A bit of poor records keeping as my room no 9 was given to someone while I was away in town for few hours. This guest checked in around 7/7.30 pm on Friday 21.08.2026 while I was still the main occupant of the same room. I just went out around 1/1.30 pm to attend my convention and on coming back around 22/22.30 same day. I heard noise in my room, knocked and behold, a lady opened the door with her luggage on the room floor. She told me that she was given the room while, I looked and saw my belongings in the same room. It was a very big shock and embarrassment to me. I went down to the reception to meet the gentleman there who later explained how the mistake occurred. It took over an hour to resolve this matter, i felt very uncomfortable with situation as I should have retired to my room immediately I came back rather than standing and talking to resolve this issue. I was later transferred to another room. Thanks to the gentleman on night duty

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Das Zimmer lag über Eck, so dass wir zwei Fenster hatten und gut durchlüften konnten. DasZimmer war auch groß und geräumig, um beide Koffer auf dem Boden aufklappen zu können und man trotzdem noch vorbei kam. Das Bad war auch ok.
Extrem schlecht war die Matratze. Auf der einen Hälfte hat man jede Feder gespürt, wenn man sich auf das Bett gelegt hat. Auch hat esi m ganzen Haus stark nach Farbe gerochen.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Estuvo bien que tuviera secador y una nevera, más que una neverita, así como vasos, y un ventilador, porque llegamos en días de ola de calor.
No estaba lo suficientemente limpio. El baño era muy estrecho y ni la ducha ni el grifo del lavabo iban bien. La cadena del váter tampoco funcionaba del todo correctamente. Nos hicieron la cama el primer día y los siguientes no, a pesar del primer día no haber colgado nada en la puerta, y los siguientes sí.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Het bed lag heerlijk schone lakens, de douche was goed, schone douchekop. Koelkast tot je beschikking. Wat erg handig was tijdens een hitte golf. Hele aardige vriendelijke eigenaar. Ook in onze 4 dagen werd nog een keer opverzoek het bed verschoont en schone handdoeken verzorgd. Omdat het zo heet was en we best zweette snachts. Ventilator, strijkplank, fohn en tv. Ook eetgerei en een magnetron bij het keukenblokje. Weinig geluiden op straat snachts. Ook erg handig een supermarktje om de hoek en op zich goed te bereiken kwa openbaar vervoer. Ze zijn begonnen met schilderen, gordijnen vervangen.
Het is niet zo als thuis, dus wat extra schoonmaakdoekjes gekocht om het naar onze wens schoon te maken. Tip voor de eigenaar/schoonmakers om de muren en plafon van de badkamer ook mee te poetsen. Sommige meubels waren kapot, maar functioneerden nog wel. Ik weet niet of ik mij prettig had gevoeld in de buurt s'avonds. Dat was voor ons eigenlijk niet van toepassing. Overdag geen probleem en de kleurrijke buurt verkent.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Proprietario cordiale, stanza grande con cucina a disposizione. Prezzo molto appetibile se si cerca un alloggio a basso costo. Vicino a supermercati, mezzi pubblici e locali vari, in particolare l'Iklectik che offre molti concerti interessati. Il quartiere nelle vicinanze offre prezzi decisamente più abbordabili rispetto alla Londra turistica.
Le chiavi delle stanze sono senza numero e si smagnetizzano facilmente. I ripiani non erano pulitissimi e ho trovato anche un volantino con un chewing gum appiccicato vicino sul comodino. Le camere scarsamente insonorizzate perciò sappiate che si sentiranno spesso rumori o persone che parlano. Al checkout non c'era nessuno alla reception che era al buio. Ho suonato il campanello diverse volte ma non si é presentato nessuno quindi ho lasciato lì la chiave. Si spende poco quindi riflettete bene sul fatto che avrete poco. Stanze spartane e struttura vecchia con corridoi fatiscenti. Per una notte può andar bene, per più giorni si sappia a cosa si andrà incontro. Consigliato ma con riserva

First there was no cooker in the apartment contrary to my impression during the booking. Secondly for the first three days, no cleaning of the room, we trash the bins by ourselves. Thirdly, the kettle was rusty and they couldnt change it. Though it was not healthy but we had to use the kettle that way. The facilities in the apartment need a general overhauling. The worst of all is that one of the male receptionist is insultive. He insulted me the very first day of stay and he seems to be generally intolerant afterwards.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell zu Fuss an der nächsten Busstation und U-Bahn. Wir haben hauptsächlich den Bus genutzt. Ohne funktionierende EC Karte kommt man nicht weiter. Jede Person muss sich per EC oder Oystercard selbst am Bus etc einchecken und bei U-BAHN und Boot wieder auschecken. Das Ticket kann nicht für andere bezahlt werden. Jeder braucht ein eigenes.
Die Unterkunft ist schmutzig und wir sind nicht penibel. Die Dusche war defekt. Wir konnten uns schnell 3 Min. Eiskalt abduschen, danach wurde es kochend heiss, war also nicht regelbar. Besteck war schmutzig und Mikrowelle. Da wir eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren war es nicht so schlimm. Waren auch nur 3 Nächte in London.

It was dirty and unkept. Fortunately the bedding itself was clean. The shower has hair. Not good. The apartment facilities were woeful only 1 mug for a double room and only 1 cereal bowl. Ridiculous.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026El apartamento tenía lo suficiente para alojarse y visitar Londres. El personal muy agradable, tuve un gran problema y me ayudó lo que pudo. La habitación muy calentita, siempre estaba puesta la calefacción. Para lo que habíamos visto fue lo más decente.
Faltaba limpieza en el apartamento e instalaciones de fuera, también en sábanas y toallas. La ubicación está bastante lejos de todo pero está bien conectado con buses y metro. Respecto calidad/precio, por ese precio en otros sitios tienes algo mejor.
