A great, quiet place to stay. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They even got a birthday cake for our child who turned 13 while we were there. And the pool is amazing. Clean and lovely water. The kids loved it. The rooms were large and spacious and breakfast was good. There are a few restaurants near there but you can order just about anything you need by Grab. It is a quiet area which was just what we wanted. We would definitely stay there again.

The only problem we had were the hard beds but I guess that depends on what you are used to

нет никакой приватности-заселили на 1 этаж с прозрачными дверями без зеркальных пленок, без тюли, выход прямо на бассейн, где купаются чужие люди. сидела днем в темноте с занавешанными портьерами дверями на 2й день говорю-повесьте тюль, благо есть штанга с крючками-"не повесим" закрывается зверь на допотопный замок с ключом 80-х годов прошлого века полы помыли 1 раз за неделю, 2 бутылочки питьевой воды нужно выпрашивать каждый раз в номерах на 1 этаже есть задние двери с щелями по периметру, через которые внуть лезут полчища разных насекомыъх и кусают вас ночами напролет завтраки по меню присходят так-приносят основное блюдо холодным, 3 дня возвращала их назад, кипяток для чая приносят через полчаса с вашего прихода удивляет обилие позитивных отзывов этого мета-се хвалят, но никто не возращается-кроме меня там жила всего всего 1 семья, последние 2 дня я вообще одна там оставалась очень далеко от пляжа даже на скрипуче-скрежещущем веле, педоставляемом бесплатно

Mir hat sehr vieles gefallen: die wunderschöne grüne und gepflegte Anlage, der wunderschöne sauberer Pool, wo man auch wirklich gut seine Bahnen schwimmen kann. Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in den Reisfeldern. Man konnte kostenfrei Fahrräder ausleihen und die Umgebung erkunden. Ca. 20min zum Strand und 15 min nach Oldtown. Ich bekam einen Tee angeboten, als es mir nicht so gut ging. Die Unterkunft ist genauso, wie auf den Fotos angezeigt. Der Pool ist wirklich so groß🙂😍

Uns hat ein bisschen Abwechslung beim Frühstück gefehlt, aber das Angebot war in Ordnung und immer frisch zubereitet.

Спасибо Ли и его семье за гостеприимство, уют и чистоту. Отличные завтраки, очень тихое место где начинаешь слышать тишину и звуки природы, номера большие и чистые, бассейн очень хорош.

Ne pas parler assez bien l'anglais pour pouvoir plus communiquer .

Главный плюс — тишина и умиротворение, нет суеты и пробок как в центре Хояна. Всё чистое, сад благоухает, поют тропические птицы. Прекрасный завтрак, предоставляют выбор каждый день, что бы хотелось на завтрак. Завтрак накрывают у бассейна. Очень внимательный персонал, все говорят по-английски. Цены за минибар очень адекватные, кола стоит практически как в соседнем магазине без наценок. Очень хочется вернуться снова. Вокруг много недорогих и вкусных кафешек. Не бойтесь заходить в кафешки для местных — они только с виду выглядят странно для европейца, но еда в них очень вкусная, все говорят по английски и вообще вьетнамцы очень приветливы и милы.

Байк, который предоставили в аренду был очень плох, правда и цена за него была смешная. Было бы здорово добавить разные варианты байков с более ценой, так как расположение довольно удаленное и без байка трудно исследовать город. Всё остальное было идеально.

Wat een super plek. Kleinschalig (6 kamers) met een fijn zwembad en ligstoelen. Het is hier heel rustig. Je krijgt een heerlijk ontbijt. Er staan fietsen klaar om te gebruiken want het ligt wel wat verder van het centrum (ongeveer 20min fietsen). De kamers zijn heel ruim met een goed bed, een bureau, zitje en voldoende ruimte om je spullen op te bergen. Er is ook een koelkastje. De mensen hier zijn ontzettend lief en zorgen er dagelijks voor dat alles er tiptop uitziet. Ik vind de kwaliteit hoog voor de prijs die je betaald.

Spacious rooms, only six units on the property, a lovely pool and fantastic value for money. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. The location is quiet and very village-like, with a couple of great family restaurants very close by. I wish we could stay longer.

