Bathroom was a bit slippery

Asked for room to be cleaned... when reached back it was found that they just fold the duvy on bed... as i did took it it to cover myself i can see its full open and dirty... have photo of how the room was set when i reached back...

The room.was spacious and good.

The breakfast spread should be more and people serving there must be more watchful. I had to wait for staff to check on requirements , wasnt that easy. So request to keep looking for customer ask in the tables.

Suite was booked for 2 people and one year-old kid Room had strong smoking smell from previous occupants,waited long time for room allotment and got this unclean room Even staff acknowledged smoke smell is there and did nothing We had to stay entire night in that smoky room with infant

Buffet food was a disappointment. Toilet was not clean.

My car is put in the valet parking lot but comes out full of bird boops, which cause very much discomfort to me and my family.

Good Both Buffet more of Non veg then Veg you should keep equal as NV can also eat Veg food

All good Allow house guests to come inside with Auto you cannot say no to house guest which ever the vehicle they come

There was some paint smell in the room, very strong.

Staff were rude, I asked some extra water and the person who delivered was acting like he paid for it and bought it for me. Not sure what was his problem.

The breakfast was good. the bed were comfortable. it was a good option for a 1 night stay

The car park is so steep and the parking sports are so narrow. the noise from the hall can be heard inside, so noise guests should be warned after 10pm.

The location is very convenient

Housekeeping was below standard. No face towels, no bath mat. Had to request for them to be provided. The quality of the food at the rooftop restaurant was sub standard.

Breakfast was very good. Dinner options were also good, but limited.

Overall property is well located, staff was good. The amenities and infrastructure was okay, definitely looks like it had seen good days but now looks old with some switches now working in the room, was not to the level I would expect for 5 star hotel

Overall maintenance could be better and in the morning the restaurant couldn’t handle all guests during breakfast and it was chaotic

Breakfast can get a little busy. The staff tries their best there are staggered times indicated but needs a ittle attention.

The staff who helped with dining, baggage, urgent need for medication were wonderful. 1. The checkin process was not smooth- there was lack of information on the 3rd party site and from the hotel in emails regarding the need for full passport/OCI documentation. While all worked out in the end- 1 front desk lady was not helpful at all in troubleshooting & offering alternatives to the physical passport (eg, pictures). It was stressful after having traveled for more than 6 hours to think we had no where to stay. 2. Rooms/bathrooms NOT WELL kept: toilets, sink, showers not clean, dust under desks, old slippers from previous guests. It was terrible & embarrassing. Especially since I invited family to come as well. 3. Food options pretty decent. No complaints. I would avoid this place.

Fortune JP Palace is in prime location at Mysore. The rooms are neat and clean and spacious. I would like to specifically mention about the food, we have stayed at manu hotels at Mysore , the food here is very good and tasty. Mr.Murugandanam the Head chef to a lot of care and attention to our food as we are pure Vegetarians. He made sure the food is fresh and tasty. We loved the food and service at the resturant. Special mention about David for his service and attending me and my parents promptly. All the resturant staff have smiling faces so we as customers feel happy and welcomed. Thanks to the front office staff for the sweet gesture and offering us eggless cake.

The hotel is very centrally located with all necessary amenities with lots of restaurants with varied cuisine choices. Breakfast was really good with broad range of choice including live dosa and egg counters. The service was excellent, especially Subho who looked after us during breakfast. He was very friendly and attentive.

Great breakfast buffet with a good variety of fresh, delicious options. David provided excellent, friendly service and made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Everything is good here. We cant expect true 5 star experience or anything of that sort. But can't complain considering this is one of best available hotel at Mysore to pick from few. Morning breakfast spread is good and tasty. So as staff service is great.

The front desk team welcomed us warmly. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered quiet, soundproof walls for a perfect night's rest. The morning breakfast buffet exceeded expectations with its wide variety of fresh local options. The central location made exploring the city incredibly easy. Every staff member truly went out of their way to help. Check-in took much longer than expected. Despite the wait, the staff remained polite and apologetic. Special thanks Hotel manager Raveen kumar for a truly flawless operation.

Great location, good rooms. Breakfast was nice with a good spread. Shubho was great at the restaurant. They even gave us an extra bed as complimentary.

Wonderful plays to stay as family and with kids. The restaurant was also awesome food was great with lots of variety and Shubo who was helping with our orders was outstanding. The restaurant also has a kids play area and 4ft pool to entertain kids. Thank you for your service.

I’d like to mention how well Somi took care of all of us at every meal. There is nothing better than someone being able to read the table and bring us what we need before we ask for anything! It was a wonderful experience staying at this facility. The staff is ridiculously helpful - fine ambassadors for India's guest friendly culture. From the assistant manager Abhishek to the breakfast staff Poonam and Lamcey, everyone was very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Fortune JP Palace Mysore is well located within the city and offers a comfortable stay with warm hospitality. While the property is quite old and the rooms could benefit from renovation, the excellent service from the staff more than makes up for it. The rooftop restaurant is a highlight, offering a great dining experience, and the swimming pool is well maintained and perfect for relaxing. One point to note is that some Junior Suites are located near the lifts or housekeeping area, so light sleepers may experience some noise. Overall, despite the property's age, the courteous staff, good amenities, and convenient location make it a worthwhile stay in Mysore.

Princy served us at the Orchids restaurant. She was very active and polite, took good care of us at the table. Great food,must visit.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed a large clean room, the rooftop bar and restaurant and the buffet breakfast with very friendly staff. We didn’t try the pool, which is in an atrium in the middle of the building behind the reception; it looked clean but not very welcoming due to its location. Overall a very good hotel close to Mysore centre, for a very reasonable price.

This was our first stay with the ITC brand, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected from a luxury hotel.The room initially we booked was a base category with no bath tub, we therefore requested an upgrade to the club room with bath tub at an additional cost. Initially, we were informed that only an Executive Suite was available. However, after we mentioned that our four-year-old child was unable to enjoy the swimming pool because the water was too cold and there was no bath tub in the room, the staff checked again and offered us a Club Room. Regrettably, the upgraded room did not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel. The bathtub was not cleaned properly, and the extra bed provided was extremely hard and uncomfortable. We raised this concern with the housekeeping staff and also tried to reach the reception, but the issue was not resolved satisfactorily. Our disappointment continued during breakfast. We requested a very small takeaway breakfast for the kid consisting of one boiled egg, a few pieces of cut watermelon, and some chocos from the breakfast buffet for our four-year-old child, the request was declined outright. Having stayed at several other five-star properties, we have never encountered such an inflexible approach, especially for such a simple request for a young child. Its sad that a brand like ITC offers free breakfast for kids but denies when you actually stay with the property mentioning that they don't provide services like a take away breakfast that too for a kid. Overall, this stay did not reflect the hospitality, service standards, or attention to detail that one expects from a premium brand like ITC. It was disappointing from start to finish. Being a club member if I have faced such issues can't imagine what an ordinary guest would go through. Based on this experience, I would think twice before choosing an ITC property again and would not recommend the brand to my friends and family. There are other 5 star brands to choose from almost at the same rate do try and consider them.

Very conveniently located hotel with clean and impressive interiors. Rooms are maintained well. There was minimal external noise heard within the rooms. Even more impressive are the staff members throughout the facility, especially the restaurant staff members like Subho who were attentive to our needs and made their best efforts to satisfy the guests. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. The gym appeared to be adequately set up.The establishment provides services at a good value.
