Go Hotels Dumaguete

Robinsons Mall is right next door with plenty of shopping and dinning options. This hotel is great for short stays and stop overs. The only shortfall is there is no where to hang or store clothing if you are staying more than a few days.

Hotel is few minutes walk to large shopping mall. Hotel is clean however limited conveniences. Room are small with no furniture other than bed and side tables. No fridge or sitting area. Bring your own soap and shampoo.

Every thing was awesome thank you 🙏

Property nice, mirror over bed very stained, C.R door very moldy at the bottom room-135

Go Hotels Dumaguete is clean, safe, and in a good location near mall. The staff are friendly and helpful. A nice place to stay.

I've stayed at several hotels in downtown Dumaguete, but Go Hotels Dumaguete stands out above the rest. This has become my go-to place every time I'm in the city, and I always feel like I'm coming home. While the property may be a bit older, the rooms and interiors are very well maintained and spotlessly clean. It's a simple hotel, but the cleanliness and comfort easily exceed expectations. The staff are absolutely amazing – incredibly kind and always ready to help. A special mention goes to the gentleman at the front desk, who consistently goes out of his way to assist. Even the security personnel are very accommodating, always willing to help you get a tricycle or assist with anything you need. What really sets Go Hotels apart is the warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a returning guest, I truly appreciate how everyone treats me like family. It’s a place where you feel safe, valued, and genuinely cared for. Thank you once again for the exceptional service. I'll definitely be back soon! Peter

Staff was very friendly. Room was cozy and accessible to all spots. Overall stay was nice! Eill definitely be back soon with the whole family.

Staff and security were aways nice. I feel there could be some improvement. But Ican not judge

From the moment we stepped into Go Hotel Dumaguete,we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from Ms. Jamaica. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The hotel’s location was ideal.,close to Robinsons mall and easily accessible. Despite being near transit hubs, the room was quiet, allowing us to relax without any disturbances. It was the perfect choice for a short but comfortable stay.

We had the best staycation experience. The first room has air-conditioning issues however, we were accommodated to the other room available instead. The staff was very nice and we experienced great hospitality. As for the room, it was big and comfortable. We had a good sleep.

The service was great! The rooms and other amenities are top notch. The staff are courteous in attending the guests. The hotel is also strategically located beside Robinsons' mall and terminals, making it easier for shopping and travelling. Overall, the experience was unforgettable. It makes the stay in Dumaguete City more enjoyable.

As always, everything is convenient and accessible especially with the location. The hotel employees are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and the WIFI is very reliable. Would always recommend gohotels dgt to everyone especially my family and friends.

Not the top of the line , but , very very convenient .. lot's of good shopping places nearby... Robinson's, Hardware stores, etc. near Ceres bus terminal, Mcdonalds.. 7-11, etc. affordable. ... you only get the bare essentials there... but it's worth it..

great place friendly staff only complaint is not enough lighting in the bathroom for shaving

This was our most disappointing time ever! we were in room 120 and the internet, WiFi never worked. Could not contact my family in the USA 🇺🇸 VERY UPSETING. This never happened to us at this property.

Staff are very accommodating and griendly. Price is reasonable compare to other hotels. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The hotel is very accessible to Robinsons Mall and other establishments like Jollibee and Mcdo. Will recommend this if you’re looking for a hotel in Dumaguete.

Amazing clean and friendly stafff keep it up! Accessible to bus terminal and very near to robinsons. And acces to boulevard safe walk . Nice rooom and very clean. No noise around vicinity. Deffinitely will be back to dumaguete and stay in this hotel. Price is reasonable...

It was clean place to stay

Hotel is run down since last visit, thin walls could hear the people next door, and staff in the lobby in the early morning. Dim lights, tv so messed up could not see any show not outside in bright light . Staff was nice and very polite and responsive to requests.. although it took 3 requests for an extra towel.. they kept taking away the other ones . Photos do not match what I stayed in .

"I had a wonderful stay at Go Hotels Dumaguete. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-functioning air conditioner. The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk to Robinsons Mall and close to various dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location."

Go hotels robinson's dumaguete is awesome, they provide excellent service, the place is accessible, too because it's near to Robinsons dumaguete. SERVICE: it's excellent, they keep your room neat and clean everyday, awesome job to the staff and management. Shout out to Ma'am Kate for the assistance 🫡 Salamat teeeee. Love daw kang kuya deo. Hahaha

Im very pleased with my stay in this hotel. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy. There were toiletries provided. The close proximity to a mall was plus for me. There were a lot of restaurant options and other leisure activities a tourist can do.

Stayed the night with our baby. There were creaky floors near the headboard. You know how it is with a sleeping baby, they hear the noise (even the ongoing construction nearby). Compared to the Go Hotels Manila Airport Road, Dumaguete’s comfort room is not separated with its shower room. But, the lights were dim. The air-conditioning unit takes time to cool down the room. The room is spacious — a small wardrobe or dresser would be great or maybe a small table, not just the side tables. On the plus side of things, the location is great. It’s near the Robinson’s Place Dumaguete, near small eateries. The breakfast we ordered was great! The overall experience is value-for-your-money.

