Kindersley Inn

Location is good for those travelling on with shopping and restaurant services in close proximity. Very convenient to have a restaurant on the premises. Good food at reasonable prices.

I didn't like to have to go to the bar for supper as the restaurant close at two in the afternoon. I specifically looked for a hotel that advertised a restaurant as it was very cold out and didn't want to have to leave the building,

Booked for 3 people. Towels were enough for 2 people, had to ask for more.

The junior suite was so comfortable with the separate bedroom and nice sitting room. Comfortable furniture and TV in both the sitting room and the bedroom was so nice to have.

The bathroom floor was very unclean and the shower curtain was to small making it quite awkward to shower

The thermostat cap is missing - it got cold during the night- no way to adjust the temperature. Very nice beds very comfortable.

No early breakfast that other hotels offer room old looking

Mainly my concern is that this place is showing its age. The common areas look very uninviting. The room itself was okay.

Great place to stay, it was nice and quiet and the restaurant was tasty with great prices. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel price was more than condition. Room carpets conditions was very bad. No dispoal glass for make coffees. Washroom was too dirty. Towel was not good.

I started coughing through the night couldn’t figure out why , my husband found in the air conditioner filter was full of dust and food that was molded…..it was nasty

We booked a night in Kindersley to break up our drive to Alberta. I picked one of the less expensive options and really wasn't expecting much. Just a place to sleep and head out early in the morning. We pulled up the the hotel and it was as expected, nothing too fancy, a little dated. Then we went to check in and were told that our rooms were at their second - which is a hotel with no signage on the same parking lot (looks like a Best Western). We moved on over there and were greeted with a very quiet, very new, clean and huge hotel. Our room was amazing - very large with 2 comfortable queen beds! Relaxed the evening away, had a great sleep and were on the road bright & early. Great hotel for a great price.

In the "new" building . One of tvs did not work ,, the thermostat housing was broken , i had to reinstall it to adjust ac. This building is getting run down and needs maintenance as well ,, rooms showing lots of wear .. Front desk staff was quick and friendly

This is a good hotel in terms of price - quality. Quite clean. Quiet. Very convenient that there was a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, toaster and dishes.

Over all it was a good place to stay.

Ok, clean older hotel. Good price, but you won't get breakfast, and the pool has been closed for over a year. Fitness room is good. Kids won't be thrilled - no pool, and the restaurant that stays open late doesn't allow minors. But you're paying about half the price than the new boxy hotels, so can you dig it?

Easy check in. Nice staff. Clean room. Heater in room is very noisy. Hums very loud, every time it kicks in, then makes a gurgle noise for 20 seconds before it quits.Wakes you up throughout the night.

There is a lot of parking, even for semi trucks. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool and hot tub are closed until further notice, but it doesn’t say so on the website.

Pretty dilapidated building, room wasnt super clean, tv didnt work, I was only there for one night so just decided to go to bed and leave as early as possible.

The beds are comfortable with good pillows. The hotel could use more housekeeping and use a good cleaning. The side doors are not unlocked by 10am so you may have to walk all the way around to get in to your room from the parking lot.

No housekeeping except for one day and we were there for five we had to go to front desk for everything

The hotel is very dated. Very few electrical outlets to plug in devices, none in the bathroom. You had to unplug fridge or microwave if you wanted to plug in coffee maker. Toilet was loose on the floor. Heating system was difficult to set to a consistent temperature. Outside access from other than the front entrance did not have a key access.

The pools been closed for years from what we were told. It seems like the hotel hasn't been updated for years as well

The bed was comfortable.

Had to ask for a plug to the bathtub. They brought a broken one to us, so we had to use a facecloth. There was a burning smell in our room off and on throughout the night. They had a luggage trolly, but it was awkward trying to get it in the building and out of the building as there was no handicap button to push. The blackout curtains had spots that were missing, so daylight came through them. Only 2 outlets in the room. Glad we brought an extension cord with us so we could plug in our cpap and bipap machines. The room really needs some upgrades. Don't know how it could have a 4 star rating.

It was a good stop for one night but a bit musty and the toiletries weren’t refilled so we found ourselves with a half bottle of cream a no shampoo. Staff was very friendly

Stay was great but one thing I noticed that the outdoor windows around the Inn were quite dirty and haven't been cleaned for awhile. It made for a bad view from my room in the AM. Not a huge issue but I just wanted to point it out to you.

Our room this time was sadly not the same quality that we had with our previous stay, were dissapointed with the run down look(burns in the carpet ,soda splash against the wall, cable was very spotty, water damage). The beds were quite comfortable though. The little hairdryer was really good . The staff were helpful. I hope that building is due for an upgrade because it realy needs it. Just my modest opinion.

The hotel space was more than amazing!!! Wide wide halls and well furnished. The woodwork in the room was very beautiful. Lots of space in our room. Nice furniture- great king sized bed. All the creature comforts that the others lack. Granite counters. The room was easy to regulate for temperature. All for a reasonable price!

Only that card keys lock the door of departures- EXACTLY at 11am. No exceptions.

The food in the lounge was good and waitress was nice snd very good at her job.

Room had a musty smell. Left bathroom fan on all night to hopefully suck some of that smell out. Was up alot of the night and sick n the morning.

Decent stay but Poor maintenance of the hotel.

So I booked through Expedia and when I checked in after work I went to have a shower there was no hot water. I went to the front desk and she told me to run the water longer...... 45 minutes later still no hot water so I had a cold shower. Day 2 after work guess what, no hot water but this time I get told the boiler was down and someone was on route to fix it. Still no hot water when it was time to sleep so day 2 of cold shower. Woke up the next morning with a note under my door the water would be off from 11am to 6pm. I was fed up I work hard and a sweat hard and no hot water in a hotel is unacceptable. Messaged Expedia to voice my concerns and the best they could do was no charge for unstayed nights but no comp for 2 days of cold showers. I'll never use Expedia again....... EVER they don't look out for thier customers

The hotel shown on the website was not the building you check in. The lobby was dirty and ceiling tiles were missing, it looked like barely a 1 star.The hotel did not have our reservation completed, we looked at a room, and decided we would never stay there. However we were charged the full amount as if we had stayed. We phoned hotel desk and were told nothing they could do about it, but it was an Expedia problem. Phoned Expedia, and they said they could do nothing about it. I told Expedia that the pictures on their website match their "newer" hotel, and that the hotel we were offered was not the same, false advertising. They didn't care

The new building was nice and clean and the staff were friendly for my first night

the second night I was in the old building and it was terrible. The room was tiny, dusty, food left in the fridge from previous guest and the room just smelled bad🫤

Only thing that was missing is the pool wasn’t open

Went to a wedding. Access for the event required us to go through the pool area.not ideal when you are dressed up even if the pool wasn't working

Convenient location. Quick check in. Very disappointed no breakfast on Sunday. Made it less enjoyable to stay. It’s easier to have morning meal at the hotel. Hope they are able to offer this again in the future.

Price was good, appreciated how quiet it was and had a restaurant on the property.

Outside traffic noise. TV selections where very limited.
