The center of the city, I like the foods. Good place to stay.

The place need to maintain and need to repaint/ renovation.

Cozy, comfortable, nice staff. Made my stay comfortable.

No available water dispenser. Weak wifi. No shampoo.

They need to tidy their rooms, towels are old and with stain.

We got in late and guard was nit polite. Not friendly and very rude. We paid for the breakfast and staff could provide us even with water and reception staff are not friendly was rude and very racist.

Older building in the middle of a high traffic area.

NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED. THEY MADE US WAIT FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS FOR NOTHING.

The staff are well groomed and trained. The building needs an update. Room is clean but smells like old wood. Bathroom needs an improvement. Mirror has water stains, faucet is old and rusty, bidet faucet has mold.

I stayed in a room that’s not safe to begin with because the lock is not secured so anybody could easily open it up. Also, the place is not clean at all and it looks really old.

I did like the AC and the shower. Amenities were slim like no shampoo or hot water heater for coffee. We had to wait to check in while they looked for the person to check in.

Great location. Did not really like the breakfast because is was something we did not really want but had to pay for. It is NOT a free breakfast, it is something included in the price.

TWO things, otherwise I would have given a higher star rating. First, we had no internet for twelve days. This was due to PDLT the provider, but I would have expected a fairly large hotel to have had some back up. Secondly, there was NO flexibility on time you left. One minute after check out and you had to pay for a full night, including a breakfast that you were not going to be there for. We wanted a few extra hours before an evening boat trip and were forced to pay the whole lot. Other hotels have some flexibility here and would have offered me a deal unless the place was really booked up. I do not like hotels that presume everyone's travel arrangements centre around mid-day. I prefer those that understand the real world. Such a shame as I would have given a higher review. They even thanked me for telling them that the breakfast would not be required, but could not even offer a little off the money for this.

Poor WiFi connection and room is a bit dirty.

Food is good, staff is ok. Beds are ok. Have fridge. Tv reception is good. Daily housekeeping. Cob webs are present, air/con is loud, and brace yourself ROACHES mainly in bathroom and crawling in fouler floor, these roaches are big too. OMG so distressing considering we have to protect our luggage now. Call housekeeping to spray under sink. And we had to purchase a small can of spray. I mean can’t they put the pest under control. Disgusting. Instead of grand Hotel it should be called Roach hotel. Lol and we had to turn the bathroom sink water on from the shut off valve under the sink. If you turn it on to far the entire pipes start shaking and making a noise like a jack hammer. I guess it the pump trying to pump the water from deep in the well. They said all the rooms are like that but I don’t know. The price should only be 15 a day not 30 for superior room. My advice is if you don’t mind roaches and noising air/con and sink. You ok, jolly bees is close by. Roaches is the negatron and noisy water pump. Keep looking.

Older possible 5 star hotel, with good maintenance. Old style Central hot water system, New room AC, Parkay room floor, quiet surroundings. Well trained, polite, friendly staff. Nice dinning room, quality food, economical prices. A great hotel for cost conscience persons.

There was internet connection drop after few days and no one give right info about correcting password. There is was sometimes no towels and toilets roll in bath/toliet. This was my second time stay in same hotel. First visit 2017 i stay one month without complaints but tjis visit 11 nights but im not happy as 2017 trip

The only thing “Grand” about this hotel is its name!

The hotel was good enough for us considering amount we paid for 4of us. I like they use boiler to make hot water. I could enjoy strong shower. The location is within very traffic area , so for land traveler it,s better check very well the route coming to the hotel. I think Drive Navi took us shortest route but very traffic.

It’s close to everything but the hotel needs updating, furnitures in the room are old, there were dust all over and the bathtub needs to be thrown out

I think the rooms should be updated, old furnitures, no coffee maker, no bottled water and Iron in the room

The hotel is very closed to all services and amenities (e.g banks, food and rides). The hotel staff are so friendly! I highly recommend this hotel for your convenience not necessarily for a high standard hotel but some place to stay for convenience, friendly staff and affordable stay. Thank you so much!

good central location if you want to b e close to the centre of CDO. Staff are polite when you talk to them, but not much effort shown. Decor is tired and old; needs a refurb ASAP. adequate cleanlines.

Hotel has good location.

This is a good place to stay.... Comfortable, quiet and convenient.

We did not receive the Superior room that we had reserved, instead we were given a room with 1 large bed. The internet was sporadic, they had to keep resetting the router in the hallway, after the 2nd night they had to replace the telephone with a new one as it was not working.

Although the hotel is a little outdated, the place was clean, the staff was very pleasant and the breakfast buffet was nice. Liked the "eggs to order" and the coffee was great!

市の中心部に近く、ロケーションが良い。 おそらく、古いホテルでロビーやラウンジの構造に格式が感じられる。 近くに、美味しいシーフードのレストランあり。 スタンダード部屋に、ケトル（湯沸かし器）は無かった。 それ以外は必要十分、2500円/泊（朝食付き）ではお値打ち。 次回も利用したい。

I check-out on 15th of September 2016 from this Grand City Hotel due to some disappointments with my booking preferences. I demand a full refund of what i have been used from 16th to the 30th of September 2016. The rooms that i intended to booked with fridge ( for my insulins ) was not given to me but a 2 single beds without a fridge. Historically .. i've been booking over 15 years in this hotel and i never ever booked for 2 single bed. It's always 1 single bed and a double bed. They refuse to give me one so i decided to check-out and look for another hotel to stay for the rest of my stay. Frankly .. i can't recommend this hotel anymore to anyone. For the first day .. they put me on a room without a working aircondition. I complain to the front desk of 3 times as am sweating in my bed. Then they take me to another room with a rat keep running around and some mosquitos humming around my ears. Am allergy with mosquito's bites for sure. Don't think so will be coming back with that hotel anymore in the near future !!

Given a dirty room and next room wasn't much better the ceiling was covered in swatted mosquitos and window had concrete pillar behind it and a staircase .there was a drinks fridge empty rusty and switched off

It is practically centre of the city. Nice walk to the river. That is why I chose to see local culture before I move close to Centrio and Limketkai shopping centre.

The hotel is a little bit outdated but more than sufficient for one who just needs a place to stay for a few days; downtown location (half a block from mid-Divisoria PlazA) is a plus, with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

This room has no double bed as asked for and there is no fridge for our water and cold drinks. There is no free breakfast and no water in the room. there are no beds that are comfortable to sleep on...and the air conditioning does not work properly.

The room had a King size bed, cable TV, Refridgerator and window Aircon unit, the problem was that both the toilet +sink drains were plugged. They got the toilet flushing properly but the sink countinued to refuse to drain. They have a decent breakfast buffet, just wished they added some buns or whole wheat bread as there is presently only the sweet white bread slices
