De kamer was ruim genoeg en de bedden waren zeer goed. Prima keuze bij het ontbijt

Wij hadden parkeren gereserveerd maar bleek niet goed verwerkt. De parkeerplekken zijn bij een vol terrein zeer krap. Daarnaast was de badkamer op sommige plekken wel aan een goede reiniging toe

Frühstück und Lage waren ausgezeichnet, das Personal hilfsbereit und der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Es gab eine sehr gute Verbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Nice quiet area,bus into Amsterdam came every few minutes and stopped 1 min from the hotel.

No place to get a coffee/tea around the area until 5.30 pm. Hotel didn't have a cafe area

Il primo giorno non ci hanno fatto le Pulizie e quando siamo arrivati il cestino del bagno era pieno del vecchio ospite la struttura è molto cupa bagno senza finestra e senza ventola di aspirazione molto piccolo come ambiente

Die Bosbaan und Amsterdam City konnte man sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Das Frühstück war gut.

Die Zimmer waren schon etwas eng. Die Matratzen waren weich. Das gesamte Haus war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu dunkel gehalten.

Nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. Ideal location for Wagner stadium. Nice Italian across the road called Santa Maria.

States that it is a hotel but it isn’t. The only amenities it has is a breakfast room. No proper lounge or bar.

Dicht bij het Wagener Stadion.

The hotel is really located in a calm zone. It's quite easy to go to the center or in another town nearby. The staff is really nice and the room was mostly clean.

We almost left before our initial departure hour, ready to buy new train tickets last minute as someone scratch on our door during the night. There is quite a poor security system to enter the hotel as well.

Location very close to the Wagener Hockey Stadium in Amsterdam.

The carpets in the rooms left a stuffy smell when you enter. We could however open the window for natural air to come in.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück lecker und das Zimmer süß und klein, aber völlig ausreichend um dort zu schlafen. Das Hotel ist auch ganz gut gelegen, obwohl es etwas außerhalb ist. Man hat eine Bushaltestelle fast direkt vor dem Hotel, außer man nutzt die GVB App, dann muss man ungefähr 15 Minuten zur Kronenburg Station laufen, aber das ist auch nicht weiter schlimm. Außerdem hat man einen Albert Heijn Supermarkt ungefähr 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas außerhalb gelegen, aber es ist schön ruhig in der Gegend.

Man braucht etwas länger in die Stadt, aber die Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut erreichbar bzw in der Nähe des Hotels.

The location for the hockey world cup was absolutely perfect. Short walk to the hockey turfs and bar and restaurants nearby.

The hotel system with the group booking made it very hard to keep track of costs for rooms. Would suggest getting receipts for all payments including cash ad the tracking of these by the hotel was poor. Not all of our payments were included on our invoice on checkout so had to pay for services we had already paid for.

Check in too late, check out too early, breakfast should be included in the price, room was nice because I got a free upgrade to deluxe however the pillows on the bed were stained and the evening chap at reception said they couldn’t give us anymore as they had none. Would have been nice if a mirror was in the room and not just the bathroom. Comfy bed, deluxe rooms are spacious.

La zona en la que esta situado es muy tranquila y bonita. Buen comunicado con transporte público con el centro de Amsterdam. El hotel dispone de pàrquing y eso es de agradecer. La habitación tiene nevera y cafetera, algo que nos ayudó mucho dado los precios del desayuno en el hotel y en la restauración en general.

El desayuno es excesivamente caro. Y que de los tres días, uno no hicieron limpieza en la habitación, no sabemos el porqué.

Far away from city center. doors don’t close very well, cleaning staff let our bedroom door open twice.

A good hotel; the rooms are clean and quiet, and the breakfast is decent. It’s a 20-minute bike ride to Vondelpark, and an Albert Heijn or Jumbo store is about 3–4 minutes away by bike. This was my second visit, and I’ll likely be back.

Bed bug infestation. Offered a room change but we did not accept this as bed bugs can live in other rooms. Refund refused by both the accommodation and booking.com. Had to pay for another hotel.

Geen raam in de badkamer en geen goede afzuiging . De spiegel was erg wazig

La pulizia decisamente carente ma forse ad Amsterdam gli stard sono quelli ??? Frigo in camera scassato che non fa freddo. Mobili rovinati con porte dell armadio da manutenzionare. Diciamo che non meriterebbe un punteggio così alto. Non siamo esigenti però un corretto rapporto qualità prezzo sarebbe da sistemare.

The location was ok and off road parking was useful.

I failed to read the many comments in previous reviews about bed bugs! 3 if us stayed here in 2 different rooms and unfortunately we also had the same issue! We have all been bitten and now it itching over our backs and arms.

