Номера уютные, чистые и комфортные, а завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Отдельное спасибо очень вежливому, приветливому и внимательному персоналу! Расположение также отлично подходит для знакомства с Сурабаей: можно прогуляться по городу пешком или воспользоваться быстрым и недорогим такси. Great and clean room. Ample parking space. Breakfast is great albeit rather hard to access because it get very crowded and there is only lift access. Very great lounge at topmost floor with fairly priced drink and snacks.

Rather far from convenience store. Gym area is very small and the lights are harsh to eyes

В нашем номере была чистая пастель, но ванная комната была убрана небрежно. В отель хороший спортивный зал, но не было дезенфектора для тренажёров. Зона бассейна совмещенна с зоной для курения.

We stayed at HARRIS Hotel for over two weeks and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The service is truly outstanding. The staff at the reception, at breakfast, at the entrance, and the housekeeping team all operate at the highest level. Everyone is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay feel very comfortable and relaxed. The breakfasts are very good with a wide selection of options, so it is easy to find something you enjoy every morning. Our favourite part was definitely the egg station, where freshly prepared eggs were always a great way to start the day. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would happily come back again.

Our stay here was really great; the staff throughout the property were very, very friendly and helpful. Good location, a varied selection of delicious breakfasts. Comfortable rooms, including a pool and spa. If we ever come back here, we’ll definitely stay here again.

We've been visiting this hotel for years, and for the past few years, the rooms have been systematically updated. The result is magnificent! The ideal combination of good taste and coziness! Harris always has a special, inspiring atmosphere, hard to describe, but it certainly creates a happy, soothing feeling. The staff are genuinely friendly, the breakfast is phenomenal, the location is ideal, near Gubeng train station, with restaurants and warungs everywhere nearby. But the restaurant at Harris itself is delightful!

Extra bed not long enough

Normally, I wouldn't give Harris a two-star, but this time I did. I specifically requested a non-smoking deluxe room because I'm staying with my child. The hotel claims that all deluxe rooms are now accommodating to smokers, but they don't inform me in advance. On November 11, 2025, I made a reservation and requested a non-smoking room, but I didn't find out until I checked in. Asking me to sniff the less odorous rooms is their solution. It's disappointing for a family taking a vacation with children. There are numerous cigarette burn marks visible in the restroom.

The staff are kinds. Initially they gave us smoking floor while we asked for non smoking floor. But then they provided us with new and connecting room. They acted very quickly.

The facilities were in good condition, the equipment functioned without trouble, and the staff supported us whenever we needed something. Breakfast had a good range of options, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to get around the city. Overall, both the stay and the meeting went beyond my expectations. I would be happy to return for future trips or events.
