La nostra camera dava sulla strada pertanto la notte il rumore del traffico è continuo. Inoltre la stanza necessita di una completa ristrutturazione, serramenti compresi. Piccolo inconveniente con la TV prontamente risolto

La localisation à 20’ à pied du centre et le petit-déjeuner.

La vétusté des installations (une rénovation est à envisager d’urgence), le bruit incessant de la rue malgré les fenêtres fermées et les bruits des chambres voisines (clés) mauvaise isolation phonique. Nous avons très mal dormi. Le manque de communication à l’arrivée : mail d’instructions non reçu donc il nous a fallu téléphoner pour avoir les codes d’accès. Les escaliers très raides et l’établissement sans ascenseurs. Établissement sans confort et pas pratique. Du coup le tarif est excessif ..

Lokal ok ale postawiliśmy samochód na ulicy w biły dzień została rozbita szyba i kompletnie go okradli z wszystkich wartościowych rzeczy . Proszę uważać nic nie zostawiać , od strony rzeki absolutnie nie zostawiać samochodu ostrzegali mnie mieszkańcy ale niestety po fakcie..

Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist super. Beiderseits des Flusses ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Es handelt sich um ein B+B, daher wurden die Erwartungen an die Unterkunft voll erfüllt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Flussblick. Den gab es. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber und verfügte über ein eigenes Bad, welches etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber vollkommen genügte. Das Frühstück B+B mäßig eher familiär, jedoch war alles da. Lobend zu erwähnen ist Nadja, sehr herzlich und immer gute Tipps.

Einzig störend und meiner Meinung nach in der Hotelbeschreibung falsch lockend sind kostenlos verfügbare Parkplätze. Erstens ist hier nichts kostenlos (Aussage: erstmal hinstellen, Ticket zahlt notfalls die Unterkunft) und zweitens sollte man lieber auf einen überwachten Parkplatz ausweichen und hier keine Kosten sparen. Wir mögen nicht die Mehrheit sein, aber das Auto wurde gleich in der ersten Nacht aufgebrochen. Kein großer Wertverlust, aber ärgerliche Rennereien zur Polizei und zu Carglass und zur Versicherung. Schade bei einem Tag Aufenthalt. Wie gesagt, nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun, diese ist völlig okay, aber hier dann vielleicht doch für nicht mit dem Auto anreisende Gäste.

It was all brilliant apart from the noise, doors banging and the street noise. The lady that booked us in was amazing, passionate and she knew her stuff. She tipped.us on where to visit to makenout visit magical!!

Su ubicacion es muy buena para visitar Verona. Ell parking ideal, dejas el auto y no lo usas hasta irte debla ciudad.

Eredetileg ide foglaltunk, de valami oknál fogva a Hotel Desiree-ben kaptunk szobát. Ami nem volt gond, mert az közelebb volt a nevezetességekhez, és a "bel"városhoz. Az a szoba szuper volt.

Nem volt ilyen, mert végül is szerintem jobb szobát kaptunk.

Nadia foi muito prestativa, querida e simpática, sempre nos auxiliando e interagindo conosco. A localização é excelente, perto do centro, da estação de trem e ótima para corridas cedo da manhã, perto de um parque. A janela do nosso quarto tinha uma vista linda, muito verde.

Odanın ışığı yetersiz. Sinek, hamam böceği ne ararsan var. Daracık bir odada 4 kişi konaklamak zorunda kaldık. Nadia hanım olmasa 1 saniye bile durmazdık o otelde.

L’emplacement est parfait pour accéder facilement et rapidement au cœur du centre historique. Accueil très chaleureux. Petit déjeuner copieux. Parking gratuit un vrai plus.

Posizione eccellente, servizio impeccabile, camera pulita e ottima colazione, la signora Nadia una persona gentilissima e disponibile, consigliatissimo.

El personal del hospedaje se preocupó siempre porque estuviéramos lo mejor posible en todo momento, fueron amables y cordiales en todo momento. Las instalaciones son acogedoras y cómodas.

El aire acondicionado para una habitación con 4 personas no funcionó bien, aunque se sentía fresco el calor por momentos durante el día o la noche se sentía demasiado fuerte.

