Fiesole Residence Inn

This place is in a perfect location. A hundred different places to eat within walking distance. I felt pretty safe walking around. Walked back from the Boulevard one night alone with no issues. Actually I felt safer than walking the streets of Phoenix or Minneapolis at night. Cheap rates, clean rooms, good A/C. The port is super close. Staff is really nice and helpful. Security is great and always greets you. Opens doors ect. No complaints. This is my second time staying here.

This place is perfect for a one-two night stay.... Its very covenant if you have a car or a bike also for walking. The rooms ate quiet and they have HOT showers which seem hard to find in the Philippines... Its also a 5 minute stroll to immigration which is a GIANT PLUS!

Always a nice place to stay

Amazing place

Small place...staff didn't find solution for my concern...gave me a wrong accommodation

I'll be back

The hotel was in the downtown area within walking distance to food and shopping.

Thank you, I enjoyed my stay at the Fiesole Hotel. The staff was very congenial.

The room is a dive. They provide you a kettle and cups but no coffee or tea. If you decide to stay here, bring your own provisions as they are lacking them. The only thing I like is that they are close to the port.

It was a convenient location.

The place was ok. Just needs some serious deep cleaning in the room.

Do NOT stay here Electricity kept cutting out so we could not use air con or had any power Staff reluctantly moved us after much discussion Was finally given a small single room with a mattress on the floor In the morning staff refused to give a refund for the difference in price for the double amd single room

Stayed for a night, place is ok.

nice quiet place near siliman U and the blvd.

Check in was quick and smooth. Friendly staff

Only stayed one night but bed was super comfortable, staff nice and property conveniently located close to Boulevard and restaurants and bars. Also close to the Port.

Very convenient location.

it is waling distance to the boulevard and siliman university.

Was very close to the Ground Zero coffee shop.

.

Clean and safe but the aircon doesn't work well

Arjatjarjtsk

They charged me for having a second sugar sachet for my coffee! Gave me rice instead of bread and butter with my "American Breakfast" then refused to change it when I asked. When I told reception there were people in the corridor making noise at 11pm they said it wasn't their job to keep their guests quiet, so I had to ask them myself - obviously could have gone badly but luckily they quietened down. I really don't like complaining but I feel a duty to save others from this place.

Convenient

Close to stores

This place should be okay for just sleeping and tidying up if you have day trips during your stay. Staff are friendly and attentive to requests.

Almost perfect!

Staff are welcoming, room is ok for a night stay.

We had a very nice stay there.......

Nice room, clean ...personnel at the counter and security are accommodating ...wide parking area..

accessible to the central market, church, transportation and seaside

Very Spacious and Clean, from Reception area, Lobby every floor, elevator was very smooth, It was my first time.. unfortunately we were in a room the aircon was not so cool..but the management found a solution right a away gave us an extra stand fan.. in General our stay was great.. Thank you Fiesole Residence Inn...

Walkable to SU campus , boulevard and dining places

Close to stores, bars & boardwalk

The guard there was excellent and very helpful but desk staff uninfomed and overcharged because poorly trained to handle customer service issues or complaints. The food was Spartan and most menu items out of stock. Ham and bacon was substituted with greasy spam and eggs were burned and inedible. Coffee was only instant and weak. Too many issues to address here. Overpriced food and accomodations. Will never go back there again. Kudos yo the guard he was great.

My favorite part about this location is how central to everything it was. 2 Blocks to Rizal Boulevard and many many restaurants.

Manager is non-existent and doesn’t respond to issues. Leaves decision making to juniors. Booked months ago and was not given a descent room. Leaking aircon above my room. Had to sleep with a dripping water noise all night long

Very nice hotel and great value for the location in the heart of downtown. Walkable to the boardwalk/boulevard, supermarket and shops. The Staff is absolutely Fantastic! We rented a car so we needed parking and they have plenty of space, they let us park the car there when we checked out and went to Siquijor for that day! We will stay there again!

Awesome. Thank you

Staff and service was great

NICE AND CLEAN

Convenient downtown location. Lack of windows in room is a drawback but overall room is in good condition and clean.

The hotel is clean and modern and staff are super friendly and helpful. Its centrally located, no more than 5 mins walk to supermarkets, restaurants and boardwalk.

I enjoyed my stay at FieSole. It’s a mere 5 minute walk to Rizal boulevard which gives you a multitude of food and entertainment choices. I got a good haircut just around the corner. And I got my clothes washed and folded at a neighbourhood laundry before I checked out. The hotel building itself is spanking new with a stainless steel elevator. The staff were very attentive and efficient. I would stay here again next time I’m in Dumaguete.

Basic necessities..clean accommodation..cable tv..

We were in a very spacious family room with two double bed. That was a very nice place. The confort room is modern and confortable. Just call the 0 in the room and you will receive quickly your needs : extra hangers for the cabinet, your food from the hotel's restaurant from 8am to 9:30 pm, an extra seats if need. We recommend you this hôtel and we would certainly come again there. Very nice stay.

