Was an excellent resort, with trolley to Dollywood, you could access both resorts. Friendly staff and beautiful grounds.
Everything
Nothing
Charged me double, apologized when I found out after my stay and said deleted it, but in the end didnt do anything and still charged me twice
Was a lovely hotel with loads of Dolly memorabilia throughout
This was a family vacation so we were looking for a place that had something for everyone. Beautiful resort that is kept immaculate by their staff. Standard rooms and junior suites are pretty good sizes. Here are the pros/cons: Pros: DM pantry- open most of the day with plenty of food options. Pizzas were our favorites. Outdoor pool- open til 11pm. Outdoor bar and food was great. Staff was friendly and helpful Trolley took us to Dollywood resort and HeartSong resort Cons-Need few more restaurants- breakfast and dinner limited to Buffett style We went at the end of August so it was bit emptier and less crowded.
The hotel is perfectly situated and so close to the park. It’s very welcoming and beautiful to step inside. The staff were so friendly and outgoing. Check in and out was a breeze. Room was super clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool and walking the resort to see all the amazing Dolly Details!! I found the spa to be very over priced. Our room was right around the corner from the spa but we chose to go to another resort outside the Dolly brand for those services. The food for dinner at the Song and Hearth was not what the menu stated online and we were disappointed in the taste and variety offered. Everything looked fresh, but we love buffets for options and found it lacking. Breakfast was better but so crowded and lots of unsupervised children. Those are my only down points. We found beautiful places to sit and relax and all views are breathtaking. We enjoyed some of the activities offered which was fun!! I suggest staying here, but eating elsewhere or stay at the Heart Song since we found that resort to be more upscale with better food quality.
Staff was super
Very clean and well maintained resort and the staff were very friendly!
Atmosphere , cleanliness and experienced staff.
None
Comfortable and clean and we liked the food pantry. They had lots of Starbucks drinks.
Everything but the food
The food
Location was good. Trolley works on time to take guests from the hotel to the park and back.
Front desk ladies at Pigeon Forge were rude most of the time. Manager was the only one with good attitude. Beds were not comfortable.
Beautiful, clean, convenient, food & beverage, pool.
Nothing
Many activities and super clean.
Spa Facial with Kaitlyn. Such a GREAT experience! Such'healing' hands!
We love the complimentary trolley that transport guests to and from the theme parks all day, the fast passes that lets use skip the line in the theme park and a “golden” hour to ride before the park officially opens to the public.
We love eating our meals there but the buffet price is a little too expensive.
Despotic staff that lacks basic knowledge of their facilities and treats every guest like a child, but in the worst way. Workers left rooms dirty after cleanup, were unaware of checkout times, overly patronizing in simple interactions, and to top it all off, they capped s’mores night at one s’more per guest. I will not be returning, and I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit.
The resort is beautiful, clean, and the staff is the greatest highlight of this place. Very efficient check-in, bellhop, and valet experience! Song & Hearth restaurant is also amazing, courteous staff and great food!
Great hotel… lounge is suspect…we were there every night spending a lot of money on food and drinks but then they sneak in $2 charge to not add mushrooms to sandwich… that’s where I draw the line.. never again! 😂 but seriously 😡
The room was very nice..the hotel spacious and well maintained. The outdoor pool was too small for the amount of people..indoor pool was too cold..
The restaurant
Every thing from a bottle of water to breakfast and dinner was too high priced. You would think that in a resort you could wash a load of clothes cheaper than $3. Three prices were so high they're was no way to feed my family a meal for less than $60. The resort was very nice but everything including things at Dollywood are easy over priced.
No vent fan in bathrooms
Everything was wonderful. The trolly to the parks and the fast pass for Dollywood was a great bonus to an already beautiful place. The staff was gracious and the grounds were beautiful.
