My father, 83 years old, he's passport and 100 USD got stolen from his hotel room. When he came back to his room from being outside, the passport and his money was gone. He asked the staff to help him, but they said they don't know anything about this. Terrible experience for an 83 yr old senior visiting Istanbul. Passport and money GONE!

Excellent value for money especially in that location. Didn't like the area itself as it seems it's a location for wholesale traders. Clean and comfortable beds, basic but nice breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. 3 min walk to the tram station and 7 min walk to the metro station. A/C and mini fridge in the rooms. Grocery, laundry and barber shops really close by and open long hours. Rooms are dated and smaller than they seem in pictures. Old pillows and towels. No chairs or sofas in the room due to lack of space. Could smell second hand smoking in the room all the time. Noise from corridor and neighboring rooms can be heard when hotel guests return late at night. Noisy area during the day when windows are open, but quiet at night.

Terrible Hotel, Stuff are very stiff and so is the manager! Don't book it

Hi it s me again... we have stayed in Davos for the second time now for 7 nights from 14/07/2018 till 21/07/2018 I must say this time that the hotel needs improvement when it comes to water leaking in the bathroom and cleanses of the pillows and sheets ... there is a difference between 2015 (my first stay ) and 2018... the standard is getting a bit lower,.,but the satff are awesome... Kamel makes you feel you are in your own house. this guy is very helpful

7 nuits dans l’hôtel Davos : 1. ~ tous les photos dans l’annonce sont pas vrai. J'étais dans une chambre double avec ma conjointe et c'était pas ce que j'attends. La chambre est vraiment très petite. je pense qu'il y a des chambres un peu plus grande (dans l’étage 7) mais sont pour le " business class !! " ( à mon avis ). 2. Pour le wifi : au lit, le réseau est faible ! comme même dans toute la chambre. 3. Petit-déjeuner : pas mal mais ne regarder pas les photos (ça sert a rien) 4. Emplacement Petit-déjeuner : Ne regarder pas les photos. Le petit-déjeuner est à l’étage 8 (Accès par escalier à partir de l’étage 7) 5. TV : Ne l'ouvrer pas ( encore ça sert a rien ) 6. Réfrigérateur : Au maximum et pas de refroidissement comme il faut. 7. L'entré : J'ai passé ~ 5-10 min avec ma conjointe devant l’hôtel et je l'ai pas trouvé ! C'est normale que dans l'annonce il n'y a pas de photo pour l'entré (car c'est vraiment moche) ! A la fin, Istanbul à visiter, Hotel Davos à éviter !!

Vi havde bestilt med morgenmad, men da der ikke var noget til vores smag, valgte vi i stedet at spise morgenmad andre steder. Morgenmaden er langt fra hvordan det ser ud på billederne. Personalet er virkelig venlige og tager godt i mod en. Der er lidt larm og man kan i værelset høre når folk i andre værelser snakker og der er også en del larm også om natten pga elevator og døre. Vi var der for 11 dage og kom nemt omkring fra hotellet, dens placering er super.

Sehr nette Leute, Küchenpersonal sehr gastfreundlich, Lage ist ziemlich gut nahe einer Haltestelle und auf der Straße sind zwei kleine Märkte. Nicht so gut fanden wir: - Spiegel im Bad nicht gut ausgeleichtet - Duschkopf fest, nicht abnehmbar - Neigung in der Dusche nicht Richtung Abfluss - Hier und da viele Macken in unserem Zimmer - Frühstückszeiten eng mit 8-10 Uhr

HI EVERY BODY** Its me again ** The Davos Hotel is located in Istanbul, with small hall ,I had a single room on the Fourth floor No :401 for a night from 23 to 24 -07-2017 , the room were nice & clean ,The bathroom was small but nice , Reception staff friendly ,Breakfast was Good ,free WI-FI ,nice location close to Metro station and Aksaray main station, there are a lot of Shops ,Restaurants , Coffee , good value, I recommend for Youth travelers &budget Salah

This hotel is very nice. I stayed with my husband and my baby for 5 nights for only 520 tnd via booking.com. It has a small room but it s clean. Breakfast is very good.Its location is perfect ;you can find various restaurents near by.. you can walk to grand bazar or historia mall and even a taxi to istanbul forum wouldnt cost more than 20 lyra..the staff are briliant (kamel speaks english.arabic and he is just perfect) mourad as well he very helpful...i would come back for sure♡♧♢

2 days in istanbul is generally not enough but due to the great location of the hotel we were moving around very fast. very gentle and kind people with various language skills (even swissgerman) on the front desk and nice clean rooms make this hotel to a recommandation

Hotel close to tram and metro, so very easy to get public transport around Istanbul.

The hotel is well located near : shops , restaurants , metro and public transportation and main attractions . The rooms are spacious but very basic with comfortable beds . the lobby area is too small . Staff are helpful . Breakfast is good but could be better . Value for money : FAIR .

This being my second time staying at Davos i can say that it is a great deal. The three front desk receptionists are extremely helpful with everything fromtravel directions to helping us order pizza to the hotel. The cleanliness is excellent as well. I like its location in Laleli because it is super close to the tramway and Metro but far enough from the noise and traffic of the busy commercial area.

조식먹다가 바퀴벌레나와서 경악.... 지낼때 나쁘진 않았는데 씁쓸하네요

A very good location and staff. . . 5 mins to Grand Bazaar and city center (hagia sofia and blue mosque). Transport at 2 mins. To many restaurants near. Clean room, good wi fi and quite environment. Its a safe place. I really recommend. Try it.

간섭하는 사람없고 조용하고 스텝들도 좋고 잘 있다 갑니다 다만 조식 시간이 8시부터라 조금 늦습니다. 교통편은 좋아요 공항에서 호텔까지 메트로로 와서 도보로 10분 거리에 위치해 있어서 편리하고 트램은 2분거리에 있습니다.

well, I was looking for over night clean, with reasonable price, Davos Hotel is simply met my criteria.

This hotel represents good value for money. It is very close to the main attractions like Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi - just 4 tram stops away. Our room was clean and tidy. The staff was very polite. One night we had noisy neighbours so we asked the reception to do something and voila the next night was calm again. :) Only the view from our window was awful but it is not very distracting and definitely not the hotel's fault. We are absolutely satisfied.

Excellent location and reputation. Everyone who visited advised me. Its very clean cozy close to everything. I simply loved it...its will always be my first and last option. Don't hesitate and go for Davos hotel.

Fine for one night but I wouldn't stay longer. The hotel reeked of smoke; the hallways were very loud at night; the guy at reception was sleeping when I left. But it was relatively clean and mostly convenient. Not the best part of town but not the worst. If you're young I would suggest staying in one of the many cool hostels instead

We booked this Hotel for 4 nights in Istanbul. If you are looking for a nice and clean place to stay while exploring Istanbul we can certainly reccomend this hotel. Friendly and very helpfull staff. (Murat even came with me to find some contactlens solution ) clean shower and room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is located very central in the old city of Istanbul about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from all major tourist atractions. Easy to get to from the airport by metro and tram (€2,50). Breakfast was good and there was plenty of it to be able to have a good start for the day. We would book this hotel again next time we go on a trip to Istanbul
