Pillows were excellent. Like memory foam . Breakfast was nice . Everything very clean. I would certainly recommend it . And certainly stay there again if im ever back in the area.

Only couple of niggles , one i like to sleep with my window open at night . A dog wining and barking at 5.30am every morning. Which woke me up. A neighbours dog I think. Other slight niggle (it might just be me though) the shower where you put your shampoo and shower gel in the metal tray. Every single time I had a shower your eyes are closed whilst washing . I banged my elbow on the tray they absolutely perfect height for my elbows . And I knocked the shower gel off more than once. Very nearly landing on my toe. Which could of very easily cracked or broken a bone in my toe .

Für uns hat alles gepasst. Die Lage ist ruhig und gut als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die in den Kommentaren bemängelte Zufahrt zum Parkplatz wurde gerade ausgebessert.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful part of North Wales . Spotlessly clean,with all you need for a short stay . Breakfast was exceptional and so delicious.

No complaints everything was perfect

This was our first experience staying at a B&B, and we really enjoyed it. It was a lovely experience and quite different from staying in a hotel. A lady checked us in who was very nice and polite. This was the only time we saw any staff apart from breakfast, where there was a young girl serving. We actually really liked this, as we don't particularly like being bothered when we're away, so it suited us perfectly. I asked about the car park and was kindly directed to it. Just be aware that the road leading to the car park is quite full of potholes, so if you're coming in a lower car, take care. Obviously, this isn't the owner's fault. The entrance hall was bright and welcoming, with plenty of information leaflets and ideas for things to do in the local area. We stayed in Room 5, a family room on the top floor. The room was lovely and clean, and there was a great selection of complimentary drinks, including water, squash, tea and coffee. UHT milk was provided in the room, and there was also fresh milk available in the fridge in reception. The room looked like it had been recently renovated, and the bathroom was particularly lovely and very modern. There were also DVDs available on the landing for guests to help themselves to, which was a nice touch. Overall, we had a nice stay. The B&B was clean, comfortable and in a great location, only around a five-minute walk from Pont-y-Pair Bridge. We would definitely recommend it if you're looking for somewhere peaceful and convenient to explore the area.

The only real downside for us was the Wi-Fi. We took a Fire Stick with us, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough to load anything, so we weren't able to use it. Breakfast was okay, although it was very busy when we went down. It felt a little awkward having to ask another table for the jam, so perhaps individual portions or pots of jam could be offered instead. Our sausages were also quite pale and a little underwhelming. I had read that breakfast was prepared by a chef with 40 years' experience, so I think I was expecting something a little more impressive and was slightly disappointed with the reality.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the facilities were modern and well kept. The location is excellent with a very short walk from the train station and many beautiful hiking trails nearby.

The staff were friendly although the interactions lacked a personal touch.

A characterful property in a beautiful setting. Extra touches like the cordial bottles with the water, fresh chilled milk on offer for teas/coffees and an outdoor seating area were lovely. We enjoyed the powerful shower, super comfy bed and a delicious breakfast.The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you x

We happened to book a Tuesday night which just so happened to be the local bell ringing practice. I like church bells but this lasted for 90 minutes 😋

The location is exceptional, right at the foot of the pine-covered hills, a short stroll to the locals pubs and restaurants, and a great base-camp for longer hikes. The breakfast was lovely, the staff welcoming, and one of my favourite aspects was the huge collection of DVDs. Each room has a telly with a DVD player in it, so after a long day of hiking, you can settle back with a few films. I definitely want to come back in the winter to do morning hikes followed by lazy afternoons of pubs and film-watching!

Television wasn't working, as reported by previous guest, took us a while to figure out how to work the shower as there was nothing in the information pack to say the switch was in the bedroom. Very small room. Take away continental breakfast contained cheap products.

Breakfast options were very good for a small guest house. The property was in a good location. The host recommended good eating place very near.

Parking was not easy with a particularly bad, bump by access road but at least there was parking because all the streets around were full of parked cars.

Due to having an early start the next morning a packed breakfast was supplied which was perfect. Staff very friendly

Superb little guest house. Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable with large bedrooms. Great bathroom with lovely shower too!

Although it does have a car park, you have to drive over severe craters in the service road to get to it. It's recommended to park on the road at the front of the guest house.

Location - perfect - 1 min walk onto main stretch. Far enough back so there is minimal noise. From guest house you can walk up back track (main trail to lake in mountains) - worth a small hike. Parking - Parked around back (easy), in properties elevated car park (room for 2-3 cars). Roadside parking can be full during busy day. Road parking easy in evening. Road parking free if available. Round the back is easier, though back road in has a few pot holes. Staff - Great. Friendly. Good service. Breakfast - Really good. Eggs/toast brought freshly cooked to taste. Other bits are self serve (cereal/fruit/yoghurt/more). Room - top floor, big room, very spacious. View from front window really nice. High up so can see over church to hills. Coffee/teas + more, really good selection. Fresh milk from fridge downstairs (free). Bathroom and shower were big and nicely functional. Excellent DVD collection, AND in alphabetic order :-)

The young lady who served the breakfast room could not have been more attentive and courteous. She even consulted with colleagues to assist us with transportation queries. The breakfast were made to order and delicious. Property location was perfect base for hiking in the area and using public transportation.

Beautiful room. Recently decorated and nice bathroom. Quiet and beautiful view. Lovely breakfast and came very promptly. Enjoyed the dvd library for the evenings.

Every day at breakfast a staff member would interrupt several times to ask the same questions about the breakfast and room cleaning. It was well meaning but would have been better if either she asked all her questions at the same time or it would be more efficient if I filled out a form at the beginning.

Location was central, breakfast was excellent, coffee great, rooms big and comfy. Owner let me work in the dining room after breakfast which was a great help.

WiFi wasn't very strong so needed to use my phone hotspot with my laptop.

The location was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved being able to walk into the village with plenty of options for dinner. Great to have its own parking lot.

Lovely location , beautiful views surrounding, everything is so close, restaurants, pubs . Breakfast was delicious, we preordered as soon as we checked in.. Simple, but delicious. The lady who was checking in, was very formal, we didn’t feel welcomed at all. A young lady who served as a breakfast, was lovely.

Room smell like dump, specially a toilet, we had to close the bathroom door, shower was leek ing. Water pressure was so low. Bathroom bin wasn’t empty from last time..

If had at least one chair in the room would be great , towels had bit bad smell and other then all was good until she knocked the door and said everyone was gone and they have to go somewhere so check out !! Checked out is 10:30 a.m and she knocked about 10 a.m !! she even had louder voice I was on important call !!! As she didn’t give early checking when I asked, so why should I need to early check out!?

Stayed here twice within the last few weeks. Excellent B&B yet had the cheapest rates in Betws-y-Coed both times. Very comfy beds, fresh milk available, cordial in the room as well as kettle, TV with DVD player/DVD selection - great after a long day out. Fantastic breakfast with a good view. Hazel/owners are highly accomodating. On one occasion I extended my mountain day which meant I'd miss check-in deadline. This was no issue. I was given self-check-in details which ran smoothly when I arrived late at night. After twice in the space of a few weeks, I imagine I'll be back again. Top notch.

Great location, lovely views. Lots of places to eat nearby. Breakfast was nice and it was peaceful with parking. We would return for a shorter stay.

There was a musky smell to the house. We aired out the bedroom which helped but not completely. During all hours there was a strange banging sound that sounded like pipes or something which shook the room. Was not consistent.
