The hotel also had a pleasant, fresh smell, which made the environment even more comfortable. The staff behavior was very good—friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really made the experience better. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s in the main point of Thamel, so everything like shops, restaurants, and travel services is very close and easy to access. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Highly recommended!

It's horrible place, I will not put my dog even there. Bathroom has big plumbing issues, water splashig over everywhere, rooms smelling so bad, mattress are so uncomfortable and thin. Towel give to us was smelling so bad and looked so old, while we were two, they give one, basic toiletries not even taken care. Most important door lock did't even work at all, I had leave door all open all the time, and pretend as if I locked it.

Firstly, there is a restaurant on the top floor with an unfriendly staff member. When I asked him for salt and salad, he refused to provide that and I left my lunch unfinished. In addition, I would like to drop a photo that I requested for my lunch (Chicken Biryani).😂 The second issue was that according to the room fee, it did not match the label. Please do not recommend any guests to stay at that hotel Nana. Thanks

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025We went there previously as well. We found the receptionist very rude and was arguing with us time to time but the room was clean and had a balcony as well. So we went again thinking that the receptionist might just be that way. This time the room was horrible. The mattress was soo bad that multiple springs were already poking us, there were stains on the bedsheet, walls and everywhere. My body started itching after I stayed there. Definitely not going there anymore

The flooring could have been better, comfort room is not comfortable, old and dirty looking, no exhaust fan. Noisy room, theres a bar at the rooftop but they could've make the door soundproof so that it limits the noise, i can hear the steps in the stairs,flushing and water usage of toilet of other unit. Didn't give us towels, though we request it. Early morning someone is banging the door looking for toilet, if they have 24hrs security in each floor so that this will be avoided is much better.

broken fittings, bare concrete floor, mothballs placed all around the room and bathroom, (the room reeked of them.) no blanket supplied in December. (I asked for one and still didn't receive one) Very loud music on the roof directly above my room with screaming rowdy 'locals' until past 01h00. (loud music in Thamel is not unusual but I had asked when showed to my room what time the music quietened down and was told midnight.)