Ik verbleef in dit hotel om me voor te bereiden op mijn examens in Amsterdam, en het was de beste keuze die ik had kunnen maken. Het hotel is erg rustig, ligt dicht bij het station en de winkels. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanbevelen.

Forest thema en sfeer is het leuktse. Kamer zou best wel een forest foto schilderij mogen hebben vind ik.

Niet dat je er van wakker ligt maar voor wie gevoelig is voor geluiden, de kamer vlak boven keuken begint rond 5:30 5:45 's-ochtends met aanzetten van een machine. Dat is hoorbaar maar voor een diepe slaper geen probleem. Voor gebruik parkeerruimte hotel moet je telkens aanbellen en uitleggen wat je komt doen. Dit zou makkelijker moeten, slagboom met pasje of zo laten openen.

Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Sehr gute Lage für Konzerte im Bos Theater. Ruhig gelegen.

Pokój był niepoodkurzany. Na ścianach plamy, zacieki, klejącą plama na dywanie, niesprawna klimatyzacja, agregat od klimatyzacji bezpośrednio przy oknie, więc spanie przy otwartym oknie było niemożliwe. Bardzo wysoka cena przez koncerty H.Styles

J'ai pris deux boissons (2 FANTA ORANGE) que j'ai réglé de suite en numéraire. Lors de mon départ, un employé m'a couru après afin de me demander de régler les boissons. Je luis ai expliqué avoir payé de suite à la réception. Dans l'après midi, je recevais un message me demandant de régler les boissons. Très déçu, pour 0.7 euros.

エアコンがあって猛暑の中すごく助かりました。公共の電車、レストランなどエアコンがないところが多いオランダで貴重です。 スタッフの方もみなさん、丁寧で真摯に対応くださりました。

冷蔵庫の設定温度が高い。 苦情を申し入れたけど、これ以上下げれないとのことでした。 冷やしたいようなものは買わずに済ませれば問題ないですが、ビールを6缶買ったけど全部ぬるくなって残念でした。

Hotel położony w spokojnej okolicy. Hotel miały co stanowi jego zaletę bo np na śniadaniu nie ma tłumów i ogólnie jest spokojnie. Hotel położony nad kanałem - miałam widok na kanał, co też było pozytywne. Uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Czysto. Pokój wygodny, łóżko duże i wygodne, chociaż dla mnie materac zbyt miękki. Ekspres do kawy w pokoju. Śniadanie dobre. Super soki przecierowe na śniadanie. Dobra kawa.

De locatie is top voor onze deelname aan de bekende roeiwedstrijd de Koninklijke Hollandbeker op 1,5 km van de roeibaan Bosbaan.

We hadden vermeld bij de boeking dat een gast zich in een rolstoel beweegt. Vorig jaar hebben wij ook hier gelogeerd en was alles ok. Dit jaar had de rolstoelgebruiker geen toegang tot haar badkamer en andere faciliteiten in haar kamer. Ik vind dat bijzonder dat iemand aan de balie als je met rolstoel voor hem zit niet nadenkt bij het toekennnen van de kamer. Enkele gevraagde extra's werden dan wel ingewilligd.

Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Makkelijk bereikbaar met de auto , gratis parkeren vóór het hotel na 19u. Ontbijt was prima en voldoende keuze. Zicht op het achterliggend bos. Gezellige buurt.

Jammer dat het geen individuele airco was.

Hygiëne viel erg tegen. Onder het bed lagen nog sokken van de vorige mensen en veel stof. Onder het nachtkastje lag nog een bonnetje. En de badkamer stonk naar riolering.

Das Zimmer war soweit sauber. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Auf Rückfragen per Mail wurde sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Die Parkplätze, die man buchen konnte, und die ÖPNV-Anbindung waren ebenfalls gut. Auch der Zimmer-Service war sehr gut.

Das Zimmer hatte einige Gebrauchsspuren. Der Sessel, die Stühle und der Teppich waren fleckig. Im Bad hat es unangenehm gerochen.

I like the place it was comfortable and very sophisticated.

We liked that it was close to Amsterdamse Bos which we used for a concert and a Parkrun, and the area around the hotel was a nice leafy suburb. The room was relitivly clean.

My personal details were leaked so I was recieving muiltple spam messages telling me give my credit card details to secure the room, so i doubted that it even existed. The staff were useless, for example when the fire alarm when off on the first night, we assembled to the reception awaiting instruction, we waited and asked what was happening as was fobbed off, we worked that he was on the phone to someone trying to fix the alarm, although it would have been nice for someone to tell us that our lives wern't in danger. Other than this it was the usually cheap hotel issues, poor communication, consumables not replaced, lightbulb out in the room lack of care etc. however the price did not reflect this lack of effort.