Prezzo inadeguatissimo per la scarsa qualita'

Lo staff sempre disponibile

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Al nostro arrivo non c'era nessuno ad accoglierci, anche se non avevamo avvisato dell'orario di arrivo. Il personale, però, è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, fornendoci telefonicamente tutte le indicazioni necessarie per effettuare il check-in senza difficoltà. L'ingresso è un po' scomodo: il portone si apre direttamente su una scala piuttosto ripida, quindi con le valigie non è molto agevole. La colazione è nella media. Le camere sono comode e pulite, anche se non di recente ristrutturazione. L'unico vero inconveniente è stato in una delle camere, dove il tubo di scarico del condizionatore faceva defluire l'acqua direttamente nella vasca da bagno. .

Die Dame in der Unterkunft war sehr freundlich und hat uns zudem noch einige Tipps mit Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben.

Lage ist top! Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Personal ist super nett! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Tromperie totale. Situé dans une ruelle mal fréquentée, où des bris de glace jonchent le sol, parking dans la rue où on te dit de ne rien laisser à la vue !!!!!, un escalier étroit et raide pour monter au 2 eme étage, dans la chambre rideaux déchirés, radiateurs vieux et rouillés, lavabo rafistolé, parquet sale et usé, salle de bain plus que vétuste, menuiseries vétustes. Très bruyant. P’tit dej passable. Et cerise sur le gâteau, quand tu rentres d une journée très chaude pour passer une 2 eme nuit déjà payée, tu te rend compte que l on est rentré dans la chambre pour éteindre la climatisation 😡🥵🥵, donc on a pris nos affaires et on est parti. En tant qu ancien professionnel du tourisme ce type d établissement ne devrait pas être autorisé, quasi 150€ la nuit tout de même, et surtout pas se trouver sur booking !!!!!

Nadja! Sie ist als einzige Angestellte vor Ort Herz und Seele der Unterkunft. Ohne Sie wäre der Aufenthalt sehr traurig gewesen. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft vorab war gut.

Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Unterkunft riecht teils nicht gut und es gibt leichte Schimmelflecken an der Wand und im Bad (Zimmer 10). Die Bilder entsprachen nicht dem Zimmer das wir bekommen haben.

The location is quiet and peaceful, within walking distance of famous museums and landmarks. The room was clean. The breakfast was modest. The room has air conditioning.

The hotel does not have an elevator and even to the first floor you have to climb steep stairs, and to the third floor it is very difficult, especially with luggage. The hotel does not have its own parking, but they offer street parking if you find a space! On the second day of our stay, they brought an extra bed into the room for the next guests, without even asking us! Despite our stated request and the data sent in advance, we were denied an invoice.

El nombre un poco grande para el hotel es un hotel de 2 estrellas y te lo venden como de 4 estrellas

A pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria Santa Maria Novella

Purtroppo un soggiorno da incubo: nel cuore della notte ho dato la caccia alle blatte che ho trovato in bagno. Naturalmente non ho chiuso occhio. La signora delle colazioni, al mattino dopo (non esiste reception e di notte non c’è personale) è anche stata gentile nel comprendere la mia agitazione e mi è venuta incontro, cosa che ho apprezzato. Tuttavia non posso non segnalare un disagio estremo causato da questa circostanza. Il palazzo dev’essere disinfestato dalle blatte e le tubature ripulite. I bagni e i sanitari sono vecchi ed in stato “originale”.

Im Schlaf sowohl auch Badezimmer sind Heizkörper verbaut wo die Regelung gebrochen ist und sind auf maximaler Hitze eingestellt. Außentemperatur 40°+ und mit Heizung unerträglich) Klimaanlage somit überflüssig. Mussten nach ersten Abenden von zwei abbrechen. Personal haben wir bescheid gegeben, nichts wurde gemacht. Haben somit ausgecheckt und sind gefahren. Preisnachlass für die unanehmlichkeiten gab es auch nicht. Ansonsten schönes Zimmer.

