Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Sehr schönes Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Lage ist zentral und angenehm. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und würde das Hotel wieder buchen. 😊 Çok güzel bir otel. Personel son derece güler yüzlü, odalar çok temiz ve konumu da merkezi ve güzel. Konaklamam boyunca çok memnun kaldım. İstanbul’a tekrar geldiğimde yine tercih ederim. 😊

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Great location! Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable. I would just suggest putting in somewhere to put away clothing. Even a few hooks on the wall would help. Otherwise we loved our stay. You can’t beat the location. Close to everything yet quiet.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Location was perfectly close to every tourist attra tions and lively part of istanbul. The room was cute and cozy. Day reception guy was really nice and friendly and helpful.
The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom needs urgent maintenance. It felt like only a superficial surface cleaning was done before my arrival and even during my stay. Housekeeping Issues:Dirty items: Both the drinking glass and coffee mug left in the room were unwashed.Unclean toilet: The toilet had clearly not been cleaned prior to check-in and during my stay. Neglected areas: The floor underneath the bed was covered in thick dust. Bathroom Plumbing:Flooding: The shower fixtures are very old, and poor plumbing caused water to back up and flood the shower floor during use.Standing in backed-up water combined with the poor overall cleanliness made the room feel highly unhygienic. I cannot recommend staying here until management improves their cleaning standards and fixes the infrastructure.

Нам нужно было удобно добраться из аэропорта, быстро посмотреть центр за полдня и улететь. Все чисто, кровать очень удобная, все работает, местоположение супер!!! Цена тоже отличная. До всех красивых мест добираться супер удобно!

Спускаться на 1 этаж чтобы погладить свои вещи в столовой, это не очень удобно. Рекомендую более тщательную уборку в номерах, в моем было много волос

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Vibrant neighborhood with plenty of dining options nearby. Great location, close to the T1 tram stop and Karaköy ferry pier. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The facilities are a bit dated, but everything works properly. The hotel is located in a small alley, so it can be a little difficult to find when you first arrive. Also, airport transfer taxis cannot drive directly to the hotel entrance.

Wi-Fiが部屋だとつながりませんでした… 改善点は本当にそこだけ。

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026الموقع والسعر والتعامل ممتاز من الطاقم. احلى موقع سكنته في اسطنبول ولا يوجد ازعاج. راح ارجع له مرة ثانية (اذا كنت بمفردي) بالنسبة للفندق، انصح فيه للأفراد وليس العوائل بسبب ضيق الغرف. اذا كان معك عائلة، اذهب لفندق آخر غرفه أوسع.

Por decir algo el baño olía demasiado y nos llegaba el olor a la habitación. algún canal subterráneo que emite un olor constante y sube por la tubería del baño.

There is really nothing other than the room. No breakfast facility just a coffee maker. The upstairs terrace is not open air as in the picture but closed on glass. So it is a great place to sleep but everything else must be be done outside .

I felt safe and taken care of! Hotel was also clean - big win! Will definitely come back to stay if I ever need!

The cleaning lady, Malak, is disrespectful and doesn't respect the guests. She prevented us from placing our teacups on the coffee table next to the bed. I urge the hotel owner to provide Malak with training on how to treat tourists and improve her manners with guests. Malak, you are a cleaning lady, and your job is only to clean, not to dictate to hotel guests where they should place their teacups. Best regards.

Расположение удобное, много достопремечательностей рядом, причал, много заведений где можно вкусно покушать. Был день рождения подарили вкусный тортик. На последнем этаже отеля общая терраса с прекрасным видом, также там есть кофемашина и кулер с водой для всех гостей отеля, фото прикрепил

Reviewed May 22, 2026We have stayed at this property several times and love the location. Plus we very much appreciate a traditional hotel as so much of the area is changing . It has a feel of a hotel that has seen many changes but still is warm and welcoming, small enough to feel intimate and that the staff knows and cares about you. They were also very good with arranging airport transfers at a good price.
It was our type of hotel. Rooms were fine in size and clean and beds comfortable so no real complaints . There is a mosque next door and the call to prayer may bother some but it was part of the culture we came to experience

Reviewed May 11, 2026Ada Karaköy Hotel is very conveniently located nice to the Karaköy bridge, next to the boats, surrounded by nice cafés and resraurants. Some rooms, and the terrace, have a view on the bosphorus. Rooms are nice, beds comfy and windows well isolated.
Room walls are a bit thin so you sometimes neighbour guests

They were ready to go extra mile to meet my expectations and to be available at any moment I needed them. I would like to provide an example: for many dayes I was unable to make a reservation for a wheel chair. It took the front desk administrator a few minutes to fulfil my request. From my own experience it is very tough to deal with Turkish Airlines.
At the moment I cannot say something definite on this score.

The hotel is in an excellent location — practically in the center — with easy access to any part of the city: by ferry, tram, bus, or even on foot. Everything is nearby and very convenient for tourists. The hotel itself is clean and well-kept, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff deserve special mention — they are polite, responsive, and very helpful. The price pleasantly surprised us — a good, affordable option without overpaying. For us, it was exactly what we needed: when you travel as a tourist, you spend most of your time exploring the city and come back to the hotel to rest in a clean, calm, and cozy room. If we visit Istanbul again, we will most likely stay here. We were left with very positive impressions. We recommend it based on our personal experience — it might be a place that others will also enjoy. Rating: 10 out of 10 ⭐
Honestly, we didn’t notice any real downsides during our stay. Everything was exactly as we expected, and nothing caused us any inconvenience. The hotel fully met our needs, so we really have nothing to complain about. Overall, it was a very smooth and comfortable stay.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Tolle Lage, mitten in Istanbul. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einige nette Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war prima. Tolle Dachterasse. Leider gibt es hier kein Frühstück aber in direkter Umgebung ist das problemlos möglich. Preis / Leistung für die Lage ist absolut in Ordnung. Ganz besonderes Lob an unser "Zimmermädchen“ - wirklich sehr herzlich. Çok teşekkürler 🫶🤲 Auch die Rezeption war sehr hilfreich - z. B. unser Taxi zum Flughafen war zu spät, da wurden wir tatkräftig unterstützt.

Facility - Loved the dining room at Level 6 where we could enjoy the sunset. Getting there - Took HAVIST bus from airport to Eminonu and walked one tram station across the bridge. Very convenient. Note - Our room came with a staircase - which was special and we liked it. Not recommended for small children and elderly.
