La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas donc on as pas pu prendre un café j’ai appelé mais je n’ai pas pu parler à personne en français c’est qu’ils ont retenu de 200$ c’est pour leurs faire savoir que ce n’est pas nous qui l’avons brisé merci à l’avenir

Beds, clean clean room, quiet. Great breakfast!

Great location - close to Green Gables, PEI National Park, restaurants & stores. Also close to SOMOS festival, though we weren’t interested in that.

The breakfast was great, staff at breakfast were very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable.

As soon as you opened the door the musty smell was over powering. We went to the office before unpacking and were told to turn on the a/c or the heat.

L'oreiller et les couvertures d'un des deux lits sentaient très mauvais. Les pattes de la table sont trop courtes, la table se renverse facilement.

Pas de place pour s'asseoir au déjeuner. L'air climatisé de la chambre était extremement bruyante. On avait du mal à entendre la télévision. Les stores ne cachaient pas bien le soleil qui entrait dans la chambre. Nous avons demandé un transfert pour être dans le motel. Nous n'aimions pas l'emplacement de notre petite cabine mais le motel était pleine capacité (pendant les vacances d'été). La propreté du BBQ était questionable.

The location was great. The breakfast was good.

The parking was terrible. It was difficult to park our truck. The room wasn’t very clean. I had to scrub the tub prior to bathing my children as it was quite grimy. The air conditioning unit in the room was absolutely disgusting; caked with dirt. It didn’t appear as though it had ever been cleaned. Needless to say we did not turn it on.

I liked that we had our own separate entrance.

Our window was broken and full of broken glass. We couldn’t even close our window because broken glass would fall onto the floor. The bathroom was very small and we were only given one small facial soap for two nights. My daughter said the floor was dirty.

Motel très vieillot qui est pris dans les années 70. La chambre qui donne sur la route est très très bruyante, le Wi-Fi fonctionne à 25 % du temps. Le motel aurait besoin d’une rénovation majeure pour le rajeunir, les couvre-pied sont désuets et les meubles aussi. Je n’ai pas eu de réponse. Réponse à mes questions de l’établissement lorsque je posais mes questions via Booking. Ils auraient avantage à décloisonner l’endroit où on déjeune, car c’est très très petit et serré. Somme toute la chambre était quand même propre et d’une grandeur acceptable. Ne pas prendre une chambre qui donne sur la route devant ou au premier étage, car c’est extrêmement bruyant. Nous avons choisi cet établissement à cause de l’emplacement, qui est idéal .

The breakfast offered every morning was wonderful. The staff working the breakfast was also wonderful. The ice machine and microwave oven offered were added bonuses. Also liked the water cooler.

We ran out of toilet paper and shampoo during the stay. There was no tissue box in our room, either.

We stayed for two nights and on the 2nd day, our room wasn't cleaned by housekeeping. We didnt have clean towels and ran out of toilet paper. Disappointing. But other than that, it was a nice place to stay..

Le petit déjeuner était bien mais il manquait d'espace pour s'asseoir.

J'ai pris chambre avec cuisinette et il y avait le stricte minimum comme fourniture et meme moins. Par chance que j'avais amené quelques accessoires.

Absolutely terrible

The property was so filthy we would not allow a dog to sleep there , mold walls , yellow stained sheets , pillows . Smelled of urine. We had to stay somewhere else , the property manager falsely claimed we didn’t check in and refunded one night of our stay. We have been fighting for a refund with no reply

The convenience of the location is about the best thing it has going for them.

Didnt like the dirty,disgusting dollar store mats by the door when you go in. Happened to flip it over a litte when it got stuck in the door and it was so black and dirty, honestly it grossed me out. How cheap can you be to replace a $5 doormat once in a while. The bathroom floor has some sort of foam laid down and stapled there. So strange. The facecloths left in a basket were stained. Also grossed me out. And lastly the pool is very gross. There was so much bugs and debris in there. No one has cleaned it in a while it seemed to me. This place was not up to my standards as far as clean goes, therefore I could not fully enjoy myself. For almost $250 for 1 night, I did not feel satisfied with the conditions!! Frankly, I feel they should be ashamed of the prices they charge!!! Based on the conditions we chose not to go to the free breakfast. So I can not comment on that area of the stay.

The breakfast was good. The staff were nice. The pool was good but not heated as advertised.

Musty smell in the rooms and bugs / beetles in every crevice. Two landed on me while I was sleeping. They need to invest in upgrading the outside balconies. Peeling paint. They should also invest in dehumidifiers for each room. One of the floors may be rotten near the bathroom. The bed decor is something from the early 80’s. Should be updated.

Great location but you may need a car to get to the beach if you have kids (20ish minute walk to the main beach area). The room was basic but clean and comfy.

Noisy in the morning after 7 am when families start heading out to the beach. Also thumbs down to the obnoxious housekeeping guy who started banging on our door for us to get out a full hour before check out time, knocked twice more again before the end of the hour, then as we were leaving (still before check out time) he made a rude comment to my wife when we passed by him.

The location was very central to everything in Cavendish. The room was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. The addition of a little fridge was handy. The staff was very pleasant.

