Best Western Plus Kindersley Hotel

The hotel is very clean, quiet! Good amenities as well.

Our room wasnt clean upon arrival

The fact it had a pool and hot tub as amenities.

I booked through your site, I had a confirmation number. Upon checking I was denied accommodations because I did not have a credit card in my possession. I paid 260.00 cash as a security deposit. The hot tub was not in service. The bathroom shower walls were covered in white soap scum. The grout was dark thus showing the filth more. I stayed a second night. They could take my debit! It was the second morning when I went to have a bath that I realized the scum. Housekeeping REMOVED the shampoo and cream from the room!! I was upset. I mentioned all problems at check out. My.room was approximately 150.00 per night. I got a 25.00 credit. It was more the facilities issues than yours.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage am Highway war für uns ideal für die Durchreise.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Ausstattung war aber ok.

The breakfast selection and pool cleanliness.

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool was good

The reception desk woman was kinda rude. Not super welcoming. Felt like she was bothered to check me in or answer my questions

Friendly staff and clean well appointed rooms.

The staff were wonderful. Every single person we spoke to was kind and friendly. We were extremely impressed with everything.

Breakfast was very good. We appreciated the coupon for Montanas. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean

The shower was built for a basketball player! Impossible to reach to adjust for anyone under six feet tall 🥴

It was clean and seem newly renovated room.

It’s expensive compared to the neighbouring hotel. The only difference that I see is because they have a pool, but the design of the pool is not family friendly kids won’t enjoy the pool. That’s why I pay extra is for our little one to enjoy it but it didn’t what exactly happen.

Breakfast was ok Location was fine

I did not like the mouse that woke me up at 2:30 am trying to get off a sticky trap I Could not sleep after that for an hour I went to tell the night attendant about it and to ask for gloves to remove it as she was too scared to do it. I would have rather had a discount for the interruption of my night's rest Did not get offered anything but an apology Not sure I would stay there again

Location

Does not clean room and does not replace supplies or fresh towels

Clean, quiet with nice eating area . Lots of parking

Nothing

Excellent breakfast. Good location away from traffic noise. Heating fan reasonably quiet. Staff helpful with tv operation. Excellent service & food at Montanas next door.

Clean and tidy

Nothing

Breakfast hours were short for a weekend and Very busy. Limited food and seating.

Extended hours, more help to keep on top of food supply.

Noise. Staff had no control over what was going on in the hotel. Hockey teams took over the facility. Parents Drinking in the lobby till well after 11 pm. Screaming and yelling in the hallway. Breakfast in the morning was again taken over by the hockey team and we were unable to get food or find a place to sit as they took over the facility

Stovetop to cook

hair on mattress

Great break great location

Everything was great

Front desk was very rude Fridge had moldy muffins in it Breakfast was inedible. It was dried out like it was either warmed up or been sitting in steam trays way too long Room was large with nice comfy bed

Fun and relaxing

Very good

Comfortable bed and good size room

Lived up to expectations

very friendly staff very clean

Pubic hair in bathtub, not clean

I liked that it was a good price, clean and the comforter was great. It was a bit noisy.

Noisy room, wallpaper in vatgroom

The room was not clean, blankets and shees were dirty and the second blanket i asked for was also dirty

Pool was cold. Hot tub not hot.

Clean and very spacious

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property. The price was good and the breakfast amazing again. Last time I was one the 4th floor but this time I was put on the main floor right by the main lobby and staff room. I could hear people talking u til late at night and early in the morning. The bed also wasn’t as comfy this time. That would be my only complaint. Wasn’t quite as satisfied as the first time but still a great hotel.

The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable. I absolutely love the fact they are pet friendly!

Either the shower heads need a good clean or replaced.

Great place, stay there often. Big rooms, kitchenette. Can’t go wrong.

The bathroom door wouldn’t fully close due to some warping of the door however on check out I mentioned it and they were going to repair it.

Friendly, helpful staff, very clean and comfortable.

This hotel provides an excellent breakfast which is a plus when travelling long distances. I would like to see that the carpeting had been cleaned.

🙂

I thought the property was good and clean, nice accommodations, only downfall was the Beds, they smelt like BO, and the pillows stunk like sweat, was kind of disgusting actually and found this very troubling, Bring your own pillow!!

Very friendly and accommodating staff properly was clean . Rooms were very clean

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. A friend of ours that had been traveling with us unfortunately was involved in an accident just prior to our stay, and the staff were able to get her room refunded despite same-day cancelation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hot breakfast is quite good. I would definitely stay here again.

This room cost us $200 but with the noise and tissue thin walls I shudnt have spent $50! I had a difficult time sleeping. Very disappointing. We were there at 0900 for bfast but it had closed, altho it got re-opened for a family we noticed on our way out at 0920! I wudnt recommend this facility to anyone.

