Das Hotel ist stilvoll eingerichtet die Zimmer sind schön und die Betten sehr bequem , die Bar ist gemütlich und die Drinks sehr lecker. Das beste am Hotel ist das Personal sehr freundlich zuvorkommend und immer sofort hilfsbereit, selten so ein freundliches Personal gesehen TOP . Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wir werden wieder kommen und empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter

I really appreciated the tapas hour at The Level (a more expensive part of the hotel). The location of the hotel was ideal for me, and this is a lovely part of London to stay. The breakfast was superb - lots of choice, and a very fancy coffee machine.

There was some confusion about a change to the booking and payment which was, in the end, resolved but shouldn't have happened. The room's furnishings (for such an expensive hotel) were a bit shabby: iron burns on the sofa, water stains on the side table. One of our party had trouble with wifi - not necessarily the hotel's fault (although it hadn't happened before for us either.)

The two people who truly helped out were Silvia Munoz (Level Manager) and Selly Sayre (Level Outlet Manager) of The Level. They tried their very best to compensate for the gross shortcomings of The Level at Melia White House. They tried to address all shortcomings. Las dos personas que realmente ayudaron fueron Silvia Muñoz (Level Manager) y Selly Sayre (Level Outlet Manager) de The Level. Hicieron todo lo posible por compensar las graves deficiencias de The Level en el Meliá White House e intentaron solucionar todas las carencias. Para conseguir algo de papel higiénico, tuve que llamar tres veces y esperar cuatro horas. Además, el enchufe situado junto a la cama se desprendió, dejando los cables expuestos; esto se arregló a las 11 de la noche. A la mañana siguiente, al despertar, vimos que se había vuelto a caer, dejando nuevamente todos los cables a la vista y muy cerca de nosotros. Cuando uno está de vacaciones, no debería perder el tiempo cambiando de habitación ni quejándose de la ropa de cama, el polvo, la falta de agua o de papel higiénico, entre otras cosas, ni verse expuesto a situaciones peligrosas. Habríamos esperado un reembolso parcial por las graves molestias y la pérdida de tiempo.

We stayed at THE LEVEL of the Melia White House. We contacted THE LEVEL some days before we had to arrive to book a taxi from the airport. We contacted them through booking.com, then facebook messenger and also email but no-one replied. They replied two days after we arrived in London, after I complained. Then we were given a very dusty Room with Soiled Bed Linen. This room was then changed. However, the shower of the new room did not work well. The air conditioning was also not working well, possibly because it appeared not clean. Each afternoon I had to go around the corridors to find a maid to get some bottled water (which should have been placed in the morning). Even to get some toilet paper, I had to phone 3 times and wait for 4 hours. Also, the electrical socket adjacent the bed fell with the wires exposed. This was fixed at 11pm. The following morning we woke and found that it fell again, which exposed all wires again in our face. If you go on a holiday, you should not waste time changing rooms, complaining about bed linen, the dust, lack of water, lack of toilet paper, etc or be exposed to dangerous situations. We would have expected a partial refund for the gross inconvenience and wastage of time. Nos alojamos en la sección THE LEVEL del hotel Meliá White House. Posteriormente, nos asignaron una habitación con mucho polvo y ropa de cama sucia. Aunque nos cambiaron a otra habitación, la ducha de la nueva no funcionaba correctamente. El aire acondicionado también fallaba, posiblemente porque parecía estar sucio. Cada tarde tenía que recorrer los pasillos buscando a alguien del servicio de limpieza para conseguir agua embotellada.

레벨 라운지로 부킹했는데 라운지가 너무 좋았어요 아침 7시부터 밤10시까지 언제든지 갈 수 있어, 호텔로 돌아와 방으로 올라가기 전에 또는 샤워라고 내려와서 그리고 중간에 들러 음료 맥주 등 프리로 마실 수 있어 좋았습니다. 호텔 가까이 버스 정류장 지하철이 있어 완전 중심지에 있는건 아니지만 불편함이 없었습니다. 깨끗하고 직원분들도 친철하고.. 추천드려요.

