This hotel is in a great location close to the Vatican and Metro Line A / bus services to easily navigate Rome. The staff are excellent offering the right level of support and insight without being too overbearing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast food is great with a wide selection to start the day. The hotel is quiet and I slept very well during my stay. I like that the rooms feel homely / cosy and not sterile like other large hotels. The minibar is a nice to have.

The coffee could be improved including the in-room coffee machine which was nice to have but its water tank was a bit dirty so I did not use it. Although this did not really impact the quality of our stay!

La atención, la calidad del desayuno, lo cómodo de las habitaciones. El personal en general muy amables, muy dispuestos al servicio. Se siente como en casa hospedarse en Casa Martini. La terraza espectacular.

La posizione, a due passi dalla metro Ottaviano e da città del Vaticano, raggiungibile a piedi. Bella la terrazza dove viene servita la colazione, abbondante e varia, sia dolce che salata.

La dimensione della stanza (noi avevamo una tripla), forse un po' più piccola di quanto rappresentato nelle foto, ma comunque confortevole. Non ho avuto modo di vedere le altre stanze, magari erano più grandi. Il vetro che chiude la doccia solo a metà per cui si allaga in bagno quando fai la doccia.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Im gleichen Block liegt die nächste U-Bahnstation. Der Vatikan ist schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Restaurants gibt es sehr viele. Das Frühstück ist super. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, gut klimatisiert und sauber. Parkplätze sind mit Glück in direkter Nähe zu finden.

To jest poprostu wyjątkowe miejsce. Jedna sprawa, że jest czyściutko i wygodnie. W pokoju było wszystko co potrzebowaliśmy, łóżka wygodne, w pełni wyposażona łazienka, lodówka, sejf i ekspres. Bardzo doceniamy codziennie uzupełniane kapsułki do ekspresu i ręczniki i dostępność tarasu. Śniadania obfite (Polacy docenią😉) i bardzo smaczne. Ale najważniejsze to wielka serdeczność właściciela i obsługi, życzliwa rozmowa i elastyczność. Bez problemu mogliśmy zostawić bagaże czy zjeść śniadanie chwilę przed czasem. Dziękujemy i będziemy Was polecać.

Location was good , very clean and comfortable and great breakfast . Gianluca and his staff were were very welcoming and extremely helpful , Gianluca was also a great help on where to eat and places to go during our stay.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Wir kamen von Lido di Ostia und hatten nur eine Nacht. Die Lage war super, da wir nach viel Sightseeing und Laufen den Tag am Vatikan beendeten und nur wenige Minuten bis zum Hotel hatten. Gebucht hatten wir ein Dreibettzimmer (Ladina) und ein Doppelzimmer (Primavera). Letzteres haben wir bezogen das andere unsere Kinder (14/11). Die Zimmer lagen in zwei verschiedenen Appartements auf der gleichen Etage. Wir fühlten uns immer sicher. Die Ausstattung ist liebevoll und die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war top. Wirklich erstklassig ist das Frühstück. Es geht weit über das klassisch italienische hinaus und kann auf dem Dach in einem extra dafür angelegten Raum eingenommen werden. Hier waren alle super bemüht und freundlich. Obwohl es August ist und draußen brüllend heiß, waren die Zimmer selbst ohne Nutzung der Klimaanlage sehr angenehm, was für mich das Schlafen noch besser macht 10 von 10 😀

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, allerdings ist in 2 min. Entfernung eine Metrostation, um Rom komplett zu erkunden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Auch haben wir einen Stadtplan erhalten, wo der Gastgeber Touren und Sehenswürdigkeiten eintrug. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war klasse.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Sehr gerne wieder!

A beautiful property conveniently located within walking distance of many Rome sites. Gianlucca gave us wonderful suggestions of what to focus on with our short stay. Breakfast is amazing and plentiful, cooked to order. We were here in the heat of summer and it was so nice to come back to a room with great AC. It made all the difference in our stay. Highly recommend this place!

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help. The breakfast on the terrace, which consisted of yoghurt, fruit, fruit juice, croissants, eggs, toast, and crostata, with tea or coffee, was filling and fuelled you for the afternoon. Yum! Everything you could need was there: toiletries, minibar, kitchen area, freshening every morning. It was a 5 minute walk to the Vatican, and other delights were nearby, including plenty eateries and shops. And did I mention the friendly staff.

Not Casa Martini's fault, but there was a construction happening across the road, and with the extreme heat you had to keep the windows open. And they started early.

We really enjoyed our July stay at Casa Martini! The location was perfect, although there was quite a bit of heavy construction in the area during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. The rooftop was very nice, although adding a few more high-top chairs and tables would have made it much more usable. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend Casa Martini!

We loved everything about this accommodation. It was very convenient, only a 10 minute walk from the Vatican, two minutes from the Metro and close to plenty of shops. Gianluca was an amazing host, he welcomed us with a map and shared lots of super helpful local tips. Perfect base for exploring Rome! Breakfast on the roof, very accommodating if any requests.

