L'emplacement est parfait, proche d'une station de métro ligne bleue, de la place du commerce et du quartier de l'Alfama. Le logement est spacieux, propre et bien entretenu. La facilité d'échanges avec les hôtes est appréciable. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dans une consigne le jour du départ.

Quelques bruits venant des logements voisins. On entend facilement les bruits de chaises tirées à même le sol, les pleurs, quelqu'un qui tousse.

Apartament czysty, zadbany, bardzo przestronny, ładnie urządzony z pięknym widokiem. W pokoju podwójne okna co gwarantuje ciszę w obiekcie na bardzo gwarnej ulicy. Obiekt posiada windę za co duży plus w kamienicy na „starym mieście”. Świetna lokalizacja.

Jedynie łazienka wymagałaby odświeżenia, ale z racji czystości też jest ok.

What was there not to like, the room was amazingly and very spacious, enough space that you can relax on the lounge that was in the room we had. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, some nice places to eat close by and a bus stop across the road.

Soluzione strepitosa per soggiornare a Lisbona. In pieno centro, vicino a tutto quello che serve, l'appartamento ha uno stile e un'atmosfera molto curata che ti dona serenità e piacere. Le padrone di casa sono gentilissime e pronte ad aiutare per ogni esigenza. Possibilità di utilizzo gratuito di locker per i bagagli dopo il check out. Posizione incredibile in un palazzo d'epoca. Presenza di tutti gli accessori (bollitore, macchinà del caffè americano, tostapane, piano cottura, frigorifero, stoviglie ecc).

Un poco caos llegar en coche porque el mapa nos mandó por el casco histórico pero entiendo que se podía llegar de otra manera igualmente el alojamiento está súper bien ubicado

Nos toco una habitación pequeña pero todo era nuevo y muy limpio. Una pequeña cocina con algunas cosas para cocinar y lavavajillas. Las camas muy comodas y las toallas nuevas. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado cerca de muchos lugares turisticos y calles para salir de noche.

Hay que tener en cuenta que el régimen de limpieza de los cuartos dijeron que es como un departamento y sucede una vez por semana. El empleado de la recepción nos dijo que nos podian cambiar las toallas pero en los 3 dias que estuvimos no sucedio.

Appartamento veramente fantastico! Bellissimo, moderno e con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Si trova a due passi dal centro, permettendoci di girare la città tranquillamente a piedi. Le gestrici sono state molto attente e gentilissime, inviandoci anche dei messaggi su WhatsApp per verificare che andasse tutto bene. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, lo consiglio assolutamente.

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt zwischen den schönsten Vierteln und sehr guter ÖV-Anbindung. Für Spaziergänge am Wasser sind es nur 2 Minuten!

Die Unterkunft war super. Funktional ausgestattet, leider keine Duschkabine und die Restaurants in der Umgebung sowie die Lime Scooter können ein wenig Lärm machen. Aber alles in einem annehmbaren Rahmen und gegen Mitternacht kehrt auch Ruhe auf den Strassen ein.

Perfect location for discovering Lisbon. Very close to metro, ferry and local transport. Right on the edge of the Alfama district. The room is spacious, and the view of the river is pleasant. The basic amenities are perfectly adequate for a stay of a few days. However, if you are looking for luxury, you will certainly find a range of options in the immediate vicinity.

No, we were satisfied. Just personal remark: The beds are quite soft, which—unlike for my wife—didn't really suit me.

It was comfortable, clean, not far from the airport and an excellent location in the square with restaurants and shops!

A unos 10 minutos andando de la estación de tren que te acerca a Sintra. Apartamento amplio, limpio, con lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Cama cómoda.

The room was wonderful...top floor & you're the only one. Clean, decorative & safe. Love how you're supplied a code for the front entrance & your suite. Small kitchen with a 2 burner induction stove, microwave & dishes. The bathroom is huge...only thing I would say you'll go through a lot of toilet tissue as it tend to fall apart very easily. The staff were more than accommodating. I would not hesitate staying at this establishment in the future.

This is a comfortable apartment in a lovely part of Lisbon. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops with responsive hosts, a nice layout with comfortable beds, a kitchenette and no street noise.

Die optimale Lage zur Altstadt und trotzdem ein ruhiges Appartement. Sehr nette Restaurants in der direkten Nähe. Vera hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit.

Excellent location in the old part of Lisbon, Alfama, near many restaurants. Wonderful view of the water from our 4th floor room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice spacious bathroom.