Dovevo andare ad un concerto vicino all'ippodromo, quindi perfetto in questa occasione. Un pò distante dal centro. Pulito e profumato. Personale molto gentile, ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in un altro hotel da loro gestito vicino alla stazione.

Migliorerei le parti comuni: la zona colazione e l'ingresso. Un po' tristi. Avrei voluto più opzioni per la colazione, ormai un latte vegetale bisognerebbe che tutti ce l'avessero.

Camera davvero bella anche se un pò piccola per tre persone, pulita dotata di tutti i confort ma sopra tutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale eccellente. Posizionata in zona strategica di Firenze dista solo 1/2 km da Borgo Ognissanti e piazza S.M. Novella.

Posizione comoda per la Visarno Arena, un po' defilata dal caos

La finestra della stanza si affaccia sull'Arno, per cui la stanza era piena di zanzare, mancava una zanzariera. Prima di andare via, controllando che non avessimo dimenticato nulla, ci siamo accorti che era disponibile un dispositivo antizanzare.

Die Dame an der Rezeption (Nadia) ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert; so eine gute Seele findet man heutzutage kaum noch in der Branche, vor allem in b&b hotels. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gute Lage direkt am Ufer, nicht weit weg vom Ponte Vecchio.

Die Fenster im Zimmer sind nicht schallisoliert und man hört Geräusche von draußen, jedoch nicht so laut, dass man nicht schlafen kann.

An der Unterkunft ist die Lage wenn man mit dem Auto nach Florenz kommt ideal,dass Zentrum ist alles fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar,nur beim parken man aufpassen,auf der Straßenseite der Unterkunft,blauer Streifen,da darf man nicht parken,ansonsten Bußgeld,auf der anderen Straßenseite,weißer Streifen,da darf man wie von der Unterkunft versprochen,parken,braucht aber bisschen Glück,da viele Einheimische auch dort parken.Am besten war jedoch die Dame vom Frühstücksbuffet,sehr nett und hilfreich,gute Tipps über Florenz und wo man Essen gehen sollte,Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt in Florenz wenn man nicht mehr verlangt um diesen Preis

Bei uns hat am ersten Tag in der Dusche eine Absperrseite gefehlt,dann ist halt das halbe Bad nass,wurde jedoch am 2 Tag behoben

Доброго дня. Я бронював через Booking отель у Флоренції на 2 ночі (27-29.05.26). Готель Mia Palace, Via della Fonderia 8, 50142 Флоренція, Італія. У зазначений день та час, я з дружиною заїхали в готель. Наступного дня, після сніданку нас попросили надати свої паспорти для оформлення в проживання в готелі. Все було нами зроблено та додатково сплаченого 24 Євро туристичного збору Наступного дня я отримав email від Booking, в якому було написано, що моє бронювання в цьому готелі було скасовано, через те, що я не заїхав в готель. Я наполягаю на тому, що це є неправдою і скасування було ініційовано готелем без мого дозволу та відома. Я підозрюю, що це зроблено навмисно, щоб приховати дохід та не сплачувати податки. Я вважаю це неприйнятним та вимагаю відновити мій статус та бронювання, надати можливість залишити свій відгук на сторінці готелю, та компенсувати мені моральні збитки за неправдиву інформацію Прошу вас надіслати мені рішення, стосовно мого запиту При необхідності, можу надати фото мого перебування в готелі

Nadia was very friendly and welcoming. Upon check-in, she recommended several restaurants and places worth visiting, and all of her recommendations were excellent. Thanks to her care and hospitality, we felt right at home. The room was very cozy and clean, with a lovely little balcony. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the croissants that Nadia bakes herself every morning. On the day of check-out, we were also allowed to leave our luggage, which was very convenient.

You need to walk a bit to reach the main attractions, but considering the price and quality, this is insignificant.

Sehr schönes Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit Balkon. Gute Lage, alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden

Gute Lage, etwas abseits des ganzen Trubels aber auch nicht zu weit zum laufen. Wir konnte alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns sehr gute Tipps für unser weiter Reise gegeben. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit 😍🤗

Die Dame beim Frühstück ist sehr sehr herzlich und offen! Die Lage ist ok für eine Besichtigung von Florenz, zu Fuß ist man in etwa 20 - 25 Minuten im Zentrum.