La posizione dell'Hotel è ottima, l'eleganza dei locali è davvero notevole, la colazione era stupefacente, il servizio dello staff era eccezionale. Il costo del pernottamento è equivalente alla qualità di tutti i servizi ricevuti, anzi..ci ho guadagnato più io! il relax e la serenità che ho provato è impagabile

Der Zimmer war groß, sauber, hell und sehr nett eingerichtet. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Frühstück war tadellos und man konnte den ganzen Tag ohne zusätzliche Kosten etwas zu trinken und essen (was wir nicht ausnutzen konnten da wir ständig unterwegs waren). Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren problemlos zu Fuß oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen kann es laut werden aber da der Hotel klimatisiert ist, ist es kein großes Thema.

The room was not clean at all. Especially side tables, there was loads of white spots on side tables and was not what I expected for the price I paid.

Colazione molto varia, e disposta molto bene, e per noi che avevamo la lounge, il servizio gratuito e continuo del bar self service e nel pomeriggio anche l aperitivo. Bravi,......i miei complimenti. Personale molto gentile e attento. Nel complesso un buon albergo.

Nella colazione , i croissant non erano di qualità , come lo jogurt (pochi vasetti ) in italia per alberghi di questo livello , almeno tre gusti e soprattutto esposti in coppa grande. Per quanto riguarda il terzo letto,( ripeto per una suite lounge albergo 5 stelle) veramente molto scomodo. Bagno senza finestre , ma soprattutto senza aspirazione . Insomma , qualche difettuccio ma niente di grave

Servizio lounge the level per intrattenersi con scacchi, stuzzichini frutta e bibite h24. Cibo buona qualita'. Personale gentilissimo. Receptionists, personale colazione e cena TOP.

Pulizia lasciava moltissimo a desiderare. Nelle stanza quando sono arrivata c era un assorbente nel cestino in bagno! Anche negli spazi comuni pulizia molto approssimativa. Questo ha rovinato il mio soggiorno.

Table tops hadn’t been cleaned, lots of cup stains from previous guests. Hotel charges an additional “optional” service charge, which is not disclosed when you book. Staff get offended if you refuse.

The executive lounge was nice

They did not provide and extra bed as requested and what we paid for. Instead they put a blanket on a sofa. We assumed this was a sofa bed but it doesnt actually become a bed they expected us to use the sofa to sleep on as is. It was very small and uncomfortable. And definitely not what was advertised or what we paid for. Not even a 3 star hotel would do that. Also whenever we asked for something like towels we had to call back 2 times as hours would go by and nothing would be sent up Also the phone in the room wasn't working and we informed reception twice but maintenance never came.

The property advertises parking - there isn’t any parking. They have one space outside that you can’t have. They have mould issues Tech issues Drainage problems which caused an awful egg smell. Reception don’t answer the phone Room service don’t answer the phone It’s pretty on the surface…..but when I complained I was offered a downgraded room or some air freshers??? So we left. It was a huge shame as the starting point was so lovely.

Availability for food in evening, ordered breakfast bag to take away early morning and was not available as agreed early morning. Staff generally did not display the level of professionslism or level of service expected for the rating of the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of sweet and savory options, including a made to order omelet station. You could also order off the breakfast menu. There were plenty caffeinated beverages to choose from as well.

It could be crowded and noisy. Our room had a celing tile malfunction. We had to move rooms and our new room was closer to the street and quite noisy.

Loved the breakfast and nice gym!!! Plenty of room for a London hotel! The level was amazing to have the tapas and snacks!

Excellent breakfast with complimentary afternoon Tapas. We felt very welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Great location near Euston station. Beds really comfortable with excellent shower and good a/c.

The location is excellent, right in the city center and next to Regent’s Park. The breakfast was also varied and plentiful.

However, the blackout situation in this hotel is extremely poor. In the first room, the bathroom light leaked directly into the bedroom, making the room bright as early as 6–7 a.m. every morning. There was also constant noise. I was traveling with my one-year-old child, and it was impossible for either of us to sleep properly. My baby’s sleep routine was completely disrupted. We changed rooms on the second day, but the blackout issue remained. The problem was that the bedroom curtains were far too short, leaving large gaps on both sides that allowed a significant amount of light into the room. For a four-star hotel, it is disappointing that such a basic aspect of guest comfort has been neglected. A hotel that is unwilling to invest in proper blackout curtains is unlikely to be well received by its guests.