Très bel établissement avec des grandes chambres propres et tout confort. Personnel sympathique. Grande piscine entourée de végétation, magnifique de nuit avec les lumières. Bon petit déjeuner.

Unser Lieblingshotel in Vietnam. Eine unglaublich nette Gastgeberfamilie, bei der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Zimmer sind groß, sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgesprochen sauber. Der Pool ist groß und ideal zum Schwimmen. Das Frühstück bietet eine vielfältige Auswahl und wird jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet. Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft, mitten in den Reisfeldern. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sogar spontan verlängert – insgesamt waren wir drei Wochen dort.

This villa is a quiet oasis away from the city with a fantastic infinity pool that was kept spotless. The owners were readily available and always quick to respond to any needs we had. There were always a variety of options for breakfast and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this location for any length of stay. The grounds are beautifully kept, and even when there were additional guests onsite, everyone had plenty of privacy and space to relax. This is a good one!

It would be nice to have towels available at the pool. We probably could have asked for them, but it would be nice if there was a place guests could collect them on their own.

A great place to unwind away from the bustle of the Ancient Town. Room was spacious, pool and greenery surrounding was beautiful. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast was great. Highly recommend Lantern restaurant around the corner for dinner and its cooking class.

I was a bit disappointed that the bicycles were in pretty poor condition so we ended up renting a motor scooter from in town (none available nearby). You really do need some form of wheels to get about this more rural location. Be aware also if it rains hard the road to the villa floods. However Grab is also cheap and easy to use and I would definitely stay again at this beautiful place.

Das Haus wird von der Familie absolut ordentlich geführt. Anwesen mit Garten und Pool war sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück war einfach gehalten und stets zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Nice large room. Good breakfast ( freshly baked bread, and fried eggs, fruit, tea and juice.) You have to order the day before. Lovely pool.

Shower over the bathtub was a problem for me. Toilet- reservoir took a long time to full up.

Das Hotel ist ein kleines familiengeführtes, sehr gepflegtes Hotel in Hoi An. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Ausstattung ist gut. Ein kleiner Pool ist vorhanden inmitten eines wunderschönen tropischen Gartens. Hier kann man wunderbar entspannen nach einem meist hektischen Tag in der Altstadt von Hoi An. Das Frühstück in Green Areca Villa ist á la carte, da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, Eierspeisen aller Art (z.B. der Bananenpfannkuchen ist ausgezeichnet), gebratene Nudeln, gebratener Reis, Suppen und vieles mehr, alles sehr sehr lecker. Das Hotel liegt zwar ein paar Kilometer außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Grab-Taxi ist die alles kein Probem. Eine klare Empfehlung von uns.

Es war unsere beste Unterkunft in ganz Vietnam. Es war alles wunderbar: Unser Zimmer, der freundliche Service, der Pool, der Garten, die Lage, das Preos-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wenn wir nochmals in Vietnam sind, kommen wir wieder.

The area is quiet but not too remote if you're willing to use the bikes. The villa is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the pool is big and beautiful, and the staff is very present, helpful and kind. There are a few places to eat really close by.

Clean and a lot of space. Nice swimming pool and just a short bike ride to the centre of Hoi An. We had the owners do our laundry and we're very surprised by how well this was done - our clothes felt as new and smelt delicious.

The toilet was leaking. The breakfast had a lot of options but quality could be better. No payment possible by card.

We were searching for a peaceful place to stay just outside the main town and were delighted to discover this hidden gem. The property offers a truly serene atmosphere, featuring beautifully manicured gardens and a large, crystal-clear swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need, while the bathrooms are equally generous in size and thoughtfully designed. To top it off, guests can choose from a wide variety of excellent breakfast options each morning. A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

That we couldn't stay longer

Cet endroit dégage une atmosphère de quiétude et de détente. Tout est spacieux et tranquille à la fois. La famille qui gère les lieux est chaleureuse et aux petits soins. C'est la première fois que je mets un 10 car j'avais envie de rester tellement j'étais bien.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. A peaceful space to stay and relax after visiting bustling Hoi An ancient city. We used grab taxis easily. Very pleasant and helpful family and staff. A couple of excellent massages by a family member. We left some clothes behind and they posted them to us immediately.

