Просили убраться,убрались,но постельное не поменяли почему то!!! Ну ладно,ничего страшного. Под окнами дорога ,слышно очень транспорт!!! Вишенка на торте это мечеть которая в пять утра разбудит сто процентов. Расстояние до моря 20 минут. Мы любим такие прогулки поэтому без проблем!!!

kamala beach ligt ver van Phuket old town, alles met de scooter, ook patong beach te ver uit de buurt, de kamer was prima, de lokatie niet. ook onbijt tegen meer betaling

The staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Whenever we had questions or needed assistance in our room (tv wasn’t working) they came and fixed it right away (battery on the remote needed to be changed). The location was perfect, easy to get around and very close to the beach and great food options. Also loved the airport shuttle that came in handy! I’d highly recommend this place as we will be returning.

Rakennustyömaa vieressä. Väärä huone, vaihdettiin mutta edelleen väärä. Valitus ei auttanut. Parvekkeella ei saanut tupakoida. Aamiaisen hinta olikin 200 thb eikä 150 thb. Matka rantaan olikin yli 2 km. Liikenteen melu oli 24 h ja rukouskutsut alkoivat klo 05.30.

Okolica. Do plaży co prawda nie za daleko ale ciężko się poruszać no z dziećmi ulicą bo jest ruchliwa.

Pokój inny niż na zdjęciach! brzydki, bardzo brudny, ciemny, pełno mrówek. Ostaniej nocy zmienili nam pokój, ponieważ chcieli dać go komuś innemu, żadna strata, jednak musieliśmy się szybko spakować. Obiecano nam pomoc w przeprowadzce o 11 rano, ale już o 9 do nas pukano. Na recepcji okazało się pokój będzie gotowy dopiero popołudniu i zostaliśmy bezdomni. Oczywiście nikt nie pomógł nam wieczorem z walizkami, gdy wyszliśmy na kolację ktoś był u nas w pokoju i zostawił zaświecone światło! Rano ktoś wszedł bez uprzedzenia gdy moja dziewczyna była goła! Bezczelna obsługa! Czytajcie komentarze jest wiele negatywnych i wiele dziwnych sytuacji z właścicielami, nie rozumiem oceny na bookingu.

Had a great 11night here ,cleaned daily ,family that own it was very nice they looked after me and my family, we also rented motorbikes of them for a good price would definitely stay again very happy with our stay.

Struttura pulita e comoda con tutti i servizi. Nino il proprietario davvero gentile e parla molte lingue tra cui l'italiano.

Absence de balcon privatif, absence de vue sur les montagnes. Pour le même prix, j'aurai pu avoir un hotel tout confort... Juste une chambre basique hors de prix...

Kamala Beach Resident blev en besvikelse till början, då fotona ej stämde överens med vårt boende! Skicket på rummet var under medel! Tyvärr hade det krupit in lite myror även i rummet som inte gjorde det bättre! Även sängen var i hårdaste laget, men det är inte första eller sista gången det inträffar! Tur var att personalen var jättetrevliga o ställde upp när det behövdes!

Having a road facing balcony could have given smoking area from the room itself. It won’t pollute the room.

I did not like anything.

The pictures do not match reality. The room was old, worn out and full of red ants everywhere. I felt disgusted all the time, but I had to stay because I booked online and before sending us to the room, they took a deposit with the payment amount. Later, I learned that the reason was so that we would not leave before our time was up because no one being is able to bear it. It was the worst experience for me. I do not wish this place even for my enemies

The stuff was responsive.

They gave me a room without window! When I showed them photos from booking (bright room, with floor to ceiling windows), they said - yes, only one room like that and it’s busy. I don’t recommend to stay here. The place is poorly maintained, and you may see something very different from the nice pics on the site.

The floor was dusty, and room is not noise-cancelling. We get disturbed by midnight motorbikers. Location was bad. More than 15mins walk to kamala beach.

The room was perfect for us, the bed was very comfortable. We had clean towels every day and fresh bottles of water everyday. The laundry service was helpful, and the moped rental was easy and great value for money.

I guess the only complaint could be that it was a small walk to the beach but only 10-15 minutes. And reception could be a little hard to get hold of.

The location isn't so great. It's 15 min walk from Kamala beach and there is no side walk. So it's highly inconvenient walk and we had to take 5 min taxi, couple time every day.

It was an extremely nice stay at kamala, so much so we extended our stay twice!very accommodating we rented scooters direct from the property along with any needed taxis. A lovely family too!thankyou kamala beach residence

Bike rental was not very good, my bike got a flat tyre. Suggest renting elsewhere.

Is at 15 min walk from the beach but very closeby if you rent one of their scooter. Room very clean, not pretentious but with some charm. All staff very kind. Located in a quiet area with some views on the mountains.