Great staff. Lots of parking for those with a large RV/truck. Montana’s next door was a great treat. Hotel gives 20% discount. Pool is lovely!

Excellent breakfast, cordial, efficient Staff, quiet lovation - overall, excellent.

The bed was so comfortable. I never had the chance to stay to long due to leaving at 430 am.

Area around the property is not very nice but the hotel and Montana's next door is convenient

It was a great location and a clean place to sleep

Very friendly staff. Quiet room. Close to Montana's.

The beds were so comfortable, staff was accommodating, the breakfast was wholesome and filling. The woman working in the kitchen even made sure we had enough when breakfast was over as we were late arrivals. I found that very kind.

Everything was satisfactory

Front desk staff was pleasant and polite. Had a shower and the water didn't drain (water was 1/2 way up my legs -GROSS!!! Our 90 year old mother could have a shower due to slipping hazard (unfortunate!!!)

Montanas next door.

A lot of activity in the halls around 1:00 and 2:00 am which affected my sleep. I know this issue is hard to control but just pointing it out.

We reserved a hotel room for a business stay. Room was clean when we arrived. Front staff was super friendly upon arrival. Our dogs were very welcome during our stay. We will definitely choose this hotel for next stay

Staff was very friendly and hotel was well kept

Very nice

Nice place. I will return here.

Very clean, easyto park. No covered parking for motorcycle.

The continental breakfast and close to the stores

Please ask guests who smoke to go further away from the front door entrance. It is absolutlely disgusting to walk through cigarette smoke coming and going out of establishments. I realize this is at every business I visit, just a suggestion

We had our small dog and it was great

I did not like the fact that the staff continously entered my room without permission. Id go down to the pool and staff would enter the room turning off lights,tv etc. Made me uneasy as all my personal belongings were in plane view. This happened every time i was out of my room for supper, shopping or swimming. Not impressed

The staff were very nice and the room too!

Not much

Early check in cost $35 for one hour even though the hotel was basically empty. We also left a small bag in the room when we left and called about it when we got home but they didn’t even come back to us on this.

Hotel was fairly clean some smudges in the bathroom and in the tub. Stayed there on our way to alberta and then on our way back there was a bike sitting outside looked to be abondoned and was still there 3 days later

Very nice room…homey!

clean and inexpensive

Pleasant service, good value. Property in excellent shape

Room was very small and cramped. No soap dish in shower area. Bathroom very small and not suitable for more than one person. Has problems getting tv to work and has to contact front desk for assistance. Overall didn’t think it measures up to our usual stay at a Best Western Plus hotel.

Staff really friendly. Hottub hit the spot. No toilet paper in the room. Had to call and they delivered. I would come back.

Nice staff, nice building.

I have stayed at other best wrsterns and i really love how spacious it is, and very clean

Hair in my shower, a/c didn’t work well and my shower head was old and crappy out dated

The front hotel staff was very flustered every time I interacted with her. A nice older lady but she had mentioned more than once it had been a terrible day for her. We got up to the room to find there were no sheets on the pull out bed. I went down to get some and to also tel her that the bed was stained (most likely an accident by a child) but it looks like it had never been dealt with. Again the lady was agitated about her day, said there should have been sheets on the bed already. I waited for quite some time for her to get me bedding. I felt for the lady so I took it up myself but there wasn’t really a sincere apology about the stain or me having to lug the bedding up.

I loved having the kitchenette in my room. I always have to travel with my own food due to health issues so having the kitchenette was great.

It was a decent hotel, it was clean. The breakfast area was too small (poor design, jams up in the corner) and it felt very crowded. For a hotel that can house hundreds of people, why does the breakfast area feel crowded with 20 people on it. We went at 8am this morning and there was hardly any food left.

The sofa bed was not made as a bed, even though I had listed that it would be 2 adults a 1 kid. Because over midnight and I didn't want to prolong my kid's sleep night, I didn't ask for the sofa bed be made in that moment. Though I complained in the morning and no compensation was provided. I won't stay in this hotel again.

Great

A nice place to stay overnight while on the road. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast and helpful staff!

The staff were very helpful. My room was lovely. Clean and bed was comfy

Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like. It was fine for my stay.

All the staff were very friendly. Overall cleanliness was good, however, did find a grape and partial bottle of water in the dresser drawers. The A/C only cooled when on high setting. The auto setting worked 1 night out of the 6 nights, but the nights were cool so it was comfortable. The sink in the kitchenette would not keep water in and it leaked. They did send someone to to fix and it didn't leak as bad, and still would not keep water in the sink. Pool was a good size for the children to play/ swim.

We enjoyed our stay.
