Great location with a small car park and on street parking, comfortable rooms, good shower and breakfast made to order every morning!

The hill up to the hotel is a little steep, but that is literally my only complaint lol!

The location was perfect, and the room was super comfortable. I was a bit late checking in, but rang ahead and the staff were super helpful.

We had a lovely time at the property. Julie and all the other people at the property are very sweet. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and were extremely happy that they had accommodated a specific request regarding the beds. The breakfast was good. We were lucky to have stayed here and covered North Wales with this as our base. We look forward to visiting again soon. PS: They have a few bird feeders in the back. We saw beautiful birds, especially Robins, hovering around. Something we looked forward to every day! :)

Excellent location for a base in Snowdonia with all the pubs and restaurants of Betws y Coed at hand. Quiet during the night and easy parking. Owners and family were lovely.

Rooms are clean and perfectly functional but could maybe be a bit more welcoming?

The location is perfect. The building is impressive. The views are lovely and the owners have placed seating to make the most of the location. The property is spotless. The decor is perfect. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast room is lovely and provides everything you need for a great breakfast, the full Welsh breakfast was cooked to perfection. All the staff were friendly. Lots of extra touches thought of like spare towels, teas coffee & milks, toiletries without having to ask for top ups.

It wasn't a dislike but be aware of the small climb up to the building from the main road if you have mobility problems.

La check-out, practic ne-au dat afară. Exact la ora stabilită, au bătut cu pumnii în ușă și, pe un ton ridicat, ne-au cerut să părăsim clădirea în 10 minute. Nu a fost vorba despre o întârziere de jumătate de oră sau despre faptul că intenționam să mai rămânem în cameră. Noi eram practic gata și urma să ieșim pe ușă. Probabil că, până am fi coborât la recepție, ar fi trecut aproximativ 10 minute peste ora exactă de check-out. Cu toate acestea, am fost tratați ca și cum am fi refuzat să plecăm și, efectiv, am fost goniți din hotel. Experiența a fost foarte neplăcută și complet disproporționată față de situație.

Set up a little hill back from the main road on a lovely quiet street. Perfect spot in the village and an ideal base to explore the area.

We enjoyed our stay in Church Hill House. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were gracious and accommodating to our early arrival. This place is ideally located in town - very quiet. We enjoyed the full Welsh breakfast to get us started every morning.

The staff were most welcoming. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a lovely view overlooking the church. The breakfast was very good, always well cooked and presented. It was good to have fresh fruit and yogurt available too.

The room was very neat and clean. There was great view on hills. Clean and comfortable restroom. Comfortable and soft bed. The full Welsh breakfast was delicious and nutritious. Located right in the center of Bets-y-Coed, but it's calm and quiet outside. 1 minute to train station and a bus stop. Very friendly staff! In general, we liked it so much! And we'll definitely come back.

Julie was so lovely, kind and welcoming, she and the other staff members went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay there. It felt like a really peaceful and chill atmosphere.

That we had to leave. Honestly I cant think of anything bad at all. It was all positive.

The views from our room were lovely, everything was so tidy and clean. I had messaged ahead of our visit to organise accessible accommodation for my mother and Julie, our host, was so kind and helpful.

This would be a lovely place to stay, if fully fit. Host was friendly and helpful . As we are older and less fit, not suitable for us.. I should have requested a lower floor. My fault Our room was on the 2nd floor, lots of stairs to climb. Too many for us.Breakfast good and breakfast room modern light and airy.. Room small. No comfy chair, just 2 wooden stools. Only 1 small window in room. It was very hot, but fan provided. I feel a bit overpriced for size of room. Location great , if fully fit and able. Quite a climb from town to accommodation.

Bigger towels - ours looked a bit "old" and small. If it's very hot weather - request a room on the lower floors, the top rooms get very jot even though a fan is provided.

We had a wonderful stay at Church Hill House Bed & Breakfast in Betws-y-Coed and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Betws-y-Coed and the surrounding attractions. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the host was incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in Room 11, which had a lovely view and was comfortable and well presented. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. We also really appreciated the takeaway breakfast option, which was perfect for an early start and a thoughtful extra. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Church Hill House to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Betws-y-Coed.

Loved everything about our stay here. Room was perfect, beds were comfortable and breakfast was freshly cooked in the morning. Parking was easy and convenient and the location was great. But the best part was Julie and Tony. They were simply amazing hosts! Kind, welcoming and happy to share good advice on what to see and do, hiking routes and more. Would recommend staying here, just to meet them!

The property is very well located in the centre of Betws-y-coed, yet sited on a quiet road. Private parking was available, although there was ample on street parking.

The only let down was the breakfast, which was somewhat underwhelming. Perhaps a focus on improving the quality of the ingredients would turn this into an outstanding property.

The property is ideally located in the centre of Betws-y-coed. There are plenty of shops,restaurants and bars within walking distance. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The food we had was excellent. The room was a nice size and really clean.

The house is lovely, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. It is in a good location and has convenient parking available. Breakfast is served at set times which you book in advance and this works well. The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful with advice about our planned hikes which was great to have local knowledge if you are not familiar with the area.

The location of the property was just perfect in the centre of Betws Y Coed. On arrival we were given a warm welcome by the host and all the staff were naturally friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean, pleasant and so quiet at night. Every morning we enjoyed the full Welsh breakfast which was excellent!

Exceptional location overlooking the Church. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you needed. If you needed extra tea and coffee you helped yourself by the front door. The hosts were amazing and extremely helpful. Will definitely be returning.

A lovely place, we stayed in a large room with newly refurbished bathroom. Showers were good and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, much of this was provided without single use plastics, which is really good, and coffee was excellent. The accomodation is set a short distance from the main road which is great for visitors. Julie kindly met us when checking in and helped us with our queries. Thank you.

This hotel is a little gem the owners are very helpful in everything they do for there guests nothing was a problem to them and very knowledgeable about the local area The hotel is very clean and tidy and you can help yourself to extra tea coffee shower gels and clean towels for your room The breakfast was lovely with a choice of cereal yogurt fruit toast and a Welsh cooked breakfast for those who want it The bedroom was a nice size and a lovely bathroom This hotel is ideally situated for the village only a couple of minutes walk away many thanks to Julie and Tony for a welcoming stay we will be back

Brilliant central location with parking, the host is really welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is excellent, lots of choice and lovely cooked full Welch breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and everywhere is immaculately clean.
