Es hat mir alles gefallen, außer dass das schwierig ist einen Parkplatz zu finden, wenn man mit einem Auto ankommt. Ansonsten war die Lage top.

Das einzigste was wirklich extrem schwierig war, waren die Treppen also für diejenigen, die es buchen wollen am besten in der Mitte und nicht ganz oben am Dach. Ansonsten für diejenigen die Sportler sind, sind die Treppen auch keine Schwierigkeiten mehr.

De locatie is erg fijn. Je bent zo bij alle winkeltjes en eettentjes. Personeel was erg lief. Kamer mooi en schoon. Fijn verblijf gehad. Ze hebben op het laatste moment nog een massage kunnen regelen. Massage was goed!

Als je met de auto komt is het niet ideaal. Er worden twee opties aangegeven waar je kan parkeren. Dit zou nog beter uitgelegd kunnen worden.

Rooms was spacious, comfortable and air conditioned. Great breakfast included each morning and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Location was great. Quieter residential area 5 mins from busy blue gate was worth it! Staff was amazing; treated us like family, which is priceless!

We had a pleasant stay at the riad in Fes. The location was very convenient for exploring the city, and we particularly loved the beautiful decoration, with lots of interesting artwork throughout the property. Breakfast was a standard Moroccan-style breakfast, similar to what we experienced at other riads.

There were a couple of issues worth mentioning. Someone was banging on the door outside the riad at around 3am, followed by someone pacing up and down the staircase, which disturbed our sleep. Also, the bedside lamp had a sharp exposed metal edge. When I reached for the air-conditioning control beside the lamp, I accidentally cut my hand and it bled a little. I would strongly recommend that the sharp edge be repaired or covered to prevent someone else from being injured.

The staff were incredible. We had a medical emergency with my partner dislocating her knee while in bed, the staff helped organize a doctor and an ambulance and helped to carry her out of the riad on a stretcher to the ambulance. After they were very accommodating and moved our room to the ground floor to avoid stairs and did everything possible to make sure our stay was comfortable. They also did an amazing job of remembering the names of all of the guests and referring to them by name, a small but welcome touch to feel at home.

This is a property truly fit for Royalty! The space, the location was quiet yet close. And the Staff was the highlight of the whole place. Ayoub was not only a very attentive host, but an overall friend, it was really cool to get to meet him and be supported by him throughout our trip.

L’accueil excellent, Tahar, Ayoub et Nadia très souriant et aux petits soins. La chambre très spacieuse, une bonne literie. Le Riad est super bien placé et si vs êtes motorisé, un parking juste à proximité.

This riad and room were absolutely beautiful and this was my favorite stay anywhere in Morocco. I also highly recommend booking the hammam and massage! Exceptional staff and experience; I will be staying here any and every time I’m back in Fes!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad à Fès. Le personnel était incroyablement sympathique et accueillant, avec une mention spéciale pour Taher, qui a été exceptionnel ! Son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse ont vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. C’est une perle rare ! Nous avons séjourné dans plusieurs riads, et ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est la qualité du personnel. Nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits de tout : l’accueil, le service et l’attention portée aux clients. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe, et surtout à Taher ! Continuez comme ça, vous êtes au top 👏

Perfect Riad to stay in while in Fez. Very clean, safe, great location and the best food. Communication with guests was great from the beginning and Hamza was THE BEST host. Do not look further.

Erg mooie Riad op een fijne lokatie om de stad en omgeving te verkennen. Taxi kan tot zeer dichtbij komen en je loopt zo de souks in. Onze kamer was mooi, ruim en schoon. Ontbijt was lekker en voldoende. Mooi groot dakterras met fijne ligbedden. Erg aardig en behulpzaam personeel! Wij hebben ook genoten van een behandeling in de Hammam en een massage.

The hotel was beautiful, with a spacious and comfortable room overlooking the courtyard. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room when I first arrived, probably caused by dampness. It disappeared after I got used to it, but it wasn’t a good first impression. I also missed having a TV in the room.

Beautiful riad with great food and amenities. The staff was simply fantastic and our room absolutely gorgeous. We loved every second of our stay.

One of the nicest Riad that I have stayed. Very centrally located. All the staffs were amazing. Especially Hamza. We had a fantastic time. Will book again.

