Reviewed Sep 16, 2026日曜からの宿泊だったせいもあって、部屋に空きがあったため、追加料金なしでドミトリーからシングルにアップグレードできた。これは事前に知らされていないサービスだったので、とても有り難かった。
既設の駐車場がわかりにくく使いにくかった。近場には別な有料駐車場もいくつかあるので、そちらの方がわかりやすいのと、選び方によっては、ホテル外の駐車場の方が利用料が安く済むかも。

Asked for 2 room keys was replied, ‘One room one key card’. I said 2 people 2 room cards, but I don’t think he understood. My wife’s pillow was super uncomfortable, and I like sleeping with 2 pillows. She went down to get two pillows and came back with one, saying that’s all they would give her. No plug anywhere by bed. Check out the picture, there’s one outlet in the room and an extension cord. Thank goodness we only stayed one night, but ‘for environmental reasons’ they will only clean the room once every 3 days. Haha, I can now use this to tell my wife I don’t want to make the bed. For the environment!

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026清掃スタッフが親切だった。 フロントスタッフがチェックインのとき、親切に教えてくれた。 駅に近くて天然温泉が、最高だった。 申し込みではドミトリールームだったのに、チェックインでは空き室の本館に変えてくれた。おかげさまで快適に過ごせました。

Reviewed Jun 7, 20267ヶ月の赤ちゃんと一緒に宿泊したのですが、畳の部屋があるのはとても良かったです。部屋にお風呂も付いていて、子連れでも安心して宿泊できました。駅からも近く便利でした。

Reviewed May 31, 2026The price is really good and their facilities were pretty good, staffs were helpful and I like their onsen
The room doesn’t have aircon and can not turn the heater on either. I was there in May and some days were really hot. I have no options except open the window but at the same time I can’t use the blinds while window were open, It is kind of awkward and causing uncomfortable sleeps. I stayed there two nights and each morning at 5am I can hear the kids running around in the hallways also causing uncomfortable sleeps.

ホテルが古く冷暖房…トイレ…床の絨毯のホコリ等…一泊でしたので我慢できました。

Reviewed May 4, 2026Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het tweepersoons bed was ruim genoeg voor 1 persoon. Een slimme grote wachttafel achterin de lobby met veel aansluitingen voor opladen van telefoons en gebruik van tablets en laptops.
De ingang van de main-building, waar de receptie is, was een tikje verwarrend om te vinden. Het hotel oogt een beetje shabby, maar alles wat nodig is was overigens aanwezig. Kamer 711 is klein, een geopende koffer onder de box-spring uit de weg schuiven gaat niet. Het verf- en verniswerk van het hout in de kamer kan wel wat gerenoveerd worden. Er was een tamelijk kleine tv. De deur van de koelkast draaide de onhandige kant open. Een grote tegenvaller voor me was dat het niet mogelijk bleek aanvullend te betalen voor een ontbijt: die faciliteit bleek "overbooked".

フロント以外のスタッフがここで待てとか あそこ停めてとかタメ口で態度悪い。 外国籍スタッフがずっと電話で誰かと喋ってる。 指さして何かうったえてたが電話しながらでよくわからなかった。 壁が薄く、隣りの部屋のいびきがうるさかった。