Na een rondreis door Vietnam zijn we hier geëindigd voor een paar dagen relaxen. Het voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Prima en rustige locatie. Zeer ruime kamers en badkamer en super vriendelijke mensen. Echt een aanrader.

Mooie locatie met schone en ruime kamers voor een comfortabel verblijf. De eigenaar is aardig en het ontbijt is heerlijk. Zwembad is ook erg fijn.

Locatie: eigenlijk moet je voor bijna alles in een taxi. Er is een aantal restaurants op loopafstand maar dat is meer voor even gemakkelijk eten. Een avond ( van de 3 avonden) was er tot 22.30 uur luide karaoke van achterburen

From the moment we arrived to the day of departure, we were welcomed and treated as friends. The owners take such good care of their property and also guests. Breakfast’s were awesome, any little thing we needed was provided, the amazing swimming pool plus bicycle’s available were a bonus as well. I would absolutely recommend Green Areca Villa to anyone.

It was perfect stay for us as a family. The breakfast was amazing and since we fell in love with the ginger tea, we are missing it so bad.

Staff couldn't do enough for me 👍 pool area beautiful and clean, great breakfast fresh served poolside, arranged a scooter for me and replaced it when it wasn't up to standard (not their scooter), did my laundry, very friendly family business. Remote enough to be peaceful but restaurants and mini Marts walkable, Hoi An centre a 5/10 minute ride away

The first scooter was awful. Not the villa owners fault, but I don't understand why the scooter hire owner gave it me in the first place. I felt like they took advantage because I was a tourist and this wasted 4 hours of my only full day to arrange it to be changed so I could drive further like I planned. Still only left me 2 hours before it was dark to go to where I wanted to be at 12pm... Again not the hotels fault, but not fair

The villa is kinda out of way:no shopping, sightseeing around. I wanted a quiet place so I knew that there is nothing around, no complaints from me. Hot water is really hot, the air-conditioning is perfect 👌 the pool is great and cleaned every morning. The owners are fantastic, happy to cook early breakfast, rooms cleaned daily

Maybe a fan in the bathroom

I wish every accommodation was like this. Maybe someone would find some shortcomings in the accommodation but for us it was an oasis and a great place to stay. Thanks

Absolutely amazing! We stayed here in total 2 weeks and we were sad we must leave this wonderfull place :) awesome owners, what a great family! Thank you guys for everything. I am a light-sleeper but I slept here very good. No noise, just one rooster at 4 am, but for 10 minutes :) calm and nice, everything just perfect. Plus we used free bycicles and went to the sea and Hoi An downtown. Strogly recommend!

My partner and I had an amazing stay here during our travels! The hosts were very accommodating, kind and friendly, the room was spacious and clean and breakfast was fresh every morning; also free bikes was a nice touch to cycle into the centre. The location is perfect, don’t be put off that it’s not in the centre as the more rural area is much more picturesque. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area!

Everything! The place was beautiful and everyone was really nice! Definitely a place to go back and recommend. They even let me stay there on my last day to use the pool, after I did checkout.

Location is so lovely. There are bikes for use to ride out into the countryside. So peaceful. Hung Li was the perfect host and makes the best breakfast. Rooms are very spacious. The pool and garden is beautiful. I just wish we had stayed longer. There was always someone there to give us information on the area. Some fab little eating places just down the road. We had a fantastic stay here.

The owners were very good people who could not do enough for us. Breakfast choices were very good and cooked to order. Great setting for breakfast around the pool. The pool is better than most 5 star hotel pools. The rooms and linen were very clean and serviced daily.

Its a little out of town and there are rurual properties all around with dogs barking all night.

The host was really nice and helpful, he came out to help us straight as we arrived. The place is very clean and on a high level. The pool is Great and clean, and it's just outside of the room

Cozy rooms in tropical garden with a clean pool, delicious food, great service and amazing hosts. I honestly hope to come back soon and I wish to stay there forever 😊. Mr. Le Hung and his family do amazing job. We felt like being part of their family. Best holidays ever.

Terrible breakfast as there were long threads of hair seen in omlette . Worst I have seen in any of my trips. Food was below average and not tasty . Need to improve cleanliness aspect bit more.Low rating on food to be honest.

