La persiana no se podía abrir, dijeron que estaba estropeada y aun así alquilan la estancia. El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y no enfriaba, en Roma suele hacer mucha calor en verano... Las toallas son paños de carton

I didn’t like the fact that there is an open sewage stream literally beside the hotel. The smell from would always reach my room and I had to sleep in a environment that had a really bad odour.

Mi padre dejó sus maletas bajo la custodia del hotel, pero el personal las retiró sin su autorización y las retuvo durante más de cinco horas, incluido su pasaporte. Además, intentaron presionarlo para subir a un vehículo que no parecía un taxi oficial, haciéndolo sentir intimidado e inseguro durante horas.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Me encantó la ubicación, está a un minuto andando de la estación de termini, el hotel está ubicado dentro de lo que fue un antiguo palacete, las ventanas de la habitación dan a un patio interior, por ello, había poco ruido y pudimos descansar muy bien, tienen aíre acondicionado, lo que fue un alivio porque ha hecho muchísimo calor. El personal fue muy amable nos ayudó en todo lo que pedimos. Volver al hotel después de tanto caminar era un alivio. Es un hotel modesto, las habitaciones están un poquito anticuadas pero por lo menos nuestra habitación de tres personas era espaciosa
No puedo decir que algo especialmente no me gustara, pero si he echado en falta un espejo en la habitación un espejo fuera del baño, para poder prepárate mientras el baño está ocupado. El baño no tiene mampara y el suelo del baño se mojaba casi entero. El baño era muy antiguo, aunque a mí no me ha molestado ya que era funcional y me ha parecido curioso.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Perfect location for train travelers! If you need to travel by train, the location of Hotel Robinson couldn't be better. It is literally a 2-minute walk from Roma Termini station—you basically have one foot in the station already! The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, and the staff deserves a special mention for being incredibly kind and accommodating. I arrived early at around 11:00 AM, intending just to drop off my luggage until the standard 1:30 PM check-in time. However, the lovely receptionist saw my situation, was extremely understanding, and checked me into my room right away. Overall, a fantastic stay with wonderful service. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Gostei da localização, é muito próximo a estação Roma Termini, isso foi a principal vantagem da localização pq permitiu um deslocamento fácil de trem, ônibus ou até a pé pq alguns pontos turísticos dá para acessar mais fácil devido a localização.
Apesar da localização boa não gostei do ambiente, cheguei tarde da noite então a redondeza do hotel como a estação dava uma sensação de insegurança, logo na chegada o recepcionista ficou chateado pq eu apertei três vezes o interfone porém não dava pra saber se estava funcionando ou não pq o hotel fica dentro de um prédio com outros estabelecimentos, lá no fundo. Ele foi um pouco grosseiro ao me explicar que o toque o assustou, até entendi perfeitamente mas faltou ele ver o meu lado que estava numa rua escura e estranha 1h da madrugada. Devido a esse mal estar ao entrar no quarto e ir tomar banho não tinham deixado toalhas de banho então tomei banho e sequei com a minha própria roupa pra não falar com esse recepcionista, no dia seguinte falei q estava sem toalhas e o outro recepcionista do dia fez questão de conferir, achei chato pq desconfiou da minha palavra e entrou no quarto para ver e trouxe uma manta e uma "fronha" ele disse que lá eles usam isso para secar pós banho, nenhum dos dois eram tecido felpudo de toalha mas fiquei e usei durante a minha estada. O quarto era muito pequeno e a cama era aquelas improvisadas de ferro, não era uma estrutura de madeira ou cama box, tinha conforto mas era tudo o mínimo, banheiro pequeno e que molhava o vaso por ser tão próximo mesmo com a cortina pro ser tão próximo.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026La ubicación estaba muy bien, al lado de la estacion de Termini, con conexciones de transporte público a toda Roma. El personal fue esplendido, siempre muy atento y amable y te ayudaban con lo que necesitaras.
La habitación era bastante pequeña y el baño muy justo, incluso para mí solo. La ducha no tenia plato ni nada, era simplemente un rincón del baño con una cortina. La limpieza no estaba mal aunque tampoco era perfecta, ni mucho menos.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026The room was not as small as it looked on the pictures, mostly because the bathroom is not visible on the pictures. The bed was very comfortable and despite the busy station close by, the room was quiet.
If you leave the room key at the reception, be aware that you identity is not always checked when retrieving the key. On the other hand, it is pretty quiet at the reception, so there is no real risk of malignant use of the key.

Room was ok but Is very tired looking, especially lobby. Very basic no frills hotel. Small bathroom, shower curtain did not reach floor to prevent water over floor. No coffee in room, not even in lobby but restaurants are close. price was reasonable for location and city I suppose.

Definitivamente volvería
el impuesto se debe pagar en efectivo lo que no es muy cómodo ya que solo viajo con tarjeta

One night we came back very late, and the staff member was still waiting for us in the lobby. They also reminded us to be careful with our belongings when we went out. On the last day, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel with complete peace of mind. The service was very thoughtful and reliable.

The shower area was very small and only had a curtain separating it from the toilet and the rest of the bathroom. The curtain kept touching you while showering, which was unpleasant because it looked like it had not been changed in a long time. It looked dirty and even had mold on it.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the train station, making it incredibly convenient for arriving, departing, and exploring the city. The Colosseum is only about a 30-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and food options nearby. There is also a supermarket directly across the road, which was very handy during our stay. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly easy and hassle-free. We were also able to store our luggage at the hotel after checking out until we were ready to leave, which made our final day in Rome much more enjoyable and stress-free. We stayed in a double room with two single beds, which were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily and kept in excellent condition throughout our visit. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, and having a 24-hour reception made the hotel easily accessible no matter what time we came and went. What really made this hotel stand out, was the staff. Each member of the team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and truly made our stay memorable.
The only thing I wasn’t particularly fond of was that the shower had a curtain rather than a fully enclosed screen, but that’s simply a personal preference. Other than that, I honestly have no complaints.

Lo malo es que habia un olor feo en la habitacion, como si fuera olor a cloaca, no era que estaba sucia sino que era de las instalaciones.