Neighbor was to noisy

We were in room 25 neighbors were very loud and noisy 😩😫😞

The staff are wonderful and Especially Kate the manager she went up and beyond the call of duty.. For many years coming to Go Hotels here in Dumagete she always has helped me with all my needs. She deserves a raise!..Thank you for wonderful stay. See you again I'll recommend to all my friends thanks.Herbert Witt.

I really like this hotel! Clean, friendly, convenient, walkable to downtown or mall. Staff was awesome

Totally honest personal opinion. The customer service is top notch. If anything is wrong they will do their power to correct the issue. This is my third different time staying at this hotel in Dumaguete for over a week each time. Love this place due to amazing staff.

I find the staff to be very helpful and friendly so I definitely give them an A+ for that. My room was very nice with good AC oand all around good service. There are some clothing hooks in the room but I think maybe a little cabinet would have been nice but I'm not paying lots of money so I understand that. Other than that I have no complaints I have a comfortable room and I think it's in a really good location it's right next to the shopping mall and it could have just about everything you need in there. Conveniently located and lots of transportation nearby

Great location next to mall

Should let people know they do not offer breakfast. What kind of a hotel does not offer breakfast?? Horrible! They said that their restaurant closed during the pandemic, I think the pandemic ended years ago, how has every other hotel in the world recovered enough to offer breakfast and you have not? Really amazing.

Great stay

Parking is in rough shape.

The electric kettle is a great touch! Thank you!

Electric kettle and coffee cups are very nice! Thank you!

The parking lot is in need of repair.

Very accommodating staff. The guards are very attentive and willing to assist especially when it comes to luggage assistance and trike. Housekeeping staff maintained the room cleanliness and in providing us anything we need especially with the iron and hairdryer. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

The front desk representative exemplifies exceptional hospitality and is remarkably accommodating. The facility itself is exquisite, and the rooms are equally impressive. The service staff consistently maintain cleanliness in the aisles and demonstrate a high level of attentiveness to all guests.

Accessible, walking distance to Robinson's Mall. Affordable rates. Great customer service. Ready to go the extra mile in providing other hotel necessities like anti-slip mats, ice, water dispenser. Best of all smiling staff, especially Michelle, Mike, Jamaica

Go hotel dumaguete lobby is clean and spacious with guards and frontdesk personnel who are courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean with very cool aircon and hot showers in the bathroom. This is my go to Hotel whenever I am travelling in Dumaguete.

Front desk personell are very friendly and nice..they took time to look after their clients. Special mention to JAMAICA, MICHELLE and the 3 other staff....and also to the maintenamce personel who check the aircon and exhaust fan. Security personnels are courteous and polite always greet us daily. GRABE...DAILY ANG ROOM CLEANING AND CHANGING OF LENINS AND TOWELS. Location is next door neighbor of robinsons which is very convenient....

We have stayed a few times in the past rooms 102,104,204, everything was great, but this time we stayed in room 126 on September 4th thru 7th and we encountered a broken toilet cover and Cockroaches in the room. We did notify front desk, thank you Frank!

The staff was awesome!

Next to the mall

I will stay there again.

I booked a room for my wife

It was a good stay since it was so close to the mall

Rooms were small & old, really need upgrade. No luggage rack and desk was not really a desk. That said, staff were super nice and brought us a table. Most importantly the room was really clean! Common areas were nice (though no AC in halls). Convenient to mall and transportation readily available to other places. Couldn’t ask for better service. Overall it was a great stay.

Booked a 2 night stay for my Dad and his partner. Based on what they told me that the hotel has a very good location and accessible to shops, restaurants and some of Dumaguete’s attraction. Room reasonably clean and spacious. Good to know they have a working wifi.

N\A

My guests family of 2 from overseas who were staying at the hotel from 3-5 January 2024 under my name booking were afraid to go back to this hotel which I booked again on 7-12 January for the reason that A hotel staff knocked at the door at 9.30 am on 5 January to let them know that it is time to check out. They were still sleeping and the check out time is not that early. Why will they knock at the door unless they have a different motive? They were hesitant to check in on 7 January for fear that something will happen to them so I decided to checked them out on 8 Jan in the evening and booked them at another hotel where they feel safe. I requested for a refund for the remainder of the booking as the mistake was from the hotel staff.

Property was near to the convenient stores and robinsons

It was a nice enough place, and the staff are very nice - just like most of the staff almost everywhere in the Philippines. The one thing I did not really like was that the water in the shower was mildly warm. In my opinion, the water was just not hot enough.

Nice place to stay

I like the location of the place, the Staff are so friendly and accomodating. The place is so clean and the rooms are spaceous. Would definitely stay again in my future travells. Great place with great hospitality.

What i did not like was the mirror above my bed had some stains on it, the floor tiles around the bathroom were starting to pop up and the most concerning was that there was a little fruit fly infestation around the bed area. Aside from all of those hiccups, the Local fair had come into town and was situated up the road which was a few minutes walk and only 10 peso entry. The Robinsons shopping mall right next door complete with department stores, chemist, food kiosks, a dentist and a movie theatre.