Tout a déjà été dit au sujet de la qualité des lieux. Je préfère revenir sur l’équipe en charge de nous faire vivre ce moment d’exception. Tahir qui vous accueille comme un ami avec la juste distance. Hamza un pilier de gentillesse et d’hospitalité qui fera absolument tout ce qui est son pouvoir pour vous satisfaire. Une pensée également à l’équipe féminine moins dans la lumière mais qui s’activent tout autant pour rendre cet endroit magique.Un très grand merci à vous toutes et tous. FABULEUX !

The riad was beautiful, and our suite was very comfortable. The team welcomed us with great kindness and generosity. The services they offered, including Moroccan pastries, delicious mint tea, the spa, the restaurant, and the guide for the medina, were beyond our expectations. It is very simple: we are already planning to come back so we can spend more time discovering the city. A big thank you to the whole team at the riad!

初めてのリヤド。入口のイメージとは別世界のような素晴らしいエントランスに感動。最上階の部屋でしたがプライベートテラスのような場所があり、清潔感もあり 素敵でした。

Nos encantó la habitación , era muy amplia como una suit con zona aparte de sofá y mesita para té.. la terraza era preciosa . Zona con tumbonas para tomar el sol y chillout para tomar algo o estar con tu ordenador al aire libre. Muy cuidadas todas las instalaciones . Los dos chicos de recepción muy amables . Nuestro avión salía a las 19:05 y cogíamos el taxi a las 16:15 y nos dejaron disfrutar de las instalaciones ( terrazas , chillout, y patio interior hasta la hora de irnos ) guardandonos las maletas . Tenía aire acondicionado muy bueno en la habitación y el baño típico arabesco bonito.

We loved everything about the Riad! Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated with great natural lighting. The location was quiet and a quick walk put you in the heart of the Medina. Hamza took great care of us as newbies to Morocco.

The staff were extremely helpful with organizing activities and car transfers at a reasonable price. Beautiful room with terrace. Breakfast was good, primarily fruit and breads.

There were no major negatives. It did not have some splashy amenities like a pool and as with all riads there were a lot of stairs.

Une expérience exceptionnelle à Fès ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’endroit est magnifique, propre et très agréable. Le personnel est tout simplement remarquable : accueillant, professionnel, souriant et toujours aux petits soins. Chaque détail a contribué à rendre notre séjour mémorable. Sehr schönes Riad in bester Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und versorgt die Gäste mit vielen Tips. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel. Auf Wunsch bekommt man ein wunderbares Menü am Abend. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ontzettend mooi riad op paar minuten wandelen van de ‘blauwe poort’, het begin van de gezellige Medina en soukhs. De hartverwarmende en gastvrije benadering van Tahir, Hamza en Nadia is geweldig! Niets is teveel gevraagd en ze stralen de hele dag. Ook de Hammam behandeling was in één woord: Geweldig!! We kunnen het iedereen aanraden en bij een toekomstig verblijf in Fez, boeken we graag weer Riad Zamane!

La situation géographique et le petit déjeuner

Malheureusement l’annonce pour la chambre de quatre n’est pas représentatif de la réalité. On voit deux photos : une avec un lit double puis une autre avec deux lits simples. La réalité est qu’il n’y a qu’un seul lit double (composé de deux lits simples) et deux minuscules canapés simples pour les 2 autres personnes très très inconfortables. Très problématique quand on a payé aussi cher ! Et malheureusement aucune solution n’a été proposée.

Sehr schönes und sehr sauberes Riad in Fès mit beeindruckender Architektur und einer wunderschönen Dachterrasse. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Der Empfang und der gesamte Aufenthalt wurden durch Hamza besonders warm und angenehm gestaltet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder

Lo mejor la atenció del personal, de TAHIR y de su compañero, muya amables y acriñosos y atentos en todo momento, lo mejor de todo sin duda. Tambien el Riada está excelentemente ubicado a unos minutos a pie de la Medina.

Quizás podría mejorar el desayuno en diversidad.

The Riad is very beautiful from inside. And good location. The staff is nice.

The WiFi is not very good and bad in our room. The shower section needs a shower curtain and drain is not very fast. The breakfast is traditional. But you need to calculate one hour if you are in a hurry.

Incredible location (super accesible and walking distance to heart of Old Medina), phenomenal breakfast, super friendly staff and very flexible to our requests.

Tutto, posto fantastico, curato nel dettaglio, arredato con gusto, non dava l'impressione di essere un posto antico e Con una storia bellissima dietro. Colazione impeccabile, staff iper attento in ogni minimo dettaglio. Davvero stupendo e ci torneremo.

