Returning to Radisson after 8 months truly felt like coming back home. What made this stay so special was the warm welcome from Ms. Vinitha at the reception. To my surprise, she still remembered me after all this time, and that personal touch meant a lot. She greeted me with a genuine smile, made my check-in quick and effortless, and patiently helped me choose the room that best suited my preferences. Her kindness, professionalism, and sincere care made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. Exceptional hospitality is about making people feel remembered, respected, and comfortable—and Ms. Vinitha did exactly that. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to visiting Radisson again and experiencing the same wonderful hospitality.

Waiting for breakfast buffet, flies and mosquitos indoors in the lounge area, delayed service a couple of times. Lack of anti slip mats in the bathroom for seniors.

Radisson Blu Mysore is located in an excellent area close to the Golf club and Race Course and very close to Chamundi Hill Road The mall next door is a great place too Real value for money and excellent staff , breakfast and very comfortable rooms

Everything was very nice. Staff was exceptional. We tried both buffet and à la carte options and the food quality was exceptional in both options. Moderately located from mysore palace.

First thing first . Too Expensive when booked from booking.com . They charge 3k-4K extra per room per night. Coming back to the hotel, same breakfast spread. Some construction is going on and that noise annoys a lot.Not justify the cost.

While the property itself is impressive, with a great location, spacious rooms, and clean facilities, the hospitality experience at Radisson Blu Mysore leaves much to be desired. Having stayed here multiple times, I have consistently felt that guest engagement and service culture are missing. I have rarely seen the General Manager interacting with guests, which often reflects the importance given to customer experience. The Operations Manager, Mr. Bharat, appears indifferent and unapproachable, with little interest in guest feedback or even basic courtesies. Most staff members seem unmotivated and inadequately trained in hospitality. From the moment you enter the hotel until check-out, it is uncommon to be greeted warmly or asked about your stay. The property appears to rely heavily on local staff, but proper training and supervision seem lacking. The restaurant experience is average. Food is good, but I have never seen the Food & Beverage Manager engaging with guests or seeking feedback. Restaurant staff often appear uninterested in service. Reception staff frequently seem undertrained and lack awareness of basic guest requirements. Security personnel could also benefit from better professional training. Fitness and wellness facilities are good on paper, but trainers are often unavailable. Requests for luggage assistance or replenishment of toiletries can take an unreasonably long time. Guests are advised to carefully review their bills before checkout, as discrepancies can occur. What disappoints me most is the absence of personal recognition and guest relationship management. Despite multiple stays, there has never been an effort to acknowledge loyalty, offer an upgrade, or even exchange simple pleasantries. The hotel has all the ingredients of a great property—excellent location, good infrastructure, and comfortable rooms—but something important is missing: genuine hospitality and guest-centric service. With several excellent accommodation options available in Mysore, travellers may wish to carefully evaluate their choices before booking.

Hotel is rightly located at the city center closer to all city attraction. Hotel ambiance and the cleanliness is at par has very pleasant atmosphere. Equipped with big and clean rooms also with the large bathrooms with jacuzzi. Over all value for money Has very nice and calm atmosphere. Staff is very helpfull and friendly.

Once again, this wonderful hotel has exceeded all expectations in both service and comfort. I’ve been staying here regularly for several years while travelling to Mysore on business, and every visit somehow manages to be even better than the last. Mr Harikumar B and his team welcomed us this time with such warmth that it felt less like checking into a hotel and more like arriving at a family reunion—minus the awkward relatives and questionable buffet choices! When we decided to open our second office in India, Mysore was the obvious choice. The fact that it’s conveniently close to this exceptional hotel was certainly an added bonus. On this occasion, I was travelling with a colleague who was genuinely blown away by the level of personal service we received throughout our stay. The dining experience, as always, was outstanding. Whether it was the excellent buffet at The Spring, settling into Myst Lobby Bar with a fine bar meal while attempting to solve all of cricket’s mysteries from the comfort of my seat, or dining at my favourite restaurant, My South, every meal was superb. I’ve heard that My South has hosted its fair share of celebrities and sports stars over the years, and having sampled the food and hospitality, I can confidently say they would have left every bit as impressed as we were. The cuisine is truly five-star, matched only by the impeccable service from the excellent Harikrishnan. The hotel’s stunning views across the Chamundi Hills and Mysore Race Course are simply the icing on the cake. If you’re visiting this beautiful city, I honestly can’t think of a better place to stay. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, especially Sukant, Mangalan, Rabi, Praveen, and a special mention to the wonderful Ipsita, who is always eager to help, incredibly knowledgeable, and never short of excellent recommendations—whether it’s local cuisine or insights into the city itself. The breakfast spread, its quality & the locational ambience was wonderful. Room was well spaced out for a family of 4 members, backed up with wonderful room service.

