Pessima colazione. Mancanza di cassaforte nella stanza. La posizione delle suite è fuori dal corpo dell'albergo e ciò ti obbliga ad attraversare il vicolo per andare in piscina e/o a fare colazione

Hieno, siisti ja tunnelmallinen majoitus. Henkilökunta valtavan kohteliasta ja ystävällisiä. Metroasema lähellä. Paljon kivoja edullisia thaihierontapaikkoja sekä kynsihoitoloita lähellä. Huone oli iso ja siellä kaikki tarvittava saatavilla.

Hotelli sijaitsee ilmeisesti kiinalaisalueella, joten emme löytäneet ravintolaa missä olisi saanut syödä thairuokaa. Huoneistoon kuului aika kova liikenteen ääni. Jos on herkkäuninen, voi se haitata, minua se ei häirinnyt.

The location is very convenient, with the Blue Line metro station only about 200 metres from the hotel, making it easy to get around Bangkok. The staff at the reception were also very kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated their courtesy and professionalism.

Disappointing stay – the hotel needs maintenance and better attention to detail Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, especially considering the standard and price of the hotel. Upon arrival, we found black hair on the living-room floor, which was clearly not properly cleaned (see attached photo). The room also had a bathtub with a jacuzzi function, but the jacuzzi was not working. The housekeeping service was also poorly managed. They repeatedly came to clean while we were in the room and asked us when we would be leaving. On one day, because of very heavy rain, we decided to stay in the room and therefore gave up the cleaning service altogether. On another occasion, I found that my mobile phone charger had been damaged, with the cable connector broken (see attached photo). Nobody informed me about what had happened, which I found particularly disappointing. The breakfast was another area that could be improved. If you arrive around 9:00–9:15, there is still a good variety of food available. However, as breakfast time gets closer to closing, many items are no longer available because they are not replenished. Fruit juices, food and desserts gradually disappear, leaving a much more limited choice for guests who arrive later. This is something that should be improved, as guests should be able to enjoy a reasonably complete breakfast throughout the advertised breakfast hours. More generally, the hotel appears to suffer from a lack of maintenance. For example, the jacuzzi in the swimming-pool area was only partially working, the wooden flooring was visibly deteriorated, and the paint on some of the tiles was faded and worn. Overall, the property would benefit from a general renovation and much better maintenance. There was also an unpleasant surprise at check-out. We were charged 90 THB for each of four small bottles of water from the minibar.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, le personnel est très gentil et la piscine est parfaite.

Our family loved this hotel. We stayed in a family suite and it was HUGE! My 12 and 14 year olds rated it the best place we stayed in while traveling around Thailand. The staff were ever so helpful and friendly. The buffet was amazing and the beds were by far the most comfortable beds we have all slept on all year! The swimming pool was incredible. My 12 year old said it was like swimming on top of the world. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Завтраки разнообразные, вкусные. Персонал очень вежливый, отзывчивый. Расположение отличное. Вокруг кафе, магазины, аптеки. Метро в 5 минутах ходьбы. Есть бесплатный тук-тук до метро. Чисто, уборка каждый день.

Les portiers (JJ et Lay) ont donné de très bons conseils pour nos activités nocturnes et journalières (faire Le Dream World au lieu du Siam Amazing Park). Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la patience de la réception malgré notre niveau d'anglais assez faible. Et les serveurs à la restauration très serviables (le service du matin, comme de nuit).

Restaurant has a lovely aquarium but the rest of the restaurant is decorated with plastic coral that cheapens it! Keep the aquarium, ditch the fake coral!

I had an amazing experince at Amaranta hotel, Bangok. The hospitality was so good, the staff were polite and helpful. I had tge priviledged service from Mr. Lay who received us andbtook us to the reception and helped us with everythinh till we checked in, the other staff were also equally amazing. The room was great, clean and cozy, the food was great, of high quality and healthy. The location is accessible by taxis and very near to many of the hot spots. The overall experince was great for us and would definitely recommend!!

Tout le staff est au top, d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible. L’hôtel a une ambiance familiale très agréable, et les chambres sont grandes, propres et confortables. Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré concerne la piscine : un oiseau n’a pas arrêté de nous attaquer aussi bien dans l’eau que sur la terrasse. Je comprends mieux pourquoi il n’y avait quasiment personne à cet endroit. Concernant l’emplacement, le quartier est plutôt chinois, donc il est difficile de trouver de la vraie cuisine thaïlandaise traditionnelle à proximité. Il y a également beaucoup de circulation autour de l’hôtel.

Jetzt aber... Beim Checkout mussten wir warten bis das Zimmer Überprüft wurde. Glaube in der DDR machte man noch sowas. Dann sollten wir für die im Zimmer ausgelegten Shampoos und Duschgels bezahlen. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Jedes Hotel bietet sowas seinen Gästen inklusive an. Des weiteren standen auf der Rechnung 10.000 bath weil angeblich im Zimmer geraucht wurde. Habe ich natürlich nicht bezahlt. So eine kacke habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das die Toilette verstopft war und das ganze Badezimmer in Scheisse stand und die Badewanne defekt war interessierte niemanden.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis. MRT zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

Zimmer müssten mal etwas erneuert werden aber über die kleinen Mängel brauch man sich nicht aufregen.

Super Ausstattung, wenn auch 90er Stil. Empfang war sehr gut und super freundlich. Check in schnell erledigt. Nähe zur U Bahn ist perfekt. 3 Minuten gehen und schon ist das Tor zur Stadt offen. Frühstück unbedingt mitbuchen. So ein Buffet ist in Thailand selten zu erwarten. Große Auswahl. Danke.

We stayed in the suite in the building across from the main hotel and it was very spacious. The staff are all great in every department. Shout out to JJ who helped with doors, bags etc and barman up at the pool (name beginning with Amo…) both are a credit to the hotel. Lovely cocktails by the poolside. Food in the Copper restaurant was very nice. We could stay and use the hotel after checking out which was a huge bonus. Lovely cafe on ground floor when you walk to the back of hotel. Great coffee and cakes.

Bed in the suite ok but not the best. Towels were changed everyday which they don’t need to be. Saturday night was so noisy it was tricky to sleep despite us being on top floor (7th). Other nights we could still hear voices, traffic etc but not as bad as Saturday night so we could sleep. I think the main hotel is more modern but the older building with the suites the windows are single glazed so let’s in a lot of noise. Service in the restaurant was a bit slow but lovely staff and yummy food.