Non ci sono note negative. Se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, sulla coperta c'era una macchia e sulle lenzuola un pelo. Ma credo possa capitare, le lenzuola e i letti erano comunque di qualitá, e si percepisce la cura nello scegliere i dettagli. Avremmo amato trovare all'entrata qualche fragranza in camera, siamo abituati all'entrata negli alloggi marocchini sempre super profumati, qui profumava di pulito, ma non c'erano profumi particolari che sono molto graditi.

The staff are so wonderful! Super accommodating and friendly! The rooftop room is amazing and relaxing. Easy access to the Medina and also outside of it with taxis around the corner. My husband mentioned he liked Seffa and couldn’t find it in any restaurants and one of the staff got his mother to make some! Made my husband’s day! Very cozy stay would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Riad. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre (le ménage était fait chaque jour avec beaucoup de soin), avec une literie incroyable. La maison est magnifique et tout le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner était varié et très copieux, avec des options différentes tous les jours. L’hôtel est bien placé, il permet de visiter facilement la médina et les borj, tout en étant situé dans une zone très calme. On recommande vivement !!!

Rien, si on revient à Fès nous retournerons ici !!

booked the room for 3 people, we had one king bed and two single beds which is more spacious and comfortable. there wasn't a kettle in the room but the staff provided it upon request. they also organized a taxi in the early morning and prepared us a box with a breakfast.

All was perfect

The place in reality looks exactly like the picture, and the host Tahir is super friendly and was taking care of us, especially helping with navigating the town and giving suggestions. The location is also very comfortable, as it is not right in the center, so it was very peaceful and at the same time easy to reach the Medina, just 10 mins walk. The indoor decorations are probably compared to the palace somewhere in Marrakech, because it was highly decorated. The room was looking incredible, and the food for the dinner and for the breakfast was delicious as well.

The only thing we were missing was the iron. I think it is nice to get one iron for the property in case the guests would like to prepare their clothes for some pictures. Also, if you are traveling as a couple and would like to have some fun in the morning or late at night, it is better to book another place because the rooms are not soundproof and you need to keep it in mind.

The room was really good and big compared with other riads. Interior patio was beautiful and the place itself was very calm.

We give the highest recommendations to Riad Zamane. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and given great advice and suggestions which we found invaluable. Tahir and the staff at Riad Zamane were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure that our stay at the Riad was comfortable and memorable. Communications with Tahir was easy with prompt responses. Riad Zamane is well located, beautifully decorated and well maintained. Our room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We looked forward to the delicious breakfasts each morning which were served with care in the central courtyard. I also enjoyed one of the best spa treatments I have ever received. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay in Fes very special.

We loved everything and found nothing to fault during our stay at the Riad.

Personnel très sympathique et attentif, notamment à l’accueil. Le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner étaient de très bonne qualité : pastilla et tajine d’agneau excellents. Massages vraiment relaxants. Décoration soignée et de très bon goût.

Le 3eme lit était un peu plus dur. Un petit frigo serait un plus. Tout est très bien quoi qu’il en soit . Le Riad est vraiment beau, très jolie terrasse

Riad Zamane is a tastefully decorated, historical residence located very conveniently in the Fes Medina. Similar to most Medina locations, vehicle access is restricted but this location is an easy walk within 100m of the vehicle drop area. We booked a larger family suite for 3 of us, which was spacious, luxurious and beautiful. Breakfast was typically Morrocan, a nourishing, largely carbohydrate-laden meal featuring freshly baked bread (Khobz), eggs, olive oil, butter honey, olives and fresh cheese, with endless coffee and mint tea.

The Riad was well located and easily accessible. Our room was huge with a separate sitting area. Staff especially Tahir and his team was exceptionally welcoming and ready to help and communication was easy by WhstsApp. We booked a few private tours through them but be aware that the driver is not a guide and will just take you places and rarely offers any explanations or historical context to where you are going. When you reach a destination you are often on your own to explore or hire a local guide at your expense. We had several excellent dinners there and as a plus to they serve wine, not a given in other places. Try the Moroccan wines, many are excellent.

Bottles of water should be provided daily in the room.

Alleen maar superlatieven! Super vriendelijk personeel, enorm kindvriendelijk. Prachtige kamers, we hadden zelfs een privé terras. Ideale ligging en zowel ontbijt als diner voortreffelijk. De gids via de riad geboekt en was ook top. Een aanrader voor als je naar fez gaat!
