The kindness of the staff, everyone was friendly & helpful. The room is pretty spacious for London standards.

They charged me an additional 10£ per hour for early check-in, I was informed about that, but it still felt strange.

Good price for the area. Bed clean. Shower worked well

Ellos mismos no dijeron que no tenían habitaciones y que iban a cancelar la reservación y aún así nos la cobraron, ahora me queda hacer la aclaración con Booking.com

The staff were ok and so was the location

The beers and crisps I brought from the bar were out of date and the milk in our room was off so we couldn’t have a cuppa in the morning. The plug in the sink in the room had no seal on it and all the silicone around the shower was black with mould. There were also cobwebs in the window just in front of the broken blinds other than that it was ok.

The staff were lovely and helpful, even booking a taxi for us. The room was comfortable and clean. Perfectly located for visiting the Abba voyage.

Apon leaving the lift was out of order but as we were leaving not a big inconvenience. The shower door kept coming of the rails, we did manage to reconnect it each time.

Posizione ottima, con la fermata del bus, che in due minuti porta alla stazione della metro, proprio sotto l’hotel. Personale gentile, stanza carina e con tutto il necessario ma un po’ piccolina e con pochi spazi dove riporre le proprie cose, soprattutto considerando che è una stanza doppia.

У номеров много разных сломанных или неработающих корректно вещей, например, окна, двери, лифт. В ванне был отторван держатель для лейки.

Stark in die Jahre gekommen, winziges Zimmer, kaum zum Stehen, Bad so klein, dass Handtücher im Raum auf dem Fenstersims lagen, auf dem Teppich ein Tablette offenbar noch von vorherigen Gästen. Der Blick in die Küche, der uns durch die Lage des Zimmers nicht erspart wurde, war gruselig - dreckig und unaufgeräumt.

Die Dame am Empfang war resolut und nicht besonders freundlich. Wir mussten unsere Kreditkarte, mit der wir vor einem Dreivierteljahr gebucht hatten, vorlegen. Diese Info gab es auch in der ersten Bestätigungsemail, die ich nicht nochmals las. Also hatte ich diese Kreditkarte leider nicht dabei. In der Email 3 Tage vor dem Aufenthalt wurde leider nicht nochmals darauf hingewiesen. Die Abbuchung von meiner Kreditkarte wurde storniert und eine andere mit Chip verlangt.

Cleanliness is very poor, if it were my hotel, I would fire the cleaner. The price for this night is a bit exaggerated and even without breakfast, the bedding is dirty

Very suitable for my needs - a few days before flying out from Stansted. Short walk to Stratford transport hub.

Only downside is the single rooms are on the road side and traffic continues through the night which kept me awake a little.

good location, very near Stratford high street and minutes walk to Westfield shopping centre, rooms quite large and bright. has a lift. Sheets clean and overall room tidy enough.

rooms need some TLC, no plug in sink, no usb ports, wi-fi (which is free ) was intermittent. On a very busy street so keep windows closed unless it's too hot.

No Aircon. My bad for not checking this before I reserved, but I was on the 3rd floor and it was sweltering! Window only opens like 6" so I couldn't get the cool air in from outside to cool things off. TV didn't get any channels. Was told by staff that it was only for watching things from my phone or laptop, etc. yet it is connected to a central antenna connection on the wall. Electrical cords hanging down from the TV and a really cheap adapter plug used for the power cable as it had a 2 prong European plug. Shower doors have come off the tracks as the wheels are damaged. The desk fan's grill/grate was hanging off and the front grate coming off of the fan. Electrical wiring falling off the wall in the hallway. I ended up leaving earlier than planned in the morning as it was just too hot in the room to stay.

Great location. Walking distance from the train station and westfield shopping centre. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had a single room. It was small but had everything i needed.

The picture frame in the bedroom and the vent in the bathroom were very dusty but the rest of the room and bedding were clean.

Room was very clean. Basic but functional - it was very good value for the price. The room was incredibly hot BUT we were in a 30+°C heat wave and the room did have a good working standard fan, which helped a lot, so I cannot fault the hotel for that (just don't expect air con).

We used this place as we went to see Abba Voyage, it was within walking distance from Stratford station and the Abba location.

It was very noisy round the back , we were on the 2nd floor, took ages to get to sleep

It was a super hot day. The room had a small, noisy fan that made no positive contribution. As the room wa adjacent to the main road, an open window made it very noisy to take work calls.

