Muy amplio, cómodo, limpio, todo cuidado al detalle, personal muy amable. Excelente en todos los sentidos.

Room was nice, the bathroom had great set up.

Room smelled of smoke, and maitnence didnt allow us to use pool/gym.

מלון מקסים, ארוחת בוקר ממש טובה. לא קרוב לים או לשווקים אבל הכל במרחק נסיעה קצרצר.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, phòng ở ấm cúng, trung tâm thành phố. Mình đã ở đây cùng gia đình 5-6 lần rồi mà vẫn muốn quay lại đây nữa.

It was convenient and all the things we needed, pool, grocery store, washing machine and clean. Bottled water in the room. Knew we needed clothes rack to dry and brought up to us without us asking.

Our stay was too short

Good equipment with pool, gym, kids zone... and full facilities as apartment. The staffs were so nice and willing help us, even at 23h00 pm

Toàn bộ ổ cắm dùng loại 3 chấu của châu Âu rất khó cắm thiết bị điện ở Việt Nam. Khách sạn hơi cũ nhưng khá sạch.

Có bể bơi phù hợp với trẻ em, đi ăn uống xung quanh khách sạn rất tiện.

The 2 bedroom apartment was HUGE!! Everything was clean, amazing view, quiet at night time, awesome pool for the kids. After Ha Long Bay cruise it was the perfect place to rest for the night before flying out the next day.

The transfer to the airport was $40USD which seems expensive considering it was 7min drive to the airport.

Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, có máy giặt sấy. Bể bơi view siêu đẹp, mỗi tội đi mùa đông nên nước hơi lạnh.

Đồ ăn sáng không ngon như hy vọng, hơi đơn điệu, các món bánh đều không ngon. Phở bò với mỳ Nhật tàm tạm.

The room is very large and comfortable, and it's fully equipped; you could easily live there. The room service is excellent.

The gym is practically the same as not having one at all, it's a bit far from the city center, and the air conditioning in the main room was weaker than in the others.

찾아가기 편하고 레지던스라 부엌과 세탁기도 사용할 수 있어 아이와 여행하는데 매우 좋았음

Everything is more than I expect. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is what the children like the most. It is clean. The staff is so nice, friendly and helpful. The apartment is a good choice for my family when staying in Hai Phong.

The scent in the hotel lobby is too strong and not kind of natural scent

Extremely noisy are with car/motorcycles honking all the time. A bit old style hotel but nice and friendly staff. Not a good choice if you’d like a peaceful condition.

The studio apartment was large, with a nice kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, crockery & cutlery. There was a large fridge and a double burner electric stove. The breakfast buffet was great.

We had a 2 bed apt. It was huge and clean. Very nice.

The advertising still stated it was above a mall. However, this closed during covid. So we had to source a mall which was not too far away.

I had a 2-bedroom apartment that was well-equipped for cooking. The cleaning staff did a good job each day. The area around the property is noisy and crowded. If you are in Hai Phong for a longer business trip and you want a service apartment, this could be right for you. I was charged for a missing ladle and spoon surprisingly which must not have been there from the beginning, so keep in mind that at check-out you could be charged for missing items although they do not give you a list of items at check-in.

Check in is brisk and given 2 access cards for elevator and door. Rooms are clean and there is fridge and washing machine to use. But balcony area is locked. Nearby, there is a small mall with a big supermarket. There is also a pool and gym at the common area. Didnt try the breakfast as it costs 200k vnd.

The room was very spacious and everything was clean. The breakfast suited our tastes to the point where we thought it was a special menu just for our family. In particular, Lily and Sue were very attentive to any inconveniences and were very friendly. Of all the hotel staff I've ever been to, these two staff were the best. I regretted that the trip was short.

Perhaps because of the weather, the water temperature in the swimming pool was too low. If the kiddie pool had been heated, everything would have been perfect.

Clean and in a convenient location, though not one local taxi driver was able to find me without calling me first!

When I checked out, they claimed a cup and a plug were broken. Wanted to charge me extra for it. Never touch that particular cup, as for the plug it was already like that when we arrived. Spoil the whole experience.