Das Zimmer ist recht heruntergekommen und könnte sauberer sein. Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht, weil es die Info "Parkplatz inbegriffen" angab, jedoch handelt es sich hierbei nur um öffentliche, überwiegend kostenpflichtige Parkplätze an der Straße. Für diesen Preis stimmt die Leistung für uns leider nicht.

Excelente ubicación, se puede ir caminando al centro o en transporte público, muy práctico.

It is basic but ideal for our needs. Walking distance to the centre of town. 2 steep flights of stairs to combat. Nevertheless we would definitely stay again if in Florence.

Advertised as “a penthouse” what it is not at all. It’s an attic og shed on the roof. Cosy to some degree but not at all justifying the price tag

The staff for breakfast and service, Nadia was extremely friendly and helpful! In walking distance to uffici gallery, duomo etc.

The listed free parking is street parking with questionable legality and mia palace denies any responsibility for fines. Extensive stairs and no elevator.

Helt ok frukost med en serviceminded värdinna. Kanske lite få sorters bröd. Rent och prydligt.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Es wurden uns bei der Ankunft sehr viele nützliche für unseren Florenz Stadtbesuch gegeben.

Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Nehrin hemen önünde yer alıyor şehir gürültüsünden uzak ama tren garına yürüyerek 12dakikada çok rahat ulaşılıyor. Her yere yürüyerek gittik. Ayrıca çalışan Nadia çok ilgiliydi bize Floransa için harita verdi her yeri anlattı. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz.

Razoável, camas boas porém um box péssimo, janelas sem bloqueio acústico liberando todo o barulho da rua, que é movimentada. O café da manhã é bom.

16 degraus para acessar o nível dos quartos mais 14 para o nível do café da manhã. Detalhe, os espelhos são altos e os pisos curtos, conclusivamente uma escada perigosa para idosos. Em nossa estadia choveu bem, a soleira no segundo degrau é larga e alaga devido a falta de um tapete ou drenagem. E devido ao trânsito de hóspedes com o piso molhado, levei um tombo fraturando uma costela e quebrando um dente além de bater a cabeça. Outro detalhe, vaga para automóveis é na rua e pública ou seja, se não der sorte vai ter problema e não solução.

De ontvangst door Nadia, haar enthousiasme en uitleg en tips over de stad en restaurants. Het ontbijt was lekker en voldoende. We kregen de ruimere zolderkamer met terras en zichg op de rivier wat een plus was. Dit mag zeker Nadia's Palace heten want zij is de ziel van deze b&b.

De badkamer en douche was echt veel te klein en aan een update toe. Redelijk veel straatlawaai tegen de ochtend. De WiFi was eerder zwak.

• There is no free parking as stated, you have to Search the streets and read the signs in Italian. It took us 2 hours to park. • The lady at the breakfast told us to eat quickly because we went there at 9:40 and breakfast was till 10.

Anna, the woman who greeted us and signed us in was a nice person. And the cleaning lady did her best. That is the only two nice things I could say about this place.

The room needs a paint job. There was mold on the floor on the ceiling around the doors. There was a holder on the wall for the control of the air conditioning unit, but the control wasn’t in the holder. If we left the windows open to get some air in the mosquitoes came in because there were no screens, and the road below was so noisy with people talking and fighting and cars passing that we closed the windows and then it was unbearably stuffy and hot. The picture that shows the bedroom is not the room that we stayed in! And the picture of the kitchen is not the same kitchen either.

Good breakfast, nice view to the river, dark room.

Many mosquitoes (we were there in April), the area was quiet, but unfortunately the personnel and the other guests were too loud after midnight and early morning and didn’t respect us. Although the hotel stated free parking, the parking was for free from 20:00-08:00. If we had known that from the beginning we would have booked elsewhere. We paid €27 euro for parking from 16:15 till 18:00 (the day after).

Paní Nadia byla úžasná, poradila kam jít, kde se stravovat, snídaně byla na Itálii úžasná, lokalita blízko centra. Ubytování pěkné, postele super. Parkování jsme měli zdarma - byl svátek
