Ein tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Sehr geräumige Zimmer und sehr toll mit dem Pool direkt vor dem Zimmer. Die Pools werden immer für 2 Zimmer genutzt und täglich gereinigt. Nettes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal - gratis Shuttle von der Fähre zum Hotel.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, es gibt aber einen kostenlosen Shuttle zu bestimmten Zeiten. Viele Stiegen am Gelände.

The location and the breakfast is great!

We less liked the fact that for the family with kids there is no privacy, especially at the honey moon suite, as when we added a bed for the kids, having toilet separated only with transparent curtains, as a bit uncomfortable.

Lo único que se podría mejorar es que solo hay una almohada y por ejemplo a mi me gusta landa y la que había era más bien dura para mi gusto. Por el precio del hotel se podría teber 2 almohadas diferentes para poder elegir, como tienen en otros muchos hoteles

De villa was echt top, alles werd ons uit handen genomen. De shuttleservice was top en ze dachten goed met je mee!

Het complex heeft behoorlijk wat achterstallig onderhoud. Ook vreemd dat de w.c in een douche cabine stond met nog een extra douche cabine ernaast. Er was tevens geen bar waar je 's Avonds wat zou kunnen drinken.

הייתי עם אבא שלי ואח שלי לקחנו חדר זוגי והוספנו מיטה נוספת. בתמונות לא ראו וגם לא היה כתוב שאין דלת למקלחת ולשירותים. הכל פתוח☺️ יש מין מחיצה כזו שצריך להרים לבד ולהשעין אותה על הקיר ובגדול היא כמו וילון כי שומעים הכל ואפס פרטיות. שהסברתי להם שזה לא כתוב בשום מקום ולא רואים בתמונות ואם הייתי יודעת לא הייתי מזמינה את החדר הזה התשובה שלהם הייתה ״ככה זה כל החדרים באזור הזה״. בסוף עברנו מלון בלי אפילו לקבל החזר כספי כי לא היינו מסוגלים להישאר שם.

Les chambres avec piscine sont exceptionnelles. Un moment de détente hors du temps après l’agitation de la journée. Le personnel est disponible et sympathique, comme partout en Thaïlande. Ils proposent des tours en bateau au départ de l’hôtel, ou font venir un loueur de scooter directement à la réception, ce qui est très confortable et rassurant. Nous avons testé et approuvé ! L’hôtel est très bien situé à proximité de Sairee. Le centre-ville est accessible à pieds en 10-15 min. Sinon il y a des navettes à l’hôtel (mais pas assez fréquentes).

Info sur les chambres : les toilettes et la douche sont vitrés sur la chambre. Un rideau ou une porte coulissante ne seraient pas de trop pour un peu d’intimité. L’hôtel est situé en lisière de forêt. Il peut y avoir des animaux un peu bruyants la nuit mais rien d’anormal. (Et ce n’est pas propre à l’hôtel).

Too many steps

There was no restaurant to take food, you had to order takeaway and bring it in. The staff were not very attentive. We asked for the room to be cleaned and they did not. They do not make up the room for you. There was one Nespresso coffee pod in the room for machine. There was very loud toads making a loud noise all night every night.

Pasamos cinco días increíbles en The Tarna y solo podemos decir que fue una experiencia fantástica. Nuestra habitación era enorme, muy cómoda y con unas vistas preciosas. Durante la estancia tuvimos un pequeño problema con el aire acondicionado, pero el personal lo solucionó prácticamente al momento. El hotel está construido en una zona con pendiente, pero eso no supone ningún problema porque cuentan con carritos de golf que te llevan hasta la habitación y puedes caminar hasta el lobby, la piscina o la zona del desayuno fácilmente también. Si hay algo que realmente agradecimos fueron los traslados gratuitos. Tanto al llegar y marcharnos del puerto como, cada día, a la playa de Sairee, con varios horarios de ida y vuelta. Lo utilizamos todos los días. El desayuno es completísimo, con muchísima variedad y opciones para todos los gustos. La ubicación también nos encantó: está muy cerca de Sairee Beach, donde se concentra todo el ambiente de Koh Tao, pero al mismo tiempo el hotel transmite una tranquilidad absoluta. Después de un día de playa o excursiones, volver a The Tarna era como regresar a un pequeño oasis.