The location of the hotel is very good because it's near the Boulevard, pier, Cathedral and Plaza, Commercial district, Silliman University and of course Silvanas Store. The hotel is clean and most of all the personnel/staff are very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and officemates whenever they want to visit Dumaguete City.

I had stayed at this property many times in the past few years but this time the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. Must have new ownership or something but service used to be much better.

Very nice plac

Wi-fi is very slow. The food from the kitchen is simple not worth ordering. I was there for 3 days 2 of the days there was no cook and the stand in cook is the same person that cleans your room. He has absolutely no experience in cooking and the food was an exact result of him having no experience. When I spoke with the clerk she was nice enough but gave no satisfactory reason why the house staff is converted to a cook and why there is no sub for the cook.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful the rooms are clean with no insects and the bed is comfortable and I get a peaceful nights sleep.

Very near commercial establishments. Clean. Helpful staff.

Love the hotel. New condition, great staff and excellent location. But bring your own shampoo and soap as the two tiny bars of soap they provide are the cheapest of any hotel I have stayed at in the world. Also they provide no face cloths or hand towels.

This is a very nice hotel which is close to the city proper, Robinson mall and Airport. Hotel shuttle bus going to the airport is only P250 for two people and extra P50 for the third or extra person on board. The room is perfect, clean and nice upgrades. Location is very safe.

The staff was great. Although small and without much facilities, i was satisfied with the service.

It is a newly built hotel, It has a great location, almost all facilities are clean and functional from toilet, air condition unit, elevators... EXCEPT for the WiFi in the 3rd floor where we stayed. We never get the chance to use it for the 4 days we have stayed..

Absolutely terrible.

Central but still quiet. Clean and tidy. Helpful staff.

Very nice place for the money. Close to lots of food and the port pier.

This is an excellent hotel in its price category. Just a few blocks of the seawall. In fact, seawall would be a noisy place to stay. This hotel is spotless. Well staffed. Good wifi. Soundproofed. I'm happy with it.

It was just okay but a little more expensive for its price.

Hotel is new and in good condition, very clean, comfortable bed, excellent shower pressure and hot water. Staff are very friendly.

Hotel is centrally located in Dumaguete City. Rizal Boulevard and Siliman are walking distance away. Getting to the mall would be a short tricycle ride. My room was clean. Bathroom had a hot shower which is not a given for the Philippines. Room had cable tv and the WiFi was pretty reliable. Air conditioning worked well too. Only thing that I would have liked in the room would have been a mini fridge. Staff was helpful and arranged for laundry service which was done for a reasonable fee. Property had a security guard posted 24/7 at the lobby.

This is a fairly new building and has an ideal location with short walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. The place is clean and well maintained.

The water closet too small. No toilet paper holder and the bidet spurt too strong it hurts.

Excellent, reasonably priced hotel. Clean and modern. The staff are very polite and greet you with a smile. This is a good family hotel. Less than 5 minutes to Boulevard, restaurants and various shops. I stayed there 3 weeks and would happily return.

Hotel is quite new & all faciywirks well. After check out, the management allow us to hv fresh water shower upon rtn fm snorkeling trip. That’s was a BIG plus. Unlike many htls here in Philippines tourist areas, what they want is just yr money ,money & giv very basic of which many can’t even spare a small bar of soap. Some won’t even allow earlier check-in till 2pm to save a few peso on use of Aircon, utilities. This is observed base on 5yrs of monthly travelling to d Ppines.

Good water and bed. Paid money for sugar 😡

We were in Dumaguete for 4 nights. Warm greeting on arrival and smiling everyday. Very clean room Breakfast was good and served in room. There is no breakfast area. There is a convenience store attached to hotel. Very convenient. Short walk to just anywhere you want to go. The Boulevard is about 4 blocks. McDonald's is a 5 minute walk as are some big stores like Robinson. The only slightly negative was bed could have been more comfortable but it wasn't bad. Overall very happy with our stay.

Good value, centrally located. Clean. Very kind and friendly staff.

Clean and nice! Would stay again.

Room was modern, clean and well presented. Great shower (hot) and tea making facilities. Aircon was excellent. Brilliant reception and security staff. Will return

Nice hotel. Small room but adequate. Close to restaurants and shops. 24/7 security.

rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable

great location, friendly staff, and decent accommodation! Would definitely stay here again!

the hotel is at a very convenient location in Dumaguete, there is good WiFi, breakfast is cheap, the rooms are clean, a bit small though but sufficient for an overnight stay. Since I stayed at the Fiesole Residence Inn already more than 5-times it shows that I am very satisfied

Good staff, very clean hotel located in the center of the city. All facilities working and in good condition.

Security guard on duty and a convenience store for beer and chips

Nice hotel 24 hour security. Good shower, internet, sircon. Ckose to Siliman and the boulevard. Good restaurants, banks and American Laundry nearby. Try Mama Dings for lunch. Enjoyed my stay and would go back.

Great hotel and location. Nearby food and baywalk was superb. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful stay, nice staff, good location with lots of great restaurants nearby

Very clean, all new hotel. It has tea kettle, air con unit bit noisy new but cheap quality.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, attentiveness of their staff and comfortable room. Will definitely be staying here again!