The bed was rather hard and uncomfortable, with a plastic/rubber under sheet, which made it very hot, and the pillows, although many, were rather flat and did not offer good support.

The location is absolutely superb here! So glad we chose this spot. I think it’s better than staying in Chiado. It’s so central to monuments (castle, cathedral, Praca do Comércio, Alfama, tram 15 to Belém) and excellent restaurants right downstairs including a Michelin rated spot. The apartments are wonderfully spacious and airy - really hard to find that in Lisbon, many hotel rooms are tiny. You have a gorgeous view of the river and sqaure with large open windows, it’s dreamy! I wondered if this place would live up to the rave reviews and it exceeded our expectations! Even the exterior of the building is a gorgeous tile. The area is very safe and vibrant, but the evening noise was minimal. It’s not a traditional hotel though with things like a gym or restaurant. It’s almost a hybrid of an Airbnb with the conveniences of a hotel like cleaning services and onsite assistance. I recommend the breakfast basket, it was nice to have what we needed to start the day. Thank you to the owners for creating such a lovely space. If we come back to Lisbon, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

דירה ממש קרובה לכל אמצעי התחבורה. במרכז האזור בו רוב האטרקציות. מאוד נעים וממוזג בדירה. חלונות כפולים ושקט שקט. השתמשנו במטבחון. הכנו ארוחת בוקר וקפה והיה מעולה.

I stayed at the Emporium Lisbon Suites over spring break with my husband and our two year old. The location is fantastic - very close to the train station, several restaurants directly below, and a short walk to the waterfront and other sights. The room is large and it is nice to have a kitchenette and a bit of extra space with a child. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The size and location were fantastic for the rate. While this isn't a traditional hotel with a lobby and receptionist, there was a person available to show us in and any questions were answered quickly via whatsapp. There are lockers available if you need to check out before you are leaving for the airport and you are able to get codes nearly immediately via whatsapp. The only fault is that it was a bit humid in the evenings, but that is probably part of being close to the water and running a hot shower. It cleared pretty well when we opened the windows.

I liked the place. Clean and comfortable. Was nicely located for walking. I liked the bidet having never used one like that before. Elevator was nice thing to have too.

We loved the location and the room. It worked well for the one night stay. Ride to the airport was great.

The elevator was tight and my friend is claustrophobic so she took the stairs while we carried her luggage in elevator. Might warn about that.

Very pleasant commercial hotel within easy walking distance of the airport terminal. Sure friendly and responsive staff, even at our 11 PM arrival time. Two examples: 1) Fellow at reception noticed that it was my wife's birthday so he arranged complimentary desert at the restaurant - at 11:30 at night. 2) We reported trouble using the thermostat in the room. Got help within 5 minutes! Exceptional.

Nuestra habitación estaba encima de la zona de bares, y hasta las 12 de la noche había música, aunque después se podía descansar bien.

The location was fabulous! It is just up from the river and in the flat area of town, so we were able to walk to many things without too many hills. There were so many restaurants right there in the square out front and nearby, and even a little convenience store a few doors down so that we could get the few things we wanted for our kitchenette. It was wonderful having a few of the river and even though there was a lot right outside, it wasn't particularly noisy. And the bed was very comfortable.

The main thing that could be better would be to have a few more rugs in the room. The floor was very hard and with the layout of the room there was a long walk to the bathroom on the hard floor.

Despite being so close to the city centre, it was a lovely, pretty peaceful area, with birds and trees opposite. The bed was comfortable , the room spacious and the bedsit well catered for- with equipment.

Проживали одни сутки с 22-23.04.2026. Расположение отеля великолепное. Очень чисто- белоснежное постельное белье, мягкие полотенца и подушки. На кухне есть все необходимое. Лифт работает. Понравилось все.

The location is perfect. You do hear a bit of noise from outside, but for such a central location, it’s an excellent apartment.

We absolutely loved our time at Emporium Lisbon Suites. The location was exceptional, being just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions and the metro, and we absolutely loved the river view from the beautifully decorated apartment. The hosts were also incredibly kind and supportive, always answering our requests almost immediately. We couldn't have asked for a better "home base" in Lisbon!

The only minor downsides were that the floor felt quite cold and the bed was a bit too soft for our personal comfort, as we usually prefer a much firmer mattress, though this is definitely a matter of individual comfort preference. Remember to pack some warm socks or slippers! ;)

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt. Ich kann über das Personal und der Reinigungskraft nichts sagen, weil wir sie nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Handtücher haben uns für die vier Tage gereicht. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß, die obere Etage ist mit einem Aufzug erreichbar, das war echt Luxus. Mit einer tollen Aussicht aus dem Fenster. Die Hauptstraße ist zu Fuß in 5min erreichbar.

