• Wonderful Basics: The location is excellent, the breakfast is great, and the overall service is outstanding. • Honest and Efficient Management: I was overcharged by $10 due to an issue with Booking.com. When I contacted Booking.com customer service, they were extremely unhelpful and kept giving me the runaround. However, the hotel itself was fantastic—they stepped in and processed the refund directly the very next day after my check-out. I truly appreciate their honesty and efficiency!

The location was perfect for us, the cleanliness of the room was exceptional and super comfortable. This will be my go to hotel from now on. It is a 10/10 highly recommend.

Shower floor was not to clean, AC had a funky smell, old towels and restaurant area does not have enough sitting for guess to eat breakfast

the hot breakfast ran from 7am to 10am and was great. they had a pretty big dining room with lots ot tables available and plenty of food. parking was convenient a day free. right next to the highway so it was perfect for sightseeing and driving around. also near ASU so lots of food options. also very close to historic downtown mesa so there was great access to many things to do.

I was told when checking in that I did not have reservations. Then when I provide email confirmation, she stated my reservation was canceled by yall. I was left with 2 children with no place to stay. Found a room last min, which ended up being more expensive. We also ended up being late for spring training game that afternoon. Due to this.

The Holiday Inn Express in Tempe is right off the 202 Fwy in Tempe, which is a very good location for north Phx area, Scottsdale, etc. The room was very comfortable and clean. They provided an apt sized fridge, microwave!!! WOW Vegas does not even provide those anymore (shameful!) Anita and Stephan were very helpful when I needed to add an extra night to my reservation, which I made thru booking.com. Our room was on the side of the fwy and off ramp, so it was a little loud, but did not keep me awake. 10 min Lyft ride to baseball field and 10 min Lyft ride to Casino Arizona. If I need to stay in that area, no problem in staying there again.

How can you prop the door open to room while taking things in? it is a small doorway and doors are heavy.

In room coffee maker was broken. Large spot on carpet that looked like it should have been cleaned prior to assigning room to guests.

The first room A/C was broken. They wanted to send someone up to fix it instead of just moving rooms. Requested new room. Moved me by employee facilities, so extremely loud and constant doors slamming. TV had disability setting that could not be turned off. Drinking Water available was not filtered. Breakfast was not great.

Rooms were clean and the location was good for us.

Hot tub/spa wasn’t working. People were smoking pot on property. The breakfast wasn’t good. Eggs had no taste, bacon wasn’t fully cooked, sausage patties were like hockey pucks, pancake machine wasn’t working. Nice selection of yogurt. Cinnamon rolls were good.

It had everything I needed. It was clean, it was quiet the staff was warm and welcoming, it was convenient but not right on the highway - which was very important to me - and it was reasonably priced.

Ordered a king room received a double, the room had an over powering smell of bleach or some sort of cleaner. Only had one of the two sliding glass shower door.s. A mob of wild feral cats roam the parking lot. And the braakfast... well thank God it's free. I hope you like the sound of loud airplanes ready for landing at all hours.

The check in lady was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was new and clean. Our room. Was modern and clean.

The hotel is situated right next to 202 and crotch rocket screamer motorcycles race on it all night long. The room has too many night lights and you can't sleep. Then at 5:30am the hotel smoke alarm went off for several minutes. Some guests were evacuating, we could not sue to physical limitations.

The breakfast is amazing. We had waffles, bagel with cream cheese, coffee, scrambled eggs, cinnamon rolls, home fries, and fruits.

The AC and hearing unit is very noisy.

The doors were small & narrow to get through. I am a wide person. The showers were small as well. There were no towels of any sort in my room & took them 3 calls for them to bring up towels. Parking was very minimum & location to get off from the freeway reminded me of El paso, tx.

Difficult to see what entrance to get into. The signage was not clear.

I was put in a handicap room and a very noisy room area ! I pointed it out and they didn’t do anything about it ! No water bottles provide and bought water for 3 dollars a bottle !

Modern, clean facilities in a nice area near the river.

The room I was assigned faced the back of the property, directly toward a busy highway, and unfortunately the noise level was very high. Traffic sounds were constant from approximately 5 a.m. until 11 p.m., making it difficult to rest. I strongly recommend upgrading the window insulation or considering other soundproofing solutions to improve the guest experience.