לקחנו את החדר עם האמבטיה לכ-4 לילות הכריות לא היו נוחות, בנוסף לכל כל לילה היו רעשים של חיות מהאיזור שליד המלון, (או בתוך המלון) כל לילה למשך כל הלילה! נשמע כמו ברווזים או חיה אחרת לא ידועה, מה שמקשה מאוד את השינה! התאורה בחדר על הפנים ואי אפשר לראות כלום. חדר האוכל בסיסי מאוד. הסטרימר בחדר לא עובד בכלל. אין כבלים בחדר.

Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk! Het ligt op een berg, met heel mooi uitzicht over de zee!

Het zwembad (buiten het duikzwembad en de zwembaden die inbegrepen zijn bij bepaalde kamers) was redelijk triestig, een beetje in een hoekje weggeduwd. Ook geen airco in de ontbijtzaal, waardoor het vaak erg warm was.

Unfortunately, upon our arrival, the accommodation did not meet our expectations due to several issues, and we relocated to another resort.

The rooms were neither practical nor comfortable. With windows on three sides, they turned into actual saunas. The sunbeds on the terrace were torn, and the toilet had transparent glass walls and doors, providing absolutely zero privacy. On top of that, getting to the rooms was a massive hike unless you used the golf cart. This place is nowhere near a four-star resort.

- chambre : super - petit déjeuner

- personnel : pas très chaleureux, ils vous rigolent au nez, premier fois sur ce 4ieme voyage que je suis déçu par un service en thaillande. Ils font tout pour gagner de l’argent, pour 50 TBH on vous prend la tête, ce n’est pas agréable. Également pour le service, notamment pour le ménage, ce qui est un grand classique de l’hôtellerie, c’est à vous de vous manifester pour qu’on s’occupe de votre chambre, cela devrait être automatique. - transport : ils ne considèrent pas les voyages retours gratuit avec la navette. C’est à dire que si il y a un aller à 13h, il arrivera à destination à 13h05, et devra revenir à l’hôtel ce qui est logique, néanmoins ils ne remontent personne. - promesse de vente : un hôtel entouré de palmier… en photo ! Quand vous arrivez sur le lieu, vous voyez que ce n’est pas le cas, alors vous regardez avec attention les photos sur le site, et vous vous apercevez que c’est de l’IA.

Een super mooie accommodatie; schoon, netjes, mooi uitzicht en mooie kamers.

De accommodatie ligt wat hoger op een berg en ze bieden wel een shuttle service aan naar het dichtstbijzijnde strand, maar wel om bepaalde tijden. Vaak moet je dus alsnog omhoog lopen (of een dure taxi aanhouden).

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given a quick tour, which was very helpful since the resort is quite large. Our bungalow was located higher up and therefore a bit further from the reception, but we were conveniently taken there by ‘golf cart’ upon arrival. The distance was absolutely not an issue for us, as we were able to rent a scooter directly at the resort and drive all the way up to our bungalow and park it there, which was super convenient. We also had a stunning view of the sea and the beautiful surrounding nature. The location was perfect for us as well — just a short scooter ride downhill and we were right in the lively center. Definitely highly recommended!

Complete Disappointment – Avoid at All Costs! This is absolutely NOT a 4-star hotel—far from it. The service is shocking. The front desk manager was rude, shouted at me, refused to give his name, and even hung up on me twice Was not electric in the room for few hours the pool was broken.. I was misled and treated with complete disrespect throughout my entire stay. There was a constant feeling of being taken advantage of and not being taken seriously as a guest. The pool is not even for hotel guests—it is occupied all day by an external diving school. The rooms and overall maintenance are at a very low standard, and the entire place feels neglected and poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and stay away. There are far better options in Koh Tao that actually value their guests.

