It was a good price as well as good location.

The renovation was a bit loud and odd to see. The curtain in our room was torn, didn’t seem to be very clean..

Problem connecting to WiFi. Could not do phone mirroring for tv

The water shut off was excessive. The volume on the remote for the tv didn’t work. I texted the front desk, and it fell on deaf ears. Not sure why you texted if anything was needed let us know. I did, and it was ignored. Those are basic things, being able to shower, and to use the tv. I don’t think I will book at this location again. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.

The hotel was under renovasion so and the fasilities was not up to standard towels near the pool rack was emtpy , bfast was a disaster no Milk available when we asked we were told that the manager went to get it , as if the manager will do that waited 15 mins no milk was given so we could take coffee. Selection of b'fast very poor no toast available when asked the guy responsabile told me the toaster is switched off the same excuse, we are under renovasion . But if you are under renovasion still bfast have to be up to standard or other option is do not except guest .

Hotel currently in renovation. Lifts are unusable several hours a day. Water temperature was messed up (due to boiler room issues). Sometimes boiling hot, sometimes only cold. Room thermostat was broken and AC temperature could not be adjusted. Asked for it to be serviced 3 times to no effect. Usually our stay at this hotel is very pleasant but this time not so. The renovations had too much impact and should have been better managed.

Fijn hotel, goed zwembad met gunstige ligging ten opzichte van de zon. Hotpool overdekt. Goede bedden en kussens. Fijne ontbijtruimte en vooral de mogelijkheid overdekt buiten te kunnen zitten.

Ontbijt kan echt gezonder. (een algemeen probleem in Amerikaanse hotels).

Very friendly staff, everything was clean including the pool area and restrooms! I came with kids so having clean restrooms is always a good thing! I loved that you can communicate through text with the receptionist with any questions you may have and they respond in a timely manner with the name of the staff member communicating with you! Also breakfast was included with mt stay and it was a good breakfast we definitely enjoyed it! Very close to the zoo, aquarium and other places with a good amount of fast food options and restaurants.

Wish our room had a microwave.

Needs renovated. Shower doors didn’t open well, sink didn’t drain well, no blackout curtains on the windows - only sheers (sun rises before 5 am). Charging stations by the bed didn’t work well or at all. No pool towels and pool area needed work - very run down.

The cleaner fragrance is bad, particularly in the enclosed elevator space! The hotel is clean but smells acrid.

Breakfast was excellent, it exceeded our expectations! Generally clean room, comfortable bed, good location.

Very loud air conditioner, we had to get earplugs in order to sleep. Curtains were falling apart, body lotion was not refilled.

The pool and fitness area were good, and the breakfast was mediocre but fine. The market was well priced too. The best part was the location near the airport, downtown, etc.

Everything was definitely run-down and used. The room was beat up and a bit dirty. The lobby area would be great if it weren't for the chairs (once again, beat up). This place was disappointing in terms of the condition of the lobby, room, and other parts of the hotel.

Hampton Inn is always a safe choice for value, comfort and cleanliness. Staff was pleasant, location was where we needed it. We had an overall great experience.

The room was clean. The staff sent a text message right away checking if we had everything we needed. I appreciate that they were so quick to check in. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Honestly, there wasn't much to say what we didn't like. If I had to, I would say the water pressure from the bathroom sink was a little weak.

We stayed 3 nights here while visiting family in the Scottsdale area. Our room (on the 4th floor) was clean, quiet, and comfortable (but the furniture was starting to show its age). Breakfast was good and kept well-stocked.

Great staff. King suite is spacious and well designed. TV and wifi worked well. Lots of restaurants in the area. Coffee shop across the street.

Lamp missing on desk. No extra blanket in room. Not enough towels. TV was too small for size of room. Breakfast was bla…stale bagels and no yogurt.

This hotel is in need of a complete renovation. I am shocked at how outdated the furnishings, flooring, and tv were. The towels were very thin, The TV was not a smart TV and did not allow streaming. Very disappointing experience.

The location was great and the pool and hot tub was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options.

The front desk staff were not accommodating when we requested two extra towels. The bed was incredibly squeaky and so every time someone got up it woke up everyone in the room. The room did not cool down even though the air conditioning ran all night long.

There was no table and only one chair for two people in the room! Also, the chair was very dirty! same as the unclean and uncomfortable chairs at the breakfast room.

The stay at Hampton Inn in Tempe was one of the worst experiences with Hilton. The room had several things broken like the iron and ironing board which also spoilt my shirt. The heating unit was creaky and noisy. Check in was not good either. The only good thing was the manager (Lena) who we met during check out. Lena was considerate and understood the seriousness of the situation.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The room was comfortable and quiet in a great location.

There was unwrapped soap in the shower/ tub area.

The checking in process was delayed due to some person in front of the queue taking up all the time despite the front desk mentioning that there is no room available. Checking process for the customer ls who already paid could be automated

It was pretty rundown which I would have expected better quality with the Hilton name. The hotel needs a lot of updating. The seats of the chairs in the lobby were dirty. The room definitely needed updating and the bed’s didn’t look very tidy when we walked in.

Room was sooo loud- windows did not block any noise from the road outside (yes it was fully closed and locked), and the floors are so thin or something because I could hear every footstep taken from the people upstairs