We absolutely loved our stay; everything was perfect. The location is ideal for exploring the Vatican and the surrounding sights. What made our stay truly special, however, was the wonderful team looking after us. Lisa was exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was also very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Casa Martini, especially because of the warm and genuine hospitality provided by Gaia and Lisa.

Fantastična usluga, izuzetno ljubazno i predano osoblje, odličan doručak i lokacija. Osobito ističem blizinu metro stanice i susretljivost domaćina (Gianluca) koji je strpljivo odgovorio na sva naša pitanja i nedoumice te nam naručio taksi od i do aerodroma. Sve pohvale idu i jako ljubaznoj, izizetno vrijednoj i uvijek nasmiješenoj radnici (kraća crna kosa) koja nas je posluživala svako jutro - žena je fenomenalna!! Hvala na poklonu pažnje - talijanskoj tjestenini. Jako lijepa gesta!

Adorámos o tratamento pessoal, as recomendações, o cuidado com os pormenores, a limpeza e tamanho dos quartos e a eficácia do ar condicionado. Excelente pequeno-almoço no rooftop. O bairro é fabuloso e permite fugir às hordas turísticas e jantar entre romanos.

The cleanliness and service were just like a five-star hotel, with daily housekeeping. ​The owner was a true gentleman—incredibly kind, welcoming, and polite. The breakfast was excellent and very generous. On top of that, the location and accessibility were great. ​On our last night, something happened that disrupted our sleep a bit. Even though it wasn't the host's fault at all, he kept apologizing to us. Early the next morning before we left, like a kind friend, he left us two croissants in a bag for the road. It was such a lovely gesture, tasted delicious, and left us with a wonderful feeling!"

Great location, only 2 minutes walk to metro and bus stops, very nice breakfast, helpful and smily staff. Manager Gianluca is very kind person, he made us, feel as we are at our home.

Super lokalizacja: dobra dzielnica, tuż przy stacji metra, a jeżeli ktoś lubi spacerować - wszystkie główne atrakcje w zasięgu spaceru. Bardzo dobre śniadania na tarasie. Jak dla mnie bardzo przytulny pokój, w którym czułem się jak u siebie - bardzo wygodne łóżka, rzadko kiedy wysypiam się tak dobrze.

Obecnie remont ulicy obok budynku - ale nie było to uciążliwe i nam nie przeszkadzało.

La calle estaba en obras, pero no es culpa del establecimiento y las obras por la noche paran, asi que se puede dormir muy a gusto.

Casa Martini was a wonderful place to stay. It has a warm, homely atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome. The location is excellent, just a pleasant walk from the Vatican and close to many attractions. The breakfast was delicious and felt like a homemade meal, lovingly prepared each morning by the wonderful owners. Their hospitality made our stay truly special. I highly recommend Casa Martini and would happily stay there again on my next visit to Rome.

Es muy limpio y organizado. Todo el personal muy atento, te ayudan a ubicarte en la ciudad y te dan excelentes recomendaciones. Muy buena ubicación y el desayuno es muy variado.

A very cozy, clean, and comfortable room. The beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed. The mini fridge was well equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was comfortable and quite spacious. The shared kitchen had everything we needed and was very well equipped. The small safe for storing valuables was also very useful. Delicious breakfasts served on the rooftop, and charming, friendly staff.

There was road construction nearby, which unfortunately meant that the view from the window was not very nice. Fortunately, there was very little construction noise.

Die Lage war optimal, gleich neben einer U-Bahn gelegen, die einem sehr schnell und unkompliziert an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bringt. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz in der Nähe der Unterkunft und es war super einfach mit der Park App zu bezahlen. Gianluca, der Vermieter, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er erklärte uns alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten, reservierte uns auch in tollen Restaurants einen Platz und gab uns gute Empfehlungen für Rom. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles war sauber und sehr ansprechend. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Alle in der Unterkunft waren sehr liebenswürdig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Le confort de la chambre, les draps sont très doux. L'hébergement est idéalement situé : métro, bus, restaurant, glaces, souvenirs. Le parking payant et sécurisé du Vatican se trouve à 7 minutes à pied. Il y a des places dans la rue mais il n'y a que des voitures italiennes....

Entendre les voisins prendre leur douche à 23h30 et se lever à 6h30. Leur salle de bain était attenante à notre chambre 😢 Il manque exagérément de rangement et un miroir dans la chambre aurait été appréciable.

Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Rzymie! Doskonała lokalizacja, tuż przy metrze. Do wielu miejsc można dojść pieszo. Okolica bardzo przyjemna, dużo świetnych kawiarni i restauracji. Pokój i łazienka były czyste, funkcjonalne i dobrze wyposażone. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu, co przy letnich temperaturach było ogromnym plusem. Na dachu serwowane są smaczne śniadania. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje również przemiły i pomocny personel, dzięki któremu pobyt był jeszcze bardziej komfortowy. Jedyny drobny minus to kawa podczas śniadania – mogłaby być lepsza. Co ciekawe, ta z ekspresu w pokoju smakowała bardziej. To jednak naprawdę niewielki szczegół, który nie wpływa na bardzo pozytywną ocenę całego pobytu. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Prati is a beautiful and safe region of Rome at a walking distance from Vatican. Liset and the rest of the personnel had been very helpful. Casa Martini is not a typical AirBnB. The breakfast was great. The room is made up daily. Everybody was polite and helpful. Their suggestions regarding restaurants were great. No tourist traps. Less than 100m from Ottaviano metro station. You can even walk to the city center (~30-40 min), though it is not recommended during daytime due to the summer heat. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you

This place is more like a guest house and not a hotel. Very nice! Good breakfast in a covered area on the rooftop. There are people there to help you with juice, omelets, etc. It is not a buffet style breakfast where you help yourself to items. The metro stop is only about a minute and a half away. We used the metro to go to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc. Vatican city is about 10 minutes walk. So the location is excellent. Upon check in, I was asked what attractions I wanted to visit, and I was provided with a map and all kinds of other helpful information. That information included a restaurant which was about five minutes walk. Loved the food there. Not too touristy.

Everything was excellent! Even though our flight was delayed and we only arrived around 1:00 AM, the self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The rooftop breakfasts were a wonderful way to start each day, and the detailed recommendations and routes for places to visit in Rome were incredibly helpful. We also really appreciated the thoughtful farewell gift after check-out—it was such a lovely surprise. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable

The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. The hotel was very clean and breakfast on the rooftop terrace was outstanding!! I would absolutely stay there again. It was very close to the metro and only three stops away from the Spanish Steps! Only a 10 min walk from the Vatican and in a very safe area surrounded by a ton of excellent food choices!

A lovely small property three blocks from the Vatican and one block from the metro. Room was comfortable, staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We traveled with our 16 month old and the staff went out of their way to make sure she had a good time too.

Il B&B è a pochi metri dalla fermata della metropolitana Ottaviano e vicino alle mura Vaticane. Stanze al quarto piano, palazzo dotato di ascensore. Stanze pulite e mobilio nuovo. Gianluca il proprietario è disponibile e gentile. Forse l'unico neo è la doccia leggermente piccola, ma il bagno è provvisto anche di una vasca che può essere utilizzata anche come doccia, quindi il problema non si pone. Terrazza al quinto piano dove è stata ricavata una stanza per la colazione. Soggiorno molto soddisfacente

This is a family-owned hotel with just a few rooms. The owners are so hospitable! Breakfast is lovely and is held on the rooftop patio each morning. Guests have small suites and have access to the kitchen (though not the stove/oven). They had tea and coffee readily available. Guests can control the air conditioner to their liking. We had a lovely stay!!

I have no criticisms. This hotel is conveniently located steps from the Metro station and within walking distance to many sites. It was difficult to find the hotel at first, but I called the owner, and he walked me through entry, even met us outside to walk us in!

Casa Martini was by far the best experience out of the 5 locations we booked throughout Italy. Gianluca provided wonderful written recommendations. Breakfast was outstanding! Excellent location that is not noisy. Air conditioning works very well (you can control temperature). Highly recommend!

Lokalizacja super - bardzo blisko metra oraz Watykanu. Śniadania bardzo dobre a biorąc pod uwagę inne nasze doświadczenia z włoskimi śniadaniami w innych hotelech to ocenił bym je jako wyśmienite. Codziennie różne słodkie pieczywa, chleb tradycyjny dobra kawa jogurty do wyboru (my wolimy bez dodatków) była codziennie szynka włoska ser ale co chyba dla nas najważniejsze była smażona na miejscu jajecznica lub omlet - co kto sobie wybrał. Oczywiście jajka gotowane też były. Właściciel Gianluca bardzo miły i bardzo pomocny. Wyrysował nam na mapie Rzymu co powinniśmy zobaczyć oraz jakie restauracje blisko hotelu są godne uwagi. I faktycznie miał rację :) A przy wyjeździe dostaliśmy jeszcze mały upominek - paczkę makaronu z mąki semoliny wraz z domowym przepisem na włoską Carbonarę. Drobny gest a jakie miłe wspomnienia. Obsługa sprzątająca oraz przygotowująca śniadanie również super. Osobne podziękowania dla żony Gianluci - Connie :) Ogólnie było super :)

Chwilowy remont ulicy pod hotelem - ale to nie jest wina hotelu i za chwilę ten remont się skończy a więc nie ma o czym mówić :)

Casa Martini is located just a stone’s throw from Vatican. The host Gianluca is awesome, greeted us with smile, gave us great recommendations of what to visit and do in Rome. It is a family run guest house and the whole staff were super friendly and professional. Room ‘Norden’ was very well equipped, with everything you need for a short stay: coffee machine, minibar, gigantic TV. Our room was situated into the courtyard, and while the view wasn’t the most iconic, it guaranteed us silence, especially during the night. Excellent breakfast is served on the roof top, making the whole atmosphere a little more special. The only small negative (which didn’t affect us one bit) is the road construction just in front of the main building. Overall an amazing stay and we will be back at Casa Martini soon!