וואוו איזה ריזורט מושלם! מתוך כמעט חודש בתאילנד, שם היתה התחושה של החופשה האמיתית. הייתי בחדר עם בריכה פרטית, מחיר ללילה שבארץ היה עולה כפול 10. והצוות התייחס אלי כמו למלכה אין מילים. תחילה חשבתי שזהוא קצת מרוחק מהמרכז אבל זה בדיוק 10 דקות הליכה. כן יש עלייה של 2 דק בסוף אבל לא נוראית בכלל. ולמי שלא רוצה ללכת יש מהבוקר עד שעות הערב שאטלים בחינם למרכז וממנו ומי שרוצה לא בשעות הנקובות אז יסיעו אתכם ב 50 באט לכיוון שזה כלום. בתור מישהי שצוללת יש בריזורט מועדון צלילה שלהם והוא אחד הטובים בקו טאו. כשהצוות הבין שאני לא מספיקה לארוחת בוקר בגלל הצלילה אז בבוקר הראשון הוציאו לי אוכל לבריכה של מועדון הצלילה (שנמצאת מול חדר האוכל) ולמחרת כשקמתי מוקדם אז ארזו לי בחמש בבוקר ארוחת בוקר לקחת איתי! באמת שירות מושלם. חדר נעים גדול וכיפי והבריכה משגעת! זה היה ההיילייט של הטיול שלי וממליצה בחום למי שרוצה להרגיש מלך

Rooms were very spacious, very clean and with a modern look. Breakfast was also very good (The fresh omelette station was a highlight).

Our room had windows that faced a hallway. Since the windows were neither tinted nor had a light curtain, we were forced to always have the blackout curtains closed, meaning the room was always dark. Another thing we didn't like is that the toilet doesn't have a door...

Super friendly staff that saw our needs before we even realised ourselves. Free buggy around the resort and shuttle to the two beaches. Cleaning every day and the best breakfast we have seen yet at a hotel! They also had free pickup at the pier. All in all and amazing experience!

Impossibile dormire, contesto rumoroso e camere per nulla insonorizzate. Arrivare alla camera non comodissimo eravamo obbligati a chiamare sempre qualcuno che ci venisse a prendere per portarci in reception.

Beautiful sea view villa with amazing sunset views. Very friendly and helpful staff. The resort is well maintained and surrounded by greenery. Good breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and eggs made to order. Great dive center with its own training pool. Convenient free shuttle from and to the pier. Golf cart service around the resort works very well.

The bathroom is also very open with glass walls and no real door, which means there is limited privacy. This wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something to keep in mind. Because the resort is located on a hillside, there are quite a few uphill paths. Guests with mobility issues should keep that in mind, but the hotel offers a golf cart service that can pick you up anytime.

Le cottage indépendant

Il fait une chaleur épouvantable dans les cottages....impossible d'avoir une deuxième carte pour laisser la climatisation inadmissible ! Impossible de baisser la climatisation le soir.....elle etait défectueuse...on prenait tout l'air gelé sur le visage dans le lit. . Pour y avoir déjà séjourné il y a quatre ans....j'ai vraiment vu la différence....le petit déjeuner a vraiment baissé en game ! Plus d'accès à la piscine très profonde qui est réservée aux cours de plongée.... Plus la machine a café à dosettes dans la chambre.... L'éclairage dans le cottage est vraiment très très bas...on n'y voit rien. Bref....je n'y retournerai pas...

Belle chambre avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Hotel entouré de végétation, très agréable. Petit déjeuner varié. Établissement un peu à l'écart de la plage et des restaurants mais des navettes sont disponibles à différents horaires.

The hotel offers a shuttle service to the ferry pier, which is convenient in principle. There is also a motorbike rental service directly through the hotel at a very reasonable price, which is extremely convenient since you can pick it up and return it easily at check-out.

The room was not very clean. Dirt remained on the floor next to the bed throughout our stay, even after daily housekeeping. We mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, but no gesture or acknowledgment was made. During our stay, a glass broke in the bathroom sink while I was brushing my teeth. Fortunately, I was not injured. I carefully collected the broken pieces and disposed of them. However, at check-out, I was unexpectedly asked to pay for the glass, which was disappointing. Additionally, although the hotel provides a shuttle to the ferry pier, it was not there at the scheduled time despite informing the staff in advance. I had to call again to check where it was.