Pros - proximity to all attractions. Walkable distance from the zoo and mall. Calm area surrounding Cons - not worth for the money Food is not up to the standards. The mixture in the bathroom is not working properly always getting the hot water. AC is not cooling enough. Food is always served cold only including the tea. No attenders in the pool and jacuzzle area and it is not clean.

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and well mainteined. The staff are courteous and eager to ensure the stay was comfortable. The food is excellent in taste and quality and the veg options are good too. Kid friendly food is available and prepared with utmost care. The swimming pool is large enough to relax and unwind in the evenings. the Mysouth restaurant is top notch for its uniqueness of menu options and the food there was exquisite too. the only drawback is the noise in the rooms due to construction/ maintenance activity of the above floor which should be resolved too. Kindly check this before going as this can be disturbing during the afternoon time.

Breakfast was very good. But getting table inside was a little tough. since it was hot, sitting outside was not an option. Also dinner was very good

Time taken for ala carte food options could have been slightly faster

Basic things like AC, fridge, HDMI extension port etc were not working. The bathroom washbasin taps are old-fashioned and painful to operate. There is drilling noise during the day due to ongoing renovation work, which they informed only at the time of checking me in.

I travelled solo with my daughters for the first time and was second guessing my every choice and step, we started put trip to Mysore and then Coorg from Chennai and it was off to a great start because the stay felt so warm and safe and gave me the confidence boost that i needed.i now know where I’d be staying at Mysore every time we visit

I recently had a truly refreshing and relaxing vacation at the Radisson Blu Mysore, and I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone planning a family getaway. The hotel truly provides everything you could look for—and more—to ensure a comfortable stay. A massive thank you to Lipitha for her incredible hospitality. Even during a very busy weekend, she supported us with a constant smile and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We were traveling with my elderly parents, and she was instrumental in arranging adjacent rooms and making sure they were comfortable throughout our stay. Her kindness made our trip truly memorable. I also want to extend my gratitude to the Front Desk team. Their honesty and efficiency were top-notch; they even helped us procure an item we accidentally left behind during checkout. If you are looking for a place that combines excellent service with a family-friendly atmosphere, this is it. We left feeling refreshed and will definitely be back!

good spread of various cuisine for break fast, swimming pool was good. the overall hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely good

the pillow in the bedroom was very hard so i lost the comfort while sleeping. also when we occupied the room there was a bad odour in the room. we complained and the staff came and provided a room freshner but the smell did not go away

The staff is helpful and service was good. We were travelling with a toddler and they helped a lot we TG our requests.

There was some renovations going on in the hotwl which we were informed during check-in. But the timing of it was not followed. It was supposed to be done during 11-2 and 4-6 However they used to start at around 10 leading to too much disturbance and our baby cried a lot hearing the drill noise. It was not comfortable at all for the price we were paying at a 5 star.

Wonderful family stay at Radisson Blu Plaza Mysore! The warm, smiley receptionists welcomed us so beautifully — truly set the tone for the entire trip. The live flute music in the lobby was such a charming touch. Rooms were clean, non-smoking and very comfortable. Breakfast spread was generous and delicious with great variety. The swimming pool was lovely and the kids had a blast. Excellent location too, making it easy to explore Mysore. Highly recommend for families !

BUT THE VERY SLIPPERY TILES IN THE SHOWER CUBICLE WITH NOT GRAB BARS WAS VERY BAD. I am 73++ and could not use the shower. More attention for seniors required

We had booked a business class room, which came with access to Plaza lounge. As the plaza lounge was closed for renovations, we were offered dinner at the Spring Restaurant - the only restaurant there, in lieu of it, which we accepted.It proved to be a terrible mistake, as the food choices we were given were very limited and the service was so poor that after waiting for almost an hour, we left without finishing the dinner in disgust. The other facilities were basic. I am unsure if we can go back there again.