Very nice

I came to explore the area and was looking for a place to rent. The management here at this Go Motel in Dumigette gave me a monthly rate and I accepted. They give me internet, A/C, clean my room and the staff is friendly. I’m staying till the end of the year here. I would highly recommend this GO Motel.

Fantastic. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel is nice ,safe, clean and the service is excellent!

The property has been renovated recently, so the photos of the room was outdated. The room is modern with a safe, great split air conditioner (which makes it quiet) the bathroom had good water pressure , fresh towels every day, and warm water. They should add a light above the mirror to make it easier to shave. There are a lot of trikes that go by and they will call a cab if that is what you want.

All good

The staff was very helpful in all aspects of the city ..I have asked the staff about transportation they were very helpful..the staffing and the security was above excellent..

This hotel is located in the parking lot if the largest mall in Dumaguete. It's also only a 5 minute walk from the regional bus terminal, so you can arrive or depart by bus conveniently, even to other islands like Cebu. It's going through renovations and looks very modern, clean and bright. The rooms are simple, but nice The staff is great. Recommend for a stopover or shopping trip. No pool, no view, not the kind of place you'd go for the amenities, but location makes it a great value for other trips.

Good location. Noisy due to industrial warehouse near the rear of the hotel. Night loading, etc. Then, upon checkout, the desk clerk demanded I remain at the desk while security went to my room to investigate any possible damage or theft. Outrageous policy. I left immediately.

NEXT TO ROBINSEN'S MALL AND NEAR BUS STATION... LOW PRICED BUT WITH FEW AMENITIES... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ... PRO'S : GOOD WATER SUPPLY, CLEAN ROOM, NICE / FRIENDLY HOTEL STAFF .. AND GOOD LOCATION

Near the mall, near everything

Great hotel for a short stay. Could consider to provide some simple breakfast option in case the guests do not like to go out for breakfast.

Easy access to eating venues and city mall. Not a bad place for your money.

Was a disappointment building was rundown floor tiles lose and a trip hazzard Rooms were very small no place for clothes Shower did not work but was partly fixed after i gave notice

Staff are so friendly, and rooms are clean, highly recommended

it’s close to the Ceres Bus Terminal & Robinsons shopping mall

Walkable Noise outside property Great staff. Very polite upbeat positive Employees

Great employees great location clean well lighted near transportation good security

Clean and accessible

Its good that its near the ceres terminal, but they dont have hair dryer and electric kettle, were 2 guests but they only give 1 pc of shampoo and soap

Just fine no hot shower and the wifi sometime not working

Best air around very good price great location 5 stars

Average accommodation for the price. Basic for 1 night stay. Every thing worked A/C and hot water. Bed comfy. Average cleanliness but acceptable WiFi average.

it is just a walking distance from Robinson's Department Store and the room is comfortable & clean

Very dirty. No hot water. Grey towels. Bed clothes with halls

Everyone was courteous and professional the room was comfortable the location was close to everything

All OK but very basic

It was OK but very basic

The room is huge enough for 1 traveler. But no kettle and hairdrier.

Nearest to DFA Dumaguete...

good location. hallways very noisy during sleep times

Nice big room, Good Aircon, Wi-Fi Connection was always lost, But still a very good hotel, Employees are very friendly.

Go hotels is convenient place to stay. it made me feel at home because Of the mall next door 😍 very friendly staff and most of all the Rates is affordable. Thanks Go Hotel!

Room is clean, though can hear housekeepers cleaning the next room. Disappointing was their attitude. We arrived at 1:30pm, room is not ready. We are willing to wait but asked if we can leave our bags while we grab lunch. They said yes, but have to pay 50 pedos. This is not a huge amount but should be extended as complimentary, which is what most hotels do, even budget hotels and hostels.

Decent economy hotel , staff was very friendly and helpful .The wi fit is sketchy and needs to be improved .In our room the toilet seat was broken but the shower made up for it lots of volume and hot water .

Very comfortable and you can slick through anywhere in dumaguete with convenient public transport.nice place for jogging, walking every morning

Pleasant and enjoyable. Love the shower and heater,

Only thing was the ac in the room did not work after a hour they let us change rooms. Would of been nice to have a cold room to walk into. And the staff did not explain who the ac or tv works . But over all nice place

Other than some issues during check-in the stay at this motel was very satisfactory. The rooms were nice and well furnished. Overall it served our needs comfortably and was a pleasant experience.

I like the location of the hotel, just a walking distance to the mall and bus terminal. Our stay was excellent, stress free and relaxing. A good and affordable hotel to recommend.

..never been to such a lousy hotel in my entire life..lobby is not air-conditioned; no elevator service (it's a two-storey hotel; very uncomfortable room with no cabinet to hang clothes, the tiniest bath soap I've seen..to cut the story: it's a nightmare to stay at this hotel..

It's a good place to stay for a business trip. The beds are clean. There is hot shower and the water pressure is okay.

For the area the hotel is nice. I would recommend this hotel but I'm not staying here again. The sheets smelled like urine and when you ask for new ones they question you why you need new ones. They charge for extra pillows, pillow cases and extra towels.

it was good, as i expexted, very well located if you are planning to take the bus to see the surrounding