Pool was excellent, kids loved it. Transportation to Dollywood is excellent
Another amazing stay at Dollywood! Went for my birthday; they gave us a better room and got us checked in faster. The view of the pool was beautiful, and we got to see the amazing fireworks. The staff was so kind and helpful and never failed to make us smile in interactions. Food was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!! Our day at the pool was relaxing as well. Only one small complaint is that two elevators were down. This made travel from the lobby/pool to our room harder. Although it was a weekend, I am sure they were busy and trying to get someone out there. Bed: Very comfortable, soft yet slightly firm. Made for a great night's sleep. Bathroom: Clean, stocked with towels, and even had an anti-slip shower mat!! (Which I love). View:10/10
Location was the best for our trip, everything we wanted to do was within 20 minutes.
The size of the room for the cost. Too expensive.
Don’t stay here! Hotel is run down, dirty & unsafe. I have attached a photograph of the air filter from one of the rooms as evidence of the unsanitary conditions we were exposed to throughout our stay. When we reported the issue, maintenance informed us that they were unable to replace the filter because no replacement filters were available. Our stay was affected by multiple serious issues, including: Having to change rooms three times. Being called liars by members of the staff. Finding hair in the nachos served at the pool bar. A lack of housekeeping service. Spending a substantial amount of time packing, vacating, and relocating between rooms. Many locals having complete access to the hotel, pool and facilities with no safety measures in place. The overall uncleanliness and unsatisfactory condition of the rooms. Taken together, these issues significantly impacted our stay and fell well below the standard we reasonably expected for a 4 star hotel.
The location, the trolley, the parking at the park. The amenities were nice, the rooms were cleaned, and the staff was nice.
There was nothing we had any concerns about other than the indoor pool wasn't big enough to accommodate the facility on a rainy day when the outdoor pools could not be used.
It was super close to the theme park .all of the food was amazing !🤩 the pool was so fun .I loved the hotel. they had very nice beds. the bathrooms were clean.
We had to wait a whole day for the sheets to come we had to call twice
I stayed in the junior suite and it was the perfect amount of space for a family of 4
4-star service mixed with southern hospitality and charm. Every staff member was genuinely happy. I gained a tremendous respect for Dolly as a loving leader and a genius planner. Adults and children have lots of things to do without overlapping.
Not one complaint. It’s perfectly designed.
What happened to Dollywood DreamMore Resort being an affordable destination for family vacations? This was what Dolly Parton announced and promised when she first opened the report. $600 a night through the week (NOT A WEEKEND) is NOT affordable for 2 people (1 adult and 1 child). The cheapest price we found in June (and it's not even officially summer yet) is $450 a night and that price came from a discount sites and NOT directly from Dollywood DreamMore website. It's a shame that local residence can't even afford to come stay through the week and enjoy their community area without being ripped off with high tourist costs. Dolly made a promise and I think her team needs to reconsider her vision.
Very clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. Highly recommended for families, as this hotel caters to children and offers plenty of activities to keep them entertained.
Traveling as a couple during the holidays in the USA in June, we wouldn’t recommend it for those looking to relax by the pool.
disappointed with size of the room considering the price (not worth $450) no microwave in the room
What a great experience to share with my adult kids and granddaughters. They loved the smores and bedtime stories at night as well as the crafts and fun stuff for children going on all day. Close to major attractions by car but the trolley to Dollywood was fun, fast and easy. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
So clean and staff was so kind / helpful
Maybe would like firmer pillows but overall highly satisfied with everything! Can’t wait to come back!
Lovely hotel, bedroom was comfortable and super clean.
Air conditioning sounded like a plane taking off.
Very clean, beautiful grounds, hospitable staff and alert life guards. Restaurant staff was very nice as well.

It was clean, the rooms were a good size, everyone was really nice and helpful! The shuttle to the park was also an excellent touch!
More à la carte food options for breakfast would be helpful. It also felt a bit pricey for the location and the amenities.
Convenient location, beautiful and impeccably clean, and very good restaurants.
Nothing to dislike.
Beautifully maintained, wonderful staff, trolly to the parks. Overall awesome experience
Nothing
Les animations dans l'hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel.
La vétusté de la salle de sport, et le manque de choix au déjeuner (pas de fromage ni de viande froide).