Good location. 24hrs reception, lift, this is a real hotel, not a modified house like many other locations in this area.

Posizione molto comoda per poter girare la città senza mezzi pubblici , che sono comunque comodi da raggiungere. Colazione molto variegata e buonissima e con lo spazio necessario per evitare la ressa per la ricerca del tavolo Sicuramente la struttura ha bisogno di un rinnovamento. Ma se dovessi tornare ad Oslo, probabilmente lo risceglierei.

Asciugacapelli non funzionante Peccato averlo scoperto dopo aver fatto la doccia. Ma me ne hanno dato subito uno in sostituzione!

Die Lage in Stratford ist generell für einen Aufenthalt in London zu empfehlen. Fußläufig sind ein Supermarkt und Pubs (auch für ein Frühstück) leicht erreichbar.

Die Zimmer sind klein. Es fehlt an Ablagemöglichkeiten. Für unseren Geschmack sind die Matratzen zu hart/ unbequem und das Badezimmer riecht unangenehm.

الموقع ممتاز قريب جدا سيرا علي الاقدم الي محطه المترو ومول ويستفيلد والمترو يسهل الوصول الي الاماكن السياحيه كلها ويوجد بالقرب مطاعم كثيره وداخل المول كل المطاعم موجوده وفريق العمل ودود للغايه والسرير مريح جدا

الغرف ضيقه بعض الشيء وعدم وجود تكيف وثلاجه لكن يوجد 2 مروحه بالغرفه تفي بالغرض

Pretty close to Stratford station and Underground. Clean, nice rooms.

Everything was perfect. I especially liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly and approachable staff, the comfortable room, and the bed. Everything was well maintained, and I had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

As said, everything was beyond expectations.

Room was dirty. Debris on floor, toilet and bathroom not clean. Toilet seat was broken and cistern kept flowing all night. Room smelt funny. Some of the lights didn't work and kept flickering.

Piccolo hotel con tutto il necessario, staff gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima quartiere Stratford collegato con linee underground, overground e railway. Camera molto silenziosa.

Ormai con il cambiamento climatico potrebbero dotare le stanze di aria condizionata.

Good location. Very well priced. Clean. For a city centre hotel on a week-night it was incredibly convenient. No bells and whistles, just exactly as you'd expect. Breakfast was good and well priced.

Very tired. Most bathroom fixtures were loose, and the carpet was fraying. Breakfast was served with plastic cutlery. Very hot, and curtains were hung on a wall that sloped, so did nothing to keep sunlight out.

Weather was hot hot hot and the room curtains & window had been left open until we arrived mid afternoon so the room was stifling - luckily there were two fans but the damage had already been done and the room didn’t really cool down.

Location has all the transport connections (bus, trains). Bed was comfortable, bedroom came with a fan and lots of natural lighting and blackout curtains. Staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good! Very tasty, worth it! There's a lift to get to your floor. Bedroom Tea/coffee kettle. Towels were great and a place to store luggage and a chair. Place was secure. Local convenient store opposite the road for anything you've forgot.

Doors slam if someone walks in late, no getting round it. Pillows were really uncomfortable, flat, now shape. No soap in despenser. Clock didn't work.

L'hôtel était simple mais propre. L canine de douche est assez grande. Un gros ventilateur avait été mis en route dans ma chambre avant que j'arrive, ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié en cette période de très forte chaleur. On m'a gentiment garde ma valise car j'étais en avance pour le check in.

J'étais arrivé trop tôt pour le check in et ensuite je n'étais pas là de la journée J'avais prévenu à l'accueil mais j'ai reçu un message pour me demander de confirmer ma venue. J'ai eu peur qu'on ne me garde pas l chambre. Heureusement, ça n''a pas été le cas.

The location was good for London Stadium. It is also close to ABBA Voyage and walkable under 30 mins. Staff were lovely, bar was good value. Clean basic rooms.

Era piccola senza armadio n’è cassetti dove mettere gli indumenti, non c era l’ aria condizionata, la porta della doccia era rotta, il lavandino era crepato.

Great location and wonderful service! The hotel is very close to the station and incredibly convenient for public transport. I stayed here with my daughter, and the owner was so kind—he kept our backpacks for free before check-in and was always genuinely helpful and smiling. The room and bathroom were a bit small but very clean. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again!

Located just outside the main centre of town (which was a positive) but within walking distance of all the facilities. Pleasant staff and all the facilities of the larger hotels but in a smaller package. Recommend.
