Reviewed Sep 27, 2025The property was just fine no issues other than we booked a suite through Expedia and upon arrival we were put in a tiny room with the blame on our “third party booking”, eventually after issues were straightened out our original suite was already given away and we were moved from the tiny room to one with a gigantic bathtub in the living room 😒 So, property wise we were fine , disappointed with the mix up when we had prepared in advance for a certain room.

Reviewed Sep 22, 2025Room was nice and clean, and liked the full-size fridge, the breakfast was good. Easy check-in. Now the downfall was breakfast only runs till 9am. Should be till atleast till 10. And another thing that really leaves me leaved off was a text message that woke us up at 7am, asking when we are checking out. I you just trying to kick out us out as fast as possible? If we wanted a wake-up call we would have asked for one. We know when check in and checkout is, why would we need a text at 7 am for? Some people do like to sleep in abit, and maybe not even go for breakfast, especially when it ends at 9am. So anybody that wants to stay at this hotel, and don’t want to woke up at 7am, I suggest you tell them the night before.

Reviewed Jul 26, 2025I booked this on July 11, by mistake for July 25, while trying to book for that night. Although there were rooms available, hotel refused to change the reservation. No-cancellation/no-refund policy was in fine print, but that does not change how infuriating the situation was. Expedia tried to convince hotel to change reservation, but not able to do so. Expedia did not give credit either. This was not an unusual mistake, and it could happen to anyone. Unethical business practice.