We had very little hot water throughout our stay. We got the room with the additional bathtub in the room, but there was no way we would have been able to use it because we kept running out of hot water (it would never have been able to fill the large tub without going cold). I tried having a bath in the smaller bathtub in the bathroom and ran out of hot water at about 1/2 full. Another time around 8pm I tired to have a bath and couldn’t even get it filled 1/4 of the way before it turned cold. My husband tried having a shower after my “short” shower in the morning and he couldn’t because it was cold. Also the sign on the hotel says it has a heated pool, however the one time we went in the pool it was SHOCKINGLY cold… so uncomfortable and we were there during a heat wave. The breakfast was not great.. we only had it once and then opted to get croissants and muffins after that at the bakery in North Rustico. The heated pool and free breakfast were why we booked here and we were disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy either of them. The hot water was also very frustrating. That shouldn’t be something that we have to worry about on vacation. It’s a shames because I could tell the family was trying to make it a good experience, there were just some major structural/maintenance issues that need to be sorted out.

Is an older place but clean and wonderful staff. Was my daughters bday vacation and they put a homemade card and an orchid plant.

Check-in. We arrived right on time (3pm) and had to wait 45 minutes for our room. Our assigned parking spot was a long way from our room.

The only issue we had was that there was no hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks.

Bathroom very old. Painted tube that looked dirty. Hair in the tub drain. Water would not go down. Water around the toilet. Towels looked dirty. Stayed for three nights and asked for room to be made up each day.The only thing that was done was the towels were replaced. I had to sweep the floor on our return each day. We had already made our beds. The bathroom sink and small counter were NOT wiped each day. We were disappointed.

It was in a great location close to the boardwalk and all the cavendish fun

It is very dated, the beds were uncomfortable and you could hear the traffic while you slept

We got stuck in the bathroom cause it got stuck when we locked it . The pull out couch was suppose to sleep two no way plus your feet hang over the bottom if you are taller then 5 feet . We had to keep asking for extra toilet paper and face cloths as they only left us one extra roll and 3 face cloths for 6 people.

The parking !! We were on top floor at front and had to carry luggage a long ways to room. Also we booked our reservation in February and called in May to confirm. Was told that yes we had a reservation for a room in the annex with kitchenette. But when we arrived was put on 2nd floor in motel. We never complained because we are not those people but when I make a reservation and am told one thing and get less, it is disheartening.

The staff was excellent and breakfast was great

Cannot fault it. Clean, comfy, staff lovely, pool was great (towels provided) and breakfast was too - 2 chefs throughout keeping things fresh so hot food was not left laying for hours. Also had cereal, yoghurt, toast, bagels, cream cheese and selection of drinks. Location fantastic too. Took a gamble and glad I did. Great wee place, great value for money and will definately use again.

Could do with giving the bathroom doors a good soapy wiped own. Both times we've stayed now Ive cleaned the (really) grubby bathroom doors. Also maybe throw out the oven gloves that are torn and manky.

Очень похоже что это обычное дело тут.Дверь в номер закрывалась очень плохо. Дверь в ванну не закрывалась совсем. Я не знаю как можно испортить завтрак , но картошка и яйца были вообще безвкусные.

I like the a ground level accommodation with outdoor space available. The breakfast and pool hours are good. The staff were very nice and pleasant!! Every day the room was requested to be made up.It was done!!

The quiet after 10 PM rule was not enforced, and then there was a Taekwondo tournament in the area. Some people up to room 45 and below in that area, were loud until 12 AM to 2 AM every night we were there. The hot breakfast was so so the potatoes had zero seasoning, and the eggs were very overcooked, the bacon very undercooked, but the sausages were great. The room was dusty in many areas, such as light switches and lamps, the t v area and the bathroom. The garbage can in the room was too small.

Location was great, that is the only thing good about the experience.

Paid almost $300 foe the night, it was one of there cabins. It was disgusting. Mouse dropping and dirt everywhere. Door was only closed if you slammed it. Deck board were rotting, no outside light. Checked beds on check in, all the bedding would stain with hair in the bed. Towel in the bathroom had crusty yellow stuff on the them. Ants and spider everywhere. Worst experience ever. Did not ever try their breakfast. If their room are that disgusting I can only imagine the cleanse of their breakfast. Would not recommend the motel. It is dirty and run down. Was never so happy to leave PEI.

The room was clean, tidy. and neat, the staff were wonderful. Leo was my favorite staff member my second year, I love his warm welcome at breakfast, it makes feel at home.

What I didn't like in room 19, that you cannot pull the pullout coach all the way, because the main bed is in the way ,and no microwave, which is a must, out all the rooms we have share one microwave with all rooms? and drag food all the way to the room?

Wasn't a big fan of a room on the second floor with people walking by your room looking in the window. They only had room darkening blinds which made the room very claustrophobic, With people walking by your room all the time you needed some sort of sheer curtain that allows light in but gives you privacy.

Nice “old school” motel type.

The bedding was borderline ok, the sheets were clean, but the blankets need replacing. Under the beds there was a lot of dust, needs more cleaning. The room was unusually cold, without air conditioning and with warm temperatures outside… that was a bit weird. The breakfast was too cheap: eggs and bacon were ok (although the bacon was warmed in the microwave). The orange juice was really some kind of artificial drink (only orange there was the color), and the oatmeal, please please don’t - just get ready-to-make bags, or do it properly. The cook at the breakfast was a very kind gentleman. Very nice and helpful. Has a lot of potential but needs better / more professional management.

I love the energy of the staff esp in the breakfast bar. I love how he interacts with every guests. I love his vibes.

Kein Balkon und Möglichkeit unsere Strandhandtücher zu trocknen, langgestreckter Zugangsbereich/Deck zu allen Zimmern im 1. Stock, damit auch sehr laut und vibrierend, wenn andere Gäste direkt an der Zimmertür vorbeiliefen

Accessible in all the tourist spot

Be more strict on the quiet times. Children are running here and there til 11pm and atleast someone is checking those kind of things cause its time to relax and sleep after a long day going around the area.