Room was hot
The hotel was comfortable and very clean.
The restaurant was very disappointing. We left after 30 minutes as a server hadn't even spoken to us. We felt that more Dolly music and personalised memorabilia on show.
Nice and friendly staff.
For the money they should have a free breakfast and kids should be able to enjoy the hot tub.
Clean and everything on point
Only bad thing was 2 of the 4 elevators were broken which caused some backed up traffic and stressful moments
The staff was amazing! Very friendly. The room was very clean. I like how we received the wristbands to Dollywood.
I do wish there was a free breakfest.
Check in was smooth and easy. Every employee we encountered was so friendly and helpful. There were so many activities for the kids, I we wish we had more times to explore. Musicians played at various times along with other offerings of hospitality, such as lemonade and s'more by the pool. We had a corner room and it was quite spacious. The room had cute Dolly inspired decor, was comfy and quiet. It was a long walk to the single bank of elevators which seems typical for many resorts. The shuttle to Dollywood picked you up right out front. They ran regularly and never had to wait on the shuttles, coming or going.
The property is amazing, the size, the cleanliness, amenities and STAFF. All made for a wonderfully relaxing easy stay. Having the ability to purchase park tickets at the resort and catch the Dollywood trolley right to the front gate was def great!!!
Good beds, nice shower.
Small bathrooms, no microwave in room
It was amazing! Best place I have ever stayed

Where to start! Loved every second. From the park , the hospitality, the food the comfortable hotel. All fabulous. Special mention to Cricket in the gift shop . Your story about Dolly will stay with me ,thank you. The restaurant and the stone soup, delicious! Thank you Natalie . The park . I have looked forward to this for years it didn't disappoint. The shows made me tearful. It was a pinch me moment. We stayed all day. The hotel is spotless. The trolley service to the park great. The pantry great. Making our first smores , delicious. The cinnamon bread omg ! Our room was comfortable and quiet bit of a walk at the end of the hotel. We used the laundry room no problem at all. Sat by the pool enjoyed the sunshine 🌞 Everyone we came across so friendly. Thank you. This trip will stay with me.
Beautifully kept hotel, park and grounds everybody was friendly and helpful
Would have been nice to have a running track around the grounds and ceramic cups in rooms
The best thing about the property is Jeremy the front desk manager! He’s an angel. I would come back now because of him. He helped so much!!!
The parking!
Excellent stay, cleanliness is their top priority. Pool was open, lifeguards on duty and very attentive.
Nice clean property with a great pool area for the kids. Comfortable bedding and polite staff and helpful.

Beautiful place. Staff was amazing!
We liked the location
The room and the areas throughout the facility was exceptional because of the awesome service and the cleanliness.
I just wish that turkey bacon could be served for breakfast and optional choices such as organic foods.
Room. Pool. Staff. Bed, Bathroom.

Location was great.
Hotel is a little dated. The buffet style restaurant is overpriced and not very good. The beds were like concrete with concrete pillows. Room Service failed to show up one day.
Impressive property in a great location
From the moment I stepped into The Spa at Dollywood's DreamMore Resort, I felt like I had entered a peaceful Southern retreat tucked into the Smoky Mountains. The entire space radiates warmth and charm, with a calming atmosphere that instantly helps you slow down, breathe deeply, and truly unwind. I booked a mani/pedi, a massage and a facial, and together they created one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve ever had. The massage with Pam was exceptional—perfect pressure, incredibly soothing, and thoughtfully tailored to release tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. It struck the perfect balance between therapeutic and deeply relaxing, leaving me feeling completely renewed. The facial with Lisa and mani pedi with amber was just as impressive. My estheticians took time to understand my skin and nails and customized the treatment to exactly what I needed. Every step—from cleansing to the final glow—felt luxurious and intentional. My skin and nails looked radiant afterward, but more importantly, it felt healthy, refreshed, and truly cared for. What really makes this spa stand out is the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. The staff were kind, attentive, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than routine. It’s clear why this spa has earned recognition among top spas in North America
Absolutely the friendliest staff I've encountered anywhere in quite some time! Seriously, they could give the staff of some Five Star hotels I've stayed recently some training! Everyone absolutely went above and beyond, from the valet who insisted on bringing my car up, even though I'd just left my phone and I cold've easlily walked to it and retrieved myself, to the housekeeper with whom we had a 30 miunte convesation about everything and nothing, to the hostesses at Song&Hearth each morning; and I was amazed at the ladies at DM Pantry who maintained their composure and friendliness while dealing with an obviously overdemanding and entitled customer, couldn't ask for better service!!! Really can't add any more to the glowing reviews that everyone else has posted. Hate being negative in a Five Star review, so think of these as suggestions instead of negatives. I found the bathroom to be rather basic in amenities, even in the true suite we occupied; at the rates charged a bathrobe, slippers, and other amenities should be provided, as well as turn down service. But these are minor quibbles and, in many ways, the service more than compensates!!
