Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Staff very pleasant and friendly. Spacious room. Nice kitchenette. Quiet. Great that checkout wasn’t until noon.
Breakfast closed by 9 am. The food had pretty much run out and there was one plate left when I arrived at 8:30 am, which I suppose wasn’t unexpected. Had to move furniture to plug in the tv. One of the lights didn’t work. Mattress had a big depression in it that I had to sleep around but the bedding was very comfy.

Front staff checking in wasn't real friendly. Bathroom is a bit tiny in comparison to other hotels. Centennial breakfast area was busy, which meant tables weren't wipes, not enough syrup containers and forks, but the staff member assisted us.

At checkin no one was at the desk I rang the buzzer for service & no one came to the desk . Another couple arrived & we both waited for a good 5 Minutes we rang the buzzer again & an asian girl exited the bathroom looking embarassed & said she never heard us ringing . Also upon arrival I discovered that I had overpaid by $22 plus fees & taxes I booked through Booking.com & paid $104 plus fees & taxes = $116 for the room but when I pulled up my booking an ad came up $82 through Booking .com EXACT SAME ROOM , LOCATION & DATE ! As a senior on a fixed income I find this very distasteful & it's one of the reasons I haven't used Booking .com for quite awhile . Needless to say I will NOT be booking anything with them again. I mentioned the price difference at the desk & she merely shrugged .

The breakfast had too much single-used cutlery items for my (ecological) taste. It would have been nice to warn that the omelette had bacon in it.

Breakfast is not really a buffet. Tweaking the menu would certainly improve it. The grey sausage is off putting. I suggest healthier options. ie, granola, plain Greek yogurt, fresh fruit and removing bulky bagels particularly poppy seed. Replace with multigrain options and some gluten free items. People are looking for healthier options nowadays.

There was some confusion while checking in. It was explained to us that there were a number of large groups that had checked out and so there was a shortage of linens to complete the room turnovers. More staff should be engaged when this happens. Breakfast tables were not cleaned after previous guests. We cleaned our own table. Hashbrowns were undercooked so they became one big lump of mashed potatoes. Otherwise the sausage and egg had been recently filled. Coffee was good.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026There was a sign on the desk when I arrived stating that staff would be right back and to call a number if it's urgent. It wasn't particularly ugent, so I waited and made noise in case the staff was around to hear someone was there. Probably waited 15 minutes and in that time other cleaning staff entered and saw me walking around with my bags in the reception area. It turns out that the receptionist was there the whole time in a room toward the back from the entrance chit-chatting with the cleaning staff, including those who walked in but didn't bother alerting the receptionist someone was waiting. Definitley not anything important, just small talk. Very annoying.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026I was impressed with what we got for our money. I wasn’t expecting a kitchenette in our unit considering we were paying less than other similar hotels without a kitchenette. I felt the hotel overall was highly efficient, no wasted space. Staff were helpful. High value for the money spent.
My only recommendation is that it would be nice to have more fruit at breakfast, ie: apples and oranges in addition to bananas.
