Poco alto el precio para lo viejo que es el hotel y sus muebles de más de 25 años.

fue muy sencillo el check in

el cuarto muy básico, la televisión tenia mala imagen, era tema de la conexión, cuarto 12. la cama esta super dura, al entrar al cuarto, apestaba a sifa del baño.

The hotel was very affordable, and the staff was friendly.

I was excited to enjoy the pool, however it was not clean.

El personal no era amable. El WiFi seguia arrojando error y cuando se notifico a recepcion no nos ayudaron. El aire acondicionado no era tan bueno. La tele no se veia bien ya que era rele abierta.

One, the Wifi sucks; there was no internet in the room I was. Two, the Sheets were dirty with stains and the room had a moldy smell Three, they need to do a better job at cleaning the pool. It looked dirty, I did not even get to swim in it.

The curtains were dark enough for a good night rest. The beds were clean and comfy. the staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The location was perfect!!

The walls had water damage, and paint was flaking off. Under the sink had mold. there was a guest singing loudly late at night and kept us awake. The lights were too dim.

Al llegar la recepcionista se porto muy grosera, alegando que ya se queria ir, y no queria atender ya que se habia pasado su tiempo de trabajo.

Las habitaciones son cómodas en lo general, la alberca aunque es pequeña, funciona super bien para refrescarse.

NO ME AGRADO QUE LA HABITACION NO TUVO CONEXION A INTERNET TODA MI ESTANCIA, Y NO SE PODIA USAR NINGUNA PLATAFORMA DE LA TV, Y LAS INSTALACIONES ME PARECEN MUY ANTIGUAS.

The property was/is close to the ferry terminal which was the main reason why were in Chetumal, free mints at the front desk/ reception. Clean rooms but bathrooms do need a little TLC… good for a short stay.

My partner does like having two bed pillows when she sleeps, unfortunately we only had one each. As mentioned above, the bathroom needs some work.

Olvide artículos personales en la habitación y al llamar para pedirlos dijeron que no estaban osea se quedaron con el cargador y pila de mi celular.

Las camas súper duras, el aire acondicionado está Controlado por ellos sin que le puedas subir o bajar la temperatura según tú lo requieras, y el baño apestaba a drenaje eso sin tomar en cuenta que está súper pequeño.

The Junior sweet didnt have any microware or refrigerator. they sheet and pillowcases were never change for the 2 days i was there. they room was not vacuum or sweep during my stay.

They didn't specify that it was outside parking on the streets, the room pictures weren't accurate with what we got, and the front desk manager wasn't helpful at all

The reservation/Front desk personel are not friendly and they provide zero help. Lack of constumer service and professionalism.

Llegamos 1 hora después del check in, y aun asi tuvimos que esperar media hora por supuesta limpieza al cuarto... experiencia horrible. Una tv en malas condiciones... puerta insegura.

Area was great, pool was so dirty you could not see the bottom. Pillows were yellow and towels were so over use and rough. Receptionist Angela have terrible costumer service. Window in the bathroom that was behind the sieve were bent up and could not even close.

Para mejorar faltaria renovar un poco las habitaciones, por ejemplo las camas y el servicio de tv, ademas de dar limpieza diaria a la alberca ya que se notaba sucia ambos dias de mi estancia. Los demas funcional y destaco la actitud de servicio de la Sra. que esta en la mañana, fue muy buena, nada que ver con el Muchacho de la tarde noche.

El internet estuvo lento, la limpieza del cuarto dejaba mucho que desear ya que las cobijas picaban y se iba la luz cada rato. La alberca sin mantenimiento

I mean for the price you pay it’s not a fancy hotel. The issue we had is that when we arrived our rooms weren’t available. Keep in mind we arrived almost 2 hours after check in. They asked us to wait about 1 hr. Luckily it took only 30 mins approximately. They did not offered any sort of compensation

The property location was good, quiet at night so we were able to sleep well. The only matter is if travellings in private vehicle there is jst a limited parking space. We had to park away from the hotel. Other than that it was a good stay.

Only the outside part of the hotel looks nice

We didn't like the room being so small for a king's room. Was told by staff that the room size we purchased is a queen size room with a queen size bed but the booking clearly states king size room. Also the room was very dirty and the inside paint and renovation was poorly done and has a scent of mold. Only spent one night and booked another hotel instead due to the staff being unable to help. The room number that we have stayed in is 222 at the back corner. The hotel staff refused a refund and didn't take care of the room maintenance.

Property in good location, pool needs to look welcoming and clean. Poor shower room and no option for cool water.

Air conditioning did not work properly, sheets were dirty and had hair on it had to request them changed (dont think they were swapped out from the previous guest’s departure), pool was still water and murky