There was a little water pressure in the shower . It was quite enough to wash yourself. And water was not hot, but I didn't need really hot water.

- you need to walk like 15 min to get to the beach - local bus statio pretty far - shower gel was very low quality

The room was very basic but it was spotlessly clean, with fresh towels every day, good WiFi, good air conditioning, hot shower, safe and a balcony. I was on the third floor and there is no lift, so it is hard work to carry a 20k suitcase up the stairs. Location was inland from the main through road, a 8 minute walk to the main road and then about 7 minutes to the beach or the main tourist area, you can higher a motor bike from the hotel if you want to travel around. I think they had about 16 rooms and the owners and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Booked through Agoda for only £19 per night.

Pretty well located, had some good bars close by & Mam's Restaurant down the road was amazing...Best steak ever!! Highlight was the 7-11 on the corner!

The expected coffee shop below was never open. Was expecting to be able to get a breakfast from the cafe but it wasn't open so had to pop to 7-11!

The room was very small,and in wash room the water has no pressure from shower.no hot water hope the geezer is not working properly.no restaurants nearby.once you come out of the room the street we walk towards the main road is completely with drainage and very bad smell which can't bear.location wise also not good.

A small hotel not to far from the beach in Kamala. Nice air conditioned rooms with refrigerator and free WiFi. The host is very welcoming and helpful and you feel at home. As we were there, they where renovating and when they are finished it will be A great place to stay. They do lack a pool, but the walk to the beach is 8 minutes so if you can bear with that, you’ll have value for the money.

Helt fantastisk hotell og betjening. Dette hottelet ligger ca 10 minutter unna stranden men di har både sykkel og scootere utleie. Di har også resturant med veldig god mat og en bilig penge. Di e fanatisk hjelpsomme med alt på hotellet og kunne gi det 10 + på alt.

This hotel is very valuable deal - for such low price they have rooms with lodges and safeboxes and awesome breakfast in the 1st floor restaurant included! The staff is really friendly and tries to help as much as they can. On the last night staff gave their apologies and asked to move in the room nearby. The room was bigger and more expensive, but they did not ask for extra money. Location: it's not a seaview, but the price is really good and we could go to the beach for 20 minutes by feet along the street without pedestrian walkways (it's Thailand, so it's ok). Though it looks really good, it still has some minor cons: This is a hotel, but floor was never cleaned even if I asked explicitly to clean it. Everytime I had to ask for a refill of amenities like tea/coffee-bags, water bottles and shower liquids

Booking.com, please take note. When we arrived at this hotel, they first tried to tell us we didn't have a booking. After some discussion, they put us in a remote location several hundred feet from hotel--which refer to it as "the laundry" because our room was located above the garage that they do their laundry in. The sewer smell in the bathroom was horrendous (we've lived in China with smells before, but this was the worst.) The next day we discussed with the reception that this was not the room we had booked or paid for and to change or we would notify Booking.com. The good news was they did finally change and the next room was fine. If you're paying on a backpacker budget, maybe the laundry would be fine for you. The location of the hotel was okay. The breakfast was very easily forgettable. We've spent 2 months in SE Asia and have to say it was the worst excuse for breakfast of any places. You can walk to the beach area but it isn't very nice either. Phuket is now officially off our list of places to spend time.

We had an excellent experience with Kamala Beach Residence. The room was quiet, tidy and spacious and we had a view to the hills. The lady at the front desk is super helpful and friendly and all our requests were promptly fulfilled (early breakfast, scooter rent, transport to the airport). The breakfast is simple but good and the hotel overall nice, in particular considering the cost. This is 3-star accommodation with backpacker price.

Our room was nice and clean, room service was taking care of its cleanliness every day. Simple but sufficient breakfast surprised me in a very nice way. Personal was very kind and helpful. The area is rather calm, good walking distance to the beach. And you can easily rent a motorbika in the residence.

Nice and clean room with a great view, for the price. Breakfast was very simple and did not taste very much. The staff was very nice so that was a huge +. Rented a motorbike, apparently it comes with an empty fuel tank, so you have to buy gas at the Hotell...

Мы останавливались в этом отеле с 19 по 31 марта. Чистенький отель, для Азии достаточно редкое явление. Без изысков. Зверья и насекомых практически нет. Очень приветливые сотрудники, Wanna ваще классная, всячески пытается помочь, интересуется времяпрепровождением, советует интересные места на острове. Комнаты как на фото. Каждый день нам заворачивали полотенца то в лебедей, то в сердечки. Постельное белье меняется регулярно, в комнате постоянно поддерживалась чистота. До пляжа минут 5-8 пешком, вокруг достаточно много различных кафешек, включая фруктовые палатки, ну и всем известный 7-eleven недалеко. В отеле есть аренда велосипеда, мотобайка, авто. Также есть тур.программы.