Was mir gefehlt hat, eine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine. Es wäre schneller gegangen, als mit Pulver Maschine. Wir gaben sie auch nicht benutzt.

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen, we waren een paar uur te vroeg om al op de kamer te kunnen maar konden onze bagage achterlaten zodat we het mooie Lissabon al konden verkennen, als de kamer gereed was kregen we een WhatsApp bericht. De kamer (de suite met balkon) was zeer ruim met een perfect bed en van alle gemakken voorzien, de locatie is perfect, in het centrum met veel restaurantjes, bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand of goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer, metro, bus en tram die allemaal op een paar meter afstand van Emporium Lisbon Suites liggen, het was gewoon een perfect verblijf en ook zeker voor mensen die wat slechter ter been zijn. Wanneer we Lissabon weer gaan bezoeken wordt dit ons verblijf

Wonderful location and room. We had a room on the first floor with a balcony and there was a large tree and plaza area in front. The room was really spacious, as was the bathroom. Everything was clean and the room seemed quite new. It was easy to check in and out. We would stay here again.

Location is great. There is an owner's office in the building and the lady that was working during our stay that was very helpfful, nice and ready to solve any questions we had. A fantastic experience.

Bed had a protection to avoid liquids that was not confortable. Additionally, the mattres deserves an upgrade. I had to work and unfortunally there was no desk not work chair what makes everything difficult.

Loved the location above the piazza and close to restaurants and shopping. The apartment was spacious and had beautiful windows to open to let in the fresh air.

Super location, very large spacious apartment with a lift and electronic coded door access. Right next to numerous coffee shops, restaurants and a mini supermarket open early until late. Communication via the message service with the hosts was very good.

The bed had an mattress topper that was larger than the mattress so the bottom sheet did not fit the bed causing an uncomfortable night sleep as the bottom sheet moved around. The topper was then fitted with a waterproof cover that was awful and sweaty to sleep on. The bedding and duvet need upgrading as they let the apartment down which is a shame, I would not go back or recommend as a good nights sleep is important to me. I did raise this but was told that it was ok and that it just needed tucking in but I cant sleep with an over sized duvet tucked in to hold the bottom sheet in place.

Excellent location, close to metro, bus, and walking distance from everything. The room was big and lovely, loved the decoration. The kitchenette had everything you need to make breakfast.

Ακριβό δίχως λόγο. Η θέα ήταν οκ. Τίποτα φοβερό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο αλλά τίποτα σπουδαίο. Μικρή τηλεόραση, υγρασία στον τοίχο, μέτρια διακοσμηση και γενικά η σχέση ποιοτητα-τιμης δεν αξίζει σίγουρα. Είναι οκ αλλά για τα μισά χρήματα.

We loved the location - having the windows open onto the piazza below was so nice. Also, we were traveling with 11 year olds and the loved playing in the park right outside of the apartment. The place was roomy, well decorated and well stocked. Check in super easy. Elevators available for luggage up and down. Walkable to shopping and food!

It would not have been ideal for a longer stay with two kids, as they had to share a bed. However, there was an extra rollaway you could get for a fee.

Great location. Lots of restaurants on the doorstep and walkable to lots of places of interest. Comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Luggage storage after checkout too.

맨 위층 (5층)에 묵었는데, 뷰가 리스본 대성당 뷰였어요. 정말 기분 좋게 저녁 시간을 보냈습니다. 취사 시설, 샤워 시설도 좋았어요. 바로 앞에 식당과 강가인데도 밤엔 조용했습니다.

We have just got back from a wonderful stay at this apartment. A fantastic central location. A home from home, we had everything we needed and more, very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome, and the communication we received before and during our visit was exceptional. We would highly recommend a stay here you will not be disappointed. And when we return we will definitely be staying here again.

In our opinion you cannot find a better located property in Lisbon for visiting all sites, restaurants, and shopping areas on foot. Managers/owners of this small hotel are very responsive to enquiries and offer very large rooms with kitchens and bathrooms. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our 5 day stay. Good value for such an excellent facility.Second time my wife and I have stayed here and will definitely stay again when we return to this City. Tip: For those coming from overseas recommend using Uber for transportation (when too tired to walk) as the drivers were all excellent and cost reasonable. Driver who brought us from airport even provided information on tourist spots and restaurant suggestions. Love Lisbon!