Lovely location . Very clean / Stayed at the level which gave us access to the lounge which was superb.

When we checked in the receptionist was pleasant but just handed us the keys and no direction on where our room was I had to ask and no additional info on facilities we had to find out ourselves. Reception i feel is an important part of your stay,first impressions so a bit disappointed at the start .

We had a wonderful stay at this 5-star hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests, ensuring our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The attention to detail and excellent service truly made a difference. We really enjoyed our stay at the Level Melia White House, the club room facilities were very good & the little outside terrace was a lovely bonus on a very warm afternoon, I would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting London it’s easy to reach from Euston Station & Marylebone,tubes are very near,probably a five mins walk away,we will definitely be back😆😆

If I’m really picky,I’m a light sleeper,our room was on a low floor on the corner of a busy junction,as always in major cities you could hear emergency sirens & supercars in the night,ask for a higher room,or maybe a room located more on the side,

L’emplacement est très avantageux pour se promener facilement à Londres, à pieds ou en métro selon l’endroit que l’on souhaite rejoindre. Les chambres sont belles et propres, le petit déjeuner est très bien également. Mention spécial au personnel, dont un jeune homme se nommant « Unni » ou « Unique » qui nous a aidé avec nos bagages dans le métro, alors qu’il n’était plus en service.

Il ne dispose pas de plan de change pour bébés, c’est un peu embêtant si vous attendez votre chambre ou votre départ dans l’hôtel. À part ça, tout est vraiment bien.

Considering that we paid extra for accommodation at The Level, I appreciate the possibility of using a separate entrance and reception, a pleasant sitting area with wine, coffee or beer and snacks. Everything is possible in the hotel club until 23:00, where delicious Spanish specialties are also served between 17:30 - 18:30. Breakfast was also great, including the possibility of ordering À la carte.

We were placed in the smallest room on the 7th floor, which is marked as a higher standard of the hotel, which I regret. The accommodation did not have the promised 25 qm. I also do not understand the problem with issuing an invoice for accommodation, which was sent to me only after several emergencies, even though I requested it the day before departure.

Room was pokey, very noisy (zero sound-proofing) with an impossible to temperature regulate shower that leaked all over the floor (obviously a historical problem as part of the door frame had rotted so badly it had been replaced). Shockingly bad lighting in the tiny shower room, no magnifying mirror. Service was mixed. Main reception was lovely with a charming Australian man but we were actually, because we’d booked an expensive room, led to the ‘five star experience’ at ‘The Level’ reception where the woman who checked us in was very surly. It really doesn’t matter if there is free cheap Cava on offer if the receptionist treats you like a pain, having a chat with other staff members before turning her attention to us. Five star experience? Definitely not.

La habitacion tiene muchos problemas: El baño huele mal. La ducha se filtra hacia la habitacion y se moja hasta el piso de la cama. El lavamanos medio tupido. El aire acondicionado se apaga solo. El sofa y butaca muy bajos e incomodos. No hay closet para la ropa. Las batas de baño super pequeñas. No reponen el edulcorante para cafe..ni agua No hay toallero en la ducha.

De ontvangst (bij The Level) was goed. De extra faciliteiten bij The Level de eerste twee dagen ook.

Door een stroomstoring waren de extra faciliteiten (The Level) vanaf dag 3 niet te gebruiken. Her gehele hotel moest ontbijten in een kerk aan de overkant van de straat, niet te doen! Veel te weinig capaciteit, veel te druk. We zouden een compensatie ontvangen voor het niet kunnen gebruiken van The Level faciliteiten en voor het ontbijten dat we ergens anders hebben gedaan, tot op heden niets ontvangen! Zo teleurstellend. Dit hotel komt de afspraken niet na.

Breakfast was superb in the LEVEL lounge with an excellent choice available. The room was clean and of a comfortable size. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and extremely helpful.

We have stayed here twice now excellent service and facilities our favourite London hotel
