It is too expensive and doesn’t have the basics, like toothbrush or body lotion. Staff was not professional.

The main area where reception is is lovely and updated …need a better lounge area. The rooms were big and the bathrooms were lovely with great amenities and toiletries ..bed was comfy ….breakfast included was decent with lots of choice and was a great walkable location. Had a beautiful roof top terrace but we didn’t get to because of the rain while we were there

Staff …many of them were very rude and dismissive. The old building we were in had continuous water coming in during the rain storm and the hallways felt like an institution.

- The location is a prime location near everything - checking in was seamless - we had a vehicle and we used their valet and garage service - it is a bit expensive but we knew before and it was our decision to take it as we only spent one night and we wanted to be near the main attractions in central Firenze. - Breakfast really good.

Room was a bit small and not much for space - we did not need much but if we had to spend more days it might have been difficult to put everything in wardrobe.

Everything was great. Everything was friendly. Breakfast was great. No complaints.

Location was great, very clean and updated facilities, large bathroom and ceilings. Terrace was small but nice! Breakfast was delicious!

Sa localisation, la taille de la chambre, la taille du balcon, terrasse. La salle de bain était immense.

Tout le reste a malheureusement été très décevant, surtout compte tenu du prix de la chambre et du niveau de service que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement de cette catégorie. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été particulièrement impersonnel et peu attentif. Aucune information ne nous a été donnée sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel : pas de code Wi-Fi, aucune mention de la piscine, aucune information sur les services disponibles, les environs ou même les moyens de contacter la réception. Dans la chambre, aucun document, aucun QR code, rien permettant de comprendre les services proposés par l’établissement. Le lendemain matin, nous avons dû partir assez urgemment vers 7 h 30, avec l’intention de revenir éventuellement prendre le petit déjeuner. Malgré l’urgence évidente de notre situation, notamment pour déposer rapidement nos bagages avant un rendez-vous, la personne à la réception a fait preuve d’une nonchalance assez incompréhensible. Il ne s’agissait pas de demander un traitement particulier, simplement un minimum d’écoute et de réactivité pour accélérer une procédure extrêmement simple. Cette absence de sens du service s’est malheureusement retrouvée tout au long du séjour. Mon amie étant blessée et ayant des difficultés à se déplacer, nous aurions pu espérer un minimum d’attention ou quelques initiatives pour lui faciliter les choses. Rien ne nous a été proposé. Le soir, nous sommes arrivées vers 22 h 40 et avons demandé s’il était encore possible de manger ou de boire quelque chose. Bien que nous soyons encore dans les heures d’ouverture annoncées, aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Pas de possibilité de commander, pas même une proposition d’appeler un restaurant pour nous aider. À Florence, où les possibilités de livraison sont limitées tard le soir et où de nombreux restaurants ferment vers 23 h ou minuit, cela peut rapidement devenir problématique.

Loved the room, especially the fresco on the ceiling! Breakfast was yummy as well and the location couldn't be beat! Also, the concierge recommended 4 great restaurants for our evenings in Firenze. Each meal was better than the prior one.

I wish that the pillows had been softer; feather pillows would have been preferable.

Great location within florence. The stay is close to everything you would like to see in Florence. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. Rooms were great size and comfortable.The stay has a good parking partner that took care of the arrival and departure into the ZTL zone, so that was very good.

The cleanliness of the rooms was a little hit and miss but overall it was ok.

The hotel was centrally located. The room itself was nice.

The bathroom shower smelled of mold. I could see the mold all around the bottom of the shower. This issue is a no-go for me.

They allowed pets but some pet owners are not considerate. Complained about the barking of a dog continuously for hours from 11 pm till 2 am. Was advised that the guests left their dog alone during this time. No apologies nor how to remedy the situation! Will it recommend this hotel.

Es ist sehr kompliziert mit dem eigenen Auto dort hinzukommen beziehungsweise sollte man den Gästen im Vorfeld mitteilen das dort eine Verkehrsberuhigte Zone ist wo man eine Sondergenehmigung braucht um reinzufahren dieses kann man aber als Hotelgast machen und wird vom Hotel geregelt ich hoffe das es so stimmt.Die Parkgebühren pro Tag betragen 40€ das finde ich persönlich unverschämt. Leider gab es kein Deutsches Fernsehen.

We had such an amazing experience at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Florence! The location is absolutely perfect, with a beautiful rooftop, right on the river, and in a central location that made it so easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with so many options and even made-to-order omelets exactly how you want them. The restaurant in front of the hotel was also wonderful—the service was excellent, and everyone was so attentive and welcoming. Our room was a great size, and the beds were comfortable. Most of all, the staff were so kind, accommodating, and attentive throughout our entire stay. We truly had such a wonderful experience and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Florence. Highly recommend this hotel!

Location was a plus across the river and walking distance of Trinita bridge and Ponte Vecchio, breakfast amazing with lots of choices, spacious room compared to standard European size. It was very romantic, the decor, we loved it, my simple room had a lovely fresco, a garden view, and a rain shower, we surely recommend it! The staff service was A+, they granted me an early check in since my train arrived late morning, provided a city map with suggestions, booked an airport taxi at 4 am, provided breakfast to go without my request. They were excellent!

- The AC was not that good, we’d wake up in the middle of the night from the heat/humidity - They could work more on the cleanliness of the room and housekeeping services - The elevator is slow and unconditioned so the heat in it is uncomfortable - The checkout is at 11!!! - Definitely not a 5 stars hotel, but it’s decent I would consider it 3.5~4 stars

Loved the location, close to everything, and the view was stunning from our junior deluxe terrace room however we could hardly use the balcony during the August heat.

The bathroom was quite smelly at times but can't fault the hotel as it is a heritage building.