ההנהלה לא בסדר בכלל היינו צריכים לבטל את הלילה שלנו בדקה התשעים עקב מקרה חירום ולחזור באמצע הטיול והם לא הסכימו לוותר לנו על שני הלילות הנותרים שסגרנו וחייבו אותנו בתשלום מלא, בנוסף מקום האירוח נמצא בעלייה תלולה מאוד בלי אופנוע אי אפשר להגיע לשם, בקיצור לא אהבנו ולא התחברנו בכלל

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en de service is dan ook subliem. Het hotel ligt wat op een berg, maar door de shuttle met golfkarretjes is dat geen probleem.

Het resort is wat verouderd en mag wel een upgrade krijgen. Verder wel hygiënisch!

We were very pleased with the hotel and staff. They were very helpfull and nice, thank you for a pleaasant visit! Rooms were clean and beds very comfy.

Location is a bit off and a long walk uphill but if you ride a scooter it's not a problem. The hotel also offers free shuttle down to and from Sairee beach which is very thoughtfull.

מלון מדהים !! באמת שהחדרים עם בריכה מושלמים , יותר מתאים לזוגות בגלל המקלחת השקופה . החדר נקי תמיד המיני בר זול ממש וטעים מקלחת מפנקת מאד שירותי ההסעה של המקום עולים ממש מעט והם תמיד פנויים אז זה מאד נחמד . העלייה למלון קצת מאתגרת ברגל .

ארוחת הבוקר דלה , ואור במרפסת שפשוט לא קיים . למרות זה נהנינו מאד .!

Es war wirklich unglaublich schön, wir hatten das Zimmer mit Pool und tollen Ausblick über die Insel bis zum Meer, das Zimmer war großzügig, das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir wurden mit einem kostenlosen Shuttle zu Stränden geführt und der Weg zum saurer Beach ist wirklich machbar. Etwas steil, aber wirklich kein Problem. Preis Leistung wirklich top

Die Toilettentüre und -wand ist durchsichtig, Kleinigkeiten sind nicht perfekt, leicht abgewohnt und man könnte etwas nachbessern bei den Zimmern, für Personen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen, da es sehr steil im Hang gebaut ist und man schon zum Lobby Bereich einen steilen Anstieg hat. Für alle anderen aber durchaus machbar :)

Loved this hotel - absolutely stunning! We stayed here for a couple of nights when visiting Koh Tao and it was a beautiful resort. We had room with pool access which was amazing. It is up quite a steep hill but hotel offers shuttle service to and from the beach; however, the walk isn’t too bad. Rooms were clean, staff were helpful.

Really nice compared to the hotel on the environment

The hotel is built on a very steep part of the island, and every evening it was difficult to climb all the stairs to our room. Because we were located “in the middle,” we were not offered a shuttle to the room. It later turned out that rooms located higher up do receive transportation to their rooms when needed — we did not. In addition, our room had a large number of mosquitoes. Despite my request for some kind of solution, nothing was offered to us. I developed a very severe allergic reaction to the mosquito bites, which quite ruined my last day in Koh Tao.

Dejligt sted, højt oppe. Kunne godt lide at man fik sin egen lille hytte. Fin morgenmad og venligt personale.

Le service était top. Ils viennent vous chercher au port et vous ramène pour le départ. La chambre avec la piscine était superbe, la vue magnifique et de bons équipements. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. Petit + pour les omelettes 🫶 L’emplacement est vraiment top, à 10min à pied de Sairee Beach. Il y a même des navettes qui peuvent vous descendre à la plage. Nous avions pris un scooter et la montée se fait très bien. Il y a vraiment tout à côté. Je recommande ++ le resto Séoul Grill à quelques minutes à pied de l’hôtel et la laundry ainsi que le barber 💈🥰. Enfin, bref super séjour au Tarna Hôtel.

Le petit moins que nous pouvons citer : - Les travaux devant la chambre qui fait un peu de bruit le matin - Les petites « finitions », quelques carreaux cassés, ou la lumière de la piscine qui ne fonctionne pas très bien le soir. Mais ce sont des détails qui n’ont pas du tout impactés notre séjour. ☺️

Die Sauberkeit ließ an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas zu wünschen übrig. Kein Weltuntergang, aber leicht abzustellen.
