pokojami jest pub = głośna muzyka i zabawa w nocy, ale obiekt poinformował o tym z wyprzedzeniem więc było wiadomo na co się nastawić.

The front desk staff/bar staff (the one with blond hair.) She did not answer simple questions and acted snobbishly. Basically behaving like cinderella‘s stepsister.

Acceptable access to public transport to travel to Amsterdam city center and to Amsterdam surrounding. Price not quite high. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even if we made our check out very early in the morning to catch our flight.

Our room was under the roof of a 3 -story house being opposite of the building pictured in Booking.com. Obviously, no lift: we were climbing narrow stairs up and down. Furniture inside mostly worn out. Walls thin enough to hear what's going on in the neighbouring rooms. Roof window in the bathroom.

Auswahl beim Frühstück war mehr schlecht als recht, Sauberkeit: Tische hätten mal mit einem sauberen Lappen u. ausreichend Wasser/Seife geputzt werden sollen (es gab kein Tag, wo die Tische nicht ekelig geklebt haben), Betten waren ähnlich einer Hängematte

La chambre sommaire et petite

Erg goedkoop hotel en prima locatie voor een festival in het Amsterdamse bos.

Erg gehorig en de hele nacht door lawaai. Wij misten ook echt een grote spiegel.

Mi è piaciuto la vicinanza a Bari, supermercato e fermata del tram

Non mi è piaciuta la stanza, priva di frigo, bagno ( che è assolutamente indispensabile), di un tavolino ( che sarebbe stato utili per appoggiare oggetti personali e armadio. In pratica c'era solo un letto a due piazze ed un lavandino di fronte al letto. Scandaloso.

Super friendly staff, great place to stay for a great price

The hotel is extremely close to the Amsterdamse Bos park, which is why I came in the first place (Social Distortion played there), the bar and restaurant on the ground floor is charming and the staff were extremely nice and kind. There's also a solid choice of other restaurants and stores in immediate vicinity and the neighbourhood itself is mostly calm and quiet.

There's only two toilets and one shower (I think) that a lot of rooms have to share; I believe it's 15, if not more. I tried to have an afternoon nap before the concert since I barely slept the night before and I couldn't do it because the noise from outside and the ground level was insane. The music, voices and yelling could be heard as if they were coming from inside the room even with the window closed. The bedsheets were... well, not the cleanest, although I'm unsure whether it's from age or actual cleanliness, but I would recommend putting more effort into it. Also, the handles on the sink are very iffy and they should be changed, as I had to twist them so hard that my palms became red, otherwise the water continued flowing or dripping.