Complimentary shuttle service to Dollywood plus a beautiful outdoor pool and adults only hot tub! Enjoyed the scheduled daily activities for guests.
Inconvenient and pricey to have to go to one restaurant/bar to order adult beverage to take to pool or hotel room. In addition, Over a dozen seasonal ‘stink’ bugs found their way into our room - this was alarming to children.
This was our 2nd stay, and we were excited to come back. The pools and hot tub were nice even though there is no slide. We also played corn hole and enjoyed the free afternoon pink lemonade the lobby. We missed the free s’mores this time while we were eating at the buffet. You cannot be late. They wouldn’t give us a kit a couple minutes after the time was up. The buffet was good but expensive for what we got. We would not go back. We loved getting the cinnamon bread and coffee delivered to our room the next morning. The hotel is really pretty, and I enjoyed staying there again. The little touches of Dolly everywhere add to it. The staff were also friendly and helpful. We had 2 rooms for 7 people. My son’s only suggestion for improvement was to make the pink lemonade available at more times. Perks of staying at the hotel when we were there were 5 of their fast passes and the best parking for free.
It was really well thought out
I liked everything
We loved the hotel, customer service, dining, and amenities.
Kids crafts should be included and not a separate charge. Also a breakfast would be nice as includes in the stay.
The place is beautiful, clean and very friendly staff. We were happy we could use the heartsong pool due to broken Pump at DreamMore, they even drove us back and forth to heartsong.
We booked here specifically because the heated outdoor pool would be open, unfortunately due to pump issues it was not. Also one of the 4 elevators was not running which for spring break being super busy was long lines at elevator.
Stuff about dolly
Went there for hot tub and they didn’t tell us at check in it wasn’t working and oh room was on 3rd floor the father’s away from the elevator, as it can be as walking distance with someone with bad knees
The staff was very friendly and always helpful.
I loved everything about it!
Great Stay ! The front desk staff was very helpful
More music. Only saw the girls playing music one day
It was beautiful and had everything. No need to leave the resort. The Dollywood perks were great
Rooms were not as spacey and no microwave in room, only in hallway
Location is fine, facility really nice, has great options for families with children. Close to Dollywood and other parks, with free trolley transportation. Staff very friendly, welcoming. Pricey compared to other local facilities in terms of room rates, food, and some extra services as well as a conference facility.
This resort is fun whether you're traveling as a family with kids, a retired couple, or enjoying a romantic getaway for two. There are activities for kids and adults, including a game room. The rooms are oh-so-quiet and ready for you to relax in. The pool area is so large and there are groupings of Adirondack chairs around gas fire pits scattered around the edge. Nightly s'mores are offered and fun for kids and adults. The trolley to DollyWood runs about every 15 minutes and makes visiting the park so convenient. Included in your room rate are TimeSaver passes which give you a shorter line for rides AND VIP access to four of the DollyWood shows (reserve your time slot at the ticketing office on Show Street located next to the largest theater). The resort is pricey, but it is so fun to be so close to the park and enjoy a total Dollywood experience. I think kids aged up to about 12 years old would like this resort better than staying at DollyWood's HeartSong resort.