Lovely accommodation and facilities set in a beautiful little area just out of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi town centre. Villa's and facilities were really lovely and exceptionally clean. Really lovely breakfast included in price. Great value for money. Amazing hosts who are extremely friendly and very helpful. They take great pride in their accommodation and service provided is above and beyond. Hosts are beautiful people and it is great family run business. Fantastic place to stay would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again.

It had everything for a traveller who combined work and vacation. Stable and speedy wifi, serene, pleasant, and clean environment. The hosts were awesome. They managed all our local tours and guided us very well. In summary, the stay was awesome. If I were I visit Da Nang again I would choose this property again.

You might encounter some harmless insects. But the host would come any time of the day to clear them up for you.

It was a very satisfying place. The breakfast was served in plenty for a variety of dishes and the kids loved it. In particular, I had a comfortable time with the friendly service of young female staff.

The infinity pool was the best. But the lady who cooks there is the best cook. I have eaten many dpringrolls. Jers is the best ihaveevdr eaten. Her cooking is 5 out of 5. The customer care was wounderfull

직원분 정말 친절하셨고 조식도 맛있어요 다음에 꼭 또 이용하고 싶은 곳이에요. 호이안 중심가와 거리가 있어 그랩이 잘 안잡혔지만 ㅠㅠ 매우 만족했습니다.

아직 알려지지 않은 좋은 곳이에요! 한국인분들이 잘 모르시는 곳이라 정보가 많이 없어 불안했는데, 아주 친절하며 수영장 이용시간 제한도 없고, 너무 친절했던 직원분들!!!! 제일 좋았던 건 조식이 완벽했던 거에요. 조식을 음식과 음료를 선택하면 다음날 만들어주시고, 과일가득서비스와 더울까 선풍기도 직접 켜주셨던 며칠 전이 그립네요. 아쉬운 걸 굳이 꼽자면 방안에 개미가 조금 있어요. 너무 작아 보이진 않지만, 음식을 흘리진 마세요.

It is an experience staying at Green Areca Villa. The location and its vicinity is quiet. Even if it is far from the town (15minutes ride) , riding the motorbikes going to the town proper will be an added adventure of your vacation. Even if we go home late, a hotel staff is always there to welcome us. Their staff, Ms. Hue, has been very helpful from the time we inquired until we left Hoi An. Will highly recommend this to friends. :)

Beautiful pool and grounds. Rooms are large and clean. The hosts and staff were so kind and attentive. Conveniently located in the beautiful country near old Hoi an and the beaches... just a short cab ride away ($2-4) This place is a true gem.

Great little boutique hotel- lovely owners, gorgoeous pool and peaceful setting away from all the hustle and bustle of Hoi An old town. The bikes were a bonus too and really enjoyed cycling around the countyside.

We arrived at a bad time of year weather wise but nonetheless really enjoyed our stay, Hoi An is a real gem.

빌라위치가 도심이 아니라 택시타고갔는데 기사아저씨가 이상하게 뱅뱅돌아서 택시비 바가지를 씌우려고했으나 실갱이하는걸 보시고 빌라 사장님께서 나오셔서 원래 나온다던 금액으로 합의봐주셔서 정말 감사했어요, 리조트는 정말 사진하고 똑같았고 방도 넓고 시트도 뽀송뽀송해서 좋았고 수영장이 크진않지만 예쁘고 놀기좋았어요, 특히 조식이 맛있어요~ 쌀국수 예술이고 바게트도 맛있고 커피를시키면 연유커피 만들어주시는데 맛있어요~ 무료로 빌려주는 자전거타고 20분이면 해변을갈수있고 가는동안 경치가 좋아요, 25분정도가면 시내에요, 시내에는 맛있는집이 많아요. 시간이되면 또 가고싶네요~

Отель просто превосходный. Расположен удобно. По хозяину отеля видно, что он болеет за своё дело. Расположен немного далеко от всего, но это не напрягает. Есть бесплатные велосипеды. Номера просторные, есть все необходимое.

다운타운에서는 조금 떨어져 있지만 조용하고 깨끗함. 조식을 원하는데로 선택할수 있으며 맛또한 훌륭함.

Stayed in a triple room with friends. The room was clean and big enough for 3. The pool is very nice and not crowded since the only have 6 rooms. Quiet at night. The breakfast is AMAZING.
