The cleaning was bad There’s no cleaning on Sundays I requested cleaning through the whatsapp number and they mentioned it cost 70£!!! This was not clarified earlier neither on booking or the official website There was dust under the coach in tv room Toilets were not cleaned properly it was only changing of towels and trash No storage room after checkout The closets in the rooms are very small

There was no WiFi even though it is stated and outlined in facilities that there is reliable high speed WiFi - sadly this was not the case and as we are both self employed we lost money whilst staying here as signal also was not the best The water pressure for the bath was very intermittent and as my child was recovering from major jaw surgery we required this more than shower we managed to fill bath but was laborious Reviews mentioned good communication from staff sadly we didn’t feel this way and our what’s app messages were unanswered totally or left for hours where by when the response came we no longer needed the help - I booked this as a surprise Father’s Day trip based on reviews and although location is amazing and property is lovely and very safe the facilities let is down a little

Notre appartement donnait sur l’arrière de l’édifice au 2ieme étage avec la vue sur des toits du voisinage. Ce n’était pas très beau mais en même temps plus loin nous pouvions voir le début de Hyde Park.par contre la rue n’a pas de circulation automobile, donc si l’appartement se trouve au devant c’est très tranquille aussi. Endroit bien entretenue.

Même si l’hôte se dit rendre un service hôtelier. Ce serait beaucoup plus convenient de laisser une salière et poivrière au minimum . Il y a bien le savon pour le lave-vaisselle et le lave linge pourquoi ne pas laisser du sel et poivre?

Location amazing

WiFi didn’t work and there was no one to speak to to try fix. The hearing was ok full blast with no way of changing, so a very uncomfortable nights sleep.

It would be great if there was a luggage storage in this location

Great location

Quality of the decor wasnt in keeping with the location or price. Living wasnt very inviting or comfortable. Toilet didnt flush very well and the shower didnt drain.

The location

The extra bed requested was not there when we checked in which made us go and buy pillowed bed sheet and duvet to be able to sleep. The apartment is not cleaned the whole time of our stay, they only rearrange the bed

Good location.

The communication and checking experience was horrendous. Tried contacting them all day re checkin as their online system was not working with no response. The only way I gained access after standing in freezing cold for nearly 2 hours was a helpful guest who gave me assistance and had had the same experience, no contact from them to apologise or follow up on my repeated messages and emails. Appalling customer service.

Best part was the location.

There was no daily housekeeping and the internet had no coverage in some of the areas.

I’m usually disappointed when I check into a room in a hotel, or an apartment hotel. This time the flat was more spacious, better equipped, and more comfortably furnished than expected. I already knew the location would be excellent so that was no surprise. It was winter and was very cozy. Would stay again.

I didn’t love the signs to not leave possessions unattended. Should I take all of my luggage around the city with me? I took this as a disclaimer and not real advice, but maybe it would be a good start to have separate codes for separate doors.

We think it would be useful to leave an information sheet on the kitchen table or another conspicuous place with a few basic bits of information, such as where are stores where one might buy provisions, what is the password (it is posted on the back of the door but that is dark and difficult to see). On the positive side, it was easy to reach someone by phone if we had questions.

Just some small problems: the lamp on the side of the bed nearest the bathroom did not work; the dimmer knobs for the ceiling lights did not work; the bathtub should be equipped with a grab bar on the wall for getting in and out; the faucet knobs cannot be turned with soapy hands (there is a similar type of faucet knob but with a small protruding shaft which would solve this problem).

Keyless entry. Housekeeping services and the housekeeper is helpful and delightful. Great location. Comfortable bed. Nice apartment.

Could point out that the actually entry to the building in not on Lees Place but rather on the walk way named Shepherds Place. There was only one utility knife and it was a bread knife so it was difficult to cut other things. Decor is a little spare. It woul be nice to have a rug in the living room.

Great location, good size for a family of 5. Smoking odor covered by lots of air freshener which made it worse especially to someone who is allergic to this order. Requested early check in, never got a response on the day of arrival, no big deal. Location is perfect. All in all it was good. The odor was the biggest issue for me.

Unfortunately the last family ‘trashed the place’ according to the cleaner who struggled to clean it properly. They were also heavy smokers and despite not smoking in the apartment the place reeked of cigarette smoke embedded in the bedding and furnishings. There also is no luggage storage on site.

Excellent location in the heart of Mayfair. Nice building. Comfortable and well appointed flat. Easy access to good restaurants and shopping.

The internet did not work for one day but was fixed the next day. The AC only worked for about 2-3 days approximately and after that did not work at all. Management was informed about this on a daily basis. This had a negative impact on our holiday as this is a premium priced property.

The room was not clean I found ice cream stains in the freezer and the ice cream container from the previous guest, dirty towel in the washing machine, floss box under the bed The layout of the flat is very bad small rooms small bathroom, not maintained with so many scratches and unscrewed door of the closet in the main room, very bad wifi

The size of the one bedroom is perfect! The location was excellent, easy check in and clean environment. Communication with staff via WhatsApp was a breeze and they were responsive.

This doesn’t feel five star. The property should come with salt/pepper and paper towels at least.