We booked a Suite with river view for my partners 30th celebrations! Everything was perfect from arrival to check out. Staff were super welcoming and helpful. Room was absolutely beautiful and cleaned daily making this overall a fantastic stay!

Las habitaciones son realmente espectaculares. Su Staff es increible. Quisiera recordar su nombre, su host fue muy especial, nos ayudo a coordinar todo para tener nuestros anillos de compromiso en Florencia. Dio cada milla extra posible hasta llevo a la joyeria al hotel. Sera parte de nuestra historia y recuerdo!

El hotel estaba muy limpio, las habitaciones muy cómodas además tenías cafés y tés para poder hacértelo en la habitación. El desayuno era espectacular con mucha variedad y de calidad. Los empleados muy atentos y simpáticos. El baño era muy grande.

Que el aire acondicionado no estaba en el techo sino en frente de la cama, podía ser a veces incómodo pero como podías regular el aire y la cantidad, eso benefició mucho para poder tener un clima adecuado en la habitación y dormir bien.

Location, rooms and facilities are great. Walking distance to city attractions, sunset views from the bridge and great restaurants. Rooms were huge, very high ceilings and comfortable beds. We really loved our stay here. Breakfast buffet was exceptional!

Die Unterkunft war super bloß die Extra Kosten für Parkplatz und für das Tragen des Gepäcks sollte man im Auge haben . Ansonsten war wirklich alles toll.

Lovely boutique hotel in a perfect location for seeing Florence. Loved the rooftop terrace which was very quiet both of the evenings we used it. Breakfast was excellent and the lady on reception when we checked in was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations of where to eat. Our room was comfortable and spotless and the cleaning staff do a wonderful job of ensuring a very high standard of cleanliness in the rooms. The proximity to the train station was very helpful to us as well.

Just wish the room had a bit more saturate space as we stayed for a few nights so a drawer to put clothes away would have helped. Also bathroom was small and particularly space around the toilet. But overall it was fabulous.

This was the coolest hotel we stayed at in Europe. It feels opulent, with a painted ceiling in the extra large room. The location could not be better, super central and right on the Arno. There is a covered rooftop yo watch the sunset, with stunning views of the Duomo, Arno and more. The restaurant downstairs made a great spritz and had awesomr outdoor seating with water misters to help beat the heat.

Excelente Hotel, excelente ubicación a unos pasos de ponte Vecchio y frente al río Árbol, atención profesional, instalaciones de primera. Desayuno muy variado con todo lo que on huesped aspire para iniciar jornadas en Florencia. Cualquier comentario negativo podría ser una excepción, lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados. Los felicito.

Posizione ottima. Camera che ha soddisfatto le aspettative in tutti i sensi (pulita ed organizzata).

Lo staff del ricevimento si perde nei dettagli: abbiamo aspettato tanto le chiavi della stanza senza che nessuno ci desse spiegazioni sul che cosa stessero facendo al banco reception, nessuno ci ha spiegato che dovevamo aprire con la chiave della staanza la porta tra l’ascensore e il corridoio, siamo arrivati in reception per il check-in e nessuno ci ha accolto perché la persona addetta era impegnata a risolvere un problema tecnico e quabdo ha finito la telefonata ci ha accolti come fossimo grandi amici (per 270,00€ a notte mi sarei almeno aspettata una nota di scuse per il 10 minuti di attesa senza considerazione).

Rendkívül kedves személyzet, nagyon kedvező elhelyezkedés. Kényelmes és szép volt minden. A reggeli is nagyon finom és bőséges. Az autó parkolásáról is gondoskodtak, egy zárt parkolóba vitték egy + költségért, amit előre jeleztek

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel with the view across the river and bridges, the spacious room with high ceilings and the high quality of the hotel staff

Our room would have been even better with the addition of photos or paintings to give more character, plus some nicer furniture but overall, I really enjoyed my stay

Hotel incrível , passamos durante a onda de calor e o ar condicionado era muito bom! Café da manhã muito bom, localização ótima , manobrista para o carro. Você vai de carro até a frente do hotel e na recepção entrega a chave e o carro será conduzido a um estacionamento . Na cidade você não precisa de carro para nada da pra fazer tudo a pé . O atendimento da equipe é perfeito .

Wonderful staff who graciously upgraded our room, which was beautiful and had a fantastic view.

The only disappointment was our room was above the smoking section patio and the smell of the cigarettes lingered in our room.

Amazing location! The hotel had great reviews, but we were genuinely blown away by the staff and the room. Located right on the Arno River, it was the perfect spot! Easy to get into the city center or cross over to the other side of the river. The location made getting around Florence effortless, and the service made the stay even more special.

Property had a great location. A nice view of the river but no service from Staff for example no help with bags on arrival or proper greeting.

The staff really provide any service. The breakfast was minimal and the staff weren’t prepared to do anything other than make sure you are on the list that showed you had paid for the breakfast. An older lady asked for a cup of coffee and the waiter simply pointed at the coffee machine and told her to make it herself.

Whilst we had a very spacious room, there were very few power points to charge phones etc. Our room was above reception and the hotel is simply not very soundproof. We had a terrible second night’s sleep due to thumping below. Did not expect this from staying in a deluxe suite! Overall, decent enough hotel but did not feel like luxury/value for money.

I booked a room overlooking the Arno, and it was EXACTLY as described on the website but even more spectacular in person. It was an AMAZING experience, and the service at the restaurant was incredible too. The location is perfect too.

The fourth floor terrace was gorgeous (beyond beautiful); I would have loved the opportunity to enjoy a sunset cocktail there. It's literally the only small thing that comes to mind.

Stay in this hotel is the best decision you can make!

The bed isn’t super comfy but not terrible, the bar you see in the pictures is not actually open it’s just for looks (I didn’t care but my husband was bummed lol)
